Tsuki, Taika, and...Silverwind?
"Kagi!" My mother calls me from downstairs.
"Yes mum?" I replied but I didn't really care. I was glued to my TV screen.
"Kagi get off that game! You have to go to school!"
"Five more minutes!" I shouted to her. I am so close to beating the high score.
"Kagi!" I hear my mom fly up the stairs and open my door. "Kagi!"
"Yes mum?" I look over to her to see that she unplugged the game. "What the heck mum!"
"Kagi get your stuff for school and go!"
"Alright." I grumbled, grabbing my bag full of my stuff for school including my neightendo DS, just to keep me from getting bored...most of the time.
"Kagi don't forget you have to stop by Summer Pen's house to tutor Taika." Taika didn't need a tutor she was already smart enough and she was cute and I do have a crush on her so I guess it's a bonus, I start to blush at the thought of her.
"Kagi why are you blushing?"
"No reason! Bye mum!" I give her a quick peck on the cheek and run off to my school, Foalando Middle School. I passed the usual ponies along the way. Winter Pumpkin, who was busy planning a party, Sparkling Ebony, who was doing something with a phone, and other ponies that lived in Foalando. I finally arrived at school and started to look for my friends or clique, as we like to call ourselves, and I finally found them; Akagi, Jay or MC Jay because of his skills on the mic, and Rainbow Ink.
"Hey Kagi! What's up?" I run up to them and give Akagi a hoofbump
"Nothing." I started to get excited "actually I'm excited Princess Luna and Twilight are coming today!" Rainbow Ink and Akagi looked confused at me.
"Why are you excited about that?" Rainbow asked ...great I thought.
"N-no reason." Wow I couldn't sound more suspicious if I could try. Jay smirk and shows me a picture of...Princess Tsuki and I immediately started to blush.
"That colt right there wants to see Princess Tsuki." Akagi and Rainbow laughed.
"Really Princess Tsuki! You would have better luck with Taika!" I blush harder they knew I had a crush on Taika and now Tsuki.
"Oh bugger off!" Akagi pats me on the back
"I know Tsuki personally trust me you may be a great, honest,cool, and very nerdy guy." I blush more. "But she's WAY out of your league." I scoff
"So is Taika." Rainbow added
"Well I might as well move up to the big leagues I'll give it a shot." Jay shook his head and smiled.
"Well girls, at least he had heart and bravery to say he's gonna ask out a Princess." Akagi nodded in agreement.
"Well good luck to you space cowboy." I look at her and give her a hoofbump.
"Bang." I then hear laughing in the distance and I see a group of ponies bullying Silverwind. "I'll be right back guys."
"Kagi what are you doing?" I look back at Rainbow
"Helping." Trying to sound as badass as possible and walked to the group of bullies.
"Hey!" They all look back at me and I see the ring leader Shadow Clash and I look him in the eyes and I felt all my hate for him go through my body. His dad killed mine and I've had bad blood with him ever since.
"So Kagidiot what do you want?"
"I want you to leave her alone...now."
"Or what?" Being a earth pony sucks sometimes but being a earth pony that has the gift of bending well that's awesome, I lift up a piece of the earth.
"I suggest that you don't find out." Shadow laughed.
"Oh look out we have a badass on our hoofs!" I shift the Earth so that they are all behind me and there's a clear path to Silver who was leaning on a tree and I walk to her.
"Are you okay Silver?" She looks at me and in her eyes I see innocence and fear.
"Y-yeah I'm fine." She tries to stand but starts to fall and I catch her and help her stay up.
"No, you aren't. What happened?"
"Silver!" I hear a familiar voice and look around to see her...Taika.
"T-Taika..." I manage to say but I start to feel my legs turn into jelly.
"Kagi I'll take her to the nurse make sure they don't hurt us." She knows my name! Wait, gotta find Shadow. I look around and he's no where to be found.
"Taika they are gone." She looks around.
"I guess he is. Thanks Kagi." How does she know my name?
"Wait quick question how do you know my n-."
"Name?" She interrupts me. "Well my sister told me you would 'tutor' me so I decided to find out more about you Kagi Breeze."
"Wow..." I manage to say my body feeling like it was melting.
"I'm gonna take her to the nurse now... See ya later Kagi." She walks off with Silver leaning on her.
"Wow..." I felt a sharp pain on my back.
"Nice job Kagi!" Rainbow said patting my back.
"She's amazing."
"And still out of your league bro." Jay said then I realized that Silver was hurt.
"But Silver. I'm worried about her." Silver wasn't a open pony. She was quiet, honest, and the most uncomfortable pony to talk to but she was nice. Though I'm not sure why she's friends with Taika but a few moments ago she felt easy to talk to.
"Look guys, Tsuki!" We all run to her but it didn't look like her though then she changed into her usual self and I was taken aback when I saw her.
"H-hey P-princess T-T..." She giggles.
"Tsuki. My name is Tsuki."her voice was powerful and beautiful.
"Tsuki! My friend!" Akagi hugged her
"Akagi! How are you doing?"
"Good. Oh!" She gives me a look and looks back at Tsuki "I gotta tell you something." I felt my stomach drop as she whispered in her ear and Tsuki's face started to look sad.
"Umm...Kagi right?" She knows my name!
"Y-yes Princess?" She sighs.
