The History of Equestria Head Canons

A long, long time ago when pegasi, unicorns, and earth ponies lived in utter harmony with each other, their was a large land occupied by social misfits known to the other tribes as alicorns. The three main tribes exiled the alicorns because the rulers were afraid of there power, they also lived ALOT longer. Unlike the three main tribes the alicorns had both wings and a horn. One day the Queen of the alicorn tribe, Eternity, announced her pregnancy. There were SHOUTS of glee and much celebration. When the baby was born her father, Saloris, named her Celestia, but her mother thaught that it was much too serious to call her all the time so they called her Tia. Her coat was a glimmering stunning shade of white. She had a long flowing mane that was the colors of the sun. It was bright and beautiful and represented hope in dark times. For the next five years her magic became strong and useful. 5 years after Tia's birth another pregnancy was announced. When the baby was born they named her Luna but gave her the nickname Lulu. Her coat was a BEAUTIFUL shade of night blue just like her mane, which shimmered with stars and flowed just like her sister's. It represented  playfulness, youthfulness, and how you should never stop having fun. After there births times were peaceful for a while, until 1 day when it got very cold and the crops stopped growing. It was the windegos, magical creatures that fead off of hatred. Eternity and Solaris decided to fight back along with the other tribes leaders so they put Tia and Lulu in a safe dungeon like place with enough food to last a couple of weeks and left. In a couple of weeks when the food had run out Tia and Lulu decided to leave this place and go outside. Because of the war the unicorns had not had time to raise the sun. Mustering all the strength and magic she had, Tia raised the sun. The war had ended and the ponies had won the war but it still left there land in utter destruction. The warmth and light of the sun gave the remaining ponies hope. Then, suddenly a bright flash! Tia looked at her flank and noticed a  cutie mark had appeared. It was a glimmering sun that flashed in the day light. She was happy she had her cutiemark but they must keep going until they find there parents. The leaders of the three remaining pony tribes took Tia and Lulu in noticing that they were the children of the two brave alicorns who gave there lives to win the war. They told Tia and Lulu what had happened to there parents. For the next ten years they were mentored in there magic and flight abilities along with the war and leadership strategies of the earth ponies.As they got older they took the place as leaders over the three tribes bringing peace to all the land later naming it Equestria, and the capital Canterlot. At the ceremony they were each given one gift. Princess Celestia was given a phoenix named Philemina by the leader of the unicorn tribe. Princess Luna was given a large brass charm painted blue in the shape of a cressant moon by the leader of the Pegasus tribe.
