Promises fall like snowflakes
Luna was daydreaming.
Her mind wasn't in the throne room, or in her salad. she was thinking about yesterday, most in the little filly. Did she say her name? Luna couldn't remember, but felt strange for it. She didn't had time to talk to her or say anything, and Celestia said almost everything, but Luna was looking at the star she made, and could remember everything about it, every detail, size, color, the holes position, it was... was... She just couldn't find a word.
--Luna, are you alright?
The voice of Celestia blew her out of her thoughts. Luna turned right to see her sisters face with a piece of cloud cake, Celestias favorite. Luna was forgetting it was breakfast time.
-Yeah, I'm fine tia, just thinking about my work.
Celestia made a strange face for a while, something maybe bothering her. Luna didn't know, but Celestia didn't liked to talk of her sisters work, she had seen Luna feeling bad of her night. Celestia made a wide smile than.
-oh well, I wanted to ask if you wanted a piece of cake- said while she offered a dish whit a huge treat holding it in her yellow sun colored magic. Sometimes that color just gave her anger, but today he didn't have that in mind.
-No thanks big sis, I'll eat my salad and maybe a tiny bar of chocolate- said Luna to complete.
-Alright Luna, take your time. I'll go to prepare our reunion with our guests
Celestia stood up and started to walk to the door. She looked much taller than Luna and her pink hair floated very close to her sisters face.
meanwhile, Luna was very confused. Guests? She didn't expect anypony that day. But Celestia told her THEIR guests, so it must be...
-Is it the filly?- asked Luna before Celestia closed the door.
-Didn't you remember? we told her to come to the castle today, to see her star, and meet maybe. Its part of the annual gift tradition.
-Maybe... I forgot?- Luna's face showed repentance. And she was. How did she forgot that important meeting! God thanks Celestia was doing the preparations.
-Do not worry my little sister, you have time, they arrive at noon- said Celestia with a soft tone that made her sound superior than everyone, and had a big smile. With that said she got out of the room and closed the door.
-But celestia!! its almost noon! ...agh! I hate it when she talks like that- and than she made a little grin.

Snowdrop couldn't go, she just couldn't. She used lot of straight to go to the spring sunrise and present her gift. But going to the castle of the two princess was to much! NO she wasn't going, her mom would just go, give her star of winter and go away. That's it.
-Snowdrop your going! And if you don't, I'll drown you!
-Drown me! I don't care!
Her mother was out knocking and yelling.
-Than I'll throw your star! and you will never see it again!
-If you do that, we wouldn't go to see the princesses so I win!
-Agh!
Her mother, kicked the cloud and than, entered the room passing threw a wall, but she didn't seem angry, but tired. Snowdrop just only sank deeper into the darkness down her bed. Her mother sat in the top if it.

Luna rushed in her room. She had a huge problem. She didn't know what to ware.
she could use a typical dress, but that seem to much, bot she was bored of wearing the same things always. sometimes she just wanted normal clothes. But Celestia said that didn't make her see like royalty.
So with a boring expression, she just got on typical clothes.
She looked outside. 10 minutes till noon. This would be interesting.
-I could stay here and wait them to come, or can go down and work with my sister. Hmm...
So then Luna stayed in the window looking the surroundings. The everfree forest was a lovely place still of the monsters near it. Somehow it was quiet today. The sky was, again full of light with the sun. Maybe... Just maybe today would be a better night.
Looking down, he saw to figures very near the entrance.
-oh no.- And with that she rushed out of her room, threw the hall, down the stairs and to the entrance. when she came down, she was puffing and disheveled. She stood beside Celestia and recovered her breath.
Celestia took her hoof, and moved Luna's crown to the left, living it in her place. Luna smiled a little.
The gates opened, and a mare came in, with the small filly behind. She looked shyly. Both came in wearing clothes. The mare, came in with a red cape with a white boarding, It somehow was likely for her. And the filly had a little bag, but it was from a strange material. This was new to the princesses. Most of the time, the ponies that came were always wearing formal clothes like dresses or suits. Sometimes simple or sometimes very expensive. Even so, this ponies came just like the ones she saw outside, and she liked to see them like that.
- Your highnesses. - said both mare and filly while making a large bow.
-Greetings, please follow us to the meeting room.
They started walking to the room, and Luna had no idea were they were going. She was looking at the filly, and how she kept whispering. All the filly's that had came were looking at all things of the castle. But this filly didn't. She stared at the floor, covering with her mother.
It looked like hours until they got to the room, but they made it. It was a large room with a medium round table in the center. There were guards, but not many. In the middle of the table there was a small map and an the farthest pert of the room was a small table with food.
Snowdrop hadn't seen stranger food in her life. There was normal food, yes, but also spiky things, an orange drink, a blue drink and strange color food, like a rainbow apple. But the princesses drew her attention to the table.
-Do not worry snowdrop, we will eat later.- said Celestia with a smile
Snowdrop sat down while Luna repeated her name in her mind, so she didn't forget it again.
-Snowdrop, I think you wanted to show something to the princesses. - said her mother with a smile. Snowdrop shrieked.
-Don't worry, it ok. -Celestia smiled. but with her hoof she gave a little push to her sister under the table, making her smile too.
Snowdrop took a deep breath and took her little bag. Than she put in the table 3 things. One was in fact her star of winter. It looked the same as Luna remembered. All the holes, the center, the tips.
Actually, Luna after seeing this star, forgot how were the stars, Maybe she even didn't know. She had moved the stars all nights, and still, she just forgot about it. She just didn't find them a shape.
And the two more things were two more stars. They were very different between them. All the holes, the center, the tips. All between them was very different. And both were a little more complicated. The shapes forming them were still irregular, but with more form than the first one. the tips were longer, and the center was... more centered?
She did it in one night. Just in a night. Brilliant and wonderful, so weak ant tiny, Luna could just watch them. What if stars were like that. Maybe not even herself new about the beauty of his night and this filly did. She new that the fi... Snowdrop talked about winter, but it was like she talked about other things too. Like night.
