~Canterlot~
It was a beautiful Spring Morning in Canterlot, the scenery was lit up with a hint of light by the Sun coming up, a few stars still in the air that made even more beautiful. The fresh air, a gentle breeze, blooming flowers, everything was such a sight. The cities were quiet at this hour, Ponies were still sleeping, and all the Shops there were closed, about to open in a few hours. Celestia had awoken, right as the clock stroke 0500, she went to her balcony and looked around.
Peaceful as always the white Alicorn Princess thought with a chuckle. She flew into the air, rose her hooves, and used her magic to rise her blazing Sun. She flew down and saw Luna behind her.
"Hey, Tia, are you alright?"
"Of course, just rising up the Sun, preparing for the day ahead of us."
"Okay, just checking. Hey, Twilight and Cadance are coming for a visit, remember?"
"Oh, yes, thank you for reminding me! I am so happy they have the time."
"Me too, also, breakfast is ready. It's your favorite, Prench Toast!"
"Yay! Thanks, let's go, but first, did you wake up the children?"
"Yes, they are up and are waiting for you."
"Okay, but let me wake up Discord, he doesn't like missing out on breakfast."
"Ah, thy shall wait."
"Thanks, Lulu."
Luna left her room as Celestia went over to Discord. He was floating atop the huge bed that they share, she punched him playfully, but gently, she thought he was cute while he was asleep. She tugged the blanket off him, he woke up and rubbed his eyes.
"Why did you wake me up? I was in the middle of dreaming of us together." He said in a flirtatious tone.
"Ha, that's so sweet."
"Now, if you'll excuse me, I want to dream."
"Oh, well then, I guess you'll miss out on breakfast!"
Discord zoomed out of the room and Celestia grinned, he loves his breakfast. She left and closed the doors to the room. She went through the maze of doors and hallways, as she made her way down to the others.
"Good morning, Mother!" Chaore, Celestia and Discord's only daughter, who was 24 years old, she was a lot like Fluttershy, kind, sweet, and loves children and animals. The only thing different was that she was half draconequus, half alicorn.
"Good Morning to you as well, good morning everypony!"
"Morning Aunt Celestia, I presume you want Prench Toast too." Night Thunder, the son of Luna and Grey Cloud, he was 25. He was a gentlecolt, he was really nice, smart, great at sports, great at flying, and he was a good rolemodel. He was the oldest of all the children.
"Yes, I do. Well, if you have any left, but I thought you were waiting for me." Celestia raised an eyebrow at Luna.
"Oh, yeah, when Discord came down, he said thy do not want any."
Discord appeared next to Celestia, and lifted her chin."Oh, yes, dear Sweetheart, did I tell you about my dream of the two of us?" He made two puppet models that are similar to Celestia and himself, and a little puppet stage. Copied Celestia's accent"Oh, Discord! Save me!" In his own accent"Come here, my love" he said in a deep romantic tone. He made the puppets kiss then bow.
"Discord, not now, or.......at all." Everypony was disgusted.
"Oook, well, when are we going to pick up Infinity?" Night Thunder, the son of Luna and Grey Cloud(Luna's Personal guard), who was 25 years old. He was a nice, gentlecolt and was a half alicorn, half bat-pony.
"We're not only picking up her, and to answer that question, at 0800, so after breakfast, we must be getting ready." His Father answered him.
"Looks like somepony has a crush." Moon Dust, the sibling of Night Thunder, who was 18. She was a rebellious, jerky, immature, filly. She was mean, and doesn't have any real friends besides her cousin, and her non-blood related cousins.
"Maybe I do, maybe I do NOT, have a crush on her. Maaaaybeee, FINE, I do."
"It's really obvious, since you speak of her in your dreams." Moon Dust chuckled.
"Enough of that, no more fighting! Now, we shall get Twilight and Sir Flash Sentry, along with Starry." Luna looked at both her children. "Then, we shall get Cadance, and her family, at the Train Station approximately at 0800, to be stated again." Starry Night is Twilight and Flash's son, who is 17. He is smart, athletic, and friendly, he is a normal colt.
"Should we be getting ready?" Chaore asked then looked at Luna.
