Chapter 1

Out In The Dirt

Another boring start, to another boring day. Your daily routine had been pleasantly pounded into your head over the past 6 months, and it was always the same. Wake up, shower, get dressed, out the door, go to school, go home, and use the computer, the only interesting things in your day being the computer. Every now and then you'd pop on over to fimfiction.net, and see what was new there. Usually just a ship here and there, and the occasional clop, but mostly stories that seemed to have been created on a whim, with the plot jumping around more than Pinkie after she ate a few cupcakes. Although recently one story caught your attention. It was about Pinkie Pie, who had somehow become a human, and just by being her usual upbeat happy self, managed to make a guy fall head-over-heels in love with her. Only thing that made it different, was that it had amazing writing, enough so that you'd begun to think about what would happen if you met your favourite pony, Applejack, one day as a human.

This was of course usual morning routine. Do everything you normally do, but spice it up with some wild imaginings or something else, it helped to make the day go by faster if you thought about something you were actually interested in. As you look outside to see that the rain that had been pounding the city for the past week was gone, you made a last minute decision to ride your bike to school, remembering to bring a towel to dry off the seat just in case it rains during school hours. As you begin to make your way down the side streets you see something in the middle of the road. It was fairly large, it couldn't have been a dog though, they were smart enough to stay in their yards. Knowing that you had around 10 minutes that you could waste before you might be late for school, you decided to investigate.

What you found shocked you. It wasn't a gym bag like you'd thought. It was a girl, possibly even around your own age, naked, asleep in the middle of the dirty old road. Knowing the kind of neighbourhood you lived in you couldn't leave out here, and not only that but there was a distinct nip in the air. As you placed your bike on the ground you managed to get a better look at the girl, and my all means, she was the kind of girl every guy would go for. She had a beautiful face, bigger than average chest size, and had, as they say "junk in the trunk". If this had been any other occasion you'd be standing at full salute, but the fear that the girl could be hurt prevented anything other than "help her" run through your head. Carefully taking the towel out of your bag you cover her up, more or less for yourself, and attempt to wake her up. When she doesn't wake up you immediately call 911, tell them where you are, and then call your mom, telling her why you'd be missing school today. Just as you get off the phone with your mom you notice some movement from the girl, and thankfully she appears to be waking up.

"Where in tarnation am I? I know Celestia said that we'd be going to help people, but she could have told us where we were goin'!" That voice, it sounded so famil...

Wait, did she just say Celestia?!

"Um, excuse me," you try to politely interrupt her, "but did you just say Celetia?"

"Oh and can you put this on to cover yourself up?" you add, almost as an after thought.

"Why, yes I did say Celestia, do you know her or somethin'?" says the-girl-who-sounds-and-acts-like-Applejack as she puts on your hoodie, realizing that her current appearance isn't very lady like, nor polite. "Are you who I'm supposed to be meeting here?" Your only response was a look of pure confusion.

"Are you Applejack?"

"Why yes, yes I am! How did you know, me being an, uh, human. I think that's what Celestia called them" she replies, bursting with pride.

"Well, it's a long, long story, but what are you doing here?"

"Tell me this story, then we'll talk"

After you managed to explain absolutely everything about how you know her and her friends, she just looks at you in complete bewilderment. "So what you're sayin' is, that I'm a cartoon character, and that it shouldn't be possible for me to even be here?!" exclaimed an obviously irritated Applejack. You simply nodded in response, currently trying to figure out if you should or shouldn't mention that she's you favourite. "Well, I'm real, and I know who I am, do you want proof?!" She stood up as she said this, and was then you realized that the hoodie hadn't been done up, as it was now blowing freely in the wind as she exposed herself in a fairly indecent way. Then, without warning, she hugged you. While your brain tried to comprehend what had just happened she whispered in your ear, "Here's your proof", complete with a little giggle at the end, which means she knows what she's doing to you. Before you could manage a response she fainted, and as she did, it began to rain.

Good thing you brought your umbrella.

After a few attempts you managed to wake her up again, and then promptly handed her the umbrella. It was a small, cheap, and fairly old dollar store umbrella, and it only fit one person completely. Despite her arguments about you catching a cold or something you still stayed outside of the umbrella, fearing that she may use it to rile you up again, like she did when she hugged you. Thankfully, just as Applejack decided to bring the issue back up, mainly because the rain came down faster, the ambulance appeared, seeing you, and her, arguing. Then with a nod from you they quickly coaxed AJ into the vehicle, but since she knew where she would be going, she insisted that you come along, since you looked worse than she did. As you climbed in next to her you asked, "Why did I have to come along, I'd at most only catch a small cold or something." To which she sheepishly replied, "I don't like hospitals all too much, and the thought of being alone in one I'm not used to kinda scares me, so I wanted someone I can trust to be there with me."

With that said she leaned against your arm, making you feel as though you were having the best dream ever. Your favourite pony, is now human, a hot one at that, was now leaning against you, and she trusted you quite a bit. You've never felt this way before, but it was a feeling that you wished would last forever.

Then you passed out due to being in the cold for so long

What do people think of the story so far, it's only my second one, and is also the first time I've ever written something even remotely romance related with regards to humans ;3

Chapter 2: The Truth

The Truth**

As you come back into consciousness you feel like you're laying in a bed, yet it doesn't feel like a hospital bed. It feels like your own bed at home. Realizing that fact you quickly rationalize that meeting a human Applejack was in fact just a dream, yet a very vivid one at that. Then, you feel that something is different, it feels like the sun is higher up, and that something, or someone, is in your room. At first you think it's your family dog, but that isn't normal as your dog is usually closed, yet alone the dog coming to sleep in your room. Then you hear your curtains moving, meaning your window is now open, yet you remember having it closed to make sure any nighttime rain wouldn't get into your room. With every thing striking you as odd you finally decide to open your eyes and figure out what in all sweet hell is going on.

As you open your eyes you first see the wall opposite your door, along with your window, which confirmed your suspicion that it was late morning, meaning either you slept in, or something caused you to go home and get into bed. Then you flip over and see something that completely destroyed your dream idea. There sat Applejack, on your desk chair, obviously your makeshift laptop table was moved off for her. You guess you've been out for a while, since she was fast asleep. Then you notice something else that makes you jump ever so slightly.

She's wearing your clothes...

It somewhat makes sense, seeing as she isn't from here you understand why she would need to find something to wear. Her choice of clothing makes you laugh a bit. Jeans, with a white undershirt, and your red work shirt. Almost matching the outfit that fanon has placed human Applejack in, other than the fact that your clothes didn't exactly fit her slightly small, yet toned, body, seeing as you have a bigger frame than her. With a grumble and a rumble from your stomach you decide to try and sneak out of your room and downstairs to grab a snack. Sadly for you it turns out that the farm girl wasn't actual asleep, and had just closed her eyes.

"Thanks for yesterday" she says as you begin to shuffle out of the bed.

"Huh?"

