WATCH_DOGS: Rise of the Hackers
It was broad daylight, the streets were as crazy as ever, cars zoomed by, civilians were texting and talking, Aiden Pearce, the Fox, was roaming these very streets, so far he was graded: "Protector", he hunted criminals, murderers, every once in a while he got a Fixer contract. This was different.
His phone began vibrating, he reached for his phone in his pocket, he pulled it out, the caller read: "Answer", deciding to go along with it, as well as trace it, he answered.
"Who is this?"
"One of business."
The voice sounded that of a Liam Nesson, but he wasn't a hacker, hell, he wouldn't call Aiden unless he needed help. But he didn't even know Aiden.
"What do you want?"
"Mmm, nothing much, just business."
Aiden began tracking the call.
"You know, you really don't have to play hunter right now, we can meet, if you'd like that is."
".....I'll ask again... who is this?"
"Oh, fine you may call me Digital-Cord, or Discord. And I have a job for you."
Aiden didn't know whether to trust this guy. But his gut always told him right, and it was telling to accept the job.
Sigh"Where do you wanna meet."
"HaHa, oh, let's meet at the Bunker, get over here, and I'll make it over in 10 minutes."
And with that they hung up.
Wait, Aiden thought,did he say 'get over here'
"Clever bastard." He said as he chose a motorcycle from 'Car on Demand'.
"You are good to go, your rides ready."
He spotted the bike, and hopped on, and sped off, dashing through traffic, he marked the Bunker on his map. He did a wheelie, and kept on going, through traffic, left and right he sided avoiding cars, going as fast as the bike could go, he played 'Rise Against - Help is on the Way', he didn't stop driving, he Focused once in a while to navigate through the cars.
Within 20 minutes he made it to the Bunker, after he opened up to the inside, he found a man, with snow white hair, and hair accessories that looked like a couple mismatched horns, one looked like that of a deer almost, the other was a unicorn horn, but light blue, and bent back he had gray-brownish skin, in a suit with multiple colors that just screamed 'we DO NOT GO together', along with a yellowish-white fang, most notable, was his eyes, yellow eyes with red pupils, sitting at the terminal casually, elbow on the arm rest.
"Kept me waiting, did you"
Aiden was surprised a bit at how he found the place, much more how he got in.
"Didn't know this was time attack." Aiden said coldly.
"Aiden, no need to be so cold hearted." he said with a smug grin,"so about that job, this will turn out weird for you, but just go with it."
Aiden had a bad feeling, and it.. was BAD. He then pulled out his Chrome, and pointed it at the man, who didn't even flinch a little.
"Define 'weird', or you'll be given a goodbye present."
"HahahahaHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHa, ohh goodness me," Discord said after his maniacal outburst, "into another world weird is the kind I would use"
Aiden was dumbfounded at how the man was sounding insane.
"You're insane."
"Want proof, here is your proof!" Just then they were ported to the top of the Pyramids in Egypt, Aiden was looking around in disbelief.
"This is a illusion, digital trip, dream, THIS CAN'T BE REAL!!!" He screamed to top of his lungs, unable to comprehend whatever was happening to him, he wouldn't accept any of it none of it. He slumped to his knees out of an overwhelming flurry of emotions.
"Time for the job to begin."
".......get....me home..."
"Do what is needed, and you can go back home."
Aiden didn't want it, he didn't like it, but he didn't have a choice real or not, he had to.
"Alright, fine. I'll do it.", Aiden said in a defeated tone
Discord smirked, "Good".
Then he snapped his fingers, everything went into a flash and then black.
He woke up again, back at the Bunker, he looked around and heard a voice that had no visible source.
"You have five hours to get ready, get your guns ready, supplies, ammo, clothes, everything, even your phone. If your done early, go to sleep.
Aiden exited the Bunker, and setout for supplies, starting with the chemical and electronic components for IED's, frags, blackouts, jam coms, and lures. Medical components were next, they're used for Focus Boost and what not, ammo was last, he went to the nearest gun shop, all of which took two hours, he had plenty of time.
Suddenly out of nowhere, a news report was broadcast and the police, SOMEHOW, started chasing Aiden, he grabbed a nearby ride, cops coming from everywhere, without hesitation he slammed into the gas petal, and drove off, cops hot on his tail, he tried to outmaneuver them, left, right, he swerved, streetlight ready to neutralize the pursuers, he hacked them, oncoming civilians crashed into the police and slowed them, onto the highway he went with the traffic the helicopter above was still after him, he did a copter takedown, the cars the cars regained distance on his car, he was going as fast as he could, he kept on running, and running, and running, trying to outrun the police, but to no avail. but after taking multiple turns, he lost them, he got out of the car and ran on foot.
