The Taraxippus Equestrian Darkness

"We need to strike Grim and Comet, but how are we going to fight them when they are stronger than us?" Rainbow asked anyone, no one replied back to her because they are all thinking about some plans.

"Ugh, this is harder than I thought I have nothing this time" Twilight said her legs against her chest, her arms around her legs and placed her head on her arms.

"Twilight, I thought all of you knew this but... what is the opposite of darkness and insanity? Isn't it obvious already, looking around and what do you see? The answers" Eclipse said he looked at her with determined eyes, he tried to scratch his wrists when the ropes are tight and trying to loosen them up, and his wrists were slowly bleeding. Twilight looked around like Eclipse had told her to, she sees her friends, her heart to everyone she knows, her great assistance Spike, her human princesses as Celestia hugged Luna... they just feared that they are going to die to protect us as a distraction for us to escape from this room and stop the apocalypse.

"Interesting" Twilight spoke, she always sees her friends as family and though they seem to fight, fighting in a bad way and somehow...always end up being strong when learning the truth about their elements. Twilight thought about something about Pinkie Pie, what defines them that they like Pinkie Pie... is there a big reason? Twilight thought to herself, she looked at Eclipse with wonder in her eyes.

"Give me a reason why you like Pinkie Pie, what gives you that idea as one of the elements of harmony?" Twilight asked Eclipse with a reason that she is looking for.

"Why Pinkie Pie?" Eclipse said, he sighed and gave her the answer. "Its only because she is one of the elements that can go perfectly insane and crazy, she has another side of herself... and I know that laughter is what makes us better... we laugh with slaughter... we laugh with death, we laugh with murder... and we laugh because we never cared."

Twilight jumped and thought about what Eclipse had said, it doesn't seem to confuse her but it is something interesting. "Now I get it..." Twilight whispered.

Fluttershy walked towards Eclipse and Twilight, and sat down next to Twilight.

The rain is hitting the ceiling really hard, and lightning struck when the thunder roared.

"Is it a good time to be right here?" Fluttershy asked Twilight, and she layed her head on Fluttershy's shoulder.

"I can sense that they are still looking for me, and I can sense that you girls are running out of time. You can't hide from fate; you can't run from it no matter how much you try. I know that the worst part is near" Eclipse said closing his eyes and tried to figure out what is the next plan for his brother's agenda, and the girl's plans as well.

"Do you know what is it?" Fluttershy asked Eclipse.

"Inner battles" Eclipse said and it seems to be loud enough for everyone to hear, they didn't move or say a word but they are shocked.

Twilight stood up and looked at Eclipse, she looks furious and she kicked Eclipse in the face.

"Ow" Eclipse whined, he tried to get his pain in control "just like that" Eclipse said he closed his eyes to stop his pain.

"No, not really. You’re saying that we are going to be fighting ourselves? That's impossible!" Twilight said almost screaming. "But it is possible, we Taraxippus fought against our other side once, we broke a sweat when fighting voices in our heads and when we woke up... that is what got us to kill. The Taraxippus is the darkness... we cannot be saved anymore" Eclipse said.

"Not true!" Twilight said and left Eclipse thinking and soon known to be confused... Twilight closed her eyes and sighed, "I will do anything in my power to save you... only you. The reason not your brothers is because they have something that we don't have" Twilight said she looked down with sad eyes, everyone looked at her their expressions doesn't seem to show not only happiness but true fear, and their realization... everyone gasped. "It can't be...no... it can't..." Rainbow spoke in shock, Fluttershy started to cry in a slow way and faster when she had realized something that she didn't want to know. Pinkie felt like she is going to rip apart a table or smash anything that stood in her way, a strong feeling that she wants it out of her systems and wanting to kill something or someone, but she does know that if she does do that... she is going to regret that for the rest of her life.

Eclipse looked angered and tried to stand up, he closed one eye when pain throbbed in his head.

"Yes... your harmony... is dead... and guess what will happen once it is corrupted?" Eclipse said and tried to walk towards the doors when his left leg is limping, he stopped and closed his eyes.

"Nothing can stop the darkness... when it just begun" Eclipse said and in the second he knew... and he smiled at the perfect timing that Rainbow attacked Pinkie, and Celestia attacked Luna. Pinkie didn't want to fight her friend Rainbow, but Rainbow doesn't seem to look like herself anymore, and what Pinkie sees is just her... with no actual eyes, vicious and ravenous.

Rainbow growled, she leaped on Pinkie and wrapped her fingers around Pinkie's neck, the same way that Celestia is doing to Luna. Pinkie kicked Rainbow away from her, while Rainbow ripped off a table leg and ran it at her again, and Pinkie tried to dodge every attack Rainbow threw at her.

Luna tried to roll away, she struggled with her hands on Celestia's shoulders and kicked the air, Celestia snarled at her and tried to bite her neck, and Luna felt useless and hopeless.

Twilight came towards Luna and tried to get Celestia off of her, but she was strong Twilight tried to push Celestia away and suddenly kicked her in the face without a warning.

Twilight held out a hand for Luna while Celestia closed her eyes and tried to push away the pain.

"Dashie, stop!" Pinkie said as Rainbow kept on swinging the wood, she charged at Pinkie against the wall. Pinkie stumbled against the wall and wished to never feel this much pain, "Dashie! Wake up!" Pinkie said as if Rainbow is under a trance.

Celestia ran at Twilight and tried to scratch her eyes out, until Twilight notices something different dark green eyes and not Celestia's pink eyes. Twilight remembers when she was just feeling dark magic for the first time, it was weak but it was consuming her and somehow she stayed strong and told herself to not give up. "Celestia, Rainbow whatever is going on would you ever hurt your friends? Or most importantly, yourselves?" Twilight said but it appears they aren't listening to her. Someone snapped their fingers and somehow, everything stopped. Twilight looked at Eclipse his wrists is cutting deep, bleeding from the ropes, he stood tall and puffed up his chest, he sighed with his eyes closed and came towards Twilight.

