Chapters Twilight was hurriedly thumbing through the books in the old castles library princess Luna, who was accompanying her on this particular venture into the castle of the two sisters, was flying around the ceiling looking for a particular bookshelf.
“What does this book of yours look like princess,” twilight said levitating a book toward Luna for confirmation. Luna shook her head.
“It looks similar to this one but it’s a darker shade of blue I think it should be in this shelf though,” Luna said as she gracefully flew to the shelf twilight was thumbing through. Twilight flew out of her way with significantly less grace having not gotten used to her wings yet. “Ah success!” the princess exclaimed as she proudly held up a small book.
“hmm I thought it would be a bit bigger,” Twilight said a little unimpressed. The two made their way over to a small table. “What is it?”
“This is a book of as yet undocumented dark magics from long ago.”
“Dark magic Luna I don’t think...”
“These magics could be used to help all of Equestria and I need you to experiment with them and document the results.”
“Princess I don’t know if this is safe dark magic is, well its evil.”
“Not all things are as black and white as you think twilight sparkle. Just as light magic can be twisted and used for evil purposes so to can dark magic be used for good. My dream walking magic for example is a dark magic intended to induce nightmares, but I have instead used it to create wonderful dreams.”
“I don’t know if I can do it princess.”
“I have faith in you Twilight Sparkle and you can seek me out for guidance I am fairly versed in these types of magics and can be of assistance if you need me.”
“Forgive me for asking but why don’t you do it Luna?”
“Because Twilight even though you are a princess you still have much to learn I think this will teach a valuable lesson to you.”
“Well I’m always ready to learn,” Twilight said eagerly.
“That is a good quality to have princess twilight. I should warn you to proceed with caution though. A lot of these spells are designed to affect minds and compel others to do things whether or not they want to, and being that it is as an as yet unexplored magic it could easily backfire.”
“Don’t worry princess it’s me your talking to I am an expert at magic,” Twilight said as she picked up the book and made her way out of the castle. “I’ll start right away I’ll have spike send a letter if I need any assistance.”
“Good luck Twilight Sparkle, Do not let your overconfidence be your downfall.”

Hey guys this is my first story on here but it's not my first piece of ab/dl related fiction I also wrote Abby's Diapers over on adisc.org but I also have word documents of it if you're interested in reading it. Anyway I hope you guys enjoy this story. Also i should mention this before I go any further, this story is going to have some ab/dl content in it including wearing and using diapers so if that's not your thing well you've been warned continue at your own risk.
Fluttershy was happily spending her day as she usually did, feeding all of the animals that took refuge in her house. It was one of her favorite activities as she loved caring for things that couldn’t otherwise care for themselves. She was halfway through feeding them all lunch when she heard a knock at the door. She opened it to see her friend Applejack.
“Hey there Fluttershy, Twilight was wanting to see you at the castle.”
“Oh is it urgent?” Fluttershy asked meekly. "I'm in the middle of feeding the critters."
“I don't know she sent me a letter but it didn't say ti was urgent so you can finish up.”
“That’s good let me just feed my little birdy friends and then I’ll go.” Applejack followed as Fluttershy dropped seed into various feeders around her cottage. “What has Twilight been doing lately it seems like forever since I’ve seen her.”
“She’s burying her head into some book again you know how she gets.”
“I’m sure it’s important whatever she’s doing.”
“Yeah but I don’t know she gets so absorbed into it I get worried about her.”
“Well we can talk to her about it when we go see her. Maybe we can convince her to get out of the castle.”
“Yeah good luck with that. Anyway you ready to go?”
“Yes,” Fluttershy said putting the bag of bird seed away. “Let’s go see what Twilight needs."
Rarity and Rainbow Dash were waiting with Twilight as she continued to channel magical energy through her horn visibly tiring her out. Rarity moved closer and tapped her horn to Twilight’s and gave her some magical energy.
“Oh thank you Rarity,” Twilight said panting.
“Here drink this," Rainbow Dash said handing her a cup with a straw in it. "It’s an energy shake I use to keep pumped.” Twilight took a sip as she continued to channel her magic. “What are you going to do if she doesn’t show?”
“I don’t know, I’m not sure what’ll happen exactly when I break the channel, but it’s not going to be good for me and if there’s anyone I trust with the other half of this spell it’s Fluttershy. She’s the best caretaker I know and I'll probably need a caretaker when this is over.”
“Why don’t you just let me do it?” Rarity asked. “Maybe I could use my magic to lessen the effect.”
“No.” Twilight said seriously. “The only thing I know for sure is when I break the channel I won’t be able to use my magic so I’m going to need you to cast the counter spell if we ever find one.” Twilight began to grow weak again so Rarity again gave her more magic. As she was doing this Applejack and Fluttershy calmly entered the room but rushed over when they saw Twilight looking distressed.
“Oh gosh is everything alright?” Fluttershy asked concerned.
“Well no not exactly,” Twilight said innocently. “Well it’s not as bad as it looks either I suppose.”
“Would ya git to tha point!” Applejack exclaimed her accent coming out in her anger.
“Right sorry,” Twilight said. “Well um you see Fluttershy I was casting this spell and it sorta backfired and uhh,” Twilight was clearly becoming embarrassed about something. “I may need you to uhh well.”
“She needs you to take care of her,” Rainbow Dash blurted. “She cast some kind of mind control spell on herself.”
“Oh my well I don’t mind helping you recover Twilight,” Fluttershy said sweetly.
“It’s a bit more than that darling,” Rarity interjected “From what I understand this spell would put someone in direct control of her.”
“It’s magical compelling,” Twilight finished. “Basically I soon as I break this channel I will be physically unable to refuse any command they give me and in addition there’s some other effects that’ll happen that I’m not sure about yet.” Rarity stepped in to give Twilight some more magic.
“Oh so you want me to,” Fluttershy coughed embarrassed, “be in control.”
“Well you take care of all of those animals,” Twilight said tired. “I didn’t think it would be that much of a stretch. Hopefully it won’t be for too long Pinkie is already looking for a counter spell.”
“Of course Twilight I understand why you would come to me,” Fluttershy said.
“So you’ll do it?” Twilight asked starting to lose control of the channel again.
“Yes I’ll help you Twilight.” With those words Twilight broke the channel with a flash of light. There was a small pause before a metal collar materialized around Twilight’s neck in a green aura magically locking with an audible click sound. From the front of the collar a green trail of smoke extended to Fluttershy’s arm where a small bracelet formed just above her hoof with a similar design to Twilight’s collar.
“Well?” Applejack asked after a moment of silence. “You feel different?”
“N-no,” Twilight fumbled with her collar. “Not noticeably different aside from no magic but I knew that would happen. Fluttershy?”
“I-I-I don’t know,” Fluttershy fumbled. “I don’t know how to describe it but you look different to me Twilight.”
“There might have been additional effects to both sides I hadn’t considered this,” Twilight mused. “We can worry about it later hopefully we’ll be done with this before they manifest themselves fully.”
“Well did the spell work?” Rainbow Dash asked. “I mean Fluttershy can you uhh.”
“I don’t know if I should I’d feel bad about it,” Fluttershy fidgeted nervously.
“It’s fine Fluttershy,” Twilight said. “We can at least gain some scientific knowledge out the experience.”
“Oh ok what do you want me to say?”
“I can’t Fluttershy. I won’t let me say certain things to you.”
“Makes sense,” Applejack interjected. “I mean given the kind of spell this is I don’t think you’d want the other party giving you lip.
“Yes I can’t explain it,” Twilight added. “I mean you’re correct but it doesn’t feel like that it’s more of a feeling of respect I guess.”
“Alright this is getting weird!” Rainbow dash exclaimed.
“I agree this is all very strange Twilight why were you even messing with this stuff?” Rarity asked.
“Research. Princess Luna thought these spells could be used for good in the right hands.”
“Sounds fishy,” Applejack stated bluntly.
“No I think the princess was right these spells can be used for good I just got overconfident and messed up.”
“That’s ok,” Fluttershy said soothingly. “The important thing is you tried your best.” She flew over to Twilight and began stroking her mane to which Twilight responded with content giggles.
“Fluttershy snap out of it,” Applejack said giving Fluttershy a tap on the shoulder. It had the intended effect and Fluttershy stopped stroking Twilight's mane and the two scooted away from each other uncomfortably.
“What was that?” Rainbow Dash shouted.
“There must be more to the compelling than I first though,” Twilight said coughing nervously. “Anyway Fluttershy you were umm,” Twilight gestured to her collar.
“Oh right,” Fluttershy said nervously. “Sit,” Immediately Twilight sat down on the floor and looked at Fluttershy eagerly. “lay down.” Again Twilight obeyed.
“Woah!” Exclaimed Rainbow Dash.
“Did I do good?” Twilight asked with an unusual eagerness.
“Yes you did,” Fluttershy said shocked. The conformation broke Twilight out of her trance like state.
“Ok well bright side it works,” Twilight said meekly.
“It’s nice to look at the positives,” Rarity said without much sincerity.
“Well look we’ve got a plan in place,” Applejack said taking charge. “Fluttershy you try and take care of twilight. Rainbow why don’t you go with them and make sure it doesn’t get to out of control. The rest of us will help Pinkie find the counter spell. Does that sound good to everyone?” They all nodded and were about to head off in their separate directions but they were interrupted by what sounded like water hitting the floor they all looked at Twilight who was standing in a puddle. For a few seconds everyone stood shocked and confused before Twilight fell into her puddle and began crying uncontrollably.

So here's the first actual chapter. Sorry for the bit of water sports that's not really my thing but I neede a plausible reason to have Twilight in diapers later.
“And she just peed right there in the floor?” Pinkie exclaimed surprised while she was still going through books.
“Yeah just right there and then she just started balling,” Applejack added. “That’s what was weird to me, well the whole situation is weird, but I don’t know that doesn’t seem like how she would react to that sort of situation.”
“She was probably just embarrassed,” Rarity said sympathetically. “I just couldn’t imagine doing such a thing the spell probably messed with her more than we thought.”
“Well let’s just hurry up and find the counter spell before she gets any worse, and we have to be supportive when she gets through this no telling how embarrassed she is about the whole thing.”
“I just can’t imagine how she feels,” Pinkie Pie said while riding a ladder across the bookshelves. “Well I can kinda imagine I was a bit of a late bloomer.”
“Pinkie honey remember our talk about sharing too much,” Rarity intervened.
“I was just trying to help,” Pinkie said disappointed. “Hey where is Twilight anyway?”
“Fluttershy is taking Twilight to her cottage,” Applejack answered. “They were getting a little distracting, but Rainbow is going along to keep an eye on things.”
“Hopefully things haven’t escalated too much," Rarity said concerned. "I doubt there’s much Rainbow can do to stop them.”
Fluttershy kicked open the door to her cottage as her hand were full of packages.
“Uhh Fluttershy I think this is a bit much,” Rainbow Dash said dropping a shopping bag revealing the diapers inside.
“Nonsense she had a little accident and these will fix that.”
“I just think you might be jumping the gun a bit, and you know also going insane.” Fluttershy paused for a moment.
“Oh you’re right you’re right I don’t know what’s coming over me but I can’t stop.”
“I know I know,” Rainbow Dash said as she was involuntarily involved in a hug.
“What do I do?” Fluttershy said crying.
“Well Rarity says if you feel like doing something it’s best to do it so you don’t hurt yourself.”
“Ok ok,” Fluttershy said calming down.
“Just try to come to your senses every now and then ok.”
“Oh Rainbow, thank you for caring, but I think I’ll be fine as long as you’re here.”
“Wouldn’t leave if ya told me to. We should probably go to your room I don't think Twilight can leave unless you tell her to. Now that I think of it this wasn’t the worst idea you’ve had. I mean if she does it again...”
“We should hurry,” Fluttershy said interrupting Rainbow Dash as she realized she left her good linens on her bed and was in no hurry to have them ruined.
Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash made their way into Flutterhsy’s room where Twilight was waiting eagerly. Upon seeing Fluttershy enter her mood returned to normal.