"Thanks for helpin' when you found me in the road."

"Uh, no problem, but did you say yesterday?"

"Yeah, ya've been asleep for nearly a day now."

When you didn't respond she looked up to see your stunned face. "You passed out when we got into the ambulance. They said it was because of how cold you got from being in the rain, but I didn't believe 'em." She started to get quiet at the end, which confused you. All you could think of was ,"Why?" She took sometime to think before responding, "Well, I wasn't about to let you get sick because of me, so I offered to take care of you until you were all better." Almost as if on cue, your stomach let out a loud groan. After a giggle, which was fairly cute, Applejack quickly ran downstairs, and returned with an apple in hand. Go figures. "I know this aint normal, guessing by the amount of meat in your fridge, but I thought you might like it, it looked like the best one in there." she says as she hands you the apple with a smile. You quickly grab it and get straight to devouring the apple, without a care in the world that there was a beautiful lady next to you.

"So, back when you helped me, you mentioned that I'm from a cartoon show or somethin', can you show me this thing?"

You very nearly choked on your apple. "What?!"

"Well, I wanted to know if what you saw on the cartoon was what we actually looked like."

Here comes the most awkward moment in history

At this point you've spent a few days showing AJ both seasons so there is already a strong friendship between you two ;3

"Well, that was actually really close to how we actually look, I wonder how they got it so close..."

You would have never imagined that that's how they actually looked. Before you could get over that fact Applejack decided to hit you with the worst question ever, of all time.

"So who's your favourite?" she says with what looks like either a grin, or a shy smile, you couldn't tell. Sadly you turned to stone when she asked, not being able to decide if it was safe to say it was her, or not. Apparently the internal battle had some visible side effects, and the next thing she said made your heart stop.

"Is it me?"

You weren't sure if the tone of her voice was one of fear, or if she was trying to flirt with you. Sadly the internal battle of yes or no added to the redness of your face. Luckily every battle ended with her response. She gave you a great big ol' bear hug, nuzzling the top of her head against your cheek, probably on purpose, you couldn't really tell, nor could you conjure up enough brain power to think about it. "Thank you" she said warmly.

With your brain working at all time low, all you could manage to mumble out was a slight squee of joy. With a giggle, one that you hoped never goes away, she said, "When you do that you sound almost like Fluttershy." With that said she hugged you even tighter. Your brain managed to start working again, and you somehow managed to ask, "Why are you hugging me so tightly?" She loosened up a bit, enough for you to turn to face her, and she said in the saddest way you could have ever imagined, "You don't like it? I though since I was your favourite that maybe that meant ya liked me, an' no one's ever said that to me before..."

You feel like someone punched you in the balls with that. You immediately decided to wrap your arms around her and pull her in close as if she was going to disappear if you didn't. "Can I be fully honest right now?" you ask, and with a nod into your chest, you say the words you thought only the weirdest bronies would ever say...

"I love you Applejack"

She immediately broke down into tears of pure happiness while holding onto you with all her strength, revealing a side to her you never thought you'd never see.

First time trying to actually write a scene like this, how'd I do? ;3

Chapter 3: Reasons

Before I begin, I would like to say thanks to TheSonicWarrior for making me see how odd the last part of chapter 2 seems, but fear not, it will be explained now!

Chapter 3

Reasons

After breaking the embrace Applejack calmly says, "So you I remember you askin' what I was doin' here when you helped me out. I think it's about time I told you" As you prepare to hear the story you've seen in fanfics about a spell going wrong or something like that, she begins, "Celestia was sleepin' one day, and had a dream, and in it she saw your world, or at least she thinks she did." The uncertainty threw you off there, but you continue to pay close attention anyways, "She told us that this world was deep in chaos, worse than what we'd seen when Discord came back. So she decided that we could come here and try to use the elements to make things right." She paused, looking quite a bit worried, but still managed to continue, "I volunteered to go through first, but I heard Twilight call out to Celestia and then things went black, and I woke up to you helping me." She was obviously shaken up, possibly thinking that she might never go home again, or afraid that something terrible happened to Celestia.

You decide to comfort her with a tight hug, seeing that she was extremely worried and might break into tears at any moment. "Thanks sugarcube" she says quietly as she embraces the hug. Then you decide to break the hard truth to her...

"I'm sorry to say, but this world can't be saved or even helped"

"What? Why would you say something so sad?" She's obviously surprised as she breaks the hug and looks at you in despair.

"Where to start," you start as you stand up, knowing you're going to get animated while explaining, "War, murder, crime, greed, and vanity. The truth is that's only the surface. Wars start because of people wanted something another country has, and lately that's been oil, causing death around the world, not only that but some country's leaders are turning their soldiers against their people. The soldiers are killing the people and children that they're supposed to protect." You pause long enough to see fear on Applejack's face. "People murder others for no reason other than, 'They just didn't like him', or they kill their own family because they snapped under the pressure of society. People steal just because they wanted something someone else had, or they had some weird belief that person didn't earn it. People start companies just for the sole reason to make money, they pay people over seas next to nothing just so that they can live in a big house and drink martinis on their million dollar yacht, and so they can have the best car, the best clothes, and the best phone. A phone for the love of god!"

Realizing that you ended up yelling about half of that you turn to see how Applejack is fairing after hearing that, and with complete despair you decide to add one more thing, "Hell, you can't even trust the people you meet, everyone wants something, and to some of them, your friendship, sometimes even your love, is just a means to an end. They don't even care if they hurt you in the process." You decide to sit down, realizing the hate that's running through you is causing you to shake, and then you quietly say...

"This world should be destroyed"

"DON'T SAY THAT!"

Applejack's sudden outburst caused you to jump. With tears streaming steadily down her face she manages to say, "The world may be full a' greed and other horrible things I can't begin to describe, but what about the good in the world? How could you not think about that!"

"There is no good in this world, and if there is it sure as hell doesn't last very long!"

"What about this, what about us? ISN'T THIS GOOD?!"

"But what happens when you have to leave, huh?! I can't just up and leave with you, and I sure as hell know you can't give up your family and friends just for me!"

"I WOULD GIVE ALL THAT UP FOR YOU!"

Stunned, you stare with you mouth open, now realizing you had begun to cry thanks to the tears entering your mouth. You don't have any idea what to say now. Instead you just sit back down and cover your face with your hands, now realizing what you just did, and what she just said to you. "Why?" you ask through the tears, "Why would you give up everything for me, I'm just a simple guy, I get average grades in school, can't do physical labour for shit, and I'm obviously a goddamn pessimist who pretends to be an optimist! So why, your life is so damn good, why would you give it all up for a moron like me?" With that she hugs you.

"Because, I love you."

"What is there to love? I'm useless, I wouldn't last a day on your farm, let alone be able to make friends easily."

"I love you because you're the first person who has ever gone out of their way, going to so far as to put their life in danger, for me, let alone say they like me more than my friends."