"I'm flattered that you like me but..." I felt my stomach twist.
"But what?"
"I just don't feel that way about you because well we just met and-"
"It's okay!" She looks at me with shock and perked up my friends just stayed shocked.
"Really?"
"Yeah we can be friends if you want."
"That would be great!" Instead of dating the Princess of Art, Dawn, and Dusk I’m friends with her...eh you take what life gives you, the bell rings
"We better get to class guys." Tsuki changed back into her disguise.
"See you guys later."
"Bye Tsuki!" Akagi waved goodbye.
"I'm gonna go ahead guys.
"You okay Kagi?" Jay asked
"Yeah I'm fine." I run to the school and felt a tear go down my face, I stop at the door and wipe my face and put on a smile to facade my true feelings.
A few hours later in class
"Psst!" Electric Friction nudged me and showed me two notes on said fake and the other blank I take them both and put the blank one in my desk and read the one that said fake and it was a note from Silver.
Dear Kagi
Thanks for helping me earlier when I needed it. You looked cool out there and well, brave. You are the nicest guy I’ve ever met and I would like to ask you to go to the dance...I guess it sounds pathetic to write to you about it instead of asking but will you go with me I would be so happy if you did.

I put the note in my bag and layer back...going to the dance with Silverwind...wait DANCE?!
"What?!" Akagi said
"Yeah I'm gonna accept it." Akagi looked at me bewildered Jay tried to clear his thoughts by listening to some music, and Rainbow Ink was busy...squealing. Celestia knows why I tell them stuff...
"So let me get this straight you are going to the dance this Friday with Silverwind?" Jay asked.
"Yes I am." Rainbow Hugged Akagi.
"Ooh! It's so exciting to hear that he moved on from Tsuki." That name hit me like a bullet and I felt like I was bleeding out.
"Kagi are you okay? You look like you are about to cry." I look up and acted like I was happy.
"I'm fine no need to worry." Just as I said that Jay started to worry.
"Kagi is it your dad or something else?" I didn't want to answer I wanted out of this situation I didn't want to share my feelings.
"Umm... I have to use the bathroom." I get up and take my bag and leave to go outside and I find a tree and sit at it and thought for a while. Tsuki is gone Taika is out of question... But the bigger question is...do I truly like Silverwind...is she the one for me? I keep pondering when she flew out and landed next to me...Silverwind.
"Hey Kagi..." She was quiet I could barely hear her...barely.
"Hi Silver." I looked up at the sky it was more blue today.
"So umm...why are you out here?" I felt a huge weight put on me crushing me.
"I just wanted fresh air." The weight increased on me.
"Really me too...I don't really like big crowds." I think I know what...I wanted to tell her but she still was uncomfortable to talk to...she felt restrained.
"Yeah I just needed to relax."
"Yeah...umm Kagi can I tell you something?" That took me by surprise a bit she almost never wants to open up.
"Sure." She takes a deep breath and looks at me.
"Kagi...I like you..." I kinda knew that but why does it feel...hard to take...so different.
"Y-you do?" She giggles.
"No I didn't send you that note and tell you that to not like you." She rolled her eyes and smiled. Sarcasm and a smile she opening up to me...wow.
"Silver I like you to but..."
"You like Taika I understand." She put her head down and her mane covered her face.
"But I've been thinking lately..." Her ears perked up." Do I really like Taika or do I like Silver and I thought for awhile you are nice, sweet, kind, and shy... But your outgoing nature can make you seem less shy and I like it. I like you for that Silver." She blushes.
"T-thank you Kagi."
"You welcome Silver...I-I also realized that you may not look like a princess or popular but...beauty is only skin deep and you are beautiful on the inside and I like you for that too." She blushes more.
"W-wow Kagi... I l-I don't know what to say..." I lean in close to her.
"Don't say anything." I kiss her and the kiss felt warm and fuzzy but nice and relaxing I felt like I was breaking down her barriers...she is the most beautiful filly I meet...and I like her. We both pull away and looked at each other. I was blushing and so was she.
"Kagi I like you... A lot." I hug her.
"I like you a lot too Silver."
"Well, well, well." We both looked to our right to see the Princess of friendship...Twilight Sparkle.
"P-Princess Twilight!" We both get up and bow to her.
"No need to bow." We both stop and look at her.
"Princess why are you here?" Silver asked.
"Well I was strolling around when I saw you two and I saw in your eyes there was more than friendship there was happiness, love, compassion l, and understanding."
I looked at Silver and she looked back and I felt and saw it in her eyes all that Princess Twilight said. "I don't usually see that in kids you age you two are interesting."
"Thank you Princess Twilight." I said and she giggles.
"No thank you Kagi and Silverwind you showed me something beautiful, amazing, and rare: true love." My heart started to beat faster True love...she is the one. "Now I must go before Spike gets worried nice meeting you two I'll see you two later." She flies away, I sat there and I finally held Silver's hoof.
"Silver."
"Yes?" She looked at me happy and free.
"I would love to go to the dance with you."
"Really?!"
"Yes really." I hug her again and then the bell rung. "We better go."
"Yeah." She gets up and prepares to fly.
"Wait Silver." She looks back at me.
"Do you want to walk with me to class...together?" She smiles.
"I would love that Kagi." I walk with her to class. I love Silver nothing can change that...can it?
