The Taraxippus Equestrian Darkness

    "HEY!" Eclipse shouted as he was flying in the air in front of Requiem, and Requiem grabbed Eclipse again.

"You can't seem to give up a fight can you?" Requiem asked, the fighters he once knew as sons have disturbed him.

"Some fight I can't give up" Eclipse answered Requiem isn't amused to his answer.

"Then... if you won't stop... then I will MAKE YOU DO!" Requiem said and soon he just then devoured Eclipse, and he can already hear Rarity screaming from lost souls. Eclipse was being tossed around and landed in the stomach he stood up and looked around to see Rarity being torn apart from the lost souls. And here is Rarity still actually fighting and Eclipse was then flying to slam Rarity against the side stomach "are you the real Rarity?" Eclipse asked as if he knows that once someone is devoured and in the stomach to find someone still alive, it can be a side effect to the souls to transform into the livings that are still roaming.

Rarity looked at Eclipse like she is trying to think of the best lie, Eclipse took away her weapon and threw it in the stomach acid.

"Your not the real Rarity are you?" Eclipse asked again and then the worst part happened to what Eclipse once experienced. Eclipse was just then being held by the lost souls, and Rarity's face actually transformed.

"No and I have to admit... your too good Eclipse Blight" it said it transformed to a girl that Eclipse actually knew before.

"Well... can you stop it? You can't trick me, no one can trick a Taraxippus" Eclipse explained, the soul had just transformed into Cynder Dusk.

"If only your girlfriend were here I would totally tell her that I actually kissed you, one of my best ones ever" it said and it really did kiss Eclipse.

"Mm... I think I can do this forever" the soul said and it really did kiss Eclipse more, and there is a way to escape from the soul that wants Eclipse to stay here forever. Eclipse held the soul with his hands by the cheek to the neck and CRACK! He twisted the neck and crushed it.

"Sorry... but your not my type" Eclipse answered the soul attacked Eclipse and soon they where biting Eclipse, scratching him and punching him Eclipse then expanded his wings to push them off and threw them into the acid. It wasn't that long when they are ready to rise up again, Eclipse then flew away to spot someone familiar with only purple hair.

Eclipse stopped himself before he found the remains and the soul of his uncle, "no way" Eclipse went wide eyes when he spotted Tion's skeleton and his actual soul. Eclipse must know if Tion is still Tion, and by his skeleton rib cage is Rarity and how can Eclipse know that is the actually Rarity? Hmm... Eclipse was just thinking about something to scare her or get her back into her fashion person again.

"Hey Rarity! Up here! I think I spotted some good shoes not far from here!" Eclipse said and he really hopes it works, Rarity stood up and scurried far from his uncle's grave, but then right next to him is the skeletons of Princess Celestia and Luna's parents. Eclipse relaxed his eyes and followed Rarity and before she took off to find the shoes he had mentioned he swooped in and grabbed her waist.

"AH! Oh I'm so glad its you Eclipse this place is so disgusting! I can't even imagine fighting this many souls before! Nor can I find anything to wear if I really am dead here... PLEASE I WANT TO LIVE! THERE IS TOO MANY FASHIONS THAT IS CALLING MY NAME! GET ME OUT OF HERE!" Rarity complained and Eclipse was right he found the real Rarity of course.

"Nice to see you too Rare" Eclipse said as Rarity swung herself to hold his waist on his back Rarity is frightened still.

"Hold still Rarity, this might get messy" Eclipse said and Rarity looked confused by what he said but then she got the point. Eclipse flew up Requiem's pipe to the mouth, black slime almost covered Eclipse and Rarity.

"Ugh. Gross!" Rarity said as she closed her mouth shut so she won't swallow it.

Requiem started to cough badly, he couldn't seem to breath and the more he tried, it felt like choking on something big. Requiem closed his eyes and swung his head back and forth, he spit out his long lizard tongue and began to roar out darkness for the last dimension, and finally Eclipse and Rarity made it out alive Requiem saw what happened and understood what was wrong with him.

"What? Nothing can escape from my hunger!" Requiem said he tried to snatch Eclipses's wing to be devoured again until Eclipse is very amused to actually mess with Requiem for once but life or death matters right now.

Eclipse flew up higher in the sky and some of the black goo slipped away. Eclipse is ready to face Requiem for the last time, he used his magic on himself to fly in the sky faster and stronger, and Rarity is surprised to see how Eclipse would sacrifice anything to protect someone. Eclipse dived down with a burst of multiple colors of the rainbow including white, gray and black.

