//-------------------------------------------------------// Sunshine and Fluffy Clouds -by Twilightclopple- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// Rainy Days //-------------------------------------------------------// Rainy Days      "There you go, Angel Bunny." A shy yellow pegasus nudged a bowl heaping with mixed vegetables toward a little white bunny, who eyed the bowl with one eyebrow cocked. With a hesitant sniff, the picky eater made a face and thrusted the bowl from him with a single kick. Not to be deterred by her bunny's pesky habits, Fluttershy nudged the bowl foreward once more, a pleading look in her eye.      "Oh just a bite, you'll like it!" The stubborn rabbit narrowed his eyes, before looking from the bowl to the pegasus, and back again. In an effort to show his defiance, Angel crossed his arms and sniffed, looking at the bowl of veggies with the highest disdain.      Fluttershy's eyes grew despaired as she pleaded with the rabbit. "Oh Angel, I can't make you that special meal, the market's already closed and-" She was interrupted with a start as the yellow pegasus found herself on the receiving end of a backhand from a stubborn half-pint bunny. Taking advantage of his owner's stunned pause, Angel moved to the side of her and rapidly kicked her leg with his furry little foot, to emphasize his dire need for a special lunch.      Sigh. "Alright Angel Bunny, I'll make you your salad."      With a cloak drawn tightly around her neck and an umbrella held in her mouth for good measure, Fluttershy trekked down the steps of her cottage into the unwelcoming rain. There was no way the market was open during such a downpour, but the pegasus knew it wasn't worth explaining to her rabbit. Perhaps she could wait it out, even get first pick when the stands reopened.      Fluttershy surveyed the empty streets as she went, knowing full well that anypony out in such a torrential rain was likely a few brain cells short of sentient, or living with an obnoxiously controlling bunny. She sighed as she listened to the rain as it tapped against her umbrella. The yellow pegasus couldn't let him starve, could she?      The rain seemed only to thicken as she continued, until visibilty became challenging. Fluttershy almost lost track of where she was through the sheet of rain, and her heart began hammering against her ribcage. Before  curling into a little yellow ball, Fluttershy caught sight of an establishment ahead of her, adorned with bright candy colors.      Sugarcube Corner; the perfect place to ride out a tempest. The pegasus knew there was no way she could continue in this sort of weather, so she made her way to the vivid bakery, rather than turn back and take her chances with her borderline abusive pet.      After a cup of tea and an eternally cheerful chat with Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy gazed out the window, noticing the rain finally let up. The yellow filly enjoyed the sudden silence in the wake of the heavy sounds of the storm, and appreciated the smooth, glistening look of the wet cobblestones under the white overcast sky. She continued to watch, expecting the weather team to swoop in and clear the clouds as they always did post-storm.      When not a single pegasus could be seen in the sky and the clouds stayed fast, Fluttershy began to wonder. Rainbow Dash was the captain of the weather patrol, and while not being the promptest ofnponies, she never failed to get the job done. Yet, here was Ponyville, drenched in rain water, waiting for the warm drying sun that never came.      As she watched, Fluttershy grew too curious for her to bear, and figured it was worth a look. Angel could wait just a little longer. *~*~*      A cyan pegasus flitted just above the thick layer of cloud she was expected to clear, her hooves flailing through the air in desperation. "Where the hay IS everypony?!" She cried into the breeze, knowing completely that there was no ear around to hear her. With a huff, the pegasus landed on the cloud bed, frustrated beyond words.      "Pony pox." She snorted, kicking at a bit of stray cloud. "How convenient, everypony getting sick all at once!" Rainbow Dash groaned as she threw herself onto her back, landing in a little puff of vapor. Craning up her neck with some difficulty, Rainbow appraised her job. Thick, unrelenting piles of grayish white cloud stretching in every direction, as far as the eye could see. At that moment, Rainbow was hit with an urge to take a nap the likes of which she had never before experienced.      "How in Equestria am I supposed to do this ALONE!?" She demanded, have wishing there was somepony in the vicinity to hear her lament. The only sound that came back, however, was the breeze rustling through her prismatic tail.      "Buck it."      Rainbow Dash fluttered to her hooves, scanning the fluffy landscape through narrowed eyes, searching for the best strategy to untertake the task ahead.      Rainblow Dry? That would only spew clouds in every direction.      Use the tailwind from the Super Speed Strut to move the clouds? Too inefficient.      Sonic Rainboom? Buck yeah, blast those suckers into next Thursday, and make Ponyville a crater while you're at it. Awesome.      After exhausting her list of options, Rainbow Dash let out a sigh and elected to move the clouds the traditional way, with or without help. First, she'd need an access point. Gaining some momentum from above, Dash pelted toward the cloud layer, punching a clean hole through the fluffy vapor. Perfect, she could start there.      The pegasus's wings strained as she broke apart the cloud, working from her hole outward. There was so much, piles upon piles of white, like thick globs of ice cream that surely tasted terrible. Rainbow paused at the thought; did clouds have a tase? She leaned foreward slightly, sure that nopony could see her, and gave the fluff a tentative lick.      Bleh. Nothing.      Freeing herself from the thought and the momentary distracio., Rainbow Dash turned back to the task at hand. For what felt like hours she toiled, puncturing and pelting, pushing and heaving, her wings thrashing as they beat air and cloud out of the way. Vapor flew everywhere, dispelled in every direction by Rainbow's furious assault. The pegasus shattered the surface of the cloud until she could no longer withstand without a break.      First, she needed to take a good look at the fruits of her labor. With a final burst of energy, Dash shot upward and came to a hover, observing the scape below.      Cloud everywhere, spanning out just as extensively as it had before, with a relatively tiny hole cleared in the middle, roughly the size of Sugarcube Corner. Rainbow's wings cramped up from overuse as her eyes shrunk to minute size in despair; this was certainly not a job meant for one pony.      Rainbow landed back on the surface, throwing her front hooves to the heavens. "BBUUUUUUUUUUU-!"      A meek little voice interrupted what was sure to be a particularly colorful string of expletives. "Rainbow Dash?" Rainbow bit her lip, swallowing the curses that had been hammering at her throat.      "Fluttershy?" She asked incredulously, poking her head through the cloud in search of the source of the sound. What was the meekest of pegasi doing here, now on Clearing Day? Even more surprisingly, why was the polychromatic pegasus so glad to hear her voice?      "Right here." Said the yellow filly softly as she landed next to the cyan pegasus delicately. Rainbow looked up at her friend, pulling her head up from inside the cloud like an ostrich from the sand. She smiled widely, despite her confusion regarding the pegasus's presence.      "Hey Fluttershy! What're you doing up here?" Rainbow asked. Fluttershy smiled gently and began to explain.      "Well, I was just at Pinkie's watching the rain, and then it stopped and the weather team didn't clear the clouds, so I wondered..." She said, trailing off as Rainbow listened. As Fluttershy finished her recount, she swiveled her head around the cloudy landscape. "Where is everypony?" She asked with innocently wide, concerned eyes.       Rainbow turned a bit pink in spite of herself at the unspeakably adorable pegasus before her, before gathering her head and replying, "They're sick, every last one of them." Fluttershy's mouth fell open in a shocked gasp, as Rainbow Dash added, "Pony pox."      Fluttershy clamped a hoof over her mouth. "Oh my goodness! I hope they get better soon!" Rainbow grumbled inwardly; they shared that opinion, though for different reasons. "But, Rainbow Dash, how are you going to clear all of this by yourself?"      Rainbow threw a glance over her shoulder, sighing at the pathetic hole she'd managed to punch. "Honestly, Flutter, I have no clue." Fluttershy watched her friend sigh in defeat, and felt her heart melt at the overwhelmed pegasus. An idea struck her mind like lightening.      "R-Rainbow Dash, do you want some help?" She asked, batting her eyelashes without realizing. Rainbow looked back at her friend, her face lighting up like the pageant stage on Hearthswarming Eve. Accepting help was typically against the proud pegasus's credo, but in the face of the ridiculous task ahead and the throbbing cramp in her wing, Dash didn't mind bending the rules occasionally. Besides, spending time with her favorite shy yellow pegasus was always worth it, even if she had to swallow it with a heaping teaspoonful of her pride.      "Really? I'd love some!" Rainbow declared, grinning hugely. "Hehe, we'd make an awesome team." She elbowed Fluttershy with a cocky grin, who blushed and returned a smile.      The new makeshift weather patrol took flight and, with some instruction from the more experienced mare, began to work. Clouds flew thisbway and that, at the mercy of furiously beating cyan wings and moderately flapping yellow ones. Fluttershy knew she was always a weak flyer, but there was an odd sense of satisfaction in seeing puffs of cloud disintegrate at her wingtips. Perhaps she would train up and join the weather patrol for a change.      Fluttershy giggled at the thought. That was silly, her place was on the forest floor, with her animals who needed her. A thought of a certain perpetually angry white bunny flashed through her mind, and Fluttershy momentarily panicked, remembering his special lunch. She could leave right now, pick up the supplies, and be back in time to prepare a lovely meal, if she hurried. Fluttershy played with the thought, before turning to her friend some ways away.       Rainbow Dash looked up from her attack on a particularly stubborn pile of cloud at Fluttershy. She saw only kindness, the gentleness of a mare who'd come far out of her way to help a friend. Rainbow felt warmth spread in her belly and smiled thankfully at her dear yellow friend.      Fluttershy saw her friend's smile and felt her heart break. As if she was going to leave her friend by herself; these clouds, and Rainbow Dash needed her here, riht here, not in her cottage preparing a fancy salad for an ungrateful bunny. Fluttershy returned the smile and continued beating a piece of cloud, as Rainbow did the same.      Through the thick gray white haze above, sunlight was starting to reach Ponyville. *~*~*      "Ugh!" Rainbow Dash fell back into the last patch of cloud left in the sky, panting, wings stiff and tongue lollibng out. "That was awesome!" She gasped.      Fluttershy fell alongside the cyan pegasus, equally spent, heaving and gasping. "Yay..." She choked out, her hair splayed over the side of the cuddly cloud upon which the two fillies lay. Rainbow rolled on her side, propping her head up with a hoof and admiring her friend with a grin.      "I can't believe we managed to clear all those clouds!" She exclaimed, positively glowing. "You were great, Fluttershy." She said in a softer, more demure tone. Fluttershy closed her eyes and smiled, letting the sunlight dance on the other side of her lids as she felt the cool silkiness of the cloud envelop her.      For an undefined amount of time, the two pegasi had brought the thunder upon the clouds, unleashing their fury like a very force of nature as they slashed, thrashed, and evaporated every bit of fluff in the great blue horizon. Rainbow and Fluttershy alike had shown no mercy as they worked alongside one another, sharing in partnership, and annhilating the task before them. Fluttershy was filled to the brim with an inexplicable elation; she was doing the task she had always held such disdain for, yet she was enjoying every minute of it. Each time Rainbow would shoot her a smile, or pelt her jokingly with a bit of cloud, Fluttershy would laugh and return to her task with more vigor than before. Eventually, the horizon was clear, save for a patch of cloud perfect for seating two tired pegasi.      Rainbow Dash fell back into laying position, resting her head on Fluttershy's shoulder in a rare display of affection. The yellow mare smiled to herself as she tilted her own head, her cheek making contact with the top of Rainbow's messy mane. Fluttershy noted the sweet smell; like lillies and fresh rain. Daring to take a sniff, Fluttershy filled her nose with the sweet scent.      Everything was silent, perfectly, truly quiet. Both fillies had there eyes closed, but were completely caught in the moment, feeling the warmth of the sun under a crisp blue sky, freshly cleared.      Rainbow broke the silence first. "It's times like this." Fluttershy crinkled her face slightly, unsure of what her friend meant.      Before she could ask, Rainbow explained. "I'm tough, awesome all the time," Rainbow said laughingly, Fluttershy adding a small giggle of her own. Dash fell into her more serious, pensive tone before continuing, "It's times like this though, that just...that just..." She trailed off, unsure of how to state what she felt.      