Rainbow Dash awoke eagerly from bed "today's the day" she shouted gleefully "The day i test out my new tricks for the wonderbolts!" Rainbow dash flew as fast as she could to fluttershy's house, she kicked open the door "FLUTTERSHY, ITS TIME!" Rainbow dash exclaimed "Time for what?" fluttershy added still half asleep. "its time to test my new tricks, they're gonna be so amazing!" Rainbow dash said with a hint of pride. "but... I thought there was gonna be a big storm today?" fluttershy said. "Pssh, no storm is gonna stop me, now, i need you to get the others and meet me out in the fields in a half hour, try not to be late." Rainbow said as she flew away. Rainbow dash had arrived at the fields and started to stretch her wings and flew around to get a little exercise in before she tried out her new trick. Fluttershy arrived 20 minutes later "you're early, good, i was getting bored waiting." Rainbow said with a chuckle. "well, we wanted to see you do your trick before that big storm hit." Said Twilight sparkle "I'm so excited, i cant wait, rainbow dash always has the best tricks!" said pinkie pie "do try and be careful dear." Rarity added "that storm should be here anytime now, y'all better hurry with your fancy new trick" applejack said. "ok, ill start right away." Rainbow dash said taking off. Rainbow started flying in circles, than began doing barrel rolls, she zig-zaged through the air flapping her wings at very high speeds. she flew through a low cloud and gathered was followed by a stream of glistening rainwater, she flew higher and higher, she flew upside down, in circles, sideways, and even backwards. suddenly storm clouds blew in, but Rainbow dash didn't stop, she kept flying around at high speeds and barely noticed the thunder crackling above her and swirling clouds forming. "RAINBOW DASH YOU GOTTA GET OUT OF THERE!!!" Twilight screamed, her voice overpowered by thunder. Rainbow dash didn't hear her, she just kept flying. "NOW FOR THE FINAL MOVE, THE RAINBOW WARP!" she flew downwards as fast a physically possible, but a very large streak of lightning struck rainbow dash, she was now plummeting faster than before leaving a bright rainbow trail behind her, her wings are still in flying position, but rainbow dash fainted, everyone gasped in fear, completely unable to stop her, fluttershy tried to fly in and help her but she was stopped in her trail by a lightning strike, but tiny static streaks formed around rainbow dash, she was surrounded in lightning, very quickly she fell closer to the ground, she was spinning while falling leaving a spiral rainbow trail, and suddenly, a giant ring of rainbow fire with several fire rings around the rainbow trail exploded out of rainbow dash, a huge white flash had covered the area. everyone gasped and rushed to aide rainbow dash "RAINBOW DASH ARE YOU ALIVE!!!!" Fluttershy shouted in tears. all that was left was a few blue feathers, dash was nowhere to be found.

"hey, hey wake up!" said a familiar voice. Rainbow dash slightly opened her eyes, she was awaken by a white pony with yellow, fluffy hair and wings. "hey shes awake!" said the white pegasus. "pinkie? what happened to you? you're not...pink anymore." rainbow dash said barely conscious. "Pinkie pie? who's that? I'm surprise." "...Surprise what" Said rainbow dash, still a little woozy. "no silly, my name is surprise." surprise said with a giggle "why cant you just tell me your name now?" added rainbow dash. "no no, my name IS surprise, my name is not a surprise" said surprise with a sigh. "oh, i get it... weird name, but i like it" rainbow dash said staggering to her hooves. "OW!!!" rainbow dash shrieked as a sharp pain hit her wings. "whats, wrong with my wings?" rainbow dash asked "oh my, they look broken." surprise said. Rainbow dash had barely remembered what had happened to her, but whatever did happen, her wings were broken, that she was sure of. "we need to get you patched up, what good is a pegasus with broken wings?" surprise said. surprise wrapped her hooves around rainbow dash's waist and carried her away. "say, what happened to you anyway, I've never seen you around here" surprise asked, flying towards a small town. "im not sure, all i remember was me doing some awesome flying tricks, then all of a sudden CRACK!!!" rainbow yelled flinging her arms in the air, surprise almost loses her grip on rainbow dash. "please don't do that." Surprise scolded "sorry, anyway after that i remember a terrible pain and i was stunned, i remember falling too but then i was unconscious, and then i wake up here, it looks familiar, but very different too." rainbow dash explained. "well whatever happened, we have to fix your wings, don't worry, my friend will get you flying again in no time." surprise said reassuringly. Rainbow dash, was unsure where she was, she didn't even know if she was in the same place, she knew something was not right.
