In Hero League HQ...

"We are gathered here today for the stripping of Phoebe and Max Thunderman's powers."

Max's posture was much more straight than usual. Both Phoebe and Max were nervous. Phoebe used her free hand to play with her hair.

Both heroes were in their official Thunderman suits. Max decided to become a superhero. "So, without further wait, Phoebe, you are first." (Phoebe and Max were going to get their powers stripped.) Phoebe was blasted with a red ray and felt like she was going to be sick. Then, something unexpected happened. The Achilles vortex opened. Super President Kickbutt shouted something and tried to catch Phoebe and Max before they escaped. Luckily, they got through the vortex.

Phoebe POV

"Max, where are we?" I asked. I felt very weird. Max was passed out. I used my telekinesis to get him up. Oddly, I felt my forehead glowing. I was on my hands and knees. I tried to get up, but fell over. "Max..." I called."Whaaa..."