"Yes, you could get ready first, thank you." Luna responded, then looked up at the clock, it stroke 0536 as she looked back at them."Go ahead and get ready, I shall clean up." They all left as she swept the floor.
~0730~-Twilight's Castle-
"Should I bring Flashcards? Wait! WHERE ARE MY FLASHCARDS?! Flash, could you help me!"
"Hold on, let me just put something away."
"It was not a question!"
"Okay, comin'. What is it?"
"Where are the flashcards? And my scrolls and quills? Do you know?" Looks intensly and deeply into his eyes.
Pushes Twilight away gently."Umm, what do you need it for?"
"For important notes! What if Princess Celestia tells us important and called us, only for an accurately serious meeting?!" Twilight starts twitching and hyperventilates.
"Whoa, calm down and breathe, inhale, exhale." Inhales and Exhales."You don't need to worry, they invited us because we haven't seen them for at least a year, so we can catch up with each other, trust me, and I can assure you that there is not going to be any trouble headed our way."
"Okay, I trust you." Hugs Flash."But, can I just bring ONE Flashcard?"
Flash starts laughing."You haven't changed one bit, and that's why I love you."
Twilight starts to blush. "Love you too." Flash kisses Twilight and hugs her. "Sorry for worrying too much, guess I get worried over these things, just an old habit."
Flash hugs her again, then to take notice that Starry is not there."Wait a minute, where's Starry?"
"Stop worrying Dad, I was here."
"Wait, what do you mean you were there? Have you been staying there the whole time?"
"Umm, yeah, that's what I just said. So, are we gonna get going?"
"Oh yes, Flash when were they coming again?"
"Right Now." A few seconds after he said that, they heard a knock on the door. Flash opened the door and saw Celestia and Luna's family.
"Oh, hello Celestia, Luna, thank you for inviting us again."
"Yes, of course. Now, we shall go to the Train Station, Cadance will be here any minute." Luna said then shifted her direction to Celestia. "Are you ready?"
"Yes, let's go. Silver Sheild, take us to the Train Station." The Guard nodded and bowed down.
~0800~-The Train Station-
The Train Station was congested with ponies from Fillydelphia and Manehattan to places like Cloudsdale and Las Pegasus. The Train from the Crystal Empire was nearly there, as some Ponies waited to see Princess Cadance and her family. They soon arrived as Ponies crowded around and taking pictures. Princess Cadance kept walking while the others just smiled and waved. As they were waiting Ponies asked them multiple questions and took pictures.
"Back away from the Crystal Princess, No taking pictures!" A Crystal Guard shouted at the Ponies. A few minutes later after a lot pictures and lots of yelling, Princess Celestia and the others came to pick the Princesses and Princes up, and lots of Ponies were gathering.
"SWEET CELESTIA! IT'S ACTUALLY PRINCESS CELESTIA, PRINCESS LUNA, PRINCESS CADANCE, AND PRINCESS TWILIGHT!" One little filly shouted as she was face-to-face with Princess Celestia.
"Hello there, little one." Celestia chuckled and hugged the little filly.
"Everypony, go back to what you were doing, The Princesses are about to leave!" A Guard said then went back to the Princesses' chariot.
"It was an honor seeing you, Princess Celestia." A mare said then bowed down, the other Ponies started bowing one after the other.
"It is the same to you, Goodbye Everypony!" Luna lowered her head and went to the chariot with the others. They came back to the Canterlot Castle and went inside.
"Ah, a nice touch to the room, Aunt Celestia" Infinity Heart pointed to the crystalline chandelier that her Mom gave Celestia. Infinity Heart was Princess Cadance and Shining Armor's 24 year old daughter, she is the eldest of the children. She was beautiful, smart, wise, great at magic, great at flying, responsible, a incredible rolemodel and leader, and she was really kind. Her parents were surprised to find out she was born an alicorn, which is She had two other siblings, Crystal Sword and Shining Love. Crystal Sword was a pegasus at the age of 17, he was immature, great at flying, athletic, and a total jerk, he is also very dumb. Shinjng Love is a unicorn an adolescent of 15 years, she is always positive, bubbly, happy, and tells great jokes, sometimes they can get a little too inappropriate. She is also a huge fan of Pinkie Pie. "I'm glad you noticed, but I think you are aware that your Mother gave me it." Celestia said a little bit confused.
