"Button!" A voice came out of an open door to a house.

"Uh oh, she sounds mad!" Button thought. "Yeah mom?"

His mother stood in the doorway, giving him a look that could melt lead and cause even Celestia to bow down. "Where were you? You should have been home hours ago!"

"Uh, I, um, slept in," he stuttered slowly, and mouthed a protective spell from one of his video games.

"Well, I'm taking away your Joyboy for a month!"

"No, mom! Anything but that!" His face fell into a bottomless pit of doom.

"It's either that or being grounded for two months!"

Love Tap yelled. Button headed up to his room, and brought his prized Joyboy down. Wordlessly, he set it on the counter. He then took off his hat, and slowly, solemnly, walked up to his room while humming a funeral song.

"You were a good friend. May you rest in peace," he said.

"Button, enough with the funeral already! It's only a month!" yelled up his mother.

Button ran into his room, closed and locked the door, and pulled out a laptop and a gaming headset. He opened Skype. "Are you there, team? Sound out! Masher here!"

"LuunyGamercorn here!"

"BelleOfTheBall here!"

"LMDJ here!"

"Then let's go!" Today, they were playing Call of Duty: Black Ops. "Watch your back!" -Masher

"I died? WHAT?" -LGC

The rest of the team let out a groan. "Oh no, not this again!"

"YOU DARE KILL US?!? YOU WILL SUFFER ETERNAL AGONY!!!" -LGC

"Not the Royal Equestrian voice!"-Masher

"I think my ears are bleeding!!!"-BOTB

"Not me, I muted and put on music!"-LMDJ

"NOT HELPING DUDE!!!"-BOTB & Masher

"Let's keep playing, shall we?"-LMDJ

They played until five o'clock, then called it a day. "See- or rather, hear you tomorrow!"

"Bye!"

LuunyGamercorn has left the game.

LMDJ has left the game.

"Minecraft?" Button asked.

"I thought you'd never ask!"

Masher and BelleOfTheBall have left the game.

Button signed into Minecraft, and logged into a private server, one with another pony already there.

Later…

Masher tried to hug a creeper.

"Next time, don't log out when you see a creeper! You have FULL DIAMOND ARMOR!!!"

"Sorry! They freak me out!" A distinctively female voice said.

Another female voice was speaking, but this was close. "Button! Open your door NOW!"

"Eep!" he exclaimed. "I'vegottogobye!" he said into his mic, and then quit. He walked over to the door, and unlocked it. "What do you want?"

"You've been in here all day! I want you to go outside for some fresh air for at least an hour before bed."

"Aww, but Momm!"

"Button, no buts! You spend too much time in your room, playing on your devices. Go outside now, or you won't get your Joyboy back for TWO months!"

"Okay, fine," Button mumbled. He headed outside.

"Whatcha doing?" a filly asked, popping out of a bush.

"AAAHHHHH!!!" Button yelled. "Don't do that!"

"Let me guess, your mom kicked you off your computer and sent you outside, and now you have nothing to do?"

"Well...ahem...Eeyup![i/]" he replied. "How'd you get here so fast?"

She said;"Well, experience tells me that when you make a noise like that, and then leave, you either forgot something, or your mom sent you outside!"

"Okay, so...what now?" Button asked.

"Well, Rarity finally caved in and got me an Xbox, so…we could play back at the boutique!" Sweetie Belle said with a smile.

"Great!" They then headed off for the Carousel Boutique.