“Look Fluttershy I just want to say before you start that I don’t blame you for this. It’s all my fault and I apologize, and I’m not just saying that because of the collar I mean it. At least I think I do.”
“Thank you Twilight,” Fluttershy said sweetly. “And you know that you’re my friend and I’d never do anything to hurt you.” They shared a brief look of understanding. “Now lie down and let me get your diaper on,” Fluttershy said switching to a more authoritative tone. Twilight obeyed and remained still though her face revealed how embarrassing the situation was to her. Fluttershy seemingly expertly applied powder and diapered Twilight making sure the diaper was on tight. Once the process was finished Twilight sat up. Rainbow Dash struggled to contain her laughter as twilight stood up wearing nothing but the thick plastic diaper around her waist. Twilight let out a sigh as she looked at herself in Fluttershy’s mirror.
“Just go ahead and get it out Rainbow,” Twilight said annoyed at the pegasus’ constant giggling. With that a string of laughs and snarky comments came from Rainbow Dash's mouth, after a few minutes she had exhausted herself. Twilight was struggling to hold back tears from the insults and upon seeing this Rainbow dash rushed to her side.
“Aww Twilight you know I didn’t mean all that,” Rainbow said apologizing.
“I know,” Twilight said now starting to cry harder. “I can’t help it.” She reached her arms out to Fluttershy who rushed over and embraced her in a hug.
“Aww poor wittle baby,” Fluttershy cooed. This seemed to soothe Twilight slightly. Rainbow Dash look on amazed. “Feel better now.”
“Yes thank you mommy,” Twilight answered without thinking. After she said this the three of them looked at each other in a moment of clarity.
“We should tell the others,” Rainbow Dash said seriuosly.
All six of the ponies were gathered around the central table in Twilight’s castle Twilight wearing a long dress that still failed to conceal her diaper. They were all discussing the recent discovery.
“So what you’re saying is this is playing out some kind of mother daughter scenario?” Applejack asked still trying to wrap her head around it.
“Well that doesn’t sense Twilight,” Rarity began. “That would mean that you have uhh…” Twilight coughed.
“Yes you are correct,” Twilight grew even more embarrassed as she talked. “The outcome of the spells has been affected by my,” She coughed again. “Desires.”
“That’s pretty weird Twilight,” Pinkie blurted. The outburst caused Twilight to start sobbing again and the other four ponies to glare angrily at Pinkie Pie. “But hey friends aren’t here to judge they’re here to help.” Pinkie added with a halfhearted giggle. Twilight buried her head in Fluttershy who meekly smiled to the other ponies as he stroked Twilight’s mane.
“Well thanks for the information,” Rarity said elegantly. “That should help narrow our research.”
“Fluttershy I think its best you and Twilight head out you’re a bit uhh well you know.” Applejack said trying to avoid upsetting Twilight further. Twilight had already cheered up and was playing with Fluttershy's hair.
“Well come on then honey bun,” Fluttershy cooed sweetly. “Let’s go home.”
“Wainbow,” Twilight said struggling to maintain proper speech. “Stay over pwease.” Rainbow Dash looked around unsure.
“Please Rainbow,” Fluttershy said distressed. Rainbow nodded and left with them.
Once Rainbow, Fluttershy, and Twilight arrived at Fluttershy’s cottage Fluttershy began to busy herself with making sleeping arrangements for Twilight leaving Rainbow Dash alone with the increasingly infantile pony who at the moment was conflicted over whether or not to play with a stuffed bear Fluttershy had given her.
“You doing ok Twilight?” Rainbow Dash asked.
“I don kno,” Twilight answered honestly if infantiley. “I didn’t want to bofer mama.”
“I’ll let you in on a secret,” Rainbow Dash said looking over toward Fluttershy who was nearly done constructing a crib. “Fluttershy’s always wanted foals of her own she probably likes taking care of you, at least more than she's letting on.” Twilight pondered this for a moment. “Feel better?”
“Yeah a wittle bit,” Twilight said hugging the stuffed bear now.
“Good and don’t you worry I’m sure Pinkie Pie is going to find that counter spell any minute now. Twilight looked at Rainbow Dash innocently. “So I guess enjoy yourself it’s not every day you get to live out your secret desires.” Twilight grew embarrassed. “Don’t worry I won’t hold it against you. I’ll only make fun of you for it about once a month.” Twilight giggled at the remark and abruptly gave Rainbow Dash a hug. The Pegasus froze not sure of what to do. Fluttershy walked over and took control of Twilight immediately.
“Alright sweetums I got your cribby ready go ahead and go to sleep.” Twilight happily obeyed and nestled herself into the sheets of the crib.
“Hold on let’s do a quick little diapey check.” Twilight remained still as Fluttershy ran her hoof around the edges of Twilights diaper. When she was finshed she tucked the alicron in with a kiss on the cheek. Not completely tired Twilight fidgeted aroun the crib. “Don’t get out of that crib until I tell you to Twilight.” Fluttershy said sternly.
“Otay mama,” Twilight said defeated. She nestled herself back under the covers and tried to sleep.
“You can have the guest room Rainbow. Thanks for staying over.”
“No problem,” Rainbow said. “You’ve got some pretty serious circumstances here. You probably need my help.”
“Thanks Rainbow. I’m uhh I’m pretty tired. It’s been a long day.”
“You can say that again.” Rainbow said as she made her way to Fluttershy’s guest room. “See you in the morning.” Fluttershy began to make her way to her own room but stopped briefly at Twilight’s crib and looked at the sleeping alicron for a few moments before continuing on to her room.

I should mention now, if you find any gramatical errors let me know, I'm not offended by that sort of thing. Also if any of the language is unclear I'll try and reword it so it's clearer what's going on.
Rainbow Dash fluttered into Fluttershy’s living room with a yawn. She looked over and saw Twilight fast asleep in her crib Rainbow Dash correctly assumed that she was the only one awake so she casually flew over to the kitchen to make some pancakes for everyone. The rustling in the kitchen caused twilight to wake with a groan.
“Rainbow?” She said groggily.
“Oh hey morning, you seem to be more yourself today,” Rainbow Dash said not quite sure of the word to use.
“I think it’s the sleep,” Twilight said resting her hoofs on the bars of her crib the top of which was at the height of her neck when she was standing on her hind legs. “I’ll probably be babbling again by lunch. Where did Fluttershy find a crib this big so fast anyway?”
“She bought it. You probably never thought about it, but baby pegasi need really tall cribs so they don’t fly off.”
“Makes sense I guess,” Twilight said falling back into her crib. “Do you think you could wake Fluttershy up? She told me not to leave so I can’t.”
“Uhh well she needs her sleep Twilight she was pretty tired last night,” Rainbow Dash said flying into the kitchen to resume her pancake making.
“It’s kind of an emergency,” Twilight said embarrassed. “I might have had an uhh accident sometime last night.”
“What do you mean?” Rainbow Dash said obliviously mixing pancake batter.
“You know an accident Rainbow.”
“I still don’t follow you.”
“Never mind,” Twilight said falling back into the crib and into her wet diaper. Fortunately for Twilight Fluttershy was also roused from her sleep by Rainbow's pancake making. Twilight looked to her eagerly when she entered the room.
“Morning everyone, did we all sleep well?” Fluttershy asked cheerily.
“I slept great,” Rainbow Dash said flipping a pancake.
“I did as well it’s surprisingly comfortable,” Twilight said from her crib.
“Good to see we’re both more ourselves this morning,” Fluttershy said.
“It’s the sleep I think. I can already feel it wearing off though.”
“Oh well it’ll be ok I’m sure our friends are very close to finding a counter spell.”
“Yeah sure, hey if you have a minute I uhh,” Twilight grew embarrassed. “I had an accident.”
“Oh that’s ok sweetie I’ll change you after breakfast ok.” Twilight sighed and sat back down pouting.
“Do you need some help rainbow?” Fluttershy asked.
“Nah I’m good,” Rainbow Dash said confidently. “You know I’m the best at making pancakes.” Fluutershy giggled slightly. Twilight rolled her eyes from her crib.
“Aww someone’s cranky,” Fluttershy said noticing the pouting alicorn. “I bet Mr. Bear would make you feel better,” Fluttershy said picking up the stuffed bear next to Twilight and began playing with it. Eventually Twilight couldn resist the temptation no longer and grabbed the bear to play with it. Fluttershy quickly stuck a pacifier in Twilight's mouth while she was distracted. While Twilight’s internal reaction was to spit it out she found she found suckling on it to be irresistible. Rainbow Dash walked over to Fluttershy and Twilight with a stack of pancakes. She was initially startled to see the purple alicron happily suckling away at her pacifier but she quickly got used to it.
“Who wants pancakes?” Rainbow Dash proclaimed happily.
“Doesn’t that sound yummy sweetie?” Fluttershy asked Twilight as she opened her crib and let her out. “Let’s get you in your highchair so you can eat.” Twilight followed Fluttershy into the kitchen where a large highchair was waiting. Fluttershy quickly strapped Twilight in and tied a bib around her neck before removing her pacifier.
"Where did you get that?" Rainbow dash asked confused but Fluttershy ignored her.
“Mama I can eat fine,” Twilight complained her infantile speech coming back.
“Don’t be silly pumpkin mama will take care of it for you.”
“No mama weawy I,” Twilight was interrupted when Fluttershy stuck a bite of pancake into her mouth. Rainbow Dash attempted to eat her pancakes normally but found herself transfixed on the spectacle of the alicorn princess being fed this. After several futile attempts to stop Fluttershy Twilight resigned to her fate of being fed and quietly accepted each bit as Fluttershy presented it to her.
“You’re such a good baby,” Fluttershy cooed after Twilight had eaten the last bite. Twilight gave a childish groan. “I bet you want your baba now huh.” Twilight didn’t answer the question. “Alright come on let’s get your baba,” Fluttershy said releasing Twilight from the highchair. Rainbow Dash continued to slowly eat her pancakes as Fluttershy went into the living room with a baby bottle Twilight following eagerly behind her. Rainbow Dash was interrupted from her breakfast by a call from the living room. “Rainbow could you get the door?” Fluttershy yelled. Rainbow hurriedly finished her breakfast and made her way through the living room to the door. On her way she passed Fluttershy who was bottle feeding Twilight on the couch. Twilight rested in Fluttershy’s lap happily drinking away at the bottle while Fluttershy hummed some tune. Rainbow opened the door and found Rarity, Applejack, and Pinkie Pie on the other side.
“How's it going?” Applejack asked
“Uhh you know,” Rainbow Dash answered vaguely. “Could be going better. Did you find the counter spell?”
“I looked high and low,” Pinkie Pie sang. “But I just couldn’t find anything.”
“Oh is that our friends,” Fluttershy said overhearing Pinkie Pie. “Do come in.” At her invitation the three ponies walked inside and were stunned at the sight of Fluttershy bottle feeding Twilight who fidgeted slightly as she saw her friends enter. “Come on Twilight finish up and then I’ll change you.”
“This seems like a bad time,” Rarity said trying to leave.
“Oh no it’s fine have a seat.” The three of them took up the couch opposite Fluttershy forcing Rainbow Dash to force herself awkwardly next to Twilight.
“I feel awkward,” Pinkie Pie exclaimed punctuating the silence.
“All done!” Twilight exclaimed as she drank the last of her bottle.
“Good job sweetie,” Fluttershy cooed. “Let’s go get you changed huh.” Fluttrershy left the room with Twilight skipping behind her.
“So you didn’t find anything?” Rainbow Dash asked after the pair had left the room.
“I’m afraid not,” Rarity replied seriously. “There aren’t any books in Twilights library that mention this kind of spell and the book Twilight was using didn’t have anything either.”
“Well that’s not good. What are we gonna do?”
“Well there has to be one somewhere,” Applejack answered. “I guess we’ll just keep looking.”
“Maybe it’s not in Twilight’s library.” Pinkie Pie said suddenly. The other three looked at her. “I mean I never seen the book she found this spell in, maybe she got it from somewhere else. That’s probably where the counter spell is.” Fluttershy came back from her bedroom with Twilight trailing behind sporting a pink dress.