"But I'm not the only one that likes you over them, people on the internet argue about it all the time, some people even write about you falling in love with either them, or someone from Ponyville. I'm sure they're far more..."

You couldn't finish because she gave you a deep passionate kiss, despite her tears, it felt pretty good. "Sugar, I don't care, you're a sweet guy, and even though there may be some guy out there that likes me that is the hottest guy on the planet, I would still pick you. I know it sounds stupid, but I love the fact that you aren't afraid to speak the truth, and that you would go so far for some random girl you found in the road."

"I helped because I felt it was necessary, I thought that something really bad would happen if I left you there, that's all"

"That's why I love you. Despite you lookin' down on this world, you still wanted to try to make someone else's better. I can already guess that to your friends, you're probably important seeing how kind you are underneath all the pessimism."

Hearing that you nearly break down again, but something stops you. It was love, not the love you had for her, but the love she had for you. You could feel it, almost as though it was next to you trying to lift you up, telling you all the bad stuff didn't matter, as long as you were with her things would be alright. Even though this whole relationship just started out of the blue, and you have no idea how it got so strong so fast, you start to enjoy it. You may have only just officially met her, but now you know you don't just love her for how she acts in the show, you love her for who she really is, and you know she loves you for the same reason.

"It feels like all the evil in the world is gone right now" you say while grinning.

"That's what Celestia was sending us here for, so we could help as many people as we could."

Suddenly there was a blinding light in the middle of your room. After it went away there were 5 girls, and even a blind man could guess they were the rest of the mane 6 just by how they got there. Then you noticed they were naked, probably because that's how ponies usually are. You manage to turn around before the shock wore off for Applejack.

"Hey Applejack!" the 5 of them said at the same time, how they knew it was her, you had no clue.

"Girls," said Applejack menacingly...

"PUT SOME GADDARN CLOTHES ON!"

Hopefully now people will see why the romance between Applejack and the protagonist started so early ;3

Chapter 4: New Arrivals

"Why the hay would we do that?" replied Rainbow Dash angrily

"Because I said so! Just put some clothes on, right now!" answered an equally angry Applejack

Thankfully it seems like Fluttershy was able to figure out why Applejack wanted them to put on clothes, probably because she saw your back turned, and her being the only one to notice it because Applejack's outburst made her jump into a corner. With a quick look around she noticed a laundry basket with clean clothes in it just behind the rest of the mane 6, so she quickly grabbed sweat pants and a white undershirt. Then she made her way over two the bed unnoticed thanks to Applejack and Rainbow's argument taking everyone's attention of anything else in the room. "Um, girls, I think we were, well, um," stuttered Fluttershy, "interrupting something." After she said that she pulled you into view, thankfully she had put on something so you were able to look towards her and mouth the words "thank you" to her.

"Oh, sorry Applejack, we didn't know, just, after you went through the portal shut, then reopened, so we went through and ended up here." said Twilight, as calm as ever. "Where are we supposed to get clothes anyways, huh?" retorted Rainbow, obviously still ticked off at Applejack. Fluttershy ever so slightly pointed to the basket behind them, luckily it had enough of a selection for them. When you were told it was okay to look you gave a little chuckle, luckily not noticed by any of them, as they had all picked out clothes that fit what fanon had guessed they would wear. Rainbow picked out some basket ball shorts and a white t-shirt, Rarity picked out a nicer shirt, almost exactly like the one Applejack had on, but she wore it differently, and some nice jeans. She had also stolen one of your belts to wear for style more than anything else. Twilight had grabbed a sweater and some jeans, wearing a white undershirt under it, and Pinkie grabbed the biggest shirt you had, and just wore that, lucky for her she was a lot smaller than you, so your lazy day shirt fit her like a dress, that and she managed to refrain from bouncing about when she realized that in doing so, her private parts would show.

After you and Applejack explained everything, leaving out the fact that the two of you had fallen in love out, the other 5 were simply stunned. Twilight, apparently still able to do magic was able to conjure up 5 cell phones identical to yours. "So here's the plan. We split up, find someone similar to us, and try to make their lives better, and give them an ideal friendship, then we move onto another one, and we can use these to keep in touch. Got it?" explained Twilight after getting quizzical looks from everyone in the room about the phones.

"Okey Dokie Loki!" said Pinkie as she bravely waltz out the door, only coming back to grab a pair of pants so she wouldn't get cold outside.

"Well okay dear, but I think I'll stay with Pinkie, make sure she doesn't get into any trouble while we're here" said Rarity as she used what magic ability she had to change the color of the outfit she was in.

"Um, if it's okay with you two, I'd like to stay here," mumbled Fluttershy, obviously afraid that she might get rejected and told to try and meet someone all by herself.

"Of course sugarcube, I'm sure he won't mind!" replied Applejack, speaking for you.

"Well that leaves me and Rainbow, but I was hoping we could stay here also, at least until we found somewhere else to stay." Twilight's request was accepted for you by Applejack again.

While you showed Twilight and Rainbow to a room across the hall from you, you managed to somewhat over hear Applejack suggesting that Fluttershy stay in your room with her, trying to convince her that you weren't a bad guy and you wouldn't try anything. Apparently Fluttershy accepted the offer, seeing as Applejack had been trying to figure out how your air mattress worked when you got back.

After you filled up the air mattress and put sheets on it you told Fluttershy and Applejack that they could have the bed, and you'd sleep on the mattress. Fluttershy tried to object but couldn't bring herself to say no, but surprisingly even Applejack was against the idea. "It's your bed sugarcube, we shouldn't stop you from sleepin' in it. I'll take the mattress, you can share the bed with Fluttershy." Applejack apparently didn't think that through all the way before saying it. "Oh darn it, I didn't mean it like that, I'm sorry." After managing to calm Fluttershy down enough so that you could talk to her you told her you would take the air mattress no problem, if they wanted you would even just go sleep downstairs on a couch or something so they could have their own room. Before Applejack could start to argue Fluttershy responded, "It's okay I trust you enough to stay in the same room as us."

As night fell you realized that the other two, Twilight and Rainbow, didn't have anything to sleep on, so you managed to sneak the air mattress across the hall after Applejack and Fluttershy went to bed. "Sorry about that girls, I forgot the bed in this room was thrown out a year ago." "Oh, it's no problem, but what are you going to sleep on now that we have this?" asked Twilight, who seemed generally concerned. You answered her calmly and without any doubts,

"The floor."