He lost them, and it took and hour, he got off the streets, and head on to a hideout, when he got there he changed into his suit of choice: the Vigilante. He went to sleep.
As he dreamed he saw a tall, dragon like figure, it had an horse like mussel, donkey neck, lion paw and talon as it's hands, reptile leg and hind hooves as it's legs, one bat wing, one blue feathered wing, a red scaled tail with red spines, white hair tail tip, black short cut mane, snow white eyebrows and mustache, brownish-red torso, yellow eyes with red pupils, and grayish-brown fur from the neck up.
Looked a lot like that Discord character from that show his niece watched, My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic was it, now that he thought about it, that man, the figure, that show.
"Hello Aiden, ready to go, and Discord is my real name."
Welp, I have gone of the deep end.
Aiden began screaming.

Aiden awoke to the feeling of dirt, it was in his face, he felt his own head throbbing with pain, and his throat hurt like all hell decided to pay him a visit, and it tonged his throat. He stood upright, a bit wobbly getting up, he hissed in agony, similar to when he got back from a digital trip, but he immediately shrugged it off. Ignoring the immediate pain he looked around, only to see a forest.
'Let's see, we're in a forest. Heh, my one weakness.', Aiden thought as he checked his surroundings, indeed he was in a forest, and forests were literally out of his turf, the plants were vibrant, very vibrant. The color could only exist in other part of the world, well his world, if any of that shit was actually true.
He took out his phone to see if it was alright, it was... better, bigger, lighter, and the battery could last for a shitload of time, he liked these changes, and it also came with some new things, 'Memory Wipe', 'Berserk', 'Control', 'Reader'. He didn't know what these meant, but these could be of use, he would have to test them out some time. That is when--
Caller: Discord.
'Him again?'
He was hesitant to answer, but once again, his gut told him to answer. He tapped 'Answer', and slowly pulled the phone up to his ear, with the utmost caughtion, he didn't trust him, and he had every right.
"Aiden?", he asked with concern.
"I'm here."
"Good, I Just wanted you to know, thing may get a little odd, and trust me, from your view, that's going to be an understatement.", he spoke with a tone.... a devious one.
"...Why did I see that character from that show, 'My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic'? In my dream, may I add."
"Oh, who was this character?", again he spoke in a tone, with anticipation.
"Discord. Why?"
There was silence, a thick, slimy, eerie silence. Until it was abruptly broken, by Discord.
Inhale,"Oh how do I explain this... ahh, okay, you are in an alternate version of Equestria, you know like Marvel's Earth-616, in this case, it's Equestria-616, that's the original, in the show, here things are a tad bit different. The ponies are humanoid, and magic is real here. And every thing that happened in the show happened here, just with humans. So the reason you saw me, in my real form, was because I was carrying you between dimensions, where Faust was never born, My Little Pony never existed, you died in that car crash, Fallout is actually real, you name it, I was taking you between those realities.", a few moments passed, but to Aiden it felt like years.
Aiden was dumbfound, he was unable to believe how insane this man really was . Either way, it was making his head hurt.
"I honestly don't know whether your crazy, or this is real."
"Oh this is real, head south and you'll see.", Aiden looked to find a star, the sun was thankfully setting, which allowed him to see the stars, specifically Polaris.
"Alright, I'll humor you."
"Good enough for me. Also I put some new features on your phone, like a very strong internet connection, rides still arrive at your whim, and I also put a hideout of yours some where in the nearest town, with unlimited supplies, ammo, and materials, plus a map, and faster loading rate. Toodles.",and with that he hung up.
'Oooooooooookkkaay. Nevermind, if I got a map then I won't need Polaris.
Aiden looked around the sky looking for the sun, so he could tell which way was south, east, west, the whole shebang.
'Didn't he say something about, a map...that's convenient.'
Once more, he pulled out his trusty phone and set a marker for the hideout, it led to the right of Aiden, hopefully out of the forest, Aiden was almost helpless in forests, with the lack of technology around being the reason. He did say he still get cars, cool.
'Car on Demand... Motorcycles... Dirt Bike.'
"You are good to go, your ride is ready."
His map pointed...... right behind him? Turning around, he seriously didn't expect to see his order show up right behind him, and yet... there it was, sitting there waiting for him.
"How the fuck?", he sighed deeply, "I won't even question it!"
Aiden walked over to the the bike, expecting it to be rigged with a bomb, once again to his surprise........ there wasn't? As he qualified it 'safe', he put his leg on the other side of the seat, revved up the engine, and set sail, metaphorically speaking. The map showed he was half-way out of the forest. Then there were the wolves.
'Of course.'