"Oh, I know, I am just happy that it is in use." Infinity chuckled. "Anyways, what hall we be doing today?"
"We have not a clue, but you could do whatever you want for now." Luna turned to Cadance, Twilight, and Celestia. "What do you think?"
"I think I would love to talk to you guys, it would be nice to hear what's going on here in Canterlot." Cadance hadn't heard from them, nor had received a letter from them since the start of the war in the Crystal Empire.
"Of course, anything you would want." Luna looked at Celestia. "Oh, and Tia, where shall we go for dinner, I shall make a reservation."
Celestia lifted Luna's chin and smiled. "It's okay, I will take care of this, you can go with Cadance and Twilight and maybe go to the café downtown."
"I can assist you in these matters if you plead." Luna looked at her with worry.
"Oh, Lulu, you do not need to worry, you can go with Twilight and Cadance, I will be okay here."
"Okay, I will not intrude." Luna faced Twilight and Cadance and signaled them to follow her.
"Discord, please come here." Discord appeared in a hat as Celestia finished.
"Yes Dear?"
"I want you to take Flash, Shining Armor, and Grey Cloud, they also need some relaxing time, and I am relying on you to do that for me."
"Okay, we will just go to Sweet Apple Acres. And I promise, not to create chaos."
"You better keep that promise, Discord. Not just promise, Pinkie Promise." Celestia looked sternly into his eyes.
"Cross my heart, hope to fly, stick a cupcake in my eye." He did the Pinkie Promise then made a cupcake appear and he put the cupcake in his eye. "There, is that good enough for you?"
"Yes, now go ask them."
"Okay, I'll see you later." He disappeared and Celestia went back to what she was doing.
-Chaore's Bedroom-
"So, what do you want to do? Any ideas, anypony?" Chaore sat down on her bed.
"Ooooh! I have an idea!" Infinity continued. "We could go to the museum, maybe look at the founding of Equestria, see some ancient artifacts and look at incredible features? Look at the war during the first few years of Aunt Celestia and Luna's reign? Or, excuse me, the banishing of Nightmare Moon? She said enthusiastically.
"That sounds gre-" Chaore was stopped by Sword.
"BORING!" Sword groaned.
"RUDE, and I think it is a great idea, I haven't got the chance to look at everything there." Chaore looked at Sword.
"Yeah, we can do that, and maybe even go to the library two buildings away." Thunder added to the choice.
"Okay, sounds like a plan!" Shining Love shot out of Pinkie's cannon.
"Where'd you get that?" Infinity asked a little worried.
"From the one, and only, PINKIE PIE!" She started giggling and laughing for some reason and even snorted.
"Whoa, calm down Shining." Starry tried calming that hyperventilated little filly.
"What are you so happy about?" Infinity amed the filly who was calming down.
"I am SUPER EXCITED! I am going to meet the one, and ONLY, P-" She was stopped.
"Pinkie Pie." Sword said to her knowingly.
"How do you know, I was seeing the one, and ONLY, P-" She jumped and was stopped once again by her brother.
"Pinkie Pie, yes, I knew since you have Pinkie Pie pictures all over your room, which is not creepy at all." He said sarcastically. "Also Pinkie Pie, well, basically everything all over, and you also talk in your sleep."
"Oh, okay." Shining sat floated down like a feather onto a pillow.
"So, are we gonna go?" Starry said willing to go with them.
"Okay." Sword groaned.
"Oh, I almost forgot, I think the WONDERBOLTS, said they'd be there at the musuem." Infinity said to get him to come.
Sword forms a huge smile on his face, and gets lots of his Wonderbolts posters, merchandise, and cap. "LET'S GO!" Sword grabs Starry and flies away.
"Oh, and I think they are selling some candy, too." Thunder said to Shining who was hugging her Pinkie plushie.
"WHAT?! CANDY?! WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME?!" She said as she grabbed Chaore's hoof and left.
"Okay, let's go!" Thunder is about to grab Infinity's hoof but she pushes him away.
"Hold on, I would rather you not pull me."
"Sorry, heh, I guess I got carried away, that I almost got you carried away, literally." Thunder chuckled nervously.
