Impossible Logic
Prologue
Load Full StoryOH GOD!
I felt like crap. I felt nauseous and I had the most terrible headache, it felt like someone bashed my skull into mush. I told myself to not open my eyes fully as doing so would make my headache worse, but since I'm an idiot, I opened them as wide as I could.
AAAUUUGGGHHH
I quickly shut them but it was already too late. My headache went from feeling like crap to feeling like it exploded twice. Why do you do this to yourself? I decided to actually think and I forced myself to calm down.
Okay, first off....where the hell am I? I could feel the dirt underneath my belly so I figured I was outside, but it still didn't answer my question. Okay....so I'm gonna have to open my eyes aren't I? *Sigh* Alright then, lets take this slow and figure out where I am. So that's what I did. I slowly opened them to only let in some sunlight so I didn't make my headache worse....and blind myself. My vision cleared from its bright blurry goodness and I was able to see around me. What I saw shocked me.
My hands are missing and they are grey, THEY ARE MISSING. AND GREY.
My mind was in complete disarray. I started to panic and quickly sprang up.......only to fall straight on my back. The fall knocked the air out of me and I started to gasp. Falling hard while hyperventilating was not a good combination. Once I was able to get my breath back, I looked down at my grey dismembered hands.....to realize that they didn't hurt nor were they covered in blood.
What happened to me?
I was frightened when I heard a groan towards my left, thinking it was something dangerous. Still on my back I quickly looked in the groan's direction to see.....a.....pony? The white pony looked as if it was in pain. I was at a loss for words...... I looked back at my dismembered grey hands.
These aren't hands are they? Am I.....no that's impossible!
I forced myself forward to look down at my body. It was grey just like my hands. To get a better look, i tried sitting up, but all I got was pain. It felt like my body wasn't supposed to go in that direction. So I re-positioned myself and rolled to my left, again I saw the white pony, he seemed to have the same problem I had when I first woke up. I left him be for now as I needed to focus on myself right now. Pushing on my left arm.....foreleg, I boosted my self upwards and was in a sitting position. It didn't feel comfortable so I ended up sitting like a dog.
Rubbing my head, I decided to get a better look at my surroundings. I seemed to be in a field of some sorts. Looking around more, and to my expected surprise, I saw 4 other ponies on the ground. One was sea foam colored, another was dark red, the third was pale blue, and the last was a purple color. I looked over them again and realized that the dark red and white ponies were male and the others were female.
I sat there for a few minutes, letting the new information sink in that they were cartoon ponies. THAT I WAS A CARTOON PONY. I didn't know how to react so I just sat there motionless. The sea foam mare started to groan and moan, so i looked in her direction do see her open her eyes slowly and carefully. Her eyes came into focus and saw me looking straight in her direction....at her. She screamed loud enough to wake up the others. She then looked down at herself and screamed louder. I winced at the scream, and saw that she was starting to hyperventilate. I instinctively got up and tried to help her from passing out, but I didn't get far as I face planted into the dirt from my inexperience at walking on all fours. I picked myself up and rubbed my jaw with the new appendage as I slammed it into the ground. She saw what happened and calmed down.....er, rather, she stopped hyperventilating. Still in panic mode she quickly got up only to trip over her hooves. She also face planted, but with her flanks in the air.
The other ponies all got up and started to look around and at themselves. Big Red seemed to take it better than the mares but he was still disoriented. Whitey, not even reacting, got up from his position, still in minor pain, and sat like I did. The other 2 mares, Purple and Bluey, both had interesting reactions. Purple started cursing to herself about her headache while picking herself up, while Bluey started crying in panic. I decided to say something...
"U-um.....you guys okay?" Really?
They all looked in my direction and there was an awkward silence.....Come on, say something!
"Um....W-what are your n-names?", I'm an idiot.
The white pony was the first one to respond.
"The name's Damian!", Damian?
"Natasha", said Purple. What?
".....Hailie", the sea foam pony hesitantly responded. No way...
Bluey looked nervous, but she finally whispered,"....Lexi...."
I looked at Big Red...if he was to say a certain name then it would settle it.
"Hayden", My mind froze.
They all looked at each other. They were all at a loss for words....were all of us here in this place? They realized that one pony didn't say their name and stared at me.....I still couldn't believe it, we were all here. With everything I had I forced out my name....
"Isaac"
The pale blue pony, Lexi, fainted.