“Sorry about the wait friends is there something you need?” Fluttershy asked as she sat on the couch. Twilight joined her and buried her head in Fluttershy’s hair.
“We were actually wanting to ask Twilight something,” Rarity stated.
“Oh well ok. Come on Twilight your friends want to ask you something.”
“No,” Twilight burying her head in fluttershy's hair.
“She’s a little shy.” Everyone else looked at each other awkwardly.
“Pinkie,” Applejack whispered. “Do you think you could get Twilight to talk?”
“What?” Pinkied quietly yelled. “Why me?”
“You’re just good at getting people to open up dear,” Rarity said. “And you’re so good with pumpkin and pound.”
“But those are babies, and this is Twilight. I had a party with her last week it’d be weird.”
“I reckon we don’t got much choice,” Applejack pleaded. Pinkie sighed briefly but her face lit up as she got into character.
“What’s wrong little filly are you shy?” Pinkie pie sang to Twilight. Twilight hugged Fluttershy tightly.
“Go on sweetie it’s all right,” Fluttershy encouraged scooting Twilight closer to Pinkie Pie. Twilight looked nervously around the room.
“Maybe,” Twilight said still shy.
“Well I wanna book just like it. Do you know where I could get one?” Twilight nodded yes. “Do you wanna tell me?” Pinkie cooed.
“I gots it in da fowest,” Twilight finally said. “In da big scawy castuh.”
“She must mean the castle of the two sisters!” Rarity exclaimed.
“Yeah there’s tons a books in there!” Applejack exclaimed “She must’ve gotten there.”
“There’s no telling where though the castle is huge, it'll take us days to find it if it's even in there."
“But that’s our best chance of finding it.”
“Don’t worry you got me!” Pinkie proudly proclaimed “I’m the best at finding things I’ll get that counter spell in no time.”
“I’ll go too,” Rainbow Dash interjected. “I don’t know how much more of these two I can take.” Rainbow gestured behind her to Twilight who threw her bear into the air and laughed as it fell back down on top of her.
“Yeah alright,” Applejack sighed. “I guess I’ll stay with them tonight.” Applejack gestured to Fluttershy and Twilight who had now begun to play some made up game with a ball.
“Oh you’re staying Applejack?” Fluttershy interrupted. “Wonderful Twilight could use a little friend to play with.”
“Yeah, sure Fluttershy." She turned around to find that her friends had quickly left the area. "We'll have fun," she said but she didn't believe herself.
Author's Note
Believe it or not i actually took a course on linguistics. the last test was on speech patterns and babies. While I don't remember the specific type of speech error Twilight has (I think it's called r dropping) I have been trying to make her speech somewhat realistic.
This place is massive!” Rainbow Dash yelled her voice echoing down the halls of the abandoned castle. “How are we going to find where twilight got her book and where are we going to find a counter spell.”
“I have to admit the challenge is daunting,” Rarity said concerned. “Plus I have to express my distaste at the working environment. Twlight’s castle is clean, but this castle,” Rarity wiped the remains of a crushed star spider from her hoof, “Is not clean.”
“Plus it’s full of secret passage going Celestia knows where.”
“Now what kind of attitude is that?” Pinkie said angrily. “You guys need to believe in yourself if you believe you can achieve!”
“Easy for you to say,” Rainbow said with a groan. “You just fall into stuff. I don’t even know why me and Rarity are here we all know you’re just gonna randomly stumble across whatever we need.” Rainbow Dash looked behind her to find that the pink pony she thought she was talking to was nowhere to be found. “Hey where did Pinkie go?”
“She’s not here?” Rarity looked behind and gasped at the lack of a particular party pony. “What the devil happened to her? Oh I can’t imagine our poor Pinkie alone and defenseless and this cruel unforgiving castle. What a world! WHAT A WORLD!” Rarity began overdramatically screaming while Rainbow Dash rubbed her temples. Rarity’s ravings were cut off when a pink blur from the ceiling landed on top of her.
“Hey guys I found a slide,” Pinkie said sitting atop Rarity. “And it led to a secret room full of secret books and secret scrolls and secret big scary spiders.”
“Big scary spiders?” Rarity shivered.
“That’s gotta be what we’re looking for good job pinkie,” Rainbow said flying off to where Pinkie gestured.
“Shouldn’t we check all of the spider free parts of the castle first?”
“Aww don’t be a baby Rarity,” Pinkie commented. “Oh I made a pun I didn’t even mean to do that one.” Pinkie playfully jumped into the slide she discovered. Rarity let out a small whine before slowly making her way down the slide. At the bottom of the slide was a small room with a bookshelf on two sides and a couch in the middle. On the far wall a painting of a stately griffon hung on the wall.
“Who’s this guy?” Rainbow asked eyeing the painting suspiciously.
“That would be admiral black beak of the third griffon battalion,” Pinkie Pie said in a British accent while reading from a scroll. “During the first major griffon expansion his forces were halted by a tribe of unicorns specializing in dark magic here resides the records of their battles as well as recipes for the various potions developed by the young pegasi Double Bubble to aid the griffons in their fight against the evils of dark magic.”
“Nice accent Pinkie,” Rainbow said admiring the performance Pinkie had given.
“Thank you I do stand up on Tuesdays.”
“Girls I think we may have found the jackpot,” Rarity said with glee. “I mean look at the de’cor the tapestries oh and this wonderful painting. This whole room is simply elegant albeit a bit dusty.”
“Yeah I’m sure we can find a recipe to help Twilight out somewhere in here,” Rainbow dash said excitedly.
“Yeah that too I suppose,” Rarity corrected still eyeing the painting. “Alright girls let’s get to work. Rainbow you get that painting down and clean it up Pinkie bust out your sowing needle we’re fixing these curtians.” Rainbow and Pinkie looked at Rarity angrily. “Oh I mean books. Look at them. Go team.”
Applejack was absent-mindedly reading a book, she had not even noticed that Fluttershy had put Twilight in her crib for a nap.
“Well she’s asleep,” Fluttershy said looking fairly exhausted herself.
“Oh do you want me to fix you a drink or somethin’,” Applejack asked politely.
“Oh no I’m fine. You know, Twilight said this morning that she felt normal after she slept.”
“Do ya think that’s true?”
“I think so because when she fell asleep I started feeling normal too.”
“Oh well that’s good. Gives ya time to clear yer head an all.”
“I just don’t know Applejack.”
“Don’t know about what?” Applejack asked genuinely confused.
“I just have these feelings toward Twilight and I know most of it’s the spell, but now even though I feel like normal I still want to take care of her. Is that wrong?”
“You think it’s cuz you want kids of your own?”
“How do you know I want kids?”
“Intuition. Plus you just seem like the type to have kids. Ya know ya ain’t that hard to look at it wouldn’t be hard fer a girl like you to find a nice stallion to settle down with.”
“Oh but I just so nervous around boys. Even thinking about it makes me scared.”
“That’s just nerves sugar cube everypony gets em’ and you’ll get over em’ in time”
“Yeah but that’ll take a long time Applejack, and I want kids now. It’s all I’ve ever wanted. There’s a part of me that just wants Twilight to stay. You know so at least I have something close. Oh I’m such a terrible friend listen to me,” Fluttershy began to sob. Applejack moved in close to comfort her.
“C’mon Fluttershy now don’t nobody have control over how they feel, so it’s perfectly ok for you to have those feelings and that doesn’t make you a bad friend. In fact it’s probably why Twilight picked you in the first place.”
“Thanks Applejack you really know how to make me feel better. I’m just worried about Twilight this must be just awful for her.”
“Yeah it must be a might embarrassing for her, but you heard her back at the castle. Dark magic is affected by inner desires so there’s some part of her that wants this to happen or at least something like this to happen. I sorta feel bad for her about that though. She probably didn’t want that bit of laundry to be aired like it has. And I’m not normally one to judge this sorta thing, to each there own an all, but it’s kinda weird ain’t it?” Fluttershy giggled.
“Yeah just a little bit huh.” The two of them giggled together. They were interrupted by Twilight who was beginning to stir. “I better let her out she probably want’s some time to be normal.” Fluttershy returned shortly with a groggy Twilight following her.
“Thanks Fluttershy,” Twilight said with a yawn. “How bad is it getting?” Twilight asked Applejack.
“Not gona lie this is about the weirdest darn thing I ever seen, but I’m yer friend so I’m gonna try not ta judge.”
“I never wanted it to be like this,” Twilight sighed as she sat down next to Fluttershy. “I’m sorry again about this whole thing Fluttershy I never really wanted anypony involved especially not like this.”
“Wan talk about it?” Applejack asked bluntly. “I mean tha tough parts over with you already told all yer friends about it, and I’ve been here for about five hours so I’m as desensitized to it as I’ll ever be.”
“It’ll probably make you feel better about it,” Fluttershy encouraged.
“Yeah you’re right,” Twilight admitted. “Since everypony knows anyway. I’ve actually done some research on it. Psychiatrists refer to it as adult foal syndrome. It's actually kind of interesting there are several documented cases of it ranging in severity, but nopony knows what causes it.”
“So you like being treated like a foal?” Applejack asked a little bluntly. Twilight grew red in the face but since she was wearing currently wearing a diaper in front of the two people she was talking to she admitted it.
“Yes I like being treated like a foal. It’s just so peaceful and calming you know. You get rid of all your stress and worries. It’s hard to explain plus it’s just super weird.”
“Yeah it’s pretty weird Twi,” Applejack interjected. “But hey you can’t control how ya feel about those kind of things.”
“I suppose you’re right,” Twilight admitted. “It’s been this way ever since I can remember. It’s hard to admit this but I always have a pack of diapers under my bed. Whenever Spike leaves for something that’s when I you know.”
“Oh you had diapers of your own?” Fluttershy asked concerned. “I hope I got the brand you like.” Twilight laughed at this remark.
“You didn’t,” Twilight answered, “but I think I like these better.”
“Just outta curiosity,” Applejack asked. “What exactly makes fer a good diaper?” Twilight blushed.
“I like the thick ones, and having some cute designs on them doesn’t hurt. But none of those discount diapers this princess is purely a designer diaper princess.” All three laughed at this joke. “I think mommy did good in picking these out.”
“Uh-oh looks like you’re getting younger again,” Applejack said noting Twilight's use of the word mommy.
“Yeah well it was bound to happen, and I guess it’s no secret that I kinda like it,” Twilight giggled. “It feews good to get all that off my chest thanks fo wistening to me mommy and AppaJack.”
“It’s what friends are for Twilight,” Applejack answered. Fluttershy lovingly stuck Twilight’s pacifier into her mouth and Twilight embraced her in a hug.
Author's Note
It's good I live far enough in the south to get Applejakcs accent down. At least I think I did. I honeslty debated about whether or not to write her dialect but it's a major part of her character and it didn't feel right without it.
Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie continued to search though the books of the hidden library which had been significantly spruced up by rarity.
“Ugh another record of loot won,” Rainbow Dash groaned. “Seriously what is with these griffons and their loot?”
“Surely you must’ve found something,” Rarity complained as she sewed up another curtain.
“I’ve found a few recipes,” Pinkie said cheerily. “None of them mention anything like the spell Twilight used, and if they did they followed it with ‘all traitors must die’,” Pinkie ended in a gruff voice.
“That’s pretty intense,” Rainbow commented.
“Ooh I did find this though. Temporary remedy for dark magics,” Pinkie Pie read from an old scroll. “Turns out it’s just a mix of goat milk and nutmeg.”
“Would that fix Twilight?” Rainbow asked excited.
“Don’t think so,” Pinkie Pie answered, “It says here ‘for temporary and light relief of magical symptoms.’ I don’t think it’ll fix her but it sounds like it should help a little.”
“Well that’s more than we’ve found before,” Rarity stated optimistically. “We should head back to Fluttershy’s with this it’s getting dark and I don’t think we should be here when it’s dark.” The group heard a roar from somewhere outside.