"Okaaay, well, I think I-I'll get going, Bye!" Infinity disappeared into a pink spark of magic.
"Wow, I ruined this chance with her, STUPID, STUPID!" Thunder hit his face with his hoof. "I really embarrassed myself this time, huh?!" He angrily disappeared into a violet spark of magic.
Celestia was done making a reservation and was on her way to the café, she told the Royal Guards that she would be fine, and went alone. It was 1245, the breeze was gentle, not unlike the morning. As she was walking, Ponies saw her and bowed down. She politely smiled and waved to the Ponies, not to be mean, but she doesn't really like Ponies bowing down to her. She thinks it's unnecessary to do it every time she passes by.
"Good Afternoon, Princess Celestia." All the Ponies bow at Celestia's presence.
"Good Afternoon to you too, my Ponies! I must go now, I have to meet with the other Princesses."
"Bye Princess Celestia!" The Ponies said as they bowed down once more.
"It was a pleasure to meet your acquaintances!" She said back to them as she left.
Celestia was finally there as she saw Luna, Cadance, and Twilight in the back of the room drinking their tea. Luna had a Chamomile tea, Cadance and Twilight had some lemon tea.
"Hello, Princess Celestia, want some tea?" Twilight took a sip from her tea and Celestia nodded. "We were just talking about the new play in the theater, would you like to join us this evening?"
"Yes, I would be glad to." She sipped some of her coffee that she got just now. "What time?"
"Oh, it's at 1800, and I think it ends at 2000." Cadance wiped her muzzle with a napkin.
"Hmm, okay, sounds like a plan." Celestia put her tea down. "How is it back at the Crystal Empire, Cadance?"
"It's great, actually, Shining Armor, a few of the Doctors and Nurses, and I healed the Crystal Ponies who were injured or badly hurt. We also brought the Ponies whom lost their homes to the Castle, and we served them food and gave them a place to stay in." Cadance was sad for those ponies, one day they had perfect lives that they lived with their family in a nice and safe home, the next day they lose their homes and some even lost their families.
"That's so sad, but it's not the you or the Crystal Ponies fault, it's just that those Griffons are so greedy, after Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie left, they said that Gilda, Rainbow's old friend, was sure to keep harmony there. Maybe something just happened."
"Just happened? It has to be more than that." Cadance responded and wondered Could they be that greedy? So greedy that a few years, months, weeks, or even days that they kept the harmony?
"We will find out sooner or later, but right now I wanna enjoy our time together." Luna showed puppy eyes. "I really miss you."
"Okay then, it always works on me." Tia looked at her sister.
"I learned from the master." Luna chuckled.
"I bet I know who that "master" of yours is." Celestia thought of the one, and only, Discord.
"Now, what do you want to do?" Luna looked at the other Princesses who had just finished their teas.
"Oooh, we could go visit a library here, or go shopping." Cadance suggested enthusiastically.
"Sho-" The three elder princesses said but were cut of by Twilight.
"The Library!" Twilight had formed a little blush on the bridge of her muzzle. "Oh, yeah, I mean we can go shopping, ye-yeah." Twilight said uncomfortable and embarrased.
"Oh, Twily, you stayed the same ever since I used to foalsit you." Cadance had found it pretty annoying since she always loved to read, yet, she had found it, adorable.
"Heh, yeah, I guess I did." Twilight chuckled and looked to all of them."So are we gonna go?"

"Sure, but let's just walk there." Luna suggested they take the time to talk.
-The Canterlot Museum-
"HEY! WHERE IS THE CANDY I WAS PROMISED?! YOU! WHERE ARE THEY?!" Shining used her magic and created a pink aura around a pony.
"I'M SORRY PRINCESS, WHAT HAVE I DONE?!" The pony that was trapped in her pink aura of magic was confused and horrified.
"Put him down Shining! He does not have any candy, and he is just an innocent Stallion!" Infinity scolded her sister.
"Oh, Ok!" She happily hops to another artifact as the Stallion runs away.
Sword spoke to Starry. "Wow, she handled that easier than the last time." Sword looked at Shining and back at Starry. "You think she will ever grow up?"
