Derpy has always had a loving family, lots of friends, and was blessed with many things lots of ponies didn't have. So why does she feel this way? Why does she feel she doesn't belong in this world? It doesnt make any sense. Join Derpy in her quest to figure out not only how she really feels, but how those around her feel about her.

I guess you could say this is a re-write of The first and only story i submitted, but with a little more back story.

Chapter 1

You know, for some reason, I always feel out of place. Maybe it's the way my eyes don't always mach up, or maybe it's because I'm such a klutz, or, I don't know, maybe because I don't mind hanging out with The Doctor and not thinking he's weird. It's not like I had a terrible past. My father was always on business trips and stuff, but that's ok, because mom was always home. Dad was home on holidays and most weekdays, so it's not like he was never home. I had an older sister, and when she wasn't busy with school, she play with me. I always had at least one or two friends, one of them being carrot top, and sometimes Lyra, before Bon Bon moved in from Manehatten and when she wasn't obsessing over "humans". We had a nice house, It was pretty large, compared to the majority of Ponyville's houses, but it's not like we were rich. I'd like to start off where I am now, but that wouldn't make any sense. I have so much to talk about. We've got to start at the beginning:
