Knock Out was doing his normal work, trying to remake the synthetic energon. Thanks to Shockwave somehow disappearing after the thing that happened with Megatron and Unicron, they were having a lot of trouble with finding more energon. The energon on Earth was starting to deplete and they had to find a way to make more. It's true Cybertron could make more, though it took about 100 years, and they didn't have that time, he needed to finish the synthetic energon and he needed to do it now! "Hey, Knock Out!" Knock Out turned his helm to see Bumble Bee calling his name. "What do you want Bee?" Knock Out questioned looking back to his work seeming very annoyed by being interrupted. "I just wanted to know if you are having any luck with the synth-en?" Bee put his servo on Knock Out's shoulder and looked at his work. "For the hundredth time Bumble Bee, no!" Knock Out started to getting very annoyed with Bee butting into his business every 20 seconds seeing if he was getting somewhere. "How could I possibly get anywhere with you bothering me every 20 astro-seconds!?" He growled. Bumble Bee was about to say something till a ground bridge opened in the room. Both mechs stared at the bridge with amazement, it wasn't the fact that it was in the room, it was the fact that it was purple. Knock Out looked at Bumble Bee with the most hilarious expression that Bee had ever seen, but there was no time for laughing, they had to inform the others that they might have an intruder. Though Knock Out still had to ask the question, "What should we do?" In the Everfree Forest, there lived a young crystal pegasus named Emerald DragonFlame, and pretty much her day went just like any other, cleaning. "Come on Pippy," She said with a smile, as she picked up her little phoenix chick. "Before we do anything here, we better get some supplies in town so that we have enough food and cleaning stuff," Pippy just nodded and got on her back, while Emerald just put on he saddle bag going towards Ponyville. You see, Emerald was no ordinary pony, she was actually a half dragon and, well, looked a lot different from normal ponies. Probably the most noticeable thing that was different about her was her enlarged and pointed ears, and also her cat like pupils. Though if she gave you a toothy grin you would notice she had fangs, and was a bit of an omnivore. She also was a bit small for a female but other than that she looked like a normal pony. She had a beautiful mint green coat that sparkled in the sunlight, and fiery red hair that, when she flew, literally looked like was made of fire. She also had beautiful golden accessories, first she had her head dress, obviously made with the finest gold and had a dark violet pearl to center it all off, connected to the head dress was a bow that was sometimes used for battle, connected to that, to top it all off, was a lighter golden colored ribbon. That wasn't all though, she also had a necklace that resembled Princess Celestia's necklace, only thing was, Emerald's didn't have as many designs as Celestia's and also had the same purple pearl that was on her head dress. Then there was her cutiemark, it was an emerald (go figure) that was wrapped around fire, to signify that she was meant to protect all that she thought was precious, such as family, friends, and lovers. Any-who, she was finished getting her satchel and began to head for Ponyville. It wasn't to long of a trek on hoof, but she preferred flying over anything else. Oh she loved the feel of flying, it was the perfect way for her to unwind and relax, just the feeling of freedom in her mane was just... she didn't know haw to explain it, it was just a wonderful feeling. She flew as fast as he could towards the town, just thinking as she passed the many trees and even saw Zecroa's home, Emerald then thought that it would be a good idea to visit her later. When she finally got to the town, she didn't see anything too out of the ordinary, unless foals playing next to the Everfree was weird. She landed gracefully on the ground as if she was a goddess or something, but as soon as she landed she gave a big smile and looked at her phoenix. "You know," she began "why don't we visit Twilight, she might need some help with some kind of magic spell and need a guinea pig," Emerald chucked at the memory of how she met the "mane 6" as she liked to call them. It was a pretty simple story of she just coming to this little town and those 6 mares were the first ponies she had made friends with in this town, and this was after Twilight became a princess, so it was even more surprising to her that the Princess of Friendship would take the time to hang out with a worn-out soldier. Yes, Emerald was once a great warrior whom protect the Crystal Empire from anything and everything, and 90% of the time won, the only time she had ever remembered losing to that damned Sombra. She then became angry at the thought of Sombra, but was cut of by a huge exploding sound that came from Twilight's castle. "Shit, what the hell did Twilight do this time?" Emerald then started flying as fast as she could towards were she hear the explosion. She went to the castle, practically broke down the door and ran as fast as she could up the stairs. Down the hall she went into the room that was marked "lab" and crashed down the door. She reached into her necklace and brought out the magical battle ax that her father gave to her in which she called "Dragon Slayer", it started to grow, becoming 3 times her size. When she got to the area she heard the explosion, she saw a horrified Twilight and a strange red stallion lying on the floor. Knock Out and Bumble Bee were still dumb-founded the violet groundbridge, still not sure what to do, even though it was obvious what they should do. Knock Out began to inch closer, even though he didn't know why. "Knock Out," Bee began, looking at Knock Out like a disciplining father, "Don't do anything stupid, I don't want you to trip and go into a dimension where you turn into a jacked up vegetable," Knock Out laughed at this. "Please," He smirked, giving Bumble Bee a toothy grin, "I buff myself at least 3 times a day, and as you can see...," He spun around as he continued "I was practically was made careful" "Well I'm going to call for reinforcements, try to say outta trouble," Bee said, giving Knock Out a worried look. "Don't worry," Knock Out said,waving his servo and closing his optics still holding on to that famous smirk, he then began to back away from be doing Kung Fu stances "I'm as agile as a cat on a--," he didn't get to finish his sentence before he tripped on a wire,and fell into the portal. He didn't understand what was going on, he felt his body change, like he was transforming but this was different, he felt as if the entirety of his body was turning into a pile of mush, or flesh?! He didn't have time to react, because as soon as noticed there was something other than servos, he was, well... in lack of a better word, knocked out. The only thing he could think of was Where in the pit am I, and will I ever go home again? "Twilight!" Emerald said as she ran towards the young alicorn princess. "Are you alright?! Did you get hurt?! And who the hell is the stallion?" she asked so many questions while Twilight was still so dizzy from the explosion that she couldn't answer. She just looked at Emerald with a dazed look and told her only what she could at that moment, "I'm fine, Emerald, but where did you come from?" Twilight finally explained everything she knew to Emerald, how she was trying out an experiment where you could make a portal to any dimension you desired, I'll spare you the scientific details. "So," Emerald began "Do you know where he came from?" she pointed a hoof at the red stallion. "I haven't the slightest idea," Twilight said, shrugging her shoulders "But when he wakes up, he might be able to tell us just that," Just as she said that, the strange stallion began to stir. He open his eyes and looked around the room, then settling his gaze on the 2 mares, Emerald began first, "Hello, my name is Emerald DragonFlame, Former Protector of the Crystal Empire, and Daughter of the Maiden and the Dragon," She then pointed at Twilight and continued "And this is Princess Twilight Sparkle, the Princess of Friendship, what might you name be?" The stallion took a couple seconds to answer, but when he did, he almost found himself in a stutter "My name is Knock Out...