"Who knows? Maybe she can mature faster than the idiotic colt I am standing next to." Starry grinned and then chuckled.
"Whatever." Sword rolled his eyes."Anyways, where are the Wonderbolts?"
"Infinity said that just to make you come." Starry looked at his cousin.
"Oh, I know, I figured that out when we had just arrived. Also, I thought they'd come because I was here." Sword walked away trying to find them.
"Hey, Shining." Starry looked to the filly with her mouth filled with candy.
Shining swallowed the candy. "Oh, hi Starry. Hey, come here, I need to tell you something, but only you."
"Uh, okay."
"Let's go to the back of the museum, I heard that there is a maze back there, it sounds fun!" Shining whispered to her cousin.
"I don't think that's a good ideaaaaaaaa!" Shining pulled Starry to the maze.
"Here it is! I can't believe the legend is actually true!" Shining went throught the maze.
"Wait, what? WAIT! Don't go in there!" Starry followed her through.
-Inside the Museum-
"Wow, I've never seen it in a long time, I'm happy they still preserved it." Infinity was looking at a few paintings in the gallery section.
"Yeah, Aunt Celestia and my Mother donated to the museum, so they are able to rebuild it or preserve it and its features." Thunder looked back to the book he was reading, more like a guide for the museum.
"Wait, where are the the others?" Infinity looked around and back to Thunder with a hint of worry and confusion.
"Chaore and Sword are at the book area, but I don't have a clue about Shining and Starr- wait,
oh no." Thunder looked everywhere.
"What?! Where are you looking at?" Infinity looked to where he was looking at, and found an open door. "Do you think they went outside?"
"Go get Chaore and Sword, I will check. Meet me outside when you got them." Thunder trotted to the opened door and Infinity walked away.
"Okay, Chaore, we need to go, Starry and Shining may be outside." Infinity tapped Chaore on her back.
"Okay, I'll come, hold on." She put her book in the shelf with her magic and they ran outside.
-The Dads-
"Hello there gentlecolts, my dear Celestia asked me if you wanted to come to Sweet Apple Acres to have a few dri-" Discord said to a group of little fillies playing. "Oops, wrong place." Discord disappeared.
-The Castle-
"Oh okay, finally, Now gentlecolts, would you like to come with me to Sweet Apple Acres? Have some cider?" Discor looked at the Stallions chatting among themselves.
"Um, sure Discord, what can go wrong? It's just a pegasus, a unicorn, a bat-pony, and the Lord of Chaos hanging out." Flash Sentry said with sarcasm.
"I presume you don't want to, so RUDE, and ponies thought [size1.5em]I[/size] was rude and obnoxious." Discord crossed his hoof-claws.
"I'll go with you Discord, I'm pretty much used to it." Grey Cloud agreed, since lots of things happened in the Castle, ever since Discord married Celestia.
"Okay, I'll take that as a compliment. How about you Shining Armor?" Discord looked at the Captain of the Royal Guard.
"Sure, with me, Flash, and Cloudy guarding those acres, I think we'll be fine, right?"
"Yeah, guess so." Grey Cloud flew away.
"I think." Flash went to the bathroom.
"Okay, I guess that would be a yes." Shining Armor was about leave but Discord stopped him.
"Do NOT leave."
"Uh, I am."
"I will not accept being alone."
"I'm gonna go now."
"No, you're staying with me." Discord takes hold of Shining Armor's tail.
"No, Discord........let go."
"No! You my baby!" Discord holds Shining Armor like a baby.
"DISCORD!"
-The Maze-
"Shining? Starry? Where are you?" Thunder looked around the maze, he saw that somepony must've put a spell on there, nopony could fly out, nor use magic to get out.
"Hey, Thunder! Hold on!" Infinity yelled out to him.
"Oh, hi Infinity, I haven't found them yet."
"Hold on, I can try to use my tracking spell."
"No, it won't work, somepony put a spell on this thing, nopony can fly or use their magic to get out." Thunder started looking around. "There they are!"
"What?! Where are they?!" Infinity saw the two running to her. "There you are! What were you doing in here?"
"I'd thought it be fun! Plus, we made it to the end and saw something, I don't know what it is." Shining said to her worried sister.