After scrounging up enough pillows, and managing to explain to your parents what was going on, which got you a few very confused looks, you had managed to make a make shift bed out of the pillows you gathered. An hour later you turned over, forgetting where you were in your room, and ended up smacking right into your desk. Apparently Applejack is a fairly light sleeper, as this woke her up, but you didn't notice. After you moved your "bed" away from anything you could hurt yourself on you heard someone get out of the bed and lay down next to you. "Sugar, you know you could have just given us a couch or something right? You don't need to be sleepin' on the floor like this." Obviously Applejack didn't think your pillow bed was very good, too bad, depending on which way you where positioned it was really comfortable. Then without warning you felt Applejack climb under the blanket you were using as a cover, which forced you to move off the pillows onto the actual floor. You rolled over to tell her to go back up to the bed and get some sleep, but instead you got a firm kiss. "Want to know another reason why I love you?" she asked. After you nodded she said, "Because you're willing to give up your own comfort for a group of girls you barely know." You were about to say something along the lines of, "It's because I didn't want you guys to be uncomfortable while you guys are here", but instead you got another kiss from Applejack before she rolled over, obviously content with sleeping with you on the floor.

The next morning started early, as you felt something move under your arm. It was Applejack trying to sneak away, obviously old habits die hard, as you noticed it was just passed the crack of dawn. So you could get back at her for sleeping on the floor you quickly pulled her down into a hug, but ended up over shooting, and instead ended up with her in a very suggestive position. Then you realized she wasn't wearing any pants, but instead just had on a pair of your underwear and the shirt from yesterday, but it was unbuttoned. You cringed expecting her to slap you or something, but she didn't, much to your surprise she actually lowered herself down to you and after a quick peck on the lips, whispered, "I thought we were supposed to wait until after marriage to do this kinda stuff." She then got up and went over to check on Fluttershy, hoping that the commotion hadn't woken her up, which it thankfully didn't.

After getting dressed and going downstairs Applejack decided to prepare breakfast for you, herself, and the other 3 girls currently sleeping upstairs. She managed to find eggs and the toaster, so when she came back upstairs she had 5 plates of scrambled eggs, two pieces of toast each. As everyone else woke up thanks to the smell of the delicious eggs you all began to chow down, with many comments coming out in between mouthfuls about how good the eggs were. Then you heard your phone go off, on it said you got a text from Pinkie.

It said they had been called back to Equestria, and that the one who sent it, was Celestia herself.

This chapter may seem fragmented, but it's supposed to be happening over an entire night, so the breaks mean that time has passed.

Also noticed a bit of hate coming towards the story, but I couldn't care, obviously some people liked it so I'll keep writing it ;D

Chapter 5: The Equestrian Connection

The Equestrian Connection**

"Why did the princess take those two back without talkin' to us about it?" asked Applejack, obviously the news had flustered her quite a bit. Before anyone could respond you got another text, but this time it said it was from Celestia, and in it read, "This is for your eyes only, don't show the 4 girls anything you get through this name, understand?", to which you replied, "Yes, but why can't they know about this?". Her response was quick and to the point, "Because it would ruin everything if they found out", still being unsure about it you waited for the next message, and you got it just as you put your phone down. Thankfully you grabbed it before Rainbow did, since you knew who it was from, and didn't want to anger a princess that could easily kill you. Yet what you read made you feel like she'd already killed you, and you just didn't know it yet...

It read, "I know this is sudden, but the real reason I sent the girls there was to find the elements for your world, since I knew that if they could awaken those people to their abilities, they would create a ripple that would eventually make everyone's lives much happier. Pinkie wasn't needed, as your world already has parties almost every day for something or other, and Rarity was brought back because you showed the element of generosity when you gave up your personal comfort for the girls. Yet not only are you the element of generosity, but you are also the element of honesty, and possibly even kindness and loyalty seeing how you have acted towards the 4 girls that are under your care". Then it hit you, if Rarity and Pinkie were taken back because their elements were already found, why was Applejack still here if you were also the element of honesty? Then as if Celestia was inside your head and knew what you were thinking, she sent one more message.

"Applejack is still there because you and her have found true love in each other, and I can't bring myself to break that up, not until I find a way to let you stay with her".

You feel as though someone just put you on the moon, as the adrenaline pumping through you makes everything including yourself feel a lot lighter. At first you think the adrenaline is being caused by the fact that you're two elements, maybe more, but then you realize it's because an almighty princess that has the ability to raise the moon and the sun, is trying to keep your idiotic romance alive, no matter how hard it's no doubt going to be. Before you can come back to reality you feel a hand on your shoulder, "You okay sugar? You look like you just went crazy or somethin'", obviously the hand was Applejack's, and without thinking you turned to her and gave her the biggest hug you could. Although she pushed you away, muttering something along the lines of, "Not when they're around", but you didn't care. The fact that her face became redder than her brother's coat was proof enough that Celestia was right, it was true love, seeing as Applejack can't lie for shit.

"Should we leave you two alone or something?" You hear Rainbow ask, obviously trying to tease Applejack, but you decided to tease her a bit too. "What you want a hug too?" you ask smugly, but your plan backfired big time when she nodded and then walked up to you to get her hug. Being the gentleman you are you couldn't turn her down, then you saw both Twilight and Fluttershy looking at you in a funny way, and you realized that they also wanted one. Twilight just came in and got a quick one, but Fluttershy, well she decided to hold on for a little bit longer than Applejack would have liked, made quite obvious when she pulled Fluttershy off you.

"What in tarnation were you doin' there Fluttershy? It was supposed to be a quick hug!" It was painfully clear that Applejack was quite upset about it.

"Well, um, I was going to just get a quick hug, but then he felt so big and warm, I felt safe there so I wanted to hold on tight and never let go. I, I'm sorry about that, I won't do it again I promise..." whimpered Fluttershy in response, she looked like a sad puppy now.

"Applejack has a crush on the human, Applejack has a crush on the human!" chanted Rainbow from just behind you.

"What do you even like about this guy AJ?" asked Rainbow as she threw her arms around you from behind, "I mean's he's not in shape, he isn't that handsome, and he watched a show for little girls, he's obviously a wimp!" she finished, much to your dismay, as every point was true, and had involved her poking and prodding at your upper body.

Next thing you know Applejack's pulling Rainbow off of you, and then...

SMACK!

"WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT FOR!"

"Don't talk about him that way, and keep your hands off him!"

"Fine! You didn't have to hit me over it, I was just playing around!"

You'd never think you'd get to witness Applejack smacking Rainbow like that, nor did you think you'd ever see Twilight speechless, even Fluttershy had frozen to the spot, unsure of what to do, hide, or help Rainbow? There was an awkward silence while you, Twilight, and Fluttershy attempted to put your jaws back in place, seeing as they most likely fell through the planet with how fast and hard they dropped. Somehow you managed to recover first, and just went over to Applejack, who was now sitting on your bed with her head in her hands, obviously upset over what she just did to one of her friends. With no words that you could think of you instead wrapped your arm around her and pulled her in, trying to calm her down. As you do this you notice that the other girls are watching, just as Applejack starts to shake.

She was crying...

After a long talk, and quite a few tears from Applejack you managed to get them all into the same room without them trying to not see each other. So you decide you better start explaining before the peace is broken again. "Celestia was sending me texts, and she told me that your mission has changed." That was met with about as much confusion as you thought you would get, "She has decided that you are now tasked with finding the Elements of Harmony for this world. 3 have already been found. Laughter is covered by comedians and the people that throw parties every other day, and I am two of the elements, generosity, and honesty. That is why Pinkie and Rarity were taken back to Equestria."