Rainbow did not need to continue; Fluttershy knew exactly what she meant this time. She felt the same way. Here, with her lifelong friend, in a bed of cloud under the sunshine, everything seemed just...perfect.      The peaceful silence washed back over the fillies, who welcomed it with open arms. Nothing stirred but the slowly rising and falling chests of cyan and yellow.      Again, Rainbow was the one to break the silence. "Thanks for helping me out, Fluttershy." She said, shifting position slightly, before adding in a tone almost tinted with shame, "I usually have a pretty hard time asking." Fluttershy was surprised at the confession; it was true, so obviously so, but it was strange to hear it from the mouth of the pegasus. The yellow filly wondered how it must have felt for one of Ponyville's proudest ponies to admit one of her most basic flaws.      Fluttershy buried her face into Rainbow's sweet-smelling, colorful mane, smiling serenely. "I will always be here for you, Rainbow Dash." She spoke, before quietly adding, "Always."      Rainbow lifted her head from its spot by Fluttershy's shoulder, and the yellow filly began to feel nervous, hoping to Celestia she hadn't ruined such a perfect moment somehow. Her thoughts were quieted as the cyan filly leaned over her, looking into the wide turquoise eyes. Fluttershy could see each one of Rainbow's long straight lashes, down to her deep rose eyes.      All of a sudden, Fluttershy could see nothing as Rainbow planted her lips onto hers, as gently as the cyan filly could possibly get, so softly and smoothly that it surprised the yellow pegasus. Whether it was the tenderness of the kiss from such a brash pegasus, or the overall surprise of the move, Fluttershy's eyes flew open and she let out a tiny squeak. Rainbow Dash pulled away immediately, fearing she had crossed a line and driven her yellow friend away.      The cyan pegasus looked away, her voice and features tinged with sadness. "I'm sorry, Fluttershy, I don't know-" She was quieted by a pair of yellow hooves that reached up to stroke her face, turning Rainbow's head. Fluttershy held Rainbow's face between her hooves as she looked her in the eye, gently stroking her mane aside, wearing a small smile.      Rainbow sucked in a gasp of air through her teeth as the yellow filly leaned in close, brushing her snout with her own. Fluttershy looked at Rainbow under long curled lashes, bright blue eyes sparkling, pink mane swaying in the slight breeze. The sight of her friend so close, so alluring, was enough to almost stop the cyan mare's heart.      "Could you...could you...try that again?" Fluttershy asked in almost a whisper, her warm breath tickling Rainbow's nose. The moment, as tender and soft as the purest, fluffiest cloud, sparked a fire inside Dash as she leaned foreward.      Rainbow's mane grazed her face and fell slightly into her eyes as she once again met Fluttershy's lips with her own. The yellow pegasus, now prepared, allowed her eyes to slide closed, reveling in the feeling of the contact. Rainbow tasted as sweet as she smelled; so refreshing and minty, Fluttershy lost herself in it.      Dash also noted Fluttershy's flavor; floral, like sweet pea and lavender, with the pleasant element of honey. It was a true reflection of the pegasus she was kissing, so gentle and welcoming. Rainbow too let her eyes close as her hoof found its way to the side of her friend's face.      A light breeze wisped between the embracing pegasi; the cool, fresh breeze that only came to high altitudes, or where the two were. It whispered through their tales, blowing the two together in a harmonious tangle of rainbow colors and pink, the one color Rainbow missed. It was perfect, the perfect moment in time, one completing the other.      The embrace could have lasted for a minute, or it could have lasted for an eternity; neither pegasus cared. Fluttershy felt the unfamiliar feeling of boldness sweeping over her as she felt herself grow hot, aroused from the fire and ice of their contact. With slow, slight motions, the shy pegasus began to move her hips ever so gently against the soft blue fur next to her, the new sensation setting her brain on fry. Rainbow Dash picked up the almost nonexistant movement and broke the kiss with some hesitation, looking at the wide eyes of her lover.      "Are you sure you want to do this, Flutter? Here?" Rainbow asked in a quiet, understanding voice. Fluttershy only smiled and nodded, firm in her decision. Rainbow was certainly the last to complain; her own veins were ablaze with arousal from their embrace.      