Twilight woke up at the crack of dawn and smiled brightly. She jumped out of her bed a happily twirled around. "Woohoo! First day of school!" She exclaimed. Just then she took a look at her clock. "Oops, looks like I woke up a little bit to early. Oh well might as well get ready!" She skipped happily to the bathroom.

Pinkie Pie woke up and hopped out of her bed. Then she hopped into the bathroom.

Applejack woke up the sound of her sister Applebloom yelling in her ear. "Wake up big sis! It's time for school!" "I'm up Applebloom. Now, go get ready." She ordered to her little sister. "Yes ma'am" She replied and marched out of the room. Oh boy, today's gonna be a long day, she thought.
She sighed and leaned back in her bed, hoping to catch a few extra snores.

Rarity woke up and moved her silk eye masks from her eyes. "Now that is what you call a beauty sleep." She said. "Now I must get ready for the first day of school" "Rarity, who are you talking to" Sweetie Belle called out. "Nobody Sweetie Belle, dear. Now why don't you go get ready"
Rarity called back. She grabbed her things and strutted into the bathroom.

She groaned again and got up, checking the calendar on the wall one more time. "No doubt about it, school has officially started." she sighed while looking at the day. "August 18th, first day of school.