"So then why am I still here?" asked Applejack, obviously afraid that at any moment she could be brought back.

Thankfully you're not as bad as Applejack is at telling a lie, so you only respond by saying, "She didn't say, maybe it was so you could help the others?"

"Fair enough, so where do we start?" asked Rainbow, who seemed eager to find someone like her in this world

"Well, I know a friend who might be a match for Fluttershy, but I think you two are going to be the hardest to match someone with" you reply while looking at her and Twilight

"Well, What're we waitin' for? We better get started, and sittin' here talkin' aint gonna help us find them!" said Applejack, who was obviously very happy that this might mean Rainbow will be out of your house after you find her match.

Hopefully this chapter made sense to everyone, it was kinda written on a whim, so if anything doesn't make sense ask and I'll try to fix it ;3

Chapter 6: Match Making

Match Making**

After a quick call to your friend, who you know thinks that Fluttershy is best, and a deal that he'll show up tomorrow, you get down to business. Sadly, you can't find anyone that you know that would ever even hang out with Rainbow Dash. "This is harder than I thought it would be" you mumble while going to grab another apple from your fridge. You've been at it all day, yet all of your friends either call you crazy, then demand proof first, or they just outright say no. Normally you're the only one who goes down to get anything, but this time you feel like someone's behind you, so you quickly stop on the stairs knowing they would bump into you because of it.

"Hey, what's with the sudden stop!" you hear Rainbow quietly quip

"Why are you following me?"

"I wanted to talk to you privately."

The way Rainbow said that made you worry. It almost sounded like she was sad about something. "Let me get my apple first, then we can talk on the deck out back." you say as you motion for the back door. "You really like apples, huh?" you barely manage to hear her say before she headed out. Now you're even more worried that maybe what happened with Applejack happened to Rainbow too, something you definitely weren't prepared for. How could you explain to her that you and Applejack are in a sense "together", and how would you manage to turn her down with out making her upset. You were going to think more about it, but you're already at the back door, and now there is no going back.

"So what did you want to..."

You got cut off by Rainbow suddenly kissing you. Luckily for you, your brain didn't crash because of it, so you managed to push her off before anyone could have seen.

"You," said Rainbow while tears welled in her eyes, "you love Applejack don't you?"

You thought about making a joke about you having an apple in your hand, but decided against it since you knew that would just make things worse. You simply nodded in response, and then kept your head down, afraid to see her face.

"I guessed it, why did I even try?! God! I'm so stupid! Just because you wanted to help me didn't mean you liked me!"

THUMP!

Rainbow Dash crashed to the ground, sobbing. You could feel your heart breaking, and you managed to quickly thank yourself for closing your window, less the girls hear this.

"Rainbow, it's okay" you attempt to comfort her, "It was a simple mistake, no one's going to hold it against you."

"No! It's not okay, I just made an idiot out of myself! I feel dumber than Pinkie right now!"

You think of trying to say something else to calm her down, but opt to give her a hug instead, knowing she would benefit better from that than anything you could say. As you did it she tried to push you away, obviously afraid you would see her face, but that only made you try harder. You and her stayed like that for a few minutes, in which she managed to stop crying. You then remember one of the guys you play games with is a hug Rainbow Dash fan.

"Don't worry, I think I just found the perfect match for you."

"What?" Rainbow managed to say between sobs.

"It only clicked once I saw you like this, I have a friend who is a huge fan of yours, I'm sure he'd take you in!"

"Really!" Rainbow looked up, face still a bit damp, but other than that she had a huge smile.

"Only one problem, he lives far away"

That one line managed to dampen both your spirits...

After Rainbow cleaned her face she came back upstairs to join you and the rest of the group, and was asked what happened, to which she replied with a shrug. Then you had another revelation, Twilight was still able to do magic, most likely in a severely limited way, but maybe she had enough ability to teleport Rainbow to your friend.

"Hey Twilight, can I talk to you outside for a second?" you ask, also deciding to use this opportunity to toss out the apple core you just set down.

Then Twilight met you downstairs, and you motioned for her to come out onto the deck.

"So you can still do a bit of magic right?"

"Yes, I'm not sure how much though."

"Do you think you could teleport people? Rainbow to be specific"

"Possibly, but why do you want me to do that?"

"Because I know who Rainbow's match is, but he lives far away, and that's the only easy way to get her there."

Obviously Twilight agreed with you now that she knew what you were planning, so she quickly texted Rainbow to tell her to get outside. Meanwhile you tweet at your friend, trying to get him to agree. He asks for proof so you quickly snapped a picture of Rainbow as she came outside to show him. He agreed, obviously thinking that you were stringing him on for a joke or something, but you asked him to give you a picture of his room, hoping that if Twilight saw it, she could easily send Rainbow there. He complied, and Twilight attempted to teleport Rainbow over.

Suddenly there was a flash of light, and both Rainbow and Twilight were gone. At that moment you got a tweet from your friend saying Rainbow was actually there, but she was by herself in his picture, which worried you. Had Twilight been sent somewhere else? Was she okay? Can she find her match all by...

Your phone vibrates, meaning you received a text, you did, but it was from Twilight. "Hey, I got back home, looks like since no one in your world could actually do magic like that, it was the only reason I was sent over too! Thanks for helping me, Rainbow, and the rest of the girls. I wish you the best of luck with Fluttershy!"

You froze for a second, then realized what this meant. Now your only goal was to get Fluttershy's match, then you were done and they could all go home!

They could *all** go home...*

I'm making it seem like the mane 6 fall in love with anyone who helps them...

Anyone else noticing that or is it just me?

Chapter 7: Naughty-Shy

Naughty-shy**

After explaining what happened to Twilight and Rainbow, and getting congratulatory hugs from the two girls left, you decided it was time for bed, as it was getting close to midnight now. As you start setting up the pillow bed you notice Fluttershy isn't in the room anymore. "Where'd Fluttershy go?" you ask Applejack just as she climbed into your bed. "Oh ya, she decided that since Twilight and Rainbow are gone she'd just go over an' sleep on the air mattress so you could have your bed back." You then realize that Fluttershy probably would have noticed that Applejack wasn't in the bed at some point last night when she made her way onto your pillow bed. As you got up to leave you heard Applejack pat the bed. "Aren't you gonna sleep? I'm sure this beds a lot better than the floor or any couch." she said while grinning devilishly.

