The Cutie Mark Crusaiders: A New and Old Member
The Cutie Mark Crusaiders were hanging in their clubhouse, thinking of other ways to get their cutie marks. Sweetie Belle was suggusting helping Fluttershy with the animals. Scootaloo wanted to help Rainbow Dash ever since she could start flying properly. Apple Bloom wanted to help Applejack with bucking the apples. At 3:00 sharp, Rarity came to pick up Sweetie Belle. Applejack then came to pick up Apple Bloom. Scootaloo then flew home with her scooter in tow. Along the walk home, Sweetie Belle heard a voice singing the best song she'd ever heard. She ran to find the voice. She found the little filly, who was a lavender alicorn, and ran up her. "Hi!" said Sweetie Belle. The young alicorn's feathers got a bit fluffed and her dark pink eyes widened. She turned to face Sweetie Belle and her expression calmed a little. Sweetie Belle got a full view of the filly. She was purple with hot pink mane with purple, black, and bright blue streaks in it. She had a beautiful cutie mark. It was a hot pink star with a black outline, and down her left leg was streaks that looked like the star was shooting them out. They were the same color as the ones in her hair. Her mane and tail looked like they went through a glitter machine because it glittered and sparkled. The style, however, looked like it was in a star shower. It was wild but still looked royal. "Oh. Hi! I'm Starsong" the young filly said. "What song were you singing?" asked Sweetie Belle. "I don't really know what it's called, so I call it Double Rainbow Syndrome." Starsong said. "'Double Rainbow Syndrome'?" asked Sweetie Belle. Rarity was now running to where Sweetie Belle and Starsong were chatting and ran over and nuzzled Sweetie. Rarity started pulling her away when Starsong asked for her name. "My name's Sweetie Belle!" she yelled as Rarity floated her away with Magic.
The next day, Sweetie had to return a book to Twilight about dragons that Apple Bloom forgot to return. Sweetie entered and she saw the same lavender alicorn she met last night. The lavender unicorn took the book from Sweetie and gave it to Starsong. "Sorry Sweetie. But she really needs this book." Twilight said appolgecticaly. Starsong turned around and did a large "Huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu!" like Pinkie Pie did the day she met Twilight. "Hi Sweetie! Who knew we'd bump into each other again!" the young alicorn said hyperly. Sweetie Belle looked just as excited as Starsong was. "Hey Starsong? Wanna come meet my friends? They will think your epic! Not to mention Scootaloo will wanna show off some tricks." she said, babbling like Pinkie Pie. "Sure!" said Starsong happily. The next day at the CMC meeting, Apple Bloom noticed a new filly with a cutie mark. "Uh... hi." Said the yellow earth pony. The other filly blushed slightly. "Uhmmmm.... hi, I'm Starsong." she said. She had her saddle bags on and in one was a pink and green dragon egg. "What's that Starsong?" asked Sweetie, who sat next to Starsong. "It's a weird egg I found at my doorstep this morning!" said Starsong cheerfully. Apple Bloom and Scootaloo looked at how well Sweetie and Starsong were getting along. If only one of them could see the future...

I woke up with Melody Harp Cooking breakfast. Melody Harp is sorta like my adoptive sister since my mom, whoever the hay she is, abandoned me at her doorstep. I looked in my vanity mirror and was shocked. "Dear Celestia, I think my dreams have cursed my hair!" I said to myself. I brushed my hair quickly and went to get my saddle bags. I petted my pet kitten Clover on the way out the door. I ran all the way to school to meet up with my new friend Sweetie Belle. I call her Sweetie and she calls me Star because our names are mouthfulls. As I ran to school I nibbled on the piece of toast I grabbed on the way out. I saw Sweetie waiting for me by the door looking sad. "What's the matter Sweetie?" I asked when I caught up to her. "Scoots and Apple Bloom have been avoiding me all morning." said Sweetie sadly. "Hey Yall!" said a country accant. "Hey Sweetie Belle! 'Sup Starsong?" said Scootaloo trotting up behind Apple Bloom. Sweetie's face light up as bright as Melody's Heart's Warming Eve tree. I suddenly got very nervouse, which isn't like me because most of the time I'm all hyper and happy. But that's because I have always been around friends back in Trottingem. Since we moved to Ponyville, Sweetie has been my only friend. I just walked away from the trio hopeing to go unnoticed by the teacher Miss Cheerily. Unfortunately for me, she found me and brought me upfront in front of the entire class. I was flipping out on the inside, but on the outside, I was blushing like mad. I was never the one to stand up in front of crowds. Now most ponies don't belive that because of my hyper personality. I just don't like being out in the spotlight. I leave that to Melody. She's the reason we moved to Ponyville actully. She said she got a big deal working with a pony named Vinal Scratch. I had to say good bye to all my friends and that was horrid. They all knew why I had stagefright, but no-pony else knows so when our plane landed, I told my sister but she didn't hear me, so I am stuck being a major part in the upcoming school musical. When I get on that stage, that's how i will feel how I do standing in front of my peers. Miss Cheerlliy said "Children, this is Starsong, she will be in our class and our school prodution of Princess and the Pop Star featuring her big sister Melody Harp." I heard alot of squeals and squees from the fillies in my class. I blushed redder. Luckily, she steated me next to Sweetie so that was fine. I made it until lunch time. Ugh. Lunch time. The only time of day where you can pick on other fillies. I spotted Sweetie and the others at a table and ran up to them. "Hi girls." I said. "Oh, hey Star! Wanna sit?" said Sweetie happily. I sat down and then the trio started talking about, I don't kmow, hang gliding? I just sat there eating my lunch until.....
*Yea A cliff-hanger. No negitive coments please! And yes it's short but it is 1:28 and I feel like poo so I'm gonna submit this and get startedon the Pre Write for the next chapter. See Ya!*