“Good idea,” Rainbow Dash yelped. “We can look again tomorrow.” The group quickly left and made their way back to Fluttershy’s cottage. When they knocked on the door Fluttershy opened. Over her shoulder the group could see Twilight being entertained by Applejack who was bouncing a ball higher and higher on her hind legs much to the delight of Twilight.
“Can we come in?” Rarity asked politely.
“Sure.” Fluttershy stepped out of the way allowing the three of them to enter.
“Oh hey guys,” Applejack said as she balanced the ball on her nose before passing it to Twilight who attempted to mimic but failed miserably. “Find anything new?”
“Well yes actually,” Rarity said happily.
“Really, you found the counter spell?”
“Not exactly,” Pinkie answered. “We did find a potion that should help though. All it is is goat milk and nutmeg.”
“Well that shouldn’t be too hard to make,” Fluttershy said happily. “I know of a mama goat that owes me a favor and I’ve got nutmeg in the kitchen.”
“I know it’s not the counter spell we’re looking for,” Rainbow Dash commented, “But I think we’re on the right track. We found a whole hidden room filled with scrolls and books from some griffons who fought dark mages way back when.”
“It looked absolutely horrid,” Rarity said with a shiver, “But I tried my best and I’m proud to say its 100% tolerable.”
“Glad to see you’re staying on task,” Applejack said with an angry glare.
“I think I might have a problem,” Rarity said under her breathe.
“All this book looking has gotten me beat,” Pinkie said. “I think I’m gonna go home.”
“It is getting pretty late," Rarity agreed. "We should turn in for the night and get started again tomorrow.”
“You guys should stay here tonight,” Fluttershy chimed in. “That way you won’t have to walk as far in the morning.”
“Sweepova!” Twilight yelled happily.
“Well she’s not wrong,” Rarity admitted, “Plus I could use something to take my mind off of everything.”
“Sounds like fun,” Pinkie Pie said summarizing what Rarity mean accurately.
“Yay!” Twilight yelled before falling into a fit of laughter.
“Someone can sleep with me,” Fluttershy began. “Two can take the guest bed and one can take the couch.”
“Well I can sleep with Flutterhsy,” Rainbow said. “We’re old bunkmates from flight school.”
“I don’t mean to complain,” Rarity complained. “But I simply must have a mattress to get my beauty sleep.”
“I think I’ll be fine on the couch,” Applejack said distancing herself from the complaining pony. As everypony settled on their sleeping arrangements a colorful ball landed on Applejacks face.
“Bounce da ba again appajack,” Twilight said eagerly.
“I you think she can bounce a ball wait til you see this,” Rainbow dash said not missing a chance to show off. She began bouncing the ball while doing flips in the air to the joy of Twilight who was clapping along.
Applejack and Rainbow Dash spent a good portion of the night making a competition out of who could keep Twilight entertained while Rarity began styling the manes of Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie though any alteration to Pinkie Pie's mane would be undone as it sparng back to it's usual shape. After a while all of them retired to bed with Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash being the last to enter their room. Rainbow quietly entered Fluttershy’s bedroom and shut the door. The two could hear a confetti explosion across the hall followed by yelling from Rarity.
“Hey Fluttershy,” Rainbow said meekly.
“What is it Rainbow?” Fluttershy asked concerned.
“I-I-I uhh," Rainbow began but she faltered and was unable to complete her thought, "I think you make a good mom is all.”
“Rainbow,” Fluttershy said seeing through the Pegasus to what she really felt. “We’ve been through this.”
“I know it’s just seeing you around Twilight. I know you said you wanted kids I just.”
“Are you jealous?” Fluttershy asked seriously.
“No. Yes. I don’t know Fluttershy. It’s just the way you look at her.”
“Rainbow you know as well as I do that this is all happening at a bad point in my life. I'm sorry that you feel that way but There's nothing to it.”
“What does she have that I don’t Fluttershy?” Rainbow Dash said tears starting to from. “What do I have to do to get you to look at me like that?”
“Now Rainbow you know it’s not your fault. I want kids Rainbow I want my kids it’s just not going to work.”
“So what am I supposed to do then huh?”
“I don’t know Rainbow.”
“We could adopt Flutters. I mean Scootaloo is adopted she turned out fine.”
“Stop it Rainbow.”
“I could be your baby like Twilight if that’ll make you happy.”
“Rainbow.”
“Just tell me what you want Fluttershy.”
“Rainbow Dash stop.”
“Fluttershy.”
“Stop doing this to yourself. I’m sorry but it’s not going to happen I don’t feel that way about you.” Rainbow Dash began to cry Fluttershy Kept a respectable distance but still offered her support. “You’re still my best friend Rainbow Dash. I know you’ll find someone but that someone is not me. You’ve got to let it go.”
“I’m sorry,” Rainbow Dash as she continued to cry. Fluttershy moved closer to her and put her arm around the weeping pegasus.
“It’s ok Rainbow Dash. I’ll always be here for you." Rainbow Dash continued to cry for several more minutes. Eventually she began to feel better and spent several minutes sitting next to Fluttershy quietly before Fluttershy spoke up. "You ready for bed?” she asked caringly.
“Yeah yeah,” Rainbow said exhausted as the two of them silently crawled into bed.
“Listen I’m sorry about all that stuff I said I didn’t really mean it. Could you uhh not tell the others about.”
“My lips are sealed. You’d look funny in a diaper anyway.”
"You say that like Twilight doesn't." The two of them laughed as best they could given how tired they were.
"Are you sure you're going to be ok Rainbow?" Fluttershy asked concerned. "I really don't like seeing you this upset."
"You're too sweet Fluttershy. It's my fault you've told me how you feel about it already I shouldn't have brought it up again."
"You didn't answer my question Rainbow."
"I don't know Fluttershy. I'll be fine with enough time I guess."
"Is there anything I can do to help."
"No you've done more than anyone else would have already."
"I wish I knew how you feel Rainbow Dash. I want to help you." Rainbow Dash didn't answer and rolled over to where he back was facing Fluttershy.
"I'm tired Fluttershy I'm going to bed." Despite what Rainbow Dash said the two of them remained awake for several more hours until they finally gave in to exhaustion.
The morning began with Applejack and Pinkie Pie working together to make a breakfast for everyone. Rarity waited on the couch drawing some new designs in her sketch book being careful to be quiet as Twilight still lay asleep in her crib a few feet away from her and Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash hadn’t woken up either. Rarity was interrupted from her drawings by Applejecak.
“Fried daisies?” Applejack offered setting a plat down on the coffee table in front of Rarity.
“Thank you Applejack, but I’m trying to watch my figure.”
“Ah come on you can have one.”
“I suppose one won’t hurt,” Rarity quickly ate on of the flowers and upon tasting it immediately ate three more.
“Watcha drawin’ there.”
“Oh well if you must know I may have become a bit inspired as of late. I can show you later when I get the designed nailed down right now it’s a little unrefined.”
“I’ve got muffins!” Pinkie Pie yelled interrupting the conversation between Applejack and Rarity. Rarity and Applejack did their best to shush her but it was too late the yell had already roused Twilight who woke with a yawn.
“Morning everyone,” Twilight said stretching.
“Morning sugar cube,” Applejack said bringing the plate of daisies over to Twilight’s crib. Twilight took some and ate hungrily.
“Thanks,” Twilight said between bites. “Fluttershy or Rainbow up yet?” Twilight muffled through her mouth stuffed with food.
“Nah I don’t know what’s takin em’. Musta not got any sleep.” As if on cue the two of them emerged from Fluttershy’s room looking more like zombies than ponies. Rarity audibly gagged at the sight of the two of them.
“Gee thanks Rarity that was a confidence booster,” Rainbow Dash said cynically.
“You two could use a shower though,” Applejack said noticing Fluttershy’s hair which in all likelihood was currently a bird’s nest.
“Oh I suppose you’re right,” Fluttershy said attempting to manage her hair. “Rainbow Dash you can go ahead.” Fluttershy began but she was cut off by the sound of the bathroom door closing as Rainbow Dash entered it.
“Somethin’s eatin’ her,” Applejack said mixing batter for biscuits.
“It’s a bit of a long story,” Fluttershy said truthfully. “She should be fine after a while. At least I hope so.”
“Well if anything’ll fix her it’s these muffins,” Pinkie Pie shouted shoving one of the muffins in Fluttershy’s mouth. Fluttershy ate happily.
“Wow! These do put you in a good mood.”
“I’ve got biscuits in the oven too. Me an Pinkie though we could use a good breakfast fore we got started.” Fluttershy made her way to the kitchen on the way she passed by Twilight who looked at her happily. She quickly opened the crib to allow her out Twilight stayed in the kitchen for a while but quickly grew bored with watching Pinkie Applejack and Fluttershy cook and made her way into the living room with Rarity. After a few minutes Pinkie Pie and Applejack made their way to the living room carrying the rest of the breakfast. By this time Twilight had resorted to a more infantile state and has playing with Rarity’s hair buns as she drew in her sketch pad.
“Momma Wawity said she gon make me a dwess,” Twilight said as she saw Fluttershy enter the room.
“That’s great sweetie,” Fluttershy said as she set up Twilight’s high chair.
“Only if you don’t get it dirty,” Rarity added. “Young ones like you tend to run in the mud too much.” Twilight stuck her tounge out at this remark. “Keep that up and you won’t get on at all.”
“Nooooo!” Twilight yelled.
“Alright calm down Twilight and get in your highchair.” Twilight obeyed eagerly and after she was strapped in Fluttershy gave her a loving pat on the head. “Here’s some of the breakfast Appljack and Pinkie made for you.” Twilight immediately began eating the breakfast that was presented to her making a bit of a mess as she did. Meanwhile Rainbow Dash emerged from the shower.
“Now that we’re all here who wants to stay with Fluttershy and Twilight today,” Applejack said biting into a muffin.
“Rainbow you can stay,” Fluttershy offered. “I know how boirng those old books must be for you.”
“What!” Pinkie exclaimed. “They are not boring, books are the plains where your imagination takes flight Fluttershy. Don’t you want Rainbows dreams to take flight?”
“Well I uhh,” Fluttershy struggled to answer.
“I’m with Pinkie today,” Rainbow interjected. “I don’t feel like hanging around here, maybe tomorrow.”
“Oh ok,” Fluttershy responded concerned.
“I think I’ll stay today,” Rarity proclaimed. “Twilight has given me a wonderful new clothing concept and I need to flesh this out.”
“Well alright I guess we’ll go ahead an head on out,” Applejack decreed finishing her breakfast.
“Oh that’s fine good luck,” Fluttershy called as they three quickly left. “Rarity do you mind watching Twilight while I shower.”
“Don’t worry about it dear I’ll keep the ruffian company,” Rarity answered the poise.
“You a wuffian,” Twilight rebuttled spilling her mouthful of food out.
“Don’t talk with your mouth full,” Rarity said wiping off the mess with Twilight’s bib. Fluttershy excused herself to the shower.
Flutterhsy lost track of the time while she was showering but hurried and finished when she heard crying from the living room. She quickly dried off and went in to find Rarity leading Twilight over to a bed. “Oh thank Celestia,” She cried with relief “What took you so long?”
“Oh I guess I lost track of the time,” Fluttershy answered. “What’s wrong?”
“I believe Twilight here may have had an uhh,” Rarity coughed. “An accident. I don’t mind changing her for I’d just rather not I don’t really like dirty things.”
“It’s ok Rarity I’ll do it, when you’re around animals as much as I am you get used to it.” After a quick diaper change Fluttershy and Twilight emerged Twilight sporting a noticeably happier attitude and a purple nursery style dress.
“Oh Fluttershy that dress is the cutest thing!” Rarity exclaimed. Twilight giggled at the compliment. “This is just the inspiration I was looking for.”
“You can tell me about it on the way,” Fluttershy said preparing a large stroller for Twilight. “We should go see that goat about milk.”
“Do you think we could stop by the boutique afterward?” Rarity said as Twilight was strapped into the stroller. “I would love to try out some of the concepts on Twilight.”
“What about it sweetie?” Fluttershy cooed to Twilight.
“I wike pwetty dwesses,” was Twilights elegant response.
