Oh Celestia, what happened out here?" Somepony asked. I couldn't concentrate on what side of my head that voice came from and her voice just seem to be spinning around. From my confusion at where this pony was at I screamed needing to know making the pony close to me jump back. "Calm down, here let me see if I can get you up, you shouldn't be laying here for too long or else you'll get a cold from the rain." As I felt her trying to move me I laughed and said.
"Hey, why are you being so nice? Shouldn't we wait a while for the party?" I said laughing.
"What the hey are you talking about? Your laying on the ground in the rain, who are you anyway? I never saw you before."
"Name? For my pet? Like I said before it's Gabrielle the leaf." I said as I slowly opened my eyes again seeing the dark clouds above me. "Look at that! It looks like my house!" Thinking back at my house and pointing upwards with my hoof.
"Do you make any sense of logic at all?" The pony asked turning my head to see her. This pony who was helping me wore a farmer hat and had blonde hair and freckles.
"You look like an apple." I told her looking at the apple trees around us.
"That's ironic isn't it? My cutie mark is apples." She pointed out looking at her flank and then noticed mine. "What the? What kind of cutie mark is that?" The pony asked looking at mine. I turned to see and it was cracks covering the flank.
"That? That's Jackie the flank!" I said to her. "Named after me Cracker Jack!"
"Sure Cracker Jack, sure, my name is Apple Jack." AppleJack told me.
"Hey! We all are named Jack! That's awesome!" I said to her happily.
Apple Jack's Point Of View
What is wrong with this pony? This pony is more crazy then a pile of sticks. The magenta colored pony kept having that smile on her face as she looked at me upside down causing her red hair to fall to the ground. That's when I noticed something about her and asked. "Um, what's wrong with your face? Not gonna be rude and all, you have stitches across your ears and between your eyes." She turned her head confused.
"What you talking about? I'm the most beautiful pony around! Perfection at its finest!" Cracker Jack said flinging her arms to the ground. I sighed and reached the door to my house. As I opened the door I heard Cracker Jack giggling, just what is up with her? First off she got stitches across her face, an unpredictable personality, and those cracks being her cutie mark. As we went inside I was first introduced to Apple Bloom coming towards me looking the strange pony.
"Who's that Apple Jack?" Apple Bloom asked looking at the pony on my back.
"Oh, her? She's-" I tried to say before Cracker Jack interupted me.
"Name? My name is Cracker Jack!" Cracker Jack answered raising her hoof at my sister. At least she's finally making sense, a little.
"Nice to meet you, my name is Apple Bloom where did you come from?" Apple Bloom asked her. I began to feel Cracker Jack getting off my back and when she did she stumbled a bit as she walked to my sister.
"I'm from that apple over there." Cracker Jack said pointing at the bucket of apples outside. Apple Bloom then looked at me with a weird expression on her face and just gave her a simple shake of my head. Suddenly I found Cracker Jack running to the bucket of apples outside and jumping into them causing apples to fly out of the bucket.
"I'll go get the bucket over here..." I said a bit confused and same time frustrated that I have to put all those apples into the bucket again. As I pushed the bucket inside I heard Cracker Jack munching on apples. "Hey! Don't eat my apples!" I yelled to her in anger. I heard the munching stop for a second until she began eating again.
"You know how it feels to get stung by bees? That's how I feel when I get nothing to eat since, ever!" I heard her within the apples. Apple Bloom noticed this and asked.
"Wait, when was the last time you ate?" Apple Bloom asked. That's when Cracker Jack popped her head out of the bucket of apples still eating.
"Since the great old days, that's what." She said with a smile before she went completely into the bucket of apples again.
"I guess that means for a while, alright, I'll let you eat but only those apples!" I told her in frustration.
"Hey, Jack?" Apple Bloom asked me looking between me and the bucket of apples.
"Yes?" I said in wonder.
"What's up with her cutie mark? I never sawn anything like that before." Apple Bloom pointed out. I thought back to the cracks on her flank.
"I don't know either Apple Bloom, it's strange." I said to her.
"Hello? Do you got any ingredients for muffins?" A voice said behind the door making Cracker Jack pop her head out of the bucket once again to look at the door.
"Ingredients? Of course!" Cracker Jack said jumping out of the bucket and running to the kitchen.
"Oh no you don't!" I said running towards her to the kitchen. As I got there I saw her picking out everything off of the shelves and refrigerator and placing them on the table. "Hey! Stop what do you think your doing?" I yelled at her making her stop with a knife in her hand as she chops apples.
"Oh? I'm making muffins for the person at the door of course!" She then noticed my cutie mark and smiled walking to me with the knife. "I see you got me some ingredients, those apples will do lovely." I began to back away slowly from Cracker Jack as she walked closer to me.
"Cracker Jack..I don't know what's wrong with you but you have to stop this nonsense...this is my cutie mark not apples." I told her trying to get sense out of her. That didn't stop her from walking closer to me with the knife. I began to panic and looked around the room for something that could make her stop and my eyes locked on the hose in the sink I looked back at her and back at the sink and ran towards it.
"Ooh! Get the apples clean that's a great idea!" Cracker Jack said happily. As I got the hose from the sink I pointed it at Cracker Jack.
"If you get any closer I swear I'll use-" Then as soon as she took one more step I sprayed it at her face causing her eyes to widen and quickly scream.
Cracker Jack's Point of View
As the water hit my face I quickly remember something. "You've been a very bad pony you know......we did so politely gave you that cutie mark of yours...and...........dunk her in the water......." That's when I felt myself choking from the cold water and trying my best to get my head to the surface but one of them held their hoof above my head. As this memory came to me I screamed and ran to the corner of the room quivering in fear.
"Don't dunk me in water again....don't, just don't.........." I mumbled having my hooves to my ears hoping no other memory came back....I couldn't remember what happened since I woken up but seeing that I hope to not remember. Apple Jack noticed this and her fear softened to worry as she slowly walked up to me.
"Hey, what's wrong? Did I do something wrong?" Apple Jack asked with sympathy. I didn't answered but instead just giggled as tears came down my eyes. "Don't be like that....you can tell me." Apple Jack said putting her hoof against my shoulder making me stop.
"I....I..." I stuttered to say but refused to say it.
"You what?" Apple Jack asked. I giggled more as tears rolled down my eyes.
"I heard something....I sawn images of ponies....I don't remember...but that's all I can recall seeing....they called me a bad pony before doing so." Apple Jack was silent for a minute after I said that making me question why. "What?" Apple Jack shook her head and said.
"After all that you did, you now start acting normal....and what you said, it sounds like amnesia...but those ponies you mentioned...I have no idea.." Apple Jack said to me. I sighed and looked down I have mixed feelings about those memories...one I'm both curious and another is both fear of what I'll find out about me being a bad pony and who those ponies were. "Hey, if you want...me and my friends can help you with your memory." Apple Jack said making me pay more attention to what she's saying. "But in one condiction." She stated to me.
"What is it?" I asked.
"Don't...and I mean don't ever pull up another knife and say you want my cutie mark as an ingredient." Apple Jack stated to me.
"But your cutie mark are apples and you let me eat apples before." I said to her with a frustrated expression. Apple Jack then gave me such an expression and just walked out of the room.
"I'll let you get some time to think on that." Apple Jack said as she left the room.
