My name is Pinkie Pie, and Twilight's probably told you a little bit about me.

If she hasn't, then let me be the first to introduce myself. My name is Pinkamena Diane Pie, but all my friends call me Pinkie Pie. I just told you that already. Whoops!

Anyways, I was one of Twilight's first friends when she moved to Ponyville from Canterlot. ~~If she hasn't told you that, Canterlot's the capitol of Equestria where Princess Cele~~

Anyways, the reason I'm writing to you was because I couldn't help overhear my friend writing about a birthday, and being the awesometastic friend I am, I rush over to see if she needed any help with anything. She said she didn't, but I couldn't help but want to see who she was writing to, so I looked over at the letter she was writing last night and I guess I knew too much from that.

Please don't be mad at nosy old me! Throwing parties is one of my favorite things to do, and I would just feel awful if I couldn't help throw someone a birthday party if I could help it! But according to Twilight, you live on a whole, other world from us! I even saw your pictures and everything! Your world looks crazy, and I would love to get to make friends with a human from another world such as yourself!

Even if I can't come to your world to throw you a party or if you can't come to our world to let me throw you a party, I'd still like to be a good friend and do something for you! According to your letters, your birthday's next month.
