The Polar Express has finished it's final run and is returning to the North Pole until the most unexpected of things happens.
The Polar Express is going around America, still trying to find the children who believe. There is one boy who he remembers deeply. Though, he is in his 50s, he still believes. There aren't many children who believe anymore in 2015. So, the conductor and his crew are finishing their final trip on the Pere Marquette, but what they find, isn't what they expected to see.