You managed to somehow get comfortable, well, before Applejack decided to hug you and nuzzle her head into your shoulder blades. You understand that you and her are "together", but you weren't prepared to sleep in the same bed as her, and having her basically unclothed body so close to yours isn't making things any easier for you. Thanks to this you aren't able to even think about sleeping, but when you hear and irritated groan from your back you feel a bit of satisfaction knowing that she can't sleep either. "Can't sleep either?" you ask coyly, already knowing the answer. "No, I thought sleepin' with you like this would make me happy, but instead my heart's racin'" she responded while sliding herself up so she didn't have her head on your back anymore, but that only made you tense up because of what was now touching your back. "I get where you're coming from Applejack, but we've only been 'together' for just over a day, there's no way we could be comfortable sleeping together that fast" you say, tension slipping out through your voice. She obviously picked up on that, as she slowly turned over and curled up into a ball, clearly she was upset by it. "Applejack don't worry about it, I still love you, it's just that this is the first time a girl has slept in the same bed as me," you say while turning over to face her, "we'll get used to it eventually." After saying that you decide to give her a hug and you curl you legs up to meet her's, at which she relaxes. "Thanks sugar" she says before giving you a kiss.

After that both you and her quickly fell asleep.

The next morning you managed to wake up before Applejack, and you quickly thanked your black-out curtains for working so well. You quickly made your way downstairs into the kitchen, and made some eggs, like Applejack had done yesterday, but you added some spices to make it even tastier, which after a taste test, you could confirm. You made you way upstairs, and saw that Applejack was still sleeping, but Fluttershy was now in your room, obviously trying to wake her up. As you walked in you saw Fluttershy jump, and you set the plates down on your desk, nodding to Fluttershy to let her know she could start eating. You then went over to wake the sleeping Applejack, who woke up fairly fast, and immediately made her way over to the eggs.

After taking the empty plates downstairs, you get a text from the friend you had asked to come over in the hopes that he could be the match for Fluttershy, letting you know he was outside. You quickly go down to get him and welcome him into your room, only now realizing that Applejack hadn't clothed herself before you went downstairs. You quickly pray that she had gotten dressed as you open your door. Thankfully she was, and you answer the inquisitive looks you were getting from the two girls sitting on your floor. "Girls, this is Mark, Mark this is Applejack and Fluttershy" you say in your nicest voice, trying not to laugh at the the face your friend made when you said Fluttershy. He looked like someone had just told him he was going to be a billionaire and would have a planet all for himself. Then you notice something that makes you feel oh so happy. Fluttershy didn't jump back when he went over to her, rather she looked like she was genuinely interested in him, maybe she was the kind of girl that would fall in love at first sight.

"Hey sugar, I think we should leave them alone for a bit, they look like they're going to be gettin' all lovey dovey in a moment." Applejack whispered into your ear with a slight giggle. You comply as she pulls you away by the arm. She drags you into the other room, then she hushed you, and then she quickly rushed to the heat vent, which she had probably guessed connected the two rooms. She was right about that, but you never guessed that the element of honesty would try to listen in on someone's conversation. Although you were content to just wait for them to talk, so you just went and sat down on the air mattress. An hour passed, then you heard a gasp from Applejack, which made you wonder what exactly they were talking about that would surprise her, but her red face gave you a pretty good idea, along with what she did next...

SLAM!

"FLUTTERSHY WHAT ARE YOU DOING!"

Applejack had rushed into the other room, obviously angry at something, and was now pulling Fluttershy away from your friend's pelvis...

You now know what got Applejack so mad. It only helped to anger you, except not at Fluttershy, but rather your friend.

"WHAT THE FUCK WERE YOU DOING WITH HER?!"

It was fairly obvious guessing by how red their faces were. but all you could care about is what in the world would make the two of them do something like that.

After they managed to explain what they were doing, and why, both you and Applejack were extremely disappointed in both of them, but more disgusted than anything, and the two of you managed to talk in a way that would be funny if the circumstances were different.

"This is my room"

"and you two"

"were going to"

"do such horrible things"

"after you just met!" both of you said at the same time, both almost at the point of yelling it.

You managed to calm down first, thinking that it meant you had actually found a perfect match for Fluttershy, and you were also thankful that Applejack had listened in on them before they could get any further. You noticed that the two people you were angry at had huddled up in terror and were giving each other a few kisses to try and calm themselves down.

"Now I know that the two of you shouldn't have been doing things like that, but at least it means the two of you get along, hopefully you guys are planning to keep things above the belt from now on?" you say, the anger in your voice gone. You then decide to say, "I apologize for getting so mad, if you want the two of you can go into the other room and talk, but please, keep things PG-13, okay?" You only added in that last thing because of the look Applejack was giving you, but it didn't matter, as suddenly there was a flash of light, similar to the one that brought the others into your room, except something was different.

It was Celestia in the middle of your room, and both Fluttershy and Applejack had turned back into ponies...

This was the moment you wished would never come...

Chapter 8: Goodbyes?

Goodbyes?**

"NO! PLEASE NO, NOT YET!" You scream out of fear, causing everyone to jump. After you see the looks you're getting from everyone, especially your friend Mark. "When the mane 6 showed up Celestia called Pinkie and Rarity back, saying that they weren't needed here, and once the others had their elements found, they would get called back too." you explain, despair seeping into your voice with ever word, "Which means we'll never see them again, unless Celestia managed to find a way around it, but it's been only two days, there's no way even she could make up a new spell that fast!" As you said this you felt something heavy drape across your shoulders. It was Applejack's hoof, obviously she was trying to comfort you, but there was nothing to be said, no matter how much she wanted to, she couldn't argue with what you said. When you look up you see that Mark and Fluttershy were hugging, one or both of them were crying, you couldn't tell which though as the sight made you lower your head, fighting to hold back tears yourself.

"My dear friends, we apologize for this, but we must go now, but before we leave..." Celestia then trotted up to you and Mark, and touched both your heads with her horn, then there was a flash of light, and all of them, Clelestia, Applejack, and Fluttershy, were gone. You and Mark looked at each other, and then Mark got up and left. You guessed that the reason she touched your heads was for the same reason she did in My Little Dashie, so you could remember the time you had spent with the girls. That gave you a bit of comfort, but it still couldn't hold the tears back. By the time you looked up Mark was long gone, and then you felt truly alone, as if there was no one you could talk too...

That night you cried yourself to sleep...

It's been 3 months, and school was starting up again, you were about to go into your senior year, the year that really mattered. You had long gotten over the sadness you felt after the girls left to go back to Equestria, but it was still there, and every time you saw a picture of them you would feel a pang of sadness, but you got really good at covering it up over the summer. You never quite understood why they showed up, but you know their mission was a success, for you at least. Over the summer you had become the model friend, as everyone would say. You were generous, kind, loyal, honest, and would hold parties when something good happened, or someone needed cheering up. You also decided to get into shape, most likely because of Applejack, subconsciously deciding to get in shape so if she ever came back, you could do everything she could. The side effect of that was becoming fairly good looking, but you turned down every girl, knowing that they only wanted you for arm candy and to gloat over their friends.