Eclipse felt like it is a big attack against Requiem and it won't do much effect on him, but that is just a thought. Eclipse came faster to the ground and got a fist ready to attack and Requiem echoed his magic to Eclipse so the attack won't work, but Eclipse is putting in too much effort to break it.

KABLOOSH! Magical energy combined as it broke the sound barrier Eclipse's attack went through the echo and smashed a powerful punch against the crown giving it multiple cracks on the skull.

Eclipse then created a sword to slash part of the skull apart, it wasn't effective as Eclipse thought but at least it is almost completely broken. Requiem screamed off his nerving rage against Eclipse, and he created the echo formation again but only this time it is able to stop Eclipse with paralyze.

Eclipse fell as black lightning totally stopped him to do anything else his eyes are closed.

"Eclipse! Wake up!" Rarity shouted not enough to full recovery, Eclipse only heard static in his ears and looked up to the sky and what completely shocked him to see Cynder's wonderful... pink magenta eyes. Eclipse folded his wings around himself and Rarity free falling from a spinning torpedo, some green magic shielded them for the incoming attack from Requiem's blazing black fire.

CRASH!

The rooftop from where Sunset was captured, she finally broke free and she shattered the chains. Eclipse gasped, he realized that he couldn't do this fight alone against two important people he once loved, and now they have a taste for revenge on Eclipse's betrayal to finally end his life.

"Rarity... time to do a trust" Eclipse said informing Rarity but she was a little confused as she saw what Sunset Shimmer has finally become, and she understood what Eclipse is doing.

"...Trust...yikes!" Rarity started to cry she isn't ready for it but no one is supposed to waste the time. Eclipse unwrapped his wings and Rarity fell to the ground not until Twilight catched her and landed safely on the ground.

"The skull... Requiem's magic is coming from the skull... his crown! We have to remove it or destroy it, its our only chance to end it" Rarity said and she knew what she was talking about.

"If we remove it, then he will come back. But if we destroy it he will be trapped forever, and so he can't escape no matter how much he tries!" Twilight answered to Rarity, and Rarity nodded for the agreement.

"Then lets destroy the crown" Pinkie agreed and until then everyone nodded for the plan.

"Your worthless! You helped us escape! YOU ARE EVIL!" Sunset shouted while Eclipse dodged Sunset's red fire attack by flying down and created an uppercut on her stomach.

"Ugh... your the same thing too!" Eclipse replied to Sunset's words as if words really do mean nothing. Requiem grabbed Eclipse once again and this time completely helpless.

"Hahahahahahahahaaha. I thought you knew, two is still better than one. Even if it wasn't just for your pathetic girlfriend none of this won't happened," Requiem said flapping his wings to stay the breezy air.

"Then let that happen! There is still a way to be strong weather or not, I'm not like you!" Eclipse said.

"I never said that" Requiem answered and yet again being squeezed to death, Eclipse screamed so loud his magic slowly turned darker. "And this time... you will never and I do mean never see anything. Ever. Again" Sunset said she started to create havoc already to Eclipse. Sunset and Requiem screamed at Eclipse's eyes and his hearings, so loud Eclipse's eyes turned completely black and soon he was losing his voice.

Rarity attacked Requiem again with her diamonds, and scattered pieces everywhere and then aimed it at Sunset, over head Rarity, Rainbow flew around Sunset and spun in a tornado with rainbow colors while Eclipse used the last of his magic on Rainbow Dash to transform the tornado into a super frenzy mode.

Sunset screamed as she tried to escape from Rainbow's powerful, thunderously magic. Requiem was trying to grab Rarity but Twilight had just used her own dark magic against Requiem's echo attack on Fluttershy's new pet or... a familiar creature.

White magic beamed from the soul of Tion that had escaped from Requiem's hunger in his belly. Requiem let go of Eclipse and shielded himself against the powerful attack from. Tion.

"I thought you were done. I thought we ended this. I believed you will be gone forever, but I'm back to end your destruction brother" Tion said, Requiem just laughed when he was talking just nonsense from the real villain.

"Lets" Requiem attacked Tion and tried to rip him away from his wings and the neck with his teeth. Requiem ripped apart Tion's spirit wings and faded back into Requiem's mouth and in his belly. Before Requiem was just going to rip apart Tion's neck, Tion had used his magic to blind Requiem. Requiem screamed.

Tion pushed Requiem back with his feet  and beamed so many jolts of white lightning from his mouth, so he started to circle ninety degrees around Requiem.

"I don't know how you escaped brother, at least, this should be more fun than I thought it would" Requiem said, his red eyes returned back to normal.