"I'm sorry, this is my fault for going with her." Starry looked to the ground.
"You better be sorry! You could've gotten hurt!" Infinity picked his chin up. "I think we should go home."
"No, how about we see what that thing at the other end is?" Thunder suggested to do the yet irresponsible thing.
"No, but it won't be saf-, okay then, maybe just a peek."
"Thanks sis!" Shining lead the way to the end. "Here it is!"
What they first saw was a plain field of grass, flowers, trees, and butterflies. The plain field was beautiful, the wind felt so good blowing through their manes, they smelled the scent in the air, they heard nothing but, nothing, it was silent. They then found Celestia's blazing sun reflecting light upon the vast ocean. They soon found a castle of black, grey, and green.
"Whoa, what is that?" Shining asked her sister who was in awe.
"I don't know, but I think we should check it out. It might be abandoned, well maybe, since it is still preserved." Infinity started walking to it.
"Okay, I guess she wants to check it out." Sword and the others followed her into the castle.
-The Dark Castle-
"It's soooo dark in here, they need a little more light!" Shining hopped and catches up with the others.
"Shh, there might be somepony in here."
"Let's go over here." Thunder motioned the group to go behind a wall.
"So do we just stay here and wait? You know, going home is an option!" Chaore was the scaredy cat, she usually is the one who gets everyone out of trouble, if not her then Infinity.
"MY CHANGELINGS! It is time we put an end to our MISERY on these HORRIBLE PLAINS! I have made a plan to get out of here, and I will take my place as QUEEN OF ALL EQUESTRIA!
WE SHALL GET RID OF THOSE PRINCESSES AND THERE CHILDREN! YOU WILL BE MY ARMY, AND I WILL BE YOUR QUEEN!"
"What? Who is that?" Shining asked her furious sister.
"It's Queen Chrysalis!" Infinity knew that evil creature, who tried to stop the marriage of her Mother and Father. "I'm gonna stop her!"
"NO! She's gonna hurt you!"
"QUEEN CHRYSALIS! I demand you to stop this right now!" Infinity stood in front of Chrysalis' throne.
"Princess Infinity, it's a pleasure to meet you."
"Why are you doing this Chrysalis?!"
"You should know why! I've been watching you all these years, having the time of your life, while I SUFFER, IN THIS DREADFUL PLACE! AND YOU CALL YOURSELF PRINCESS OF LOVE?! YOU LITTLE PONIES ARE SOCRUEL!"
"She.....watches..........us........while we're sleeping, that's not creepy at all." Shining whispered to the Colts.
"Yeah, I bet that's the reason why she got sent away."
"Yup, and she doesn't neex to yell, we can hear her."
"You will never get away with this! I bet our parents are going to come and save us right now!" Infinity growled at the horrid Queen.
-Sweet Apple Acres-
Discord held on to all the Fathers and magically appeared at Sweet Apple Acres, where Applejack was right in front of them.
"Hello Applejack! How's life?!" Discord asked enthusiastically.
"What 'cha want, Discord?"
"Four Ciders on the house, PLEASE!" Discord used his puppy eyes which always works.
"Sure, Ah'll ask Fluttershy and Rainbow to help." She started walking away.
"Oka-, Wait for me!" He zoomed over to AJ and left the other Stallions.
"Wow, great friend." Flash said sarcastically and showed a tongue to Discord.
-Queen Chrysalis' Castle-
[size=em2]"HA![/size][size=em1.5]YOUR PARENTS WON'T COME FOR YOU! BUUUT, DO YOU KNOW WHO?! CHANGELINGS,[size=em2]ATTACK![/size]
"Stand back!" Infinity demanded the others as they stood in back of her. "CHRYSALIS! AS YOUR PRINCESS, I COMMAND YOU TO STOP!" She blasted Chrysalis with a large boom of magic.
"HOW...............[size=em1.5]H-HOW DID YOU DO THAT?![/size] CELESTIA CAN'T EVEN DO THAT!"
"My Aunt Twilight helped me, she is the Queen of Magic." She said then turned to her furious state.
"Y-YOU ARE NOT STRONG ENOUGH!" The Queen hesitated and grinned. "I seeeee!" She snorted and laughed evilly.
