Sunset Shimmer is whole again after the Friendship Games. Her friends are the light of her life and her team is rising among the best. She has nowhere to go but up. And then all hell came knocking.
This story is a sequel to Shooting For Friendship: Romeo Romeo and the My Little Pony Movie Equestria Girls: Friendship Games.
Sunset and company were more than a little surprised to add this world's version of Twilight to their roster, but the girl is smart, enthusiastic and adapting well. All of them were more than happy to let her try playing with them, and Sunset is ecstatic to have someone as smart as her to talk to. Team Shooting for Friendship is on-point.
However, the overt presence of magic is drawing attention. More competent, focused and far-reaching attention. A threat that they should have seen, that will force Sunset Shimmer to make dangerous choices.
If one desires peace… they must prepare for war. Together. One last time.