"It has been centuries the last time I saw you and you shouldn't have created so much insanity. I really wanted you to die for real, all because your a soulless monster. So who really wants to become you? NO ONE DOES! DON'T YOU REMEMBER OUR TIMES AS KIDS? I MISSED THAT REQUIEM SO MUCH YOU WERE MY BEST FRIEND!" Tion screamed.

'WE WERE NEVER FRIENDS TION! SERIOUSLY! You left me... you became the king... and you never bothered to look after for me. It wasn't the only reason I killed you, I wanted to rule with you! But you gave me the benefit of the doubt. You and mom and dad... I seriously did care about you guys. You never knew the real me Tion... you never did. All because... aren't we all born as monsters? Heh heh... its so true" Requiem said.

Tion shot a glare at Requiem and shot him with dagger claws at Requiem's crown. It only did one crack at it and Requiem didn't even flinch.

"Just get back in my belly, I need your magic still" Requiem said.

"No" Tion replied.

Tion tackled Requiem with long claws and tried to bite him at the neck, some blood trickled down his black neck. While Requiem scratched Tion's chest and slowly opened it up, Requiem dug deep to rip out a spiritual skeleton rib cage and devoured it, and finally Tion started to removed a part of Requiem's crown before Tion disappeared in Requiem's mouth and back into his belly.

Rainbow Dash continued to keep Sunset in the Rainbow Tornado, while Pinkie, Fluttershy, Rarity, Twilight and Applejack tried to destroy parts of the skull and rip it apart, there are too many pieces to remove or to keep destroying pieces.

Requiem let go of Eclipse and Eclipse was just then flying better, his eyes are black to be blinded but in a way Eclipse knows where the evil lurks, where it is by not just sound or vision but to feel. Eclipse relaxed in the air and felt a wash of relief overflow him. Eclipse didn't just hear the wind calling to him, but it is the coolness to the feeling on his skin and he can feel magic nearby... both magic of white and dark magic. Eclipse felt the wind blow him to the feeling of magic; he closed his eyes and got ready to go invisible and got into Requiem's mind and brain.

Requiem paused himself and looked down, in a calm matter of seconds Eclipse can tell that he is one way to stop the destruction, using the elements of harmony is the second but Eclipse feels like he should be the first to be the sacrifice. Eclipse knew that he needed to find Flash Sentry before Requiem's body really destroyed his soul and himself.

No... Flash will be good he can still be alive! Once I can spark something in here that can really cause things to blow up Eclipse thought to himself, Requiem's mind is really deserted with nothing but black and so... Eclipse is trapped in Requiem's mind. Eclipse stayed calm.

Twilight panted after a long fight with Requiem, as everyone paused and stopped.

"I have lived far too long my friends; there is another way to save me. But this is the choice I have taken, and before I go... thank you for saving me" in Requiem's voice Eclipse said that to let everyone know how long he has been honored to be a friend.

"Why is Requiem saying that?" Applejack asked Twilight for a good responds, and to Twilight's shock she realized who is the only one saying that, there is only one person who can say that.

"Eclipse? Is that you?" Twilight choked, her eyes widen to the way of knowing what is about to happen. Requiem chuckled.

"Thank you for everything" Eclipse had just channeled through Requiem's voice, and just then Eclipse started to remove the crown instead something else happened Eclipse was pushed out of Requiem's mind by Comet, Eclipse is shocked as he landed at the side of Requiem's head. Requiem howled in pain.

"Sorry Eclipse... but you won't be doing this... I will, you have to go on without me. And trust me... I will be fine. I love you bro" Comet said as he disappeared in Requiem's black consciousness.

Eclipse didn't want him to leave he doesn't want to loose Comet at all, "Comet? Comet! COMET!" Eclipse shouted until he finally went invisible when Requiem's mind was sucking him in, in his lost memories. Eclipse came flying out of Requiem's left eye and swung him against the school's wall, and he Eclipse landed on the sidewall.

Crying.

And just in seconds Comet removed the crown and smashed it into pieces with Requiem's claws. Requiem howled in pain along with Comet's screaming agony, Eclipse ran towards Requiem with tears in his eyes.

It is nearly impossible to win like this, instead Eclipse tripped on his shoe and landed on his stomach. Requiem saw his crown shattered into small pieces; he clawed it like he is begging to get it back in just. One piece.

"NO!" Requiem shouted, and he begins to scream at the clouds or just in space. Requiem felt like he is fading into small shadows, he clawed the earth and saw his claws disappear.

"NO!" Requiem begged, and he screamed again his wings started to fade into thin shadows and disappear below him along with his tail.

