The mane six are lost, gone, without a trace of them remaining. They were on their next quest sent by the map of Twilight's castle. Strangely enough, it calls together six regular ponies to find them. Why have these six been chosen? Why is the Tree of Harmony active again? What has taken the mane six captive?
