The sun rose up in the small quaint town of Ponyville, and the faint sound of a rooster cawed from Sweet Apple Acres. The place was desolate, noting moved but the wind and sky. There was an eerie background noise of growling. On the other hand, the Mane 6 were sitting in Twilight's Library, thinking of what to do about some sort of sickness that has been bringing dead ponies back to life.
"Woah... This is just like what happened in one of Daring Do's books! This is gonna be so epic!" Rainbow Dash squeed with delight.
Twilight glared at Dashie, and sighed.
"Dash. This is not a laughing matter. This is SERIOUS. Do you not get that?" Twilight said, her voice breaking. Fluttershy's ears went flat as she backed away a bit.
"I-I'm not sure that I want to do this, Twi..." Fluttershy squeaked. Twilight stood up and pressed a button on the wall, which led to a room full of supplies.
"Starswirl the Bearded said in one of his books that this day would come. We have to do something, girls. We cannot back away like this. Let's do this. Come here, I have something to give you all." The ponies followed Twilight into the room. "Here, the Elements of Harmony. You all must swear to wear these until you die. The Elements of Harmony shall help us all through this."
Each of the Mane 6 took their Elements, placing them around their necks. Twilight smiled.
"Perfect. Now, we shall go out and use the Elements for good, for all of Equestria!"
Twilight led the way outside, hesitating a bit, then sighing. She gulped then fully stepped outside, the other 5 following her. Fluttershy was last to go, being quite frightened by the situation. The group heard a soft growl coming from the spa. Twily nodded and led the group to the spa, looking through one of the windows. Sure enough, the 2 sisters were zombified. Twilight shuddered but pushed the door open, getting the 2 zomponies' attention. The growling got louder, and the zomponies headed towards the Mane 6. As they got closer, Twilight noticed the grotesque features. Rotting skin, blank eyes, ragged hair... Twilight used her magic, and twisted the two zomponies' heads off. The other 5 looked at her in awe.
"Y-you are really powerful, Twi!" Rainbow Dash said, feeling a bit excited. "You have an advantage against us, though. It kinda ticks me off, but you could be savior of Equestria easily! That. Was. AWESOME!" Dashie got a little bit too loud. The Mane 6 heard the snarls and growls get louder.
