Crescent Heart and Braeburn a Love Story

Five Days Later

"Nnggghhh." Braeburn moans as he wakes up.

"Good morning honey." Crescent says from the door.

"Good morning Crescent Heart, now get out of my room and I'll just forget about you calling me honey." Braeburn says angrily.

"You love it when I call you honey" Crescent says crawling into bed and pushing himself up against Braeburn's back.

"What get off me." Braeburn says wiggling away and sitting up.

"Oh what did I do wrong now?" Crescent asks siting up his hooves crossed looking away from Braeburn.

"Where are your wound and your broken hoof?" Braeburn asks waving at Crescent Heart.

"You mean the wound and broken hoof that healed almost three years ago, and when I tried you ask me to stay with you one more night to sleep with you in this bed." Crescent says looking at Braeburn smiling.

"Wait I thought you were trying to get in bed with me n-not the other way around?" Braeburn asks quezitivly.

"That's true, you're tried for a month and got nothing so I gave up."
Crescent say hugging Braeburn's side.

"So I made the first move." Braeburn says looking forward.

"Yep you sure did you made all the moves you Even proposed." Crescent says still cuddling Braeburn's side.

"I DID WHAT?!" Braeburn yells pushing Crescent Heart away and looking at him.

"Calm down babe its'..." Crescent says before Braeburn pushes him off the bed and onto the floor.

"No no no I can't be married to you." Braeburn says his eyes closed his hooves on his head. "No no NO!" He says his eyes shooting open.

"B-Braeburn I made you brea-breakfast." Crescent yells from down stairs.

"Ok, how long have you been here?" Braeburn yells sitting up. "Crescent?" He says hearing no response. He runs down stairs and into the kitchen.

"Five days your breakfast is on the table." Crescent says turning back to make sure his isn't burning.

"H-How'd you know that I was awake?" Braeburn says siting at the table.

"J-just a l-lucky guess." Crescent says putting his food on his plate and sitting down at the table.

"Alright, um why do you like me?" Braeburn asks rubbing the back of his head and taking a bite of his egg's.

"Why do you care?" Crescent asks his eyes narrow. "You don't even like me." Crescent says walking his hoof on the table tears starting to drip down his face.

"Hay calm down Crescent it was just a question." Braeburn says holding up a hoof.

"What ever" Crescent says wiping the tears from his eyes. "I like you because your nicer then some of the other ponies I've met." Crescent says resting his chin on his hoof.

"Th-thank you Crescent do you really mean that." Braeburn says smiling his checks a little red.

"Well yay Braeburn you've been really nice to me the whole time I've been here." Crescent says smile his hooves now in his lap.

"Ya but that's only because you're hurt."Braeburn says with a mouth full of food.

"Oh, so if I wasn't hurt you would be mean to me?" Crescent says smiling and looking at Braeburn quezitivly.

"Yep." Braeburn says with a little chuckle.

Crescent Heart Chuckle's with him he looks up at the clock behind Braeburn and then gasps.

"What's wrong?" Braeburn asks his eyes going wide.

"Your late!" Crescent says pointing at the clock.

Braeburn looks at Crescent Heart and then start's to laugh.

"Why are you laughing?" Crescent says looking at him concerned. "Your guna get in trouble."

"No I'm not late." Braeburn says taking a breath. "I'm not even working today."

"What do you mean." Crescent says frowning.

"I took the day off." Braeburn says smiling

"Why?"

"What you don't think I deserve a day off?" Braeburn asks pretending to be upset.

"It was just a question I didn't mean it like that."

"I know I was just messing with you." Braeburn says smiling at Crescent Heart. "I took a day off because I wanted to take you to the doctor's."

"Oh no ya don't I am not going to the doctor's." Crescent says looking at Braeburn angrily.

"Good the appointment is this afternoon." Braeburn says starting

"Are you listening to me I said no!"

"No not really" Braeburn says looking back at Crescent. "Your going weather you like it or not." He says leaving the room.

"What ever you say." Crescent says finishing his food.

That Afternoon

"Time to go."Breaburn says going down stairs to the couch "Crescent wake up" he says shaking him.

"Hu what"Crescent says jumping.

"It's time to go."

"Go were" Crescent says stretching out.

"To your doctor's appointment" Breaburn says putting on his hat

"I'm not going."

"Your going weather you like it or not"he says grabbing his forehoof and pulling him off the couch.

"Ok ok I'm going" Crescent says pulling his hoof back

At The Doctor's Office

"Crescent Heart" the nurse calls.

"Here" Crescent says standing up.

"The doctor is ready for you." she said

"Ok" Crescent says walking towards her

"Sorry Braeburn you can only go back here with him if you're related to him."

"Oh ya, well I'll just wait here Crescent." Braeburn says

"Ok" Crescent says

"Just wait here the doctor will be with you in a moment

"k" Crescent says and sit's down and no sooner then that the doctor trotted.

"So Crescent, how are you." The doctor said hoping into a chair.

"Good."

"How long ago did you break your leg."

"F-five days."

"oh" the doctor says writing something down on a clipboard and then trotted over to him grabbing his leg. "Let me change your bandages, you can leave, and in three days I want you to come back."

"Ok" Crescent says "hey doc can I ask you something?"

"Go ahead" the doctor said grabbing a roll of bandages

"I-I'm in love with a pony and..."

"Just tell them how you feel." The doctor interrupting him

"But it's a stallion."

"Ok you can still tell him how you feel can't you."

"Ya I guess."

"You guess ,alright look you have a mouth right." The doctor said finishing up with the bandages

"Ya"

"And he has ears and can hear right." The doctor said writing something on the clipboard

"Ya."

"So you can tell him right."

"Yes yes I can." Crescent said smiling excited

"Good then go tell him." The doctor said waving a hoof at the door.

"Thank you Dr..."

"Cross, Dr.Cross"

"Thank you Dr.Cross." Crescent said leaving the room with a big smile on his face.

"Oh your back what did the doctor say" Braeburn said getting up to follow him

"He said..." Crescent started as he heard a familiar stallion voice

"Do you know if my son Crescent Heart is here" The voice said

Crescent's horn glows and him and Braeburn disappeared