Within the first week you got 13 love letters from the more pompous girls in the school, earned a fan club among the freshmen because you went out of your way to keep their first few days prank free, and had been scouted by all the sports teams to become their star player. You always went the humble route, not wanting to get in the spotlight, and always turned away the gifts the freshmen would give you. You managed to get in a few fights, and thanks to your training your legs had become the strongest part of your body for some odd reason. You used that to your advantage in every fight, and after the first 5 fights you got a nickname, "Bucker", thanks to you bucking the opponent with your legs in a fashion similar to how the ponies would buck apple trees. You accepted that name, thinking of it as some kind of homage to Applejack.

One day you were eating lunch with your friends, when suddenly there was a flash of light, one you hadn't seen for a long time, but you recognized it immediately. You looked over to the source, hoping to see the girls, mainly Applejack, standing there. Sadly it was just an odd glare off of a passing car, the angle it hit at just made it look like the flash you hoped for. That turned your mood from happy and fun, into a seriously depressing and gloomy one. It didn't take much for everyone to see it, and as the rest of the day dragged on you noticed everyone avoiding you, as if they would catch the depression from you. As the final period ended you headed for you locker, but something was different, and you felt like something was going to happen, so you approached cautiously. As you entered the combination to your lock you felt someone put their hands over your eyes.

"Guess who?!" you hear someone say, it was a girl.

"Hmm, let me guess, smooth hands, slightly small, and smells like bananas and oranges. Is it Kimberly?"

You feel the hands come off your eyes, "How do you always guess it? I even changed the brand of hand lotion!"

"You're the only one who does it, or rather, the only one gutsy enough to try when I get depressed, so it wasn't hard to guess today." you respond in a monotone voice

"What's wrong, did it happen again, the false flash?"

"Yup, but it's fine, I'll get over it, I always do."

You see her face turn into a very serious one, she was obviously going to say something, but you quickly turned to your locker, which has sat open for the entire conversation, but something was in there you know wasn't in there before...

An Apple. A big red apple, freshly picked, or at least it looked like it. You were going to toss it, as you really didn't want anymore of a reminder of what could have been, but then you smelled it. It had the scent you clearly recognized as Applejack, as it was a very distinct fresh apple smell. Suddenly your mood changed from depressing to happy, and you quickly whipped around, luckily in time to see Kimberly turn the corner. You tossed your bag into your locker and bolted down the hall to catch her before she made it to her next class, as you managed to get out early thanks to a free block at the end of every day. You caught her just outside her classroom.

"Kim, wait!" you say, somewhat winded with how fast you ran. "I wanna ask you something"

She turned around, looking almost as sad as you had a few minutes ago. "What?"

"Do you wanna hang out tonight, maybe a movie or something?"

Her answer was obvious as she hugged you deeply, and you hugged back, just as strong, wanting to impress the feeling into your head. "Thank you" she whispered into your chest, "I thought you'd never ask, what changed your mood?" You respond by holding up the apple, "I guess I had a change of heart, for now, you should get to class, I'll meet you out front after school, don't be late!"

You walk away eating the apple, which tasted sweeter than any other apple you've ever had, every bite was a silent thank you to Applejack and the rest for changing your life...

After that you felt something change inside you, and for the first time, you felt like something was missing from you, but you couldn't figure out what, and you couldn't care anyways...

You had a date to plan!

Chapter 9: The Power of a Princess

The Power of a Princess**

The Princess touched your forehead, as well as Mark's and then, there was a flash of light. Next thing you know, you were standing in a large ornate room, seemingly in a castle of sorts. Then you noticed that you suddenly felt like you had no balance. You fell onto your ass, fairly hard, which was greeted by laughter from a group of girls. You looked up to see 7 ponies laughing at you, one being a princess, and the other 6 being the 6 that you were told to help when they were humans. "What the hell is going on? I thought you said they had to go back, and there's no way were able to make a spell to bring us over this soon!" You then noticed there were two other ponies, male by the looks of it next to you.

"Well, you are partially correct, we weren't able to make a spell, but..." Celestia said as she turned to Twilight.

"But," Twilight continued, "the entire collection of the most talented Unicorns in all of Equestira were able to."

You almost thought your jaw had dropped off at that news. Then it hit you, if the other two were turned into stallions, then you must have been too! As you quickly checked yourself out you noticed 2 things, one you were a Pegasus, and two, you were chocolate toned. You quietly laughed to yourself, then turned to the Princess with one question, "What happens to my life on Earth?" She obviously had a plan for that, guessing by her smile, "Well, we didn't actually take you over to Equestria, rather we just took your consciousness, and then used it to create a pony body for you." You would have tried to think about it, but it hurt your head to even try. You were going to ask who the other two were, but then you remembered you had given two other people a pony to take care of, Mark, and another friend of yours. They managed to wake up at the same time you realized who they were. You quickly told them the good news, and they reacted much the same as you, which was basically, more excited than anyone could have ever been before.

Then the 3 of you felt a hoof an your shoulders, and turned to see your respective mares standing next to you. You never knew how close Rainbow and your other friend got, but obviously they went fast seeing as they quickly kissed each other. You and Mark decided to do the same, which resulted in two mares turning very red. Something else occurred to you and your friends, now that you were ponies, shouldn't you have names similar to whatever your cutie mark was? All three of you look at your respective flanks, trying to see what they were. Your's was a chocolate covered apple with wings, Mark's was a golden rose, and the other guy's was a flame. Then you heard a certain pink party pony speak up.

"You should be Chocolate Wings!" she said while pushing her snout against yours.

"You can be Golden Rose!" she said to Mark.

"You can be..." she didn't couldn't think of one for him.

He then decided to fly away, him being a Pegasus like you, and when he started to go fast, after going out a window of course, there was something happening that made Rainbow's jaw drop. It looked like he was about to perform a Sonic Rainboom, but seeing as he didn't have the rainbow mane that would be rather hard, but what he did it was definitely something entirely different...

It was as though something blew up, with there being a loud bang, and the fire spreading from where he had just been a moment ago, then suddenly there he was, right next to you guys again, this time with his tail on fire, literally. He quickly snapped his tail around to put out the flame. "I think I'll call myself Fire Bomb, seeing as I just made one by going really fast!" he quickly said, just before getting another kiss from Rainbow, who was obviously overjoyed that someone would now be able to match her speed, and could also do something no one else could. Then came the only question that could be asked now...

"What do we do now?"

3 months have passed, and that question had been answered pretty fast. The day after the 3 of you had come into Equestria you had found your place to be. You were living with the Apples, working as a farm hand, and occasionally helping out in the school, thanks to Applebloom gloating about your intelligence after you helped her with her homework one day. Mark, or Golden Rose as he was now called was helping Fluttershy with her animals, growing the best fruits and vegetables for them to eat. Fire Bomb was living with Rainbow, occasionally helping her with the weather, or doing other odd jobs, but in general just bummed around doing nothing productive, although he did act like an older brother to Scootalo, teaching her how to fly and making her lunches every day.

