Follow the story of Ethan, a shy but intelligent young man who ended up in Equestria under mysterious circumstances. Living in a world not meant for him was difficult at first, but thanks to some newfound friends, and a few strokes of luck, he has rebuilt for himself a new life to the point of near normalcy.

However, living as the sole representative of his species does have its drawbacks. Loneliness festered within him. How could he ever find love in a world so strange and mystical? Nervous and somewhat afraid, he takes a chance he never once thought he had. But when things suddenly don't go his way, will he keep searching for the love he's been looking for all his life, or give it all up?
