And ... the Problems With It
"No! Mercy, help! Get me off this little cloud! I'm going to die!" a sky blue pegasus whined from the top of a curriculum cloud. Her rainbow mane and tail fluttered in the wind.
"Uh, Rainbow Dash? I think you can fly down from there!" Twilight Sparkle gazed up at her helpless friend.
"No, I can't! I haven't learned to fly yet. I hate being in Equestria! I want to get off! Uh, stupid cloud." The Rainbow Dash-lookalike was shivering in fear on top of the cloud.
A strong wind came and the cloud hit a pole, sending the Rainbow Dash-lookalike falling off, somehow managing to crash into Twilight Sparkle as she rolled onto the ground. "Ow..."
Twilight gazed at her friends' lookalike. She seemed to stare into her very soul. Suddenly, she knew what had happened. Her friend (at least her real friend) was in danger! "You're a changeling," she said through gritted teeth.
"What's a changeling?" Twilight had to remind herself that this was not Rainbow Dash, remembering what happened at the latest Canterlot Wedding. No, this was an imposter! She needed to find the real Rainbow Dash, and kick this changeling all the way back to its filthy hive! Her eyes narrowed.
"Stop it," she said. "Tell me where the real Rainbow Dash is." She charged up her horn, the pink light she hoped to be threatening to the love-eating insect.

The chitinous bug, however, smiled innocently and said, "Cool trick of yours, Twilight. You know that back in the hu-"
Twilight couldn't stand this anymore. This changeling was lying through her teeth. She fully charged up her CIS (Changeling Identification Spell) and shot it at evil impostor. It created a large cloud of dust.
When the dust was gone, she smiled deviously. "You are a change-" Her eyes widened as a smug face appeared in her vision.
"Okay, Twilight, I'm the Rainbow Dash from the hum-"
"RAWR! What did I do wrong, what did I do wrong!" She viciously picked up the bruised pony and shook her back and forth. "Come on! Show me that you are a changeling!"
The Rainbow-Dash lookalike shouted, "HELP! I'M UNDER ATTACK! STOP IT, TWILIGHT, STOP!"
A massive multi-colored storm erupted from the horizon. The swarm was heading straight for Twilight and the changeling! Twilight looked in horror and the changeling's face brightened up. She screamed, as the massive horde of evil reporters closed in.
She was sandwiched between hundreds of annoying, multicolored reporters. "Princess Twilight Sparkle, what are you doing to Rainbow Dash?"
"It's true, ponies! Without the Elements of Harmony, they will become enemies!"
Another reporter wrote on a notepad. "Princess Twilight Sparkle satisfies her dark desires by tormenting and assaulting The Element of Loyalty! Rainbow Dash suffers mass injuries, such as minor bruising and irritation of the lower tail fibers!"
Outside of the cloud an orange pony said something to a floating pink earth pony. "Uh, Pinkie? Don't you know when there's so many reporters, something funny is goin' on? Last time, there was some sort of hogwash about Twi' amending the invisibility fences for the Two Sisters' Assasination Project."
Oblivious, Pinkie Pie drifted downwards and said, "I'm going to throw them a party! A really big one with -"
Nurse Redheart burst through the crowd of onlookers toward the cloud, which was growing by the second. She shouted with full force, in her Very Loud Nurse Voice, "STOP! WHAT ARE YOU DOING!"
Applejack turned to face her. "That's a nice Royal Canterlot Voice there, sugarcube."
"It's not a Royal Canterlot Voice, it's a Very Loud Nurse Voice."
"The only thing that's that loud IS a Royal Canterlot Voice."
"A Very Loud Nurse Voice is too. My great great great great great great great..."
-Returning back to Twilight-
"Stop it! Stop it! I'm not a change-whatever, I'm a huma-"
"You are a changeling! You are a changeling for sure!"
-Returning to Nurse Redheart-
"Great great great great great great great great great great..."
A baby dragon ran to the threesome. "AJ, you think I should tell the Princess? It doesn't look good in there."
"Good idea, Slike. We should tell the Princess,"
"It's Spike," said Spike or Slike or whatever his name was.
"Great great great great great great great..."
"Okay, it's on it's way to the Princess."
"Yer a nice dragon, Slike."
"Spike!" said the little dragon.
"Slike! Twi' said it was Slike!"
"Great great great great great great great..."
Rainbow Dash, one and only, landed. "AJ, can you tell me what's goin' on?"
"Slike!"
"Spike!"
"Slike!"
"Spike!"
"Ugh, forget about it. Pinkie, what's goin' on?"
"Oh, you were fighting with Twilight, and then all these reporters came in a big cloud. Whoosh! Stomp! Beep!"
"Beep? Reporters don't beep, Pinkie," said Rainbow Dash.
"Great great great great great..."
"Of course they do! They're secret intelligence agents hired by Princess Celestia. They're cyborgs," said Pinkie.
"They are?"
Pinkie grew some wings and caught one of the reporters, then held its head up to Rainbow Dash's ear. "See?"
Dash listened to the steady tick-tick-tick of the cyborg reporter, and let it fly back into the crowd. "Huh, I never knew that. That must be why my ears hurt when I'm near them."
"Wait, did you say that I fought with Twilight five minutes ago?"
"Yea," said Pinkie.
"That's funny. Pinkie, stay here, okay?"
"Great great great great great great great..."
"Okie dokie lokie!"
Rainbow Dash flew up, and she was horrified by what she saw - a changeling had taken her form and was attacking Twilight!
She dove in for the attack.
"I'M FROM THE HUMAN WORLD!"
The crowd of the reporters stopped. Rainbow Dash stopped. Applejack and Spike stopped. Pinkie stopped. But Nurse Redheart had not stopped. "Great great grandmother was the first know possessor of the Very Loud Nurse Voice. It has been passed down to me."
Time had been stopped, but Nurse Redheart (-31th reincarnation) just kept blabbering.
Then it started again.
The reporters popped back out of existence, and Spike had filled out all the paperwork to rename himself to Slike.
"Good job, Slike!"