Normally you help out with apple bucking, but today you were flying over to Manehatten, and then Fillydelphia to deliver apples to the hungry ponies there. It was something you suggested after you learned that the farm had to throw out a lot of apples every month because they couldn't sell them, so you suggested flying them to other towns every now and then. It had it's desired effect, lowering the amount of apples they had to through away, and also raising the profits the farm was making every month. You and Applejack decided to continue dating, but you just thought of it as that you were now actually dating. The other two couples had done the same thing, with rumours of marriage between Fluttershy and Golden Rose coming from Rarity. There was talk about that possibly happening with you and Applejack one night, surprisingly caused by Big Mac, who obviously approved of you, or he wouldn't have said it, but you and Applejack both agreed it was too soon for that.

After finishing your rounds you were beginning to head back to Sweet Apple Acres, but you suddenly felt weightless, and next thing you knew you were flying face first into a large ornate pillar. "What the hay?!" you said while rubbing your snout. You heard laughter from behind you, which you placed as being the two guys you came to Equestria with. "What's going on?" you ask, still rubbing your snout lightly. "Hello, my little ponies, I apologize for suddenly bringing you here, but I wanted to let you guys see how your human counterparts were doing." Celestia said, which made it fairly obvious who brought you here, and where here is. Suddenly a portal opened in front of all 3 of you. You quickly looked at the other two, seeing their counterparts were living happy lives, as if nothing happened, but your's was living a depressed life, that only seemed happy on the outside. You felt a pang of regret, knowing that your life was perfect over here, but over there it was sad. "Princess, can I ask you something?" you ask, thinking of a way to cheer yourself up. "Why yes, my little pony, what is it?" she asked, sounding as regal as ever. "Can I go to the other world, I want to cheer myself up, as odd as that sounds."

"Why of course you can, here, stand still, and we'll go"

You then feel a familiar sensation, the same one you felt when were first brought over. The next thing you could remember was memories flooding through you, not your's, but rather they were the human version's. You look over to were he was, noticing he had seen the flash caused by you coming over. "Don't worry, I made us invisible to human eyes." Celestia said, obviously noticing your fear at creating a paradox from meeting yourself. You created your plan, remembering that you had one apple left, the one that Applejack had personally picked out for you to eat if you got hungry. You thanked yourself for not eating it before, and made your way inside after the lunch bell had rung. Thanks to the memories of the human you, you knew where your locker was, and what the combination for the locker was. You worked as quickly as you could, and you put the apple somewhere you knew you would see it. Your brain was desperately trying to figure out what was going on, but thankfully you felt the sensation again, meaning Celestia decided to bring you back. The other two were gone, and now it was only you and Celestia remaining. Your portal window was still there, so you decided to watch what would come out of your work.

After thanking Celestia and being teleported back to Ponyville you walked the rest of the way to Sweet Apple Acres, with a little grin on your face. The plan worked, and you managed to make your other life a happy one. You don't know if he would ever find out about what you did, but you didn't care, you were happy knowing you had helped make him happy. As you neared the gate you saw all your friends standing there, with huge smiles on their faces. "What's going on?" you ask, trying to figure out why Pinkie was being held down by Big Mac and Twilight. "Well, these two told us what you did for, uh, yourself, and we wanted to throw you a party." Applejack answered while she trotted up to you. "Why though? I'm sure if you guys saw yourselves in a depressing state like that you'd do anything to help them out."

"Ya, but you might have saved your, or uh, his, life by doing that" Applejack answered

"It was nothing special though, all I did was remind him of how much fun he had with you guys, and gave him an apple"

"Oh sugar, don't act all humble like this, you really helped him out" Applejack whispered to you before giving you a little kiss on the lips.

"Oh fine, but you know I'm not going to let this go to my head, right?"

"Oh course, why do you think Big Mac suggested we get married, he really likes how humble and nice you are" Applejack said with a sly grin.

"Come one you guys, let's get this party started!" Pinkie yelled, somehow behind you and Applejack, which made everyone look at the two that had been holding her down, who were currently staring at the ground as if there was a hole there.

"Well, I guess we should party, especially since Pinkie put so much effort into it!" you cheered as you raced over to the cake, which was a delicious chocolate ice cream cake, something you taught Pinkie to make after coming here.

As the party began to come to a close you pulled Applejack aside, to ask her something you had been thinking about the entire time. "Hey Applejack, remember how Big Mac said that we should get married?"

"Yeah, what about it?" she asked in response.

"Want to do it?" you ask, "You know, get married and such?"

"YES!" she yelled in response, pulling you into a hug and a kiss. She hugged you so hard you thought you were going to snap in half, and it felt like she was trying to eat your tongue with how into the kiss she was.

Her sudden scream made everyone look over, and when they saw what was going on they all guessed what caused it. Big Mac was the first to walk over, and after Applejack let go, remembering that you both had to breath to live, he congratulated the two of you, and formally welcomed you into the family. Applebloom was next to congratulate you, followed by everyone else. You never thought they would all be so happy for it, or rather, not this happy about it, but it was very welcome, since you knew that meant no one would fight against it.

You and Applejack then decided that the wedding would be held in a week, right there on the farm, the only guests being the people at the party that night, and Granny Smith of course.

It's been about a year since you and Applejack tied the knot, and now the two of you had a young colt, who you named Candy Apple, thanks to him being a caramel color. In that time the other two couples tied the knot as well, and Fluttershy was due for birth in around a week or so. For Rainbow and Fire though, something different happened.

One day, after the CMC had tried to get a cutie mark in civil service, they learned that Scootalo was an orphan. Her parents had died when she was around the age of 3 in a weather accident over in Fillydelphia. It was when they had tried to raise the water from the local reserve, something caused them to lose control and they were tossed out of the funnel, and the crash mangled them so badly they didn't survive. At some point Scootalo made her way over to Ponyville after seeing a blue Pegasus fly overhead with a rainbow trail following her. When the news got to Rainbow and Fire they both spent a while crying, now realizing they had been acting like parents to the filly. Then Fire got and idea, one that would make both Rainbow and Scootalo very happy. He became Scoot's adopted brother, and therefore, made Rainbow her sister. They decided that they would instead raise Scootalo until she could live on her own, then they would have kids of their own.

You often find yourself wondering about your human counterpart, but then decide that his life must be a happy one, as Celestia has never told you otherwise, and you knew she would never lie to a loyal subject, or so you hoped. You've become a teacher at the local school, helping to ease the pressure off of Cheerile, who couldn't possibly teach every young colt and filly by herself, although you usually just teach the math and science part of it. You haven't stopped working on the farm, but thankfully teaching isn't a hard job when all the children love you, so you never have any issues that cause you to fall behind on farm work.

Although there is one thing that worries you. The CMC are getting older, and you've heard them talk about the colts in their class a few times, not like they had when you first met them, but rather, they talked about which ones they liked...

Seems like you're going to have to help them with that, making sure they don't do anything stupid, but thankfully you still have some time left for peace and quiet...
