Two warring otherworldly factions arrive on Equestria, both obsessed with the destruction of the other. Equestria finds itself in a situation when one side offers protection in return for resources, while bearing effects of the war.

As the Mane Six work to protect their home, they witness the horrors that arise everywhere as everything is corrupted, and discover the shocking secrets, truths and history of the Otherworlders War.

Set after Season 4, but before Rainbow Rocks.