Rainbow spread her wings for balance as she rolled over, now hovering over the yellow pegasus. She sunk down again, kissing her soon to be lover with more passion than before, now knowing that her friend's desire was as great, if not greater than her own. Fluttershy responded well to the increase in fire, moaning the cutest moan into Rainbow's mouth. The sound was so alluring, Rainbow felt her wings stiffening involuntarily, her feathers spreading from each other as they jutted out, crisp and vivid blue.      In response to her rapidly growing arousal, Rainbow made a bold call and slipped her tongue into Fluttershy's mouth, stroking her from the inside, lost in her floral sweet flavor. Fluttershy didn't mind the new sensation at all, but rather was aroused further by it, and resumed her soft grinding against Rainbow's leg.      Dash felt the feeling of Fluttershy's heat against her to be unbearable, and she moaned in arousal, her essence matting the blue fur between her thighs. Rainbow knew she had to change the pace, or the fun would end before it could even begin.      Dash broke the kiss, much to Fluttershy's dismay, and moved down her jawline, reaching the side of her neck. Rainbow nipped ever so lightly, sending ripples of pleasure down the shy mare's spine. Fluttershy squeezed her eyes shut and buried her snout into Rainbow's mane as she kissed her neck, giving occasional whimpers of pleasure, her marehood damp with arousal.      The breeze continued to blow, continued to tangle together the tails of the two pegasi, cooling the air around them. However, regardless of the chilling effect of the gust, it was ineffective against the white hot fire that raged in the pit of Dash's stomach, threatening to consume her with arousal. She squeezed her thighs together, desperate for even the slightest bit of relief, Dash continued her ministrations on Fluttershy.      When she thought her arousal was becoming too intense to bear, Rainbow's thoughts were cut short by a moan from Fluttershy; a moan of only the most innocent, basic pleasure. The rainbow pegasus forced herself to push her own needs aside, focusing solely on the pleasure of the lovely mare below her.      Fluttershy peeked from under her lashes when the feeling of Rainbow against her neck suddenly disappeard. She saw her blue pegasus smiling down at her, sweet as can be, though there was intense passion burning in her eyes. The look made Fluttershy shudder, followed by Dash leaning back down into her fur, trailing soft kisses down her soft belly.      Rainbow Dash felt hooves reach the top of her head, caressing her mane as she moved downward, encouraged by.the noises of her lover. With a final kiss, she reached her destination; the pulsing, glistening marehood of the pegasus below her. Even there the aroma was the same, floral and sweet, just more potent.      The yellow mare held her breath as Dash hovered over her marehood, arousal gnawing like a rabid squirrel at her insides. She was desperate for contact, if only Rainbow could just-      *Gasp* "Oohhh yes, right there, Rainbow Dash..." Fluttershy moaned and sighed as Rainbow finally landed, licking up and down in strong, smooth strokes. Her noises sent chills down Rainbow's spine, reflected in the little droplets of arousal as they mixed with the cloud below her.      Rainbow traced her tongue around Fluttershy's clit, each round drawing a squeal from the yellow mare. Gripping her flank with both hooves, Dash stiffened her tongue and began licking furiously in circles, accompanied by a symphony of moans. Every noise was like a drug to Dash; she lost her mind in the sounds, and centralized every bit of energy she had into to drawing out another and another.      Her moans increased in frequency as Dash continued, licking and swirling her tongue from Fluttersh's soaked hole to her stiff clit, and before long Fluttershy was beginning to clench and writhe, squealing wildly. Rainbow Dash wanted nothing more at that moment than to watch her childhood friend explode into a mind-blowing orgasm, but slowed her treatment anyway.      Pant, pant. Fluttershy could hardly keep her breath as she teetered at the edge of orgasm. Rainbow Dash pulled away from her twitching marehood to plant a kiss of her lips. The shy pegasus could taste her own essence on her friend's tongue and nearly came on the spot; the feeling was so erotic.      Rainbow Dash felt her own marehood twitching, figuring she was almost as close to release as her froend, with almost no stimulation, just unadulterated arousal. An idea crossed her mind as the cyan mare readjusted herself.      