"NO!" Requiem was panicking as he saw himself fade away faster, until the waist to the chest reveals his skeleton with blood dripping off.

Requiem made his last roar until his flesh, blood and skeleton fade away with his jaw open.

And just until then... Flash Sentry fell to the ground softly on the football grass.

Eclipse just then felt heart broken, he didn't want to loose Comet and Grim at the first place but all he just wanted was them to see he is here with them all along and now, Grim and Comet are gone.

I'm still alone, Eclipse just then started to cry his wings lowered and his hands in front of him started to curl up into fingers.

"NO!" Eclipse shouted and yelled so loud it felt like the world had just heard him and ceased everything around him. Twilight ran towards Flash, his shirt had just been torn up and she listen closely to his chest.

Flash's heart isn't beating, Twilight panicked as she tried to use her magic to revive him, she transformed her magic with her hands and over his chest and static appeared and electrified him.

"Damn it. Nothing" Twilight cursed under her words.

Twilight tried again, and still no pulse or one single heart beat.

Twilight didn't stop; until her magic couldn't do another... she started to cry.

"No..." Twilight whispered.

Rarity and Applejack found Sunset in her human form, at the middle of the football field. Sunset passed out, leaving Rarity and Applejack hugging Sunset gently.

"Things are just out of control. Sunset is gone, Flash is gone, Grim and Comet are gone... and now Eclipse is the last to disappear... I can't handle this anymore" Pinkie said she dropped to her knees and placed her hands on her face and started to cry.

"I should have told him how I actually felt... I love him" Twilight said as she hugged Flash's dead body, she couldn't stop her tears and couldn't shake away the feeling that she lost someone so important. Eclipse couldn't stop his feelings for the lost of his brothers, left alone once again but forever gone.

"I never asked for them to be this way... I never wanted this... all I wanted was to be... noticed. I'm the last one to be gone and now… I'm afraid to disappear!" Eclipse shouted he wiped away the streaming tears from his eyes, but the more he felt this sad the more tears is happening.

Eclipse's skeleton wing started to disappear, "I NEVER WANTED THIS TO HAPPEN! I NEVER WANTED TO BE ALONE AT ALL!" Eclipse said he stood on his knees feeling guilty for betraying his only family.

"All I ever wanted... was to be happy... to have a loving family... to be a... brother..." Eclipse sobbed, his sadness started to overcome him very strongly and just before his skeleton wing disappeared it started to reform back. Fluttershy slowly walked toward Eclipse and gave him a friendly hug, and he hugged her back.

"I'm so alone...very alone...forever alone" Eclipse can't hold it back anymore, he cried out loud and he didn't stop. Applejack carried Sunset and walked towards Fluttershy and Eclipse to join in the group hug, next came Rainbow, Rarity and Pinkie. Twilight didn't bother she stayed where Flash was. Twilight curled her fingers to fists, and layed down next to him.

"I love you Flash..." Twilight whispered and hugged him she sobbed badly "...I love you..." she whispered again and she didn't stop crying, hell... she will never stop. Everyone hugged Eclipse as he is still struggling with the beginning of his depression, "Eclipse?" Fluttershy mumbled to ask.

"You will never be alone, no one is supposed to fight alone, and will you ever forgive yourself?" Fluttershy asked Eclipse in such a soft voice he tried to calm down, and searched for the right answer.

"No" Eclipse answered to Fluttershy.

Twilight felt like she has enough energy to summon her magic for one more resurrection spell. "In the darkest of times, there will always be a light... to shine... to feel... to hear... to speak..." Twilight paused for a second when her eyes teared up more and sobbed badly again, "to touch... and to smell the roses... once again, can we be that bright?" Twilight finished the spell and really meant it to be real, and so... her energy is being drained for the last time, in a quick heart beat her heart stopped for a few seconds and continued to feel the sadness drift over her. The magic came from Twilight's tears and was flying in the wind, but it wasn't just her's... it was everyone else all because they are feeling the same feeling. Everyone's tears flew towards Twilight and mainly to Flash.

The last thing that Twilight wants is to see Flash alive and healthy, she wants to confess her love towards him and so she did. "Flash? If you can hear me... I... really... love you" Twilight said, and slowly and gently she can feel that he is breathing. Flash is breathing and his heart is racing, he placed a hand on Twilight left cheek and she looked at him with tears in her eyes and with a happy smile. "I love you too" Flash spoke very calmly and drifted off to sleep, passing out peacefully.

Eclipse stood up with the girls around him, walking towards Twilight and Flash.

