//-------------------------------------------------------// My Little Portal -by GoldenChaos- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// Awaking //-------------------------------------------------------// Awaking               Chell woke up, and she didn't know what was happening.               "Where am I?" asked Chell.               "In my testing chamber." said a voice, and Chell turned.                  The source of the voice was a robot, and it was HUGE! Chell stared, and the robot just sat their.              "We can stare all day, but that would be boring." The robot disappeared, and Chell looked around' .              There was a machine on the table, which got her attention. She saw it could slide on her hoof, and she slid it on. All of a sudden, a hole with a blue brim appeared on the wall.                "What is that?" asked Chell. It shot again. This time, it had an orange brim, and it was right next to the other. Chell walked toward it and stuck her head in it, and saw the room. She looked toward the hole she went in, and saw the other half of herself. She screamed and jumped out. She then had herself whole again. She thought for a minute and came with a conclusion: It was a portal. She decided she might need it in this 'testing chamber'. She found a vest, and she thought it looked nice and put it on.              "Is there anything else in here or not?" asked Chell to herself. She looked around for some time, and then gave up when she got the conclusion this is all that there was. Then, she found a door, and walked in it. She realized this was the room she came from, and many ponies were in glass cases. She didn't remember how she got in one of those. She shrugged it off and walked toward the door. She realized if she wanted answers, she needed to look around. _________________             Dr. Whooves was stressed out, as he had to replace Pinkie's leg, which was so damaged it wouldn't heal. He worked hard on it, he knew he could do it as he made Rainbow Dash 4 legs robotic when she was attacked by a group of malfunctioning bots. She also was given a new eye and he thought of making her lose her memories so she wouldn't be mad, but, they decided to talk it out instead of doing the worst.            About an hour later, he was almost finished. Pinkie had woken up, so he put a numbing shot in the part near her leg, since she had screamed at the pain. He now just needed to add one piece and then he was done. She cried some, as it wasn't completely numb. \            15 minutes later he was done. Pinkie smiled off all the pain.         "Thanks, Doctor! At least I will be able to walk again!" said Pinkie cheerfully, getting up.         "Oh don't move yet. You need to get used to a robotic leg. Also, we have to have tests before I let you walk around."         "Aww.... OK." replied Pinkie.         "OK, let me get some equipment, and we will use it in a few hours. Try to get some sleep, as you might get tired in these tests." said Whooves.         "Okie Dokie Lokie!" said Pinkie as she laid back down. ____________          There was an unknown pony walking through the facility, looking for GLaDOS. This pony wasn't regular. It was half robot, and in a war he lost 2 legs, an eye, a portion of his back, and his wings. He had an ambition to kill anypony he could find in that one facility. He walked off, looking around.          "Long time no see... GLaDOS!" //-------------------------------------------------------// Training //-------------------------------------------------------// Training                Chell reached another room in a minute. She looked around.           "Hello, and, welcome to the Equestrian Facility computer-aided enrichment center." said GLaDOS.           "Where are you?" asked Chell           GLaDOS only ignored her and continued,"Before we start with the training, we must tell injuries might occur."           Chell said,"OK."           "For your own safety, and the safety of other, please refrain from-" GLaDOS made a buzzing sound and continued after,"Por favor bordon de faller Muchos gracias de faller gracias."          "What?" asked Chell.          "First press the blue button to activate the first portal." said GLaDOS.        Chell pressed the button and pointed in toward the wall. GLaDOS activated a clapping noise, and Chell smiled.          "Next press the orange button to activate the next portal." continued GLaDOS. Chell did what she was told and pressed it and aimed it right next to the blue one. Now, the orange portal was on.          "Now, step into the blue portal, and keep walking." Chell did this, and she came out of the orange portal.          "Wow!" exclaimed Chell. GLaDOS only continued talking.          "Walk through the door and proceed taking the test." She walked through it and found a cube on the ground.          "Please place the Weighted Storage Cube onto the Fifteen Hundred Megawatt Equestrian Heavy Duty Super-Colliding Super Battery Plate ." She did so and another door opened.          "Now you are ready. Remember that the Equestrian Bring Your Daughter to Work Day will be the perfect day to test her!" said GLaDOS. Chell rolled her eyes and set off to get out of the place. //-------------------------------------------------------// Portal Side Story: Rainbow's Past //-------------------------------------------------------// Portal Side Story: Rainbow's Past            Rainbow Dash was in Ponyville, on her way to see Pinkie. She thought about what they were going to do. She flew for a minute, and then reached Sugar Cube Corner. Their, she was greeted by her 5 friends. But, they all seemed sad, and also Pinkie's mane was fully flat. They looked at her and then looked at the floor one by one.      "I am sorry you have to be a part of this." Twilight said. Rainbow was confused.      "Part of what?" asked Rainbow.      "A war." this time it was Applejack.      "We all are going..." said Fluttershy quietly. Rainbow's jaw dropped. Was this really true? Were they going to risk their lives? Who were they fighting? Questions welled up in her mind. She sighed.      "Who are we fighting?" asked Rainbow.      "The yaks." replied Twilight. Rainbow again welled with questions.      "I thought we were friends with the yaks!" replied Rainbow      "We were until a pony was late to get the Princess for a royal meeting." said Twilight. Whoever this pony was, thought Rainbow, she better be in the war she caused.      "OK, when does this war start?" asked Rainbow.      "It starts in 3 days, since they are stubborn and won't let ponies train or gather fast enough." said Rarity.      "Well, lets get ready!" _________      3 days later the war started. Rainbow had taken a bow and arrow, since she was best at shooting, as she didn't know how a gun worked. She started a battle with a yak, and it had a sword, which grazed her side which caused her to bleed a little. Rainbow shot an arrow at the yak, and the yak fell down and writhed in pain. Rainbow at least was nice enough to put the yak out of its misery, with her own sword that she would use if she needed it. Other yaks kept looking over at her, and a huge one charged at her, and it hit her before she could react.      "You are going to pay for killing my wife!" said the yak.      "No you are since the yaks started the war!" replied Rainbow. The yak growled and then jabbed his sword into her eye, causing it to fall out. Rainbow screamed in pain. It was going to be awful being blind in one eye.      "Oh now you are really going to pay." growled Rainbow. She bucked him in the face. The yak quickly got up and rammed into her, and started crushing Rainbow's legs, and causing her to bleed horribly. She screamed, and then the yak was blasted, and immediately killed. The last thing she saw was her blood, and Twilight running toward her. ________     Twilight rushed Rainbow to the hospital, and Doctor Whooves ran up to her.       "What happened to her?!" asked Whooves.       "A yak really harmed her... Can you do anything for her?" said Twilight.       "I know something I can do, and she better be thankful I saved her life when I'm done." replied Whooves.       "OK, please help her..." said Twilight, as she ran back out, seeing Fluttershy running from a yak. _______     The first hour wasn't pleasant, as Dr. Whooves had to clean Rainbow up, and examine her. He found all her legs injured beyond repair, so he had to replace them. She had a broken wing, and she would need to stay for a few days for that. Last, she was missing an eye, so he also needed to replace it. He actually could make a new eye for her!    Rainbow woke up while he was making a new leg for her. She screamed.      "What is your problem dude?! Why did you cut off my leg?!" asked Rainbow.      "Your legs are damaged beyond repair. Oh, have to noticed you can see fully again?" asked Whooves. He had replaced her eye with a robotic one, so she could see.      "What did you do to make me see again?!" she asked. Dr. Whooves held up a mirror for her and she gasped. Rainbow now had a robotic eye, still the iris was the same color, but the rest was black!      "So you are going to cut off all my legs?" asked Rainbow.      "I'm going to have to if you want to walk. Don't say you can just fly, because you can't." replied Whooves.      "Fine. Do it." said Rainbow. He made her breath some anesthetic, so she would get knocked out while he worked. That would also mean she wouldn't feel the pain. _________       About 5 hours later, Rainbow woke up. She looked around, and she saw that all her legs were now robotic. Whooves was sitting down on a chair by her, and he looked at her.      "Get up and see if your legs work." he said. She got up and walked around. They worked well. She then stopped and looked around, seeing if her robotic eye would work well. It did.      "Now, follow me so we can see if you can run." said Whooves. She followed him out of the room, into a gigantic one.      "Run across the room." said Whooves again. She ran all across the room and back 5 times, and she didn't get tired. She must be able to run for long time periods now! Also, her speed was increased, and she thought it was amazing. She kept running and running.      "Come on! We need to show Princess Twilight. She was very worried." said Whooves.      "OK lets go!" replied Rainbow. They trotted into the waiting room, and she found her 5 friends sitting there, all scratched and mangled up.      "Uh g-girls, R-Rainbow is o-out." stuttered Fluttershy. They all gasped.      "I know I changed, it is because of that yak." said Rainbow. "Also, I am way faster and I can run longer than an average pony!"      "Thank goodness you are alright!" said Rarity, as she hugged her.      "At least you are still alive!" Applejack said.      "Oh I was worried!" said Twilight. They all had a group hug.      "The war was also faster than we expected. There was too many ponies for the yaks, and we drove them out, and they actually surrendered!" said Pinkie. At least it was over and nopony else was going to get harmed now! They all went on a train, but Whooves had told Rainbow she had to go to Equestrian Facility for further testing. The 5 other friends gave their farewells to Rainbow, and they went on a train to Ponyville. Shortly after, Rainbow got onto her train to Equestrian Facility. //-------------------------------------------------------// How it Started //-------------------------------------------------------// How it Started                    Doctor Whooves was with fellow ponies who were helping him make GLaDOS, who would run the facility that will help for wars between ponies. He needed to make sure nothing goes wrong, because the whole facility depended on it. He went over to the computer and checked how the wires were functioning. The computer shown that it all was fine, and he saw Pinkie hopping in, and almost knock over an important computer.               "HEY! You can't be in here! Get out immediately!" yelled Dr. Whooves.                    Pinkie jumped back in fright, pressing a red button, which activated GLaDOS. Dr. Whooves stared.               "I hope it works." said Dr. Whooves nervously. If it didn't work, he could need to restart programming because it was activated too early. He stared as it looked over to Pinkie and a robotic arm went out fast and knocked Pinkie across the room!               "AHH!" screamed Pinkie as she was tossed across the room. She never felt such pain in her life. She hit her head against the wall and she blacked out.                "STOP!" screamed Dr. Whooves.                 "No." replied GLaDOS. This shocked Dr. Whooves. How can this be?                 "Why not?" asked Whooves.                  "The facility is mine. Leave now or your fate shall come. Take this pink subject, or she will meet her fate also." replied GLaDOS.                 Whooves ran off with Pinkie on his back. Many bots were active, and he thought GLaDOS probably done this. Suddenly, a blast hit him in the head. He fell on the ground, seeing a robot standing with a blaster gun he had made. He then fell unconscious. _________________________               Chell had come in the facility, as it was time for her shift. She was wondering why all the bots were active, as they were supposed to be testing. She continued, seeing more bots active.               After 20 minutes of searching around, she found Dr. Whooves with Pinkie on his back, both unconscious. She gasped and brought out her phone and called 911.              "This is 911 emergency. How may I help you?" answered a cop.              "I am at Equestria Facility and there are 2 unconscious ponies, and one is badly bleeding!"              "Do you know their identities?"               "Yes. One is named Doctor Whooves, and the other is Pinkie Pie! I believe Pinkie is the Element of Laughter!"               "We are on our way. You did the right thing by calling us.           The police mare hung up, and she started walking around, seeing if there was any other ponies. She stumbled into a room, where many ponies were in little cells, all with their eyes closed.               "What in the name in Celestia are these?!" asked Chell.               "They are test subjects." Said a female voice behind her.            Chell gasped. Then she blacked out after a second of pain. If only she knew what was going to happen.