“Wonderful I think these will be a smash hit,” Rarity stated excitedly. The three of them left Fluttershy’s cottage Twilight looking around eagerly at the world from the comfort of her stroller.
“So what’s this new line about Rarity?” Fluttershy asked.
“Well I got to thinking watching twilight play,” Rarity began. “When a pony dresses the only option she really has is to be elegant. When a foal is dressed you can dress them to be elegant or cute. I thought to myself, why should foals have all of the cute? Ponies like you or I should have that option too.”
“Sounds interesting," Fluttershy said trying to be positive. "How are you going to do that?”
“Dress like the foals dress but bigger you know. Dresses that leave the flank exposed seem kind of pointless but if you pair it with some matching pants, all I can see is untapped potential.” Rarity said finding it difficult to fully explain her idea fully.
“Do you really think it’ll go over well?”
“Not at first no. The stigma is going to have to be overcome, but I’m confident that with enough exposure people will see my way of thinking.”
“How are you going to get exposure?”
“Well I’ll wear them of course. I mean it’s not my usual style I’ll give you, but anything to further the brand.”
“Oh Rarity we’re here. Can I get you to wait on the hill with Twilight for a bit?”
“Sure.”
“Thanks a ton. You be good ok,” Fluttershy said giving Twilight her pacifier. Twilight nodded in the affirmative. Rarity watched as Fluttershy walked up to a grassy knoll and knocked rhythmically on an overturned log. A cautious sheep moved the log and revealed that the grassy knoll was actually a hidden house. He exchanged some heated words with Fluttershy but grew silent as Fluttershy mentioned the name Big Tony at this utterance the sheep quietly bowed and retreated into the knoll Fluttershy skipped back up the hill happily. “They’re going to mail us some milk by the end of the day isn’t that nice of them?”
“Yay!” Twilight cheered triumphantly.
“Fluttershy who’s Big Tony?” Rarity asked concerned. Fluttershy laughed for a moment but then stopped.
“You shouldn’t ask that question anymore Rarity,” she said seriously. Rarity looked at her friend dumbfounded. “Let’s go try on those dresses huh.”
"Yay!" Twilight cheered again.
Fluttershy stood watching intently as Rarity put the finishing touches on Twilight’s dress. Twilight remained still suckling on her pacifier simply happy to be getting this much attention. The dress she was wearing was a modification of the one she wore in. It was purple with a small panel on the front that featured an embrodired picture of a cat playing with yarn. The dress extended about half way down her body before it fanned out in a silky tutu. It was complimented by a purple diaper cover that featured two sets of frills made out of the same material as the tutu. Rarity was wearing a dress of the same style. Hers was a shade of red and featured a picture of a duck as opposed to a cat, and instead of ending in a tutu hers ended in a more traditional skirt made out of fabric and adorned with flowers. She was also wearing a diaper cover as pants, one that matched the skirt part of the dress it lacked frills but featured a similar picture on the rear. Both dresses by design seemed to draw the eye to the diaper covers and then back up the dress to the embroidered pictures.
“Well Fluttershy what do you think?” Rarity said as she stood next to Twilight. “I call hers ‘kitty’ and mine ‘ducky’”
“Kitty!” Twilight blurted excitedly.
“Keep in mind these are rough but it’s the general concept. What do you think?”
“It kinda looks like you’re wearing a diaper Rarity,” Fluttershy observed. Twilight found the observation to be funny.
“That’s the point dear. I want to capture that childlike innocence and cuteness. It’s not a diaper though just a diaper cover.”
“Well if you're trying to look young I guess you succeeded then. I don’t know if it’ll catch on though.”
“Give it time Fluttershy with me and the princess of friendship sporting these around town they’ll be popular in no time.”
“How do you know Twilight will wear it after all this is over?”
“Look at her dear,” Twilight was beaming with pride as she danced around in her dress playing with all of the frills. “If that’s not the look of a satisfied customer then I don’t know what is. All of that aside though how do they look?”
“Well if I had to sum it up it would be childish. You look like a filly.”
“Well I guess that isn’t too far off from what I was going for. I’ll have to improve some with the next designs but for the first pieces I think this was a success. Rarity made her way to the door. "Let's get something to eat and then head back huh."
"You're going out wearing that?"
"Well I'll have to start early if I want it to catch on by the time the actual line is finished."
"I don't know if that's the best idea Rarity."
"Nothing is ever done by being cautious Fluttershy."
"I don't think that's true Rarity," Fluttershy corrected but Rarity was already walking down the street garnering the attention of a few onlookers.
Applejack and Pinkie Pie were diligently searching through the tomes in the griffon library, finding several interesting pieces of information on how to stop the effects of several spells even if none of them would fix a spell like Twilight's. They were both distracted by Rainbow Dash, however, who was halfheartedly searching through books at an alarmingly slow rate. Where Applejack and Pinkie Pie had gone through about fifteen books each Rainbow Dash was on her second and often would stop looking entirely and just stare off into space. Rainbow was in the middle of one of these trances when she was pelted in the side of the head by a flying pastry.
“Cupcake attack!” Pinkie Pie yelled as she threw another cupcake in Rainbow’s general direction. This garnered no response from Rainbow Dash. “Aww come on sour puss everyone like a cupcake fight.”
“Not today Pinkie Pie I’m not feeling well,” Rainbow answered depressed.
“What’s got you all in the funky funk?”
“I don’t really want to talk about it.”
“Oh come on Rainbow you can tell me what’s wrong it’s me your friend Pinkie Pie,” confetti exploded behind her seemingly from nowhere.
“Well its uhhh,” rainbow though briefly about revealing herseld to her friends but in the end couldn’t get up the nerve to do it.
“Well if you don’t want to talk about it uhhh,” Pinkie looked around the room trying to find a distracting topic of conversation to help her friend feel better. “Griffons.” Pinkie Pie said defeated coming up with no other topic of conversation. Rainbow Dash shook her head to let Pinkie Pie know this was not working. Pinkie Pie left defeated and walked back over to Applejack who has happily parusing an account of one of the battles.
“Ya know Pinkie once you start digging in griffon history it’s actually pretty interestin,” Applejack said finishing the account she was reading. “Somethin’ wrong?” She asked noticing the unusually long silence from Pinkie Pie.
“I’m worried about Rainbow Dash,” she answered. “Somethin’s eating’ her and she doesn’t want to talk about it.”
“Sometiomes ponies just gotta work thorugh stuff on their own. Plus if it’s what I think it is then she probably don’t want that information floatin’ round”
“What information?” Pinkie asked brutally unaware.
“Eh heh heh,” Applejack laughed nervously. “That’s not really fer me ta say Pinkie she’ll tell ya if she wants to.”
“Ugh why is everpony being so weird about this? I’m Pinkie Pie I live to make people happy. And I can’t make my friend happy and that makes me sad. Which means I’m bad at making ponies happy. If I can’t make myself happy how can I make everyone else happy? Oh Applejack now I’m distressed.”
“Somehow I think you’ll get over it,” Applejack said laughing at her friends antics.
“Ahh I made you smile! I guess I’m not the worst pony at making her friends smile you were right Applejack I did get over it you're the best.” Rainbow Dash looked on in disgust at her friends happiness from the other side of the room. She angrily buried her head in a book not making much effort to read it.
Rarity and Fluttershy were returning to Fluttershy’s cottage. Rarity was particularly exhausted as she had been asked by everypony passing by what the deal was with her attire and stopping to explain it generally led even more onlookers who came more to gawk at her than appreciate her design sense.
“Oh Fluttershy I am absolutely exhausted,” Rarity said falling on Fluttershy’s living room sofa.
“You certainly drew quite the crowd,” Fluttershy said.
“Yes but that was the wrong kind of crowd. No one was interested in buying my designs they were just laughing at me.”
“Well you shouldn’t get discouraged,” Fluttershy began quietly but she was cut off by the boisterous Rarity.
“But I shall not get discouraged. With enough exposure this style will become popular mark my words.” Fluttershy smiled at her friend. She went into the kitchen where a box of milk bottles were waiting. She quietly made a bottle for twilight with half milk and half nutmeg while Rarity continued giving herself a triumphant speech in the living room. Twilight watched in amazement as rarity went on. Fluttershy quietly came up behind her with the bottle in hand and Twilight instinctively followed her to the couch to be fed. When Rarity realized what was happening she sat next to Fluttershy and Twilight to watch the results. “Do you think its working?” Rarity asked as Twilight was about halfway done with the bottle,
“I don’t know,” Fluttershy looked at Twilight.” Do you feel any different?” Twilight nodded yes but continued to drink from the bottle. “Oh well if you feel better I can put this in a regular cup for you.” Twilight shook her head no and continued suckling growing noticeably embarrassed.
“Did it not work right?” Rarity asked concerned.
“No I think she just likes it.” Twilight placed her hoof over her face embarrassed as she finished the bottle. “Well Twilight did it work?”
“Yeah it woked,” Twilight said keeping an infantile tone, “wew it woked to an extent.”
“zyou don't sound any better dear.” Rarity asked.
“I am cuwentwy fuwy cognescient aldough I don tink my speech has impwoved. Plus I don tink dis is pewmenan eider.”
“Is that why you kept drinking the bottle?” Fluttershy asked.
“Yes,” Twilight answered, but Fluttershy gave her a look that demanded the actual truth. “I also might have enjoyed it a bit,” Twilight admitted.
“This might take a little getting used to,” Rarity said weirded out by Twilight’s voice.
“You tewin’ me,” Twilight responded rubbing her tongue with her hoof making her even harder to understand than usual. “Nice dwess by de way.”
“I can’t tell if you’re being sarcastic or not,” Rarity said wearily. “If you are it’s much unappreciated.”
“No I was sewious, though I admit I’m a bit biased.”
“Well that’s a start I guess,” Rarity said happy for the confidence boost.
“Well now that you’re feeling yourself maybe you can help the rest of our friends find the counter spell,” Fluttershy said cherily.
“dey kno as much as I do. I haven’t finished catawogging all da books in dere.”
“That’s ok sweetie,” Fluttershy said patting Twilight’s head. Twilight blushed happily at the affection but Fluttershy quickly stopped. “Oh I’m sorry I should stop.”
“No!” Twilight yelled but then she stopped embarrassed. “I mean uhh you don’t haf ta stop if you don want to. And If it’s ok I don want you to stop. But only if youwe okay wif it.” Fluttershy almost immediately said yes but she stopped herself. Thoughts of Rainbow Dash entered her head. She told rainbow Dash she wanted kids of her own and wasn’t interested in other mares, but now Twilight gave her this happy and sweet look that made her think otherwise. The rush of these emotions into Fluttershy led to an unusually long silence that Twilight interpreted as no. “Its fine fwutushy you don haf to I know its weiuhd.” Fluttershy quietly let Twilight believe that as she moped a few feet away from her.
“Oh Twilight don’t be sad about it,” Rarity began.
“I’m fine,” Twilight replied. “I should know bettuh than push dis on you wike dat,” she said gesturing to Fluttershy who was looking away trying to hide her expression. Rarity couldn’t say anything and the three stood in awkward silence before being interrupted by Applejack, Pinkie Pie, and Rainbow Dash who had returned from the castle.
"We're back!" Pinkie yelled.
“Did ya'll try that potion we found earlier?” Applejack asked bluntly.
“Yes and it woked successfuwy,” Twilight answered. Applejack looked on in amazement and Pinkie Pie started laughing hysterically as Twilight talked. Twilight let out a small sigh. “Wha about you find anyting?”
“No but we’re really close. We’ve narrowed down a few books that probably contain a potion to fix all this,"
“That’s great news!” Fluttershy exclaimned. She looked at Rainbow Dash who was unphased by anything and simply fluttered in the air depressed. “Right Rainbow?”
“Huh,” Rainbow Dash briefly came to her senses on hearing her name. “Yeah sure great.” She gave a brief answer before being sent back into her own world of depression.
“Is sometin wong wainbow?” Twilight asked. Rainbow Dash didn’t answer and fluttered her way out of Fluttershy’s house presumably to her own house. “Did I do somefin?”
“Nah,” Pinkie answered. “She’s been cranky all day and nopony will tell me why,” Pinkie glared angrily at Applejack who began to sweat nervously.
“I hope I diden do anyting,” Twilight said concerned.
“Don’t worry about it sugarcube,” Applejack said nonchalantly.
“Yes dear,” Rarity chimed in. “With any luck we’ll have you a potion tomorrow to fix all this.” Applejack just began to notice what Rarity was wearing.
“What’s with the get up Rarity?”
“Oh this,” Rarity said giving a playful twirl. “Is the prototype for my new line I call it ‘Foaly Fashion’. It hasn’t taken off quite yet and the reception is currently a little low."
“Well we all make mistakes every now and then.”
“This is no mistake Applejack I am confident this will take off with enough time and exposure.”
“I don’t mean to be critical Rarity but it looks like.”
“Yes I know it looks like I’m wearing a diaper," Rarity said exhausted as several ponies had pointed this fact out to her earlier that day, "but that’s the point Applejack. All I need is some branding and they’ll take off just you wait. With Twilight’s help the brand will get out there.”
“Really Twi?” Applejack asked fishing for Twilight's opinion.
“Dey just so cute,” Twilight began. “I wan a puppy one and a fish one, oh and maybe a goat one.” Twilight began to realise how she was coming off and so stopped her rant.
“See Twilight likes them,” Rarity said proudly. “And I’m sure Pinkie does too.”
“Of course I do!” Pinkie Pie said hopping. “I love looking ridiculous and look how ridiculous you look.”
“Hey!” Twilight and Rarity said in unison.
“Well surely Fluttershy likes them too,” Rarity began. “She has great fashion sense isn’t that right Fluttershy?” Rarity turned around giving Fluttershy puppy dog eyes. Applejack was planting her face in her hoof. Despite Rarity’s best cute face Fluttershy was not phased and silently nodded no. “Really Fluttershy?” Rarity said betrayed.
“It’s just a prototype Rarity,” Fluttershy attempted to cheer her up. “Maybe when you finish it I’ll like it more.”
“I suppouse I could iron out the design a little more,” Rarity said thinking. “I just know this can work,” Rarity said as she left fluttershy’s with determination. “You’ll see this is the next big thing.”
“You’re never getting me into one a them thangs,” Applejack playfully called out. “I think I otta be hittin tha hay too. Pinkie Pie I believe it’s your turn to stay with Fluttershy do you mind?”
“Are you kidding?” pinkie Pie answered excitedly. “I love foals this’ll be fun.” Twilight, who had not yet regressed back into full foal mode at first took this comment harshly but then warmed up to it quickly.
“Alright see ya’ll in tha mornin’,” Applejack said as she left toward her farm.
“Well Twily are you ready for a night of spledeforous fun,”
“I’m still hewe Pinkie,” Twilight answered.
“Oh sorry it’s hard to tell. The foal you needs to hurry up though she’s more fun.”
“Oh wook it’s foal me,” Twilight said immediately faking it.
“I know you’re faking it, but I don’t care,” Pinkie Pie said as she began to tickle Twilight. Fluttershy watched silently her mind on a multitude of other things including the strange but very real attraction she was feeling toward Twilight and how this would affect Rainbow Dash. She gave a silent sigh as she buired her head into her couch silently hating herself for having an attraction to Twilight. Twilight and Pinkie continued to play oblivious to the internal turmoil Fluttershy was facing.
After several minutes of playing Pinkie Pie had worn herself out and was passed out on Flutershy’s couch. Twilight who was still barely awake was drinking more of the potion from a sippy cup on the floor. Fluttershy continued to look distant as she had for most of the day. Twilight had finished most of her drink and, noticing her friends distance, crawled closer to her.
“Evwyting ok Fwuttuhshy?” Twilight asked Fluttershy remained just as distant until Twilight spoke to her.
“What?” Fluttershy said snapping away from her distance. “Oh I’m fine Twilight don’t worry about me.”
“Did I do someting?”
“No sweetie it’s nothing you did.”
“Den what is it?” Fluttershy debated internally on whether or not to tell Twilight how she felt.
“Twilight I,” she began but she couldn’t finish. Twilight remained on the floor but crawled over to Fluttershy’s hooves which were dangling off of the couch. She laid her head on Fluttershy’s leg. Fluttershy began to sob with a flood of emotion before she eventually began to cry. Twilight found herself in the new position of comforting Fluttershy while she cried. “Twilight I’m so confused.” Fluttershy said in between sobs. “I don’t know why I feel this way.” Twilight nervously patted Fluttershy on the head as she continued crying.
“What’s wong?” Twilight asked genuinely confused.
“It’s Rainbow Dash,” Fluttershy said crying. “She loves me Twilight and I told her no. I told her I didn’t like her that way, that I didn’t like other mares that way.”
“Oh,” Twilight said being reminded of how Fluttershy ignored her own advances earlier. “Well dat’s ok. You shouldn be sad abou Wainbow if you don feel dat way.”
“But I do feel that way Twilight.”
“Wha,” Twilight began but she was interrupted by Fluttershy who enveloped her in a passionate kiss. Twilight struggled and eventually managed to push Fluttershy off. The two looked at each other intently for several silent minutes. With several looks and expressions the two had a silent conversation where Fluttershy confirmed her feelings for Twilight. “Wha awe we gon do?” Twilight asked referencing the kiss they just shared.
“I don’t know.” Fluttershy said truthfully. “Whatever we do I want it to be with you. I know that now and I can't hide it any longer.”
“But I wan dis,” Twilight said gesturing to her diaper. “Is all I evuh waned.” Fluttershy placed her hoof on Twilight’s hooves.
“I wouldn’t have it any other way. You're going to be my baby and I'm going to be your mommy.”
“Weawy?” Twilight asked overcome with happiness to finally have someone to share in her lifestyle. Fluttershy responded but lovingly kissing Twilight on the cheek. Twilight giggled cutely and looked into Fluttershy’s eyes before leaping onto her. The two began passionately kissing eventually falling to the floor and knocking a vase off of a nearby table. The resulting crash roused Pinkie Pie from her sleep. She looked over sheepishly at the mass of hooves that was Twilight and Fluttershy.
“Wow I’m having a weird dream,” Pinkie Pie said sleepily. “No more vegetables before bed.” Pinkie Pie laid back down and fell asleep.
The next morning Twilight woke with a start in her crib still in a state of happy disbelief. Her sudden movement also woke Flutterhsy who was laying on top of her. The two of them looked at each other embrassed at first but then they started laughing. Their laughing happened to wake Pinkie Pie who shot up breathing heavily.
“Ohmigosh I just had the craziest dream.” Pinkie Pie looked over to the crib where Fluttershy and Twilight were. “You two combined into some kind of monster.” Twilight and Fluttershy looked at each other and laughed again. “What are you doing in Twilight’s crib anyway Fluttershy?”
“Well uh,” Fluttershy began. She picked out Twilight’s pacifier which had gotten stuck in her hair. Twilight grabbed it from her and put it into her mouth and began suckling. “Twilight and I uhh, we sorta.”
“Fluttershy got tired taking care of me,” Twilight said removing a long pink hair from her mouth. "She fell asleep in the crib."
“There’s something going on here,” Pinkie Pie said suspiciously.
“Lets’ warm up some breakfast huh,” Fluttershy said distracting Pinkie Pie. Fluttershy reached over and opened the crib and closed it behind her leaving Twilight inside. Twilight followed Fluttershy with her eyes while she walked into the kitchen. Pinkie Pie continued to look at the two of them suspiciously. Fluttershy finished quickly and Twilight hopped into her highchair without being asked. Fluttershy lovingly fed Twilight who was brimming with happiness with each bite. Breakfast was interrupted by a knock at the door signaling that the other ponies had stopped by before they made their way to the castle.
“Good morning everypony,” Rarity sang as she entered the room.
“Yeah mornin’,” Applejack echoed. Rainbow Dash silently flew inside behind Applejack in a visibly grumpy mood.
“Good morning to all of you.” Fluttershy said happily.
“Somethin sure seems different about you,” Applejack said commenting on Fluttershy’s noticeably more upbeat attitude. Fluttershy laughed a little and looked at Twilight who also giggled before putting a pacifier in her mouth.
“I don’t know what’s up with them,” Pinkie Pie stated. “They’ve been acting weird since last night.”
“What happened last night?” Applejack asked. The room fell silent as Twilight and fluttershy looked at each other and giggled. “Maybe there’s something you wanna fill the rest of us in on?”
“Well,” Fluttershy began nervously. Twilight stood behind her giving her the confidence to tell the others. “Twilight and I talked last night and I think we’ve decided that we uhh. Well we want to be together,” Fluttershy hugged twilight. Rarity looked at the two of them star struck.
“You two are an item?” she asked cautiously. Fluttershy meekly nodded yes. This resulted in a screech of excitement from Rarity who embraced the two in a hug. Pinkie Pie was prancing around happily as well. During the excitement Fluttershy and Applejacke looked around to find Rainbow Dash and gauge her reaction, but she had flown out of Fluttershy’s house leaving the door open behind her. “Oh you two are the cutests couple ever,” Rarity continued. Fluttershy managed to sneak off leaving Rarity to ogle most of her excitement on to Twilight who took it all with glee. Fluttershy quietly approached Applejack.
“Is she going to be ok?” Fluttershy asked Applejack.
“I don’t know,” Applejack answered honestly. “She was hurtin before an this probably didn’t help none.”
“I knew it I’m just awful for putting her through this.”
“Now I don’t wanna hear none of that. You finally found yer special somepony an I know it ain’t exactly the way I expected it but you got yer kid too an You deserve to be happy. Don't let Rainbow ruin that for you it's not your fault.”
“But I’m worried about her Applejack.”
“Let’s take care of one problem at a time. First we gotta get that cure fer Twilight and then we can worry about helpin Rainbow. I know it didn’t exactly work out fer her but she’s yer friend and she’ll learn to be happy for you.”
“Well this is great news,” Rarity announced loudly interrupting the conversation between Fluttershy and Applejack. “But we must stay on task. Come on girls lets finish finding that cure for Twilight. That is if you still want it.” Twilight nodded yes. “Then lets go.”
“Right behind ya I got a good feelin about today,” Applejack said optimistically.
“Where’s rainbow Dash she was suppoused to help today.”
“Ah don’t worry about it we can find it with just tha two of us.”
“If you say so Applejack. There’s no time to waste.” Rarity marched out of Fluttershy’s house Applejack following behind her. Leaving Pinkie Pie to watch over Twilight and fluttershy.
"I think maybe i outta leave you two lovebirds alone I'll be in the guest room if you need me." Pinkie Pie quickly walked away into the guest room not bieng incredibly keen on seeing Twilight and fluttershy become the "hoof monster" again. Once she left Twilight poked her head into Fluttershy.
“Aww does my wittle baby need some attention,” Flutterhsy said toward Twilight rubbing her stomach playfully causing Twilight to giggle. “Let’s get that diapey changed how about that?” Twilight laughed happily as Fluttershy lead her into the back room for a diaper change. After her diaper change Fluttershy kept Twilight entertained with some childish toys she had in her house. The two of them let the time run by as they played with each other. Eventually fluttershy found herself sitting on her couch with Twilight asleep in her lap suckling on her pacifier as she slept. Fluttershy quietly ran her fingers through Twilight’s mane as she slept. This caused twilight to fidget slightly She briefly woke up long enough to embrace Fluttershy and then fall back asleep still holding on to her tightly.

Sorry about the wait on this one I've been a little busy latley. I should be able to post more frequently now though.
Applejack and Rarity were searching through the books with a new found vigor. They knew they were close and had narrowed their search down to a couple of books that contained recipes and spells. Rarity turned the page in the book she was searching which revealed a center-fold that told several stories of griffons who had been consumed by dark magic.
“Applejack,” Rarity said amazed. “I think I found it.”
“Really?” Applejack said dropping the book she was reading.
“Yeah look at these accounts. They’re all slightly different but they all mention a collar around the neck of a griffon followed by the griffon acting strange.”
