For years Equestria has known relative peace. Ever since the King of Chaos was destroyed, the Two Sisters ruled kind and true. After one thousand years, the peace was nearly broken as the younger tried to revolt against her elder with the help of the Lunar Republic. That incident remained isolated and was quickly quelled. Since then, there was no threat to Equestria until the Changelings tried to take over more than another thousand years later. It too, remained isolated. Over those millennia, beyond Equestria's borders, technology flourished. Now, it all comes crashing down them. Can Equestria adjust or will it be lost to history at long last?