"Twilight?" Eclipse said, Twilight looked up to see him with a very, very sad expression. "I no longer belong in Equestria, and not here I have to leave" Eclipse said his confession to her and to the girls around him, they all broke off the hug but Fluttershy cares very deeply for Eclipse she didn't let him go.

"I think you do belong here. I don't! Now I need to leave, as in... Your staying here" Twilight said as she stood up and walked up to Eclipse very closely, then he kissed her cheek.

"I don't belong anywhere... I'm alone and I always will be" Eclipse really means it a lot, but Twilight shook her head. "Do you see what I see? You were never alone in the first place, you had a beautiful girlfriend, you had your brothers with you for centuries, and look at yourself right now, you have friends here that you didn't realize it until now and I do know... everyone belongs to place in which you learn things. I only trusted you all because you seemed to be more important, to us" Twilight said at the same time when she finished her sentence Eclipse kissed her on the lips, in a deep and passionate way and then he back away from it.

"I don't care about lessons, I only care about fighting and living that's what I am looking for. I'm always meant to be fighting alone, that's all I am" Eclipse said he hugged her and pulled everyone in to a warm group hug.

Sunset woke up with a very sharp pain in her head, and burning hands, while Flash woke up with a very painful stomach and a bad, choked voice.

"Ugh... Flash?" Sunset's voice is still deep and trying to find the right volume for her to speak, she stood up and held out a hand for him. Flash took her hand and placed a left hand on his neck, "I'm. Fine" Flash choked as Sunset hugged him.

"I think you learned something here Eclipse, something that no one else dared to say or to express it. And you might know what it is" Principle Celestia said walking up to him with Luna by her side, Eclipse looked down and soon smiled at something that he seems to remember, and he nodded.

"Yes, I think I did learn something, and its something that I won't forget at all. Coming to people to show that we might treat them as a victim to be part of a rival, may seem that enemies may be closer than friends, now that I know that enemies can transform into friends, being on the side lines doing nothing is not a good thing to be part of the crowd, someday or sometime we need to get out of that crowd and go against who matters the most, can also be learned to be not just enemies, but learning what real friendship is all about... friendship isn't just friendship... its family. And that is one thing that I needed the most, to be part of the family" Eclipse explained from what he had just learned from over the past few days and centuries in the human world. Principle Celestia nodded and smiled, "welcome back Eclipse Blight" Celestia said.

"Well... your heading back to Equestria, I guess I will see you around?" Eclipse said his hands in his pockets, and he smiled. The most important and unique role that Eclipse has is that he can be both of being human and a Taraxippus, and his human part actually saved his ghost part.

"Yes" Twilight replied smiling with Spike in her arms, "and I promise-" Twilight was immediately cut off "as in... You won't be like me?" Eclipse cut her off.

"What do you mean?" Twilight asked Eclipse, her happiness faded away into her fear once again.

"You won't become part of that shadow? I know you are strong at heart, but are you able to not just save your soul but yourself? Just remember what happened here, it can teach you the same thing too" Eclipse said, Spike is panicking with questions he needs to ask to Twilight.

"What is he talking about?" Spike asked Twilight. He knows? How did Eclipse know about my secret? This isn't good, just jump! Twilight thought to herself. Twilight just laughed it off, as she tossed Spike in the portal "hey!" Spike cursed at her.

"Listen to me Eclipse, he isn't supposed to know... remember when... you took the bait?" Twilight said pointing a finger on Eclipse's chest; her expression is showing her worst fear. Eclipse knew that Twilight is talking in code, "yes... I did, just keep on being you just don't let something control you like I did. No go!" Eclipse said and demanded, as Twilight turned around and jumped into the portal, leaving Eclipse alone at the gate of the portal.

"I know what's happening, Sombra wasn't dead after all" Eclipse was just then talking to himself.

"You may be a real king, but I only saw that your a king all because you have an army of your own. I want the same revenge as you do, I won't bow down all because your plan is better or you’re just a real bitching king. I am the darkness, and you are just a monster. And I know you have no powers, all I want for you to do is deliver a message... just only a few. You’re too despicable for being an actual monster, and my loyal servant. All is going according to plan."

"What did you say about my beautiful ravenous life?"

"I said... you are VERY DESPICABLE! Now... send your beautiful girls. And this time... HE will be the only one who can stop. Himself."

"Your crazy..."

"Aren't we all? All I know is that going against ourselves can bring out something stronger. It can sometimes bring out the real you. Back at my home, everything turned out the way I wanted it to be. And here I am. Stage one is fully completed."