“Does it give any sort a cure.”
“Yes listed by each account is a recipe for a potion and whether or not it was successful. Apparently the idea was to magically corrode the collar off of them.”
“Rarity this is it. we gotta take this back to Twi and start tryin em out.”
Pinkie Pie had emerged from the guest room to play with Twilight while Fluttershy prepared lunch. Fluttershy had just finished making sandwiches for everypony when Applejack burst through the door.
“We got it!” she yelled happily.
“Honestly there’s no excuse not to knock first,” Rarity said slowly following Applejack inside the house.
“Fluttershy we’ve got a whole list of things to try,” Applejack said holding the book open to the list of recipies.
“Oh goodness,” Fluttershy remarked seeing the long list of different potions. “I think I have most of this in the house or at least growing around it."
“Well what are we watin’ for,” Pinkie Pie said jumping up. “Let’s get going.”
The group rushed around the house making several types of potions starting with the ones that were the easiest to make and then working up to the more complicated ones often having to run into the nearby everfree forest to get specific mushrooms or herbs. Twilight who was enamored with all of the sudden attention happily let them rub salves over the collar. After several attempts Fluttershy tried a mixture of mushrooms and water. Upon contact with the collar Twilight snapped to attention her ears shooting straight up. Everyone stopped and watched as Twilight began twitching and moving unexpectedly remaining silent as she moved. After some moments of silence Twilight screamed and grabbed the collar with her hooves. Once her grip was secure she pulled at the collar hard. The part of the collar that Flutterhsy had applied the potion to moved and swayed as if it was made of putty. As Twilight struggled and struggled against the collar the weak point stretched more and more and the collar became looser around her neck. Eventually it became loose enough to fit over her head and the others quickly helped pull the collar over her head. It fell to the floor with a clang and then faded into a green smoke. The smoke moved to the ringlet on Flutterhsy’s hoof and dissolved it into thin air. With a loud unlocking sound Twilight snapped out of her trance.
“Woah!” Twilight exclaimed shot of breathe. “What just happened.”
“I think it worked,” Applejack said amazed.
“How do you feel sweetie?” Fluttershy asked concerned. Twilight responded by embracing Fluttershy in a hug and laughing. Fluttershy became taken in the mood as well and began laughing with Twilight the two sharing loving pecks on the cheek in between the laughter. Eventually Applejack, Pinkie Pie, and Rarity joined in the group celebration as well.
“Oh fluttershy,” Twilight said from the middle of the group hug. “I don’t think I can ever thank you enough. Thank all of you enough for helping me.”
“Aww shucks Twi,” Applejack said.
“I’m more than happy to help darling,” Rarity echod.
“Yeah what are friends for Twilight?” Pinkie Pie said.
“Well now what?” Flutterhy asked looking at Twilight. “What about us? Do you still want us?”
“Yes Fluttershy,” Twilight said looking into Fluttershy’s eyes. “I want to be with you.” The room filled with an aww as the two lovingly hugged each other.
“Maybe we should give you two some time alone?” Rarity said as Flutterhsy and Twilight rapidly became more intimate. With that Applejack, Rarity, and Pinkie Pie all quickly left. Immediately after they left Twilight and Fluttershy fell to the floor passionately kissing before they finally succumbed to the exhaustion and rolled over next to each other.
“Oh Twilight,” Fluttershy said noticing that Twilight was still in her diaper. “We should get you out of that diaper.”
“No,” Twilight said quietly. “This is what I want Fluttershy.”
“Well Twilight you’ve been in it for almost a week it’s ok if you want to take a break.”
“None of that was real Fluttershy. This is. You’re doing it because you want to not because you have to.”
“Well I do want to Twilight. It makes me happy to care for you.”
“It makes me happy too. I’m so glad that I finally have someone to share this with, someone I can…” Twilight hesitated. Fluttershy rolled on top of her.
“I know what you mean,” Fluttershy said sitting on top of the alicorn. She quickly moved to pin Twilight’s hooves above her head. “I want you to say it,” Fluttershy said gruffly. Twilight looked at Fluttershy in loving obedience.
“I want someone to belong to,” Twilight said.
“That’s not what I wanted to hear Twilight,” Fluttershy said bringing her face close to Twilight’s. “You need to be more specific.”
“I want to belong to you.”
“You know what that means. You have to do whatever I say whenever I say it.”
“You say that like you haven’t always wanted an alicorn of your own.” They both laughed a little. “I do know what it means, and I trust you. I know you only want the best for me.”
“Kiss me,” Fluttershy commanded. Twilight quickly obeyed and with that signified that she belonged to Fluttershy now.
“What are you thinking?” Twilight asked after the kiss.
“Nothing it’s silly.”
“Tell me,” Fluttershy looked a bit embarrassed.
“Well I was thinking that, since your mine and everything, I should get you a new collar.” Twilight laughed.
“I was thinking the same thing. I always thought it made me look cute.”
“It did make you look cute. What kind do you want?”
“You can pick it out for me.”
“We’ll go shopping together one day. I want you to pick it out.” The two kissed again. “I’m still worried about Rainbow Dash though. We should go talk to her.”
“Do you really think that’s for the best? I’m worried about her to but I don’t know if she evn wants to see us together. Wouldn’t that hurt her more?”
“I know she’s hurt but I’m not going to stop that from making me happy. I want to be with you and she needs to learn to be happy for me.”
“Ooh you’re so commanding now,” Twilight said lovingly. “I like it.” Fluttershy laughed.
“Down girl!” she commanded playfully.
“Yes ma’am.”
After a quick rest and a trip to the store Twilight and Fluttershy made their way to Twilight’s castle and entered it’s quiet halls.
“I’ve always wanted to build a nursery in one of these extra rooms,” Twilight said as she entered the palace.
“You certainly have the space,” Fluttershy said following her dropping the bags of supplies they bought on the floor. “It might take some work to make any of these rooms babyish enough for you.”
“I’m sure Rarity will find a way,” Twilight said jokingly. “She made this dress after all,” Twilight said. She was wearing the prototype dress with a diaper cover that Rarity had made for her and she was playfully wagging her tail at Fluttershy who pushed it out of the way just as playfully. The two made their way up a flight of stairs and to the end of a hallway where Twilight opened up an empty room that was slightly less crystalline than the others. “I think this is out of the way enough in case I entertain some dignitaries. Of course if you don’t like it.”
“I think it’s fine Twilight. I love it.”
“I can’t believe this is happening.”
“Me neither but I’m glad it is.”
“Are you keeping my crib at your place?”
“Yes I’m going to convert the guest bed into your nursery for when you come over.”
“Well,” Twilight said with a content sigh. “Should we get started setting everything up?”
“There’s something I want to do first,” Fluttershy asked nervously.
“What is it?” Twilight’s question was answered when fluttershy brought out the pink collar that Twilight had picked out. Twilight blushed at the sight of it. “Already?”
“I can’t wait any longer.” Fluttershy said stars in her eyes. “Sit down,” Twilight obeyed and lowered her head as Fluttershy slowly and deliberately placed the collar around Twilight’s neck snapping it shut behind her. Once it was secure on her Fluttershy adjusted it so that it was tight around Twilight’s neck. As the last touch she secured it shut with a blue heart shaped lock. Having finished Fluttershy stepped in front of Twilight to admire her work. Twilight gave a seductive twirl. “How does it feel?” Fluttershy asked. “It’s not too tight is it?”
“It’s supposed to be tight Fluttershy,” Twilight said laughing. “So it’s perfect I love it.”
“Do you like the lock I picked out?”
“I do it’s a nice touch. It doesn’t look like it’s actually locking anything though.”
“It’s not,” Fluttershy admitted. “I thought it would be more symbolic than anything.”
“Well I like it. I don’t think I’ll ever take it off.”
“Well good because you can’t take it off without my say so.”
“Yes ma’am,” Fluttershy grabbed Twilight’s collar and pulled her close for a kiss.
Fluttershy and Twilight stood outside of Rainbow Dash’s door on one of the nearby floating clouds. Twilight was especially nervous as Fluttershy had made her dress her littlest. She was wearing a pink dress and a thick cloth diaper with cartoonish design and no cover and her mane was done in pigtails. Her pacifier was clipped on to her dress. As the two of them landed on the cloud that was the front door of Rainbow Dash’s house Fluttershy calmly attached a lead to Twilight’s collar.
“Are you sure this is a good idea?” Twilight asked nervous.
“Calm down sweetie,” Fluttershy said placing the pacifier in Twilight’s mouth. Twilight obediently started suckling. “She’s going to have to accept us as who we are so we need to show her who we are.”
“Easy for you to say,” Twilight said muffled by her pacifier.
“Hush!” Fluttershy commanded yanking on Twilight’s lead. She politely knocked on Rainbow Dash’s door. The two of them could hear Rainbow Dash approaching the door and looking through the peep hole.
“Go away I don’t want to talk to you!” They heard from inside the house.
“No Rainbow Dash!” Fluttershy said firmly. “We are going to talk about this right now.” Rainbow opened the door angrily.
“If you came to talk maybe you should’ve left your floosy at home tied up,” Rainbow Dash said gesturing to Twilight who looked at the ground saddened by the remark. Fluttershy responded to this remark by hitting Rainbow Dash in the face. The pegasus fell to the floor her nose bleeding.
“I don’t care how angry you are at me!” Fluttershy said furious. “You do not I repeat do not talk to my baby like that.” Rainbow Dash looked at Fluttershy shocked.
“You’re just saying that because the spell’s making you!”
“No! We fixed it. No thanks to you by the way. You stormed off thinking about yourself not even worried about your friend.”
“Well if you fixed it the what's that around her neck?”
“She picked it out. It's a symbol of our relationahip.”
“So you two are?”
“Yes We’re together,” Fluttershy said putting her arm over Twilight who was still fidgeting nervously. Rainbow Dash lost her balance and fell to the ground crying. Her nose was still bleeding from Fluttershy’s punch and her blood was now mixed with snot making for a rather disgusting looking pegasus. Despite Rainbow Dash's appearance Fluttershy went to pick her up off of the floor lovingly. Twilight followed her and they both helped Rainbow Dash into her house and on to her couch. At this point she was crying hysterically. Fluttershy looked over to Twilight for advice and Twilight shrugged her shoulders in response. “Let it out Rainbow let it out.” Rainbow Dash buried her head into Fluttershy’s lap and continued crying for several minutes. Twilight laid down on the floor her head nudging against Fluttershy’s hoof.
“Is it me?” Rainbow Dash said in between crying.
“No Rainbow Dash it’s me.”
“But you like Twilight why don’t you like me.”
“I don’t know Rainbow Dash it’s just how I feel.”
“But I tried for so long.”
“Well you’re going to have to look somewhere else.”
“You’re not helping,” Rainbow Dash said pushing herself away from Fluttershy. “You’re just making it worse.”
“Rainbow Dash you need to get over it.”
“I never had to get over it before.”
“Well now I have someone Rainbow. I have to be there for her and I can’t do that with you behaving like this.”
“But I…”
“And another thing,” Fluttershy said cutting Rainbow Dash off. “You know how long I’ve been looking for somepony and how long I’ve wanted a kid. You should be happy for me. Happy that I found both even if it wasn’t in a way anypony was expecting.” Rainbow Dash sniffled in acknowledgement.
“I’m sorry,” Rainbow Dash said meekly. She realized that no matter how much she didn't like it Fluttershy was right. She did find her special somepony and Rainbow Dash should be happy for her. “I was just thinking about myself I didn’t even worry about your happiness.”
“Good now apologize to Twilight!” Flutterhsy commanded gesturing to Twilight who was innocently suckling her pacifier attempting to stay out of the conversation. Rainbow Dash sighed.
“I’m sorry Twilight,” Rainbow Dash said noticeably more halfheartedly.
“Twilight?” Fluttershy said expectantly.
“I’m sorry too Rainbow Dash,” Twilight began. “I didn’t know you had feelings for Fluttershy and even when I found out I pushed this on her anyway without even thinking about you. I know it sucks and you probably hate me, but I’m happy and she’s happy, and I just hope that’s enough for you to forgive me so we can all be friends again.” Rainbow Dash looked at the ground in contemplation.