"Only a Taraxippus can stop the rampage of monsters, words are not strong because words are not important, words mean nothing" Eclipse said almost angered that he keeps on loosing his blood and looked a little dizzy. Rainbow and Celestia stood up and walked close to Twilight.

"Can you see us?" Celestia asked Twilight, Celestia looks like she's in peace, her eyes looks like the eyes of a demon.

"You just can't see what we are, what we are meant to be" Rainbow said Twilight looked scared, she feels helpless. Luna took the table's leg that Rainbow used to fight Pinkie, Luna swung it against Eclipse's head and he fell down. Pinkie stood up for Twilight, she got in front of Twilight like a bodyguard and she looked at Celestia and Rainbow.

"Stop, just stop" Pinkie said she felt confident and didn't seem to care if she got hurt again. Eclipse snapped his fingers and the evil dark green eyes just faded away back to their normal eyes.

"What... what just happen?" Rainbow asked anyone, she fell onto one knee Pinkie helped Rainbow to stand.

"Eclipse is controlling you, both of you. But I don't see why Luna, Twilight and I are still sane" Pinkie pointed out as Eclipse tried to stand up. "That is what I meant when you will be fighting yourselves, once Grim has that power... my magic is useless, and only he can turn on monster mode. Pinkie and Luna are already corrupted, all because their monsters are already in control and not breaking, they are protecting you both. And for Twilight, she is the light and the dark... and I know that you already have your demons" Eclipse said walking towards them, he closed his right eye and started to feel weaker. Twilight can't seems to fight it when Eclipse is right, he knows that Twilight is already battling a monster within herself.

"What are you?" Twilight spoke with a chill, her body stood still and she couldn't move all of a sudden.

"Me?" Eclipse asked Twilight and he smiles in delight, "I'm a ghost, who am I? Eclipse Skull Blight, born as a unicorn and raised by a cold-blooded family. My once to be dream was to become a prince...and now I don't know what I want to become" Eclipse said, his wrists are becoming bloodier and finally Luna unwrapped the ropes, and re-wrapped them at his elbows, and took out fresh new ropes at his wrists. Luna scrubbed away the blood and let it dry on her hands, "how much longer do I need to be here?" Eclipse looked down with thought.

"When we get everything answered and done with" Luna said walking backwards.

Eclipse thought of something, his eyes went wide-eyed.

"You-your leaving me behind? In my own slow death?" Eclipse asked them and soon they looked frightened and made a decision.

"We're sorry Eclipse, but we can't trust you. Not yet, after all you helped your brothers create monsters and... your still a stone cold killer, and besides...ghosts can't die when they are already dead" Celestia said rubbing her eyes and gathering her strength. Eclipse looked down, and he laughed, laughing like a maniac and glad that Grim and Comet are not around to hear where it is coming from. "So useless, so god damn useless. You humans and pony is not going to save you, you can't protect everyone you love, and you can't even protect yourselves! Don't you see that right now?" Eclipse said.

"At least we will try" Luna said, ready to open the door and leave Eclipse behind.

"Wait... hold on, where's Fluttershy?" Twilight said, she stopped herself in her tracks and looked around the room, empty. Twilight looked scared,

"Flutters? Wh-where are you?" Rainbow said hoping Fluttershy isn't playing hide and seek with her friends, creeping them out in worry and shock.

"Fluttershy? Come on! Let's go!" Pinkie said looking around the room searching for anything that could hide away a human. "Sorry about that... I was stalling all of you" Eclipse said looking at the window with heavy rain.

"What?" Celestia said her eyes went wide, "you monster!" Celestia said stomping on the ground and her fists are ready to defeat Eclipse in his last breaths, but Luna held onto Celestia's shoulders, "Tia, get a hold of yourself, you can't fight a powerful being" Luna said as Celestia ceased her fury.

"How can Fluttershy vanish like that? There is no way ghosts can vibe through walls with a living being, I never experienced this before" Twilight said she held onto her long hair hiding her face like she is going to be the next one.

"Rarity and Applejack didn't do it, some of the other students are already compromised, they are now dark spirits and they took her away to possess her now, she's gone, she is one of us now" Eclipse said as Rainbow stood up to him eye to eye, "I hate you" Rainbow couldn't resist but to say it.

In the next second we all heard Fluttershy screaming and yelling for help.

Spike looked at Rarity and Applejack, "can you stop them?" Spike asked them in a favor to save Fluttershy again. "I can try" Applejack said and Rarity nodded with agreement, they took off into the other rooms vibrating through each wall to follow Fluttershy's screams.

Spike jumped onto Twilight's shoulder, and whispered of what spirit Applejack and Rarity are about to do. Saving Fluttershy before she dies or being possessed.

"Okay, got it... but can we find her?" Twilight said questioning Spike's plan, he shook his head and looked determined "they will" Spike answered.

"Well, Spike got a plan covered while we must go in and find Rarity and Applejack's bodies, so my spell will work to resurrect them" Twilight said.

"Good luck princess, or should I say bad luck you won't stop us until the war starts" Eclipse said but Twilight finally has a hated spot in her heart, Eclipse is nothing but being a jerk and a dumb bad luck charm. Twilight's eyes went red when she felt something in her heart, something is finally feeding on her soul from the inside and knowing that an inner demon is being unleashed.

"I know I can't save myself, but I know a way through it" Twilight whispered as she ran to find Applejack's body in a locker that she remembered, Rarity's is the one on the left.