Keeping their lips locked, Rainbow placed herself over Fluttershy, angled so that their marehoods would make contact with a simple push of her hips. Rainbow froze, capturing the moment with her mental camera; here she was, with Fluttershy panting beneath her, the two about to be joined in the most intimate way two ponies could. Had she simply died right then, it would have been alright.      Rainbow could wait no longer as she thrust down on Fluttershy, their swollen marehoods meeting in a lightening strike of an embrace. Rainbow Dash broke the kiss with the yellow mare to let out a long moan of flaming pleasure, Fluttershy doing the same, though at a much higher register.      "Aaaahhhh...Fluttershy..." She moaned, her voice cracking out of pure lust. Fluttershy squealed something intelligble in response, her eyes closed halfway, gazing into those of the pony on top of her.      Fluttershy bucked her hips upward, meeting Rainbow's thrusts in excellent time. Every motion felt like a sonic rainboom on a smaller scale, shooting liquid fire throuh the veins of both fillies. Rainbow's multicolored hair fell around her face as she.moved, while Fluttershy's light pink mane spread gracefully around her.      Rainbow's voice cracked on nearly every moan, and she knew she was about to finish, and there was no stopping it. Fluttershy too was squirming, her orgasm approaching her like a tsunami to a pacific island. It was mere seconds, a mere few thrusts before the world exploded into stars.      Rainbow cried out, a long, cracked cry, her orgasm erupting like a volcano as she released onto Fluttershy, her juices running into the cloud beneath them. Her world swirled into nothing but lava and lightening, every touch felt like a thousand as she moaned with each contraction of her quivering marehood.      Time and space stopped mattering as Fluttershy too burst into release, wave after wave of mindless pleasure coursing through her veins like pure adrenaline, her whole body twitching wantonly as she moaned in time with each spasm. The pegasus could feel the results of her pleasure dripping down her thigh, mixing with the fluids of the orgasming filly above her.      "Mmmm..." Rainbow moaned as she rolled off her friend, her spasms quieting. Fluttershy heaved, intense sexual pleasure being slowly replaced with overwhelming happiness. She closed her eyes, again feeling the sun play on her lids. Rainbow nestled once more on her shoulder, breathing deeply.      The cyan pegasus buried herself in the long pink mane, smiling, as a feeling of total bliss washed over her. Her heart pounded with a certain feeling, unfamiliar, yet undeniable. She knew it in every fiber of her being, she always had.      "Fluttershy?" Rainbow tilted her head up to look at the beautiful mare above her. Fluttershy looked down, listening and smiling.      "I'm in love with you."      Fluttershy smiled and kissed the top of Rainbow's head. "I already know that, Rainbow Dash. I'm in love with you too." She said quietly, before adding, "But I never thought our first time would be on a cloud."      The two mares shared a laugh, before Fluttershy attempted to stand.      "Whoa, where are you going?" Rainbow asked, sitting up. "I thought we were comfortable!" Fluttershy smiled at her marefriend.      "I just have to get a few things from the market, Angel wanted-" She was cut short by an incredulous Rainbow Dash, who threw her hooves up into the air.      "Angel! I'm telling you, Fluttershy, you've got to stand up to that jerk." She exlaimed, before adding, "When you move in with me, he can't come!"      Fluttershy responded by leaning slowly into her lover, and placing a delicate kiss on her lips, lingering only for a moment.      When she pulled away, Rainbow was left dumbstruck and grinning. "Alright, you twisted my wing; he can stay." Fluttershy nodded in satisfaction. "Mind if I join you?"      The yellow filly always accepted company with a smile, and the two made to rejoin Ponyville. She suddenly paused.      "Rainbow Dash, how long have you been in love with me?" Rainbow put her arm around her pegasus's shoulders, drawing her close.      She replied laughingly, "I dunno, how long have we been going out?" Fluttershy turned to her and cocked an eyebrow, smiling cutely.      Rainbow laughed out loud, before cupping the pegasus's face in her hooves, turquoise and deep rose meeting.      "Always."      Hearing the answer she loved, Fluttershy curled herself against Rainbow, who closed her eyes and returned the embrace. The two left, flitting side by side, leaving nothing by fluffy clouds and sunshine in their wake.      A breeze danced between them, and pink tangled rainbow.