“Yeah I guess we can be friends again,” she said quietly. “Don’t expect me to be dressing like that though I’m way to cool to have somepony control me." Twilight and Fluttershy laughed until they were stopped by Rainbow dash who engulfed the two of them in a huge hug.
“Maybe you could babysit Twi sometime,” Fluttershy said to Rainbow. “You know as a peace offering.”
“What!?” Twilight asked alarmed. Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash laughed Twilight nervously joined in a little while later.
“We should go to sugar cube corner to celebrate,” Rainbow Dash said happily.
“That does sound fun,” Fluttershy said. “If you’re up for it that is.”
“Of course I’m up for it I’m tired of moping in here anyway.”
“Well if we’re going out can I get changed,” Twilight said meekly.
“Aww she’s embawassed,” Rainbow Dash said in a mocking babyish tone.
“Aww my wittle baby’s embawassed,” Fluttershy said joining in. She lovingly Rubbed Twilight under the chin. “yes we’ll go home and change you into something a little nicer my little one.” Twilight giggled innocently.
The group all arrived at sugar cube corner. Twilight, Rarity, and Pinkie Pie were each sporting one of Rarity’s new dress lines, an update to the one’s she made for Twilight earlier.
“Thanks for sporting my new dresses friends,” Rarity said with a sting directed toward Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy and Applejack who weren’t wearing one.
“Sorry Rarity it still ain’t my style,” Applejack answered honestly. “Plus you know I hate getting yer dresses dirty on tha farm.”
“Plus they aren’t that aerodynamic,” Rainbow Dash added.
“Well what’s your excuse Fluttershy?” Rarity asked
“I wouldn’t want Twilight to get confused as to who’s in charge,” Fluttershy answered abruptly.
“Honey,” Twilight responded embarrassed.
“Is something wrong baby, is your diapee wet again.” Twilight grew red with embarrassment but giggled as she loved the attention.
“Duly noted,” Rarity said. “I’ll try to make one a bit more mature.”
“I like it because it’s pink!” Pinkie Pie loudly declared.
“How did I know that would work on you Pinkie?” Rarity stated with a devilish grin. “Anyway thanks to your help I’ve already got some orders for my next run.”
“Wow really?” Applejack said shocked. “Well that’s great. I don’t get it myself but I’m glad it’s takin’ off.”
“Who knows, maybe this’ll be the hot look at the gala next year,” Rainbow Dash said with a laugh.
“You laugh now but you won’t be laughing later just you wait.” Everypony laughed as Mrs. Cake brought all of them their orders. Various sweets were passed around the table and Fluttershy lovingly tied a bib around Twilight’s neck and poured her drink into a sippy cup.
“Oh are you going to able to finish the order I gave you?” Fluttershy asked after she was finished caring for Twilight.
“Oh don’t worry dear I finished that last night. You know I’m an old pro at that sort of thing you’d be surprised how much of that stuff I get orders for.”
“What did you order?” Twilight asked in between bites of her cupcake.
“Oh just some things for your nursery.”
“What things?”
“You’ll find out.”
“Don’t worry dear,” Rarity said giving Twilight a wink. “It’s all perfectly safe and it’ll keep you nice and secure.”
“Oooooh,” Twilight said giving Fluttershy a loving look. Fluttershy patted Twilight’s head.
“Eat your food dear,” Flutershy said in her caring voice.
“Glad to see your relationship is still going strong,” Pinkie Pie said happily.
“Me too it's been a blast,” Twilight said before taking a drink from her sippy cup.
“And Fluttershy said I could babysit,” Rainbow Dash declared proudly.
“Do you really want to?” Applejack asked.
“No not really,” Rainbow Dash answered honestly.
“Oooo,” Rarity exclaimed. “If you’re still looking for one I can make a great babysitter. I’m really good at this sort of thing.”
“What sort of thing?” Twilight asked but she was cut off by Pinkie Pie who also chimed in.
“I could babysit too. It was super fun playing with her when it wasn’t super weird,” She said slurping up her slice of cake.
“I’ll keep that in mind,” Fluttershy said quietly. “But I don’t think I’ll need a babysitter all that much considering what my date nights look like.” Everyone shared a laugh at this remark.
“Oh look at the time,” Rarity exclaimed looking at the clock in the room. “I have to get back to the store. Flutterhsy why don’t you come with me and pick up your things.”
“We’re right behind you,” Fluttershy said. “Thanks for lunch everypony.”
After a short walk Fluttershy, Twilight Sparkle, and Rarity arrived at Rarity’s boutique and Twilight began trying on some of the things Rarity had made for her.
“And this is for her head,” Rarity continued as she strapped a bridle around Twilight’s head. “If you pull this strap right here she won’t be able to talk,” Rarity demonstrated as Fluttershy watched intently. Twilight remained motionless mostly due to all of the articles Rarity had made for her including a saddle, chest harness, and hoof cuffs all of which were attached together with thin chains in addition she was lied by her collar to the floor making all but the most minuscule of movements impossible. “I also made a little whole in it to fit a pacifier in.” Rarity said sticking a pacifier in Twilight’s mouth. Twilight began suckling joyfully. “Speaking of I made you pacifiers and bottles with bigger nipples so Twilight will have an easier time suckling.” One look at Twilight’s face was enough to see the positive effect.
“Well thanks for all of this Rarity,” Fluttershy said as she started to free Twilight from the myriad of bonds. “I kinda just wanted something to keep her still during diaper changes, but it looks like she likes them.”
“I make this stuff all of the time you have no idea, and this stuff is normal compared to what Lyra and Bon Bon order.” Fluttershy loosend the strap on the bridle that prevented twilight from talking.
“Wow this is a lot of stuff,” Twilight said in amazement. “How did I look?” she asked Fluttershy.
“Aww sweetie you always look cute.” Twilight gave Fluttershy a loving look. “But I really like the way the bridle looks on you.”
“Well keep it on momma.” Twilight said nuzzling Fluttershy.
“How much do I owe you Rarity?” Fluttershy asked,
“On don’t trouble yourself,” Rarity said charmingly. “I’m all for my friends experimenting just be safe you two, and come to me if you need any help or have any questions.”
“Oh thank you Rarity. I’m sure we’ll have fun with it.” Fluttershy attached her new lead to Twilight’s collar and led her out of the boutique.
The two of them made their way to Fluttershy’s cottage and quickly set up a makeshift changing table in the guest bedroom turned nursery. Fluttershy immediately began testing it out as Twilight was in need of a diaper change. She lovingly began changing twilight whose hooves were now secured out of the way.
“This is all happening so fast,” Twilight said while Fluttershy was changing her.
“Oh is it a bit too much?” Fluttershy asked concerned. “I really only did want to keep you hooves out of the way during a change. We can stop whenever you need to you know that right.”
“No don’t stop I love it.”
“I do too.” Flutterhsy finished the diaper change and let Twilight up. Twilight admired the cloth diaper she was wearing.
“Ain’t I the cutest?”
“Yes you are?” Fluttershy said laughing.
“Can this moment last forver.”
“Yes it can honey. It can last as long as we’re together.”
“I love you mommy.”
“I love you too baby.”
Twilight waited patiently in the top floor of her palace. She glanced at the clock. Princess Luna was late. She sighed a bit annoyed at the princeliness's tardiness. Fluttershy cautiously peeked her head into the room.
“Is she here yet?” she asked nervously.
“Not yet,” Twilight said exasperated. “I don’t know what’s taking her so long.”
“She’s only to minutes late Twilight calm down.”
“But I wanted to spend the weekend with you.”
“What’s two minutes out of the whole weekend?”
“I guess you have a point.” Their conversation was interrupted by a thud as Princess Luna hurriedly landed on the balcony outside. Fluttershy quickly left the room as Luna entered.
“Good evening Twilight Sparkle I assume you’ve called me to give your report.”
“Yes princess.”
“Good to hear what did you find?”
“Well the book you gave me seemed to be about mind control spells, pretty old ones too if the dates are right.”
“Do clarify,”
“Well, and I’ve only done a few small experiments with this, the spells are all variations on the same thing. The caster binds someone else to their will. The subject is then magically compelled to do what the caster says. It can also be self-cast in which case the caster bind themselves to someone else’s whim. For the spell to work properly the subject has to at least semi sentient it doesn’t seem to affect wild animals. The spell manifests itself through a physical object. A collar appears around the neck of the affected subject and a small ring forms around the front hoof of subject in control,” At this point Twilight gestured to two mannequins that had representations of the collar and ring on them. “As with all magics this magic is affected by the desires of the caster. This manifests itself most when the spell is self-cast. The one in control may treat the controlled differently based off of internal desires.” Princess Luna was impressed with Twilight’s thoroughness.
“Is there any way to stop the spell?” Princess Luna asked.
“Not traditionally,” Twilight continued. “It’s my opinion that the authors of the spell saw no reason to ever release those affected by it from control so they never wrote a counter spell. That being said, if you find a way to remove the collar or ring from either party the spell breaks apart, but that’s rather difficult as both parties are compelled to keep them on. In my research my friends did manage to find a potion that when rubbed on the collar makes in malleable and compels the wearer to take it off.”
“Does that work?”
“It’s rather violent, but yes it does work.”
“Well it seems you have a grasp of what these spells do. Do you have any recommendations for their functional use?”
“Not really,” Twilight answered honestly. “It might be slightly useful for some sort of mental therapies, or to enforce community service, but in all honesty there isn’t much good these spells can do.”
“Yes I’ll have to agree with you there Twilight. That’s the gamble you run with dark magic of course sometimes you find some spells that have no practical use at all. Thanks for your help anyway Twilight Sparkle as always it’s a pleasure to see you again.”
“It’s nice to see you too princess.” Princess Luna stepped on to the balcony and was prepared to take off but noticed the collar on Twilight’s neck.
“Oh if you don’t mind me asking what’s that?” the princess asked gesturing to Twilight’s collar.
“Oh this is nothing,” Twilight said embarrassed. “It’s just something my special somepony made for me,” Twilight finished her prepared response to that question.
“Special somepony do tell,” Princess Luna asked intrigued.
“I don’t know if I should.”
“Oh come on you know I’ll find out about it later.” Twilight glared at Luna. Fluttershy peeked her head into the room again.
“Did it go well Twilight,” Fluttershy asked quietly.
“Yes it went quite well,” Princess Luna answered. “I think we were just talking about you actually.”
“You were?” Fluttershy asked.
“Yes Luna was just telling me how we were dating,” Twilight answered placing her hood over Fluttershy.
“Don’t you mean you were telling her?”
“No I don’t,” Princess Luan giggled quietly to herself at Twilight’s remark.
“I was just asking your friend here about her new neck accessory,” Princess Luna clarified. “She told me you made it for her.”
“Oh well not really,” Flutterhsy answered. “It’s just something we picked to sort of symbolize our relationship.”
“Well good for you two. I was beginning to wonder if it was part of this whole ‘foal at heart’ dress line your other friend is making.”
“Oh no it’s not, but we do have a few of those. It’s amazing how quickly they took off.”
“Yes it truly is. I'm sure they will be all the rage at the gala this year. Well I must be going as always it is good to see you Twilight and good to see you new girlfriend.”
“I think it’s more accurate to say Twilight is my girlfriend,” Fluttershy clarified. Twilight giggled and looked at Fluttershy lovingly.
“I don’t understand the difference.”
“Don’t worry about it Princess,” Twilight said happily. “Thanks for stopping by.” With that Princess Luna shot off of Twilight’s balcony and made her way back to Canterlot. “Well now that we’re all alone,” Twilight said seductively.
“Not until your diaper is on young lady,” Fluttershy said sternly.
“Yes ma’am,” Twilight said enthusiastically as her and Fluttershy moved over to their favorite room.

alright that's it this story is done. I had fun writing it. Fan fiction is always more entertaining because you don't have to spend as long with characterization. Anyway hope you guys enjoyed it.
