The internet was a new thing. With it, would come the potential to explore and share for niches of all kind. Really, anypony who stood ready at it's inception would have a greater hoof in deciding what it would be used for. Their efforts would be even more prominent, if they were there to help with the creation of it.

My small entry for Poniverse's Mascot Summerpalooza Contest, centered around Buffy and how the group met.
