Hurricane Twist was an girl that never really liked talking with anyone. She feared them. Just like she feared her parents. They weren't actually her parents. She was adopted, but since her adoptive mother died, her "father" started drinking, like a crazy. He was always drunk. He never stopped. Until he found another woman. That would be Hurricane's step-mother soon enough, even though she hated the ideia. Her "siblings" were three little brats. That would make the family as: Rock Steps, the father; Star Shine, the step-mother; Killing Spring, the oldest sibbling; Trouble Spread, the middle one; Major Hit, the young one, and Hurricane Twist, the intruder. At least, that's how she felt. Never accepted by those idiots. She hated them. Every single one of them. Especially her father and her "step-mother". Even after they married, Rock Steps din't stop drinking, so he was always taking out his frustrations on Hurricane, togheter with Star Shine. "Hey, you little BRAT...!!"  Rock Steps shouted from downstairs. Hurricane closed her bedroom's door as fast as she could, using her bed to block it. After all, they had the key, but having a blocking bed would probabbly make some difference. "I have to be quick..." Hurricane said, under her tired breath. She hadn't slept, ate or drank anything for about 3 days. They locked her there, because her "little brother", Major Hit, broke an pot, and she was the one blamed for it. As soon as Hurricane managed to climb down from the outsides of the house, she ran to the bridge, that was nearby there. After all, they would come after her. Hurricane knew that. After all, they had an 'Exemplar Family' fame around the city, so why throw it out just because the adopted child ran away? As soon as Hurricane was near the bridge, she looked down there. "It's now... The freedom i never had... It's just sad that the only way to have it is by my own death... Hurricane though for a while. She hesitated, as soon as she heard an soft, female voice speak behind her. "Wait! Uh... I mean... Please?" The girl said. Hurricane turned around and took a look at the girl."It's quite rainy today... Why would someone be out here?" Hurricane though. "Please... C-c-can you... Get a little a-a-away from this cliff...?" The girl softly asked. "Why should I?" Hurricane simply replied. "T-t-the ground is too wet... I-i-i-if you fall from here... Y-y-y-you'll die..." The girl said. "What if I want to die?" Hurricane turned around to the girl, expecting her to push her away from this world to her doom. "W-w-why would you w-w-want this?" The pink-haired girl asked. "Because I have no reasons for live. I'm done being the dog they want me to be." Hurricane turned away again. "L-l-look, maybe I can help you--"

"NO, you can't. Just let me be. I never asked for any help."

Hurricane almost shouted.

"It doesn't mean you don't need it..."

The girl quietly said, making Hurricane back away from the cliff she was about to jump from.

"M-maybe you're right..."

Hurricane went a lot more back from the cliff.

"Really...? I mean... Yeah... Maybe I am... Hey, where do you study...?"

The girl asked.

"Uhm... I actually... Never went to High School..." Hurricane shrugged.

"So... You might want to join me and my friends anytime at Canterlot High School..." The girl said.

"Well... I'll try to... So... It was a pleasure to meet you..."

"Fluttershy."

"Oh... Name's Hurricane Twist... But, well, call me only Hurricane, yes?" Hurricane said, looking around for any lights from torches.

"Oh, no problem... See you tomorrow, Hurricane!" Fluttershy waved and walked away.

"See ya..." Hurricane said. After that, she was considering on look for anywhere to sleep, but her house. She started to walk around, looking for an alley, so she could at least, rest a bit. As soon as she found one, Hurricane layed against the wall and slept.

   --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

On the next morning, Hurricane woke up and ran to anywhere she could guess it was that so-called 'Canterlot High School'. She saw an big equine statue, full of mirrors, and a building witten "Canterlot High School". "It wasn't that hard..." Hurricane sitted down near of the statue, covering her face with her black hoodie. She surely din't wanted anyone to see her scars and scratches. Her face was really nasty and bloddy, even because all of her injuries were brand new. Hurricane heard the bell ring, and a river of students get out of the building. As soon as she looked around, she saw a group of six girls. One of them had her hair colored in red/yellow, and orange skin. She was also wearing a black jacket. The next one was an light orange skinned girl, with an cowboy hat and blond hair and green eyes. Next to this one girl was another one with a really messy dark pink hair, lighter pink skin and light blue eyes. There was also an white skinned girl, with a really beautiful purple hair and dark blue eyes. Next by was an rainbow colored hair girl, with magneta eyes and light blue skin. As for last, there was Fluttershy, walking near of those girls. Hurricane curled up, thinking if it was an really good ideia. "It's not like if they kill me will have any difference." She though. Anyways, her thougs were broken by Fluttershy's familiar voice. "Hm... Hurricane?" She asked. Hurricane looked up and saw Fluttershy, next to her. "Oh, uh... Hello there, Fluttershy..." Hurricane awsered. The girls found some spots for theirselves to sit down a bit. "Oh, darlin'! You must be Hurricane Twist. Fluttershy told us about you. My name is Rarity." The purple hair girl said, and sat next to Hurricane. "Name's Rainbow Dash." Said the rainbow hair girl, while playing with an ball. "Howdy! Name's Applejack!" Said the blond farm girl, with an southern accent, shaking Hurricane's hand frenetically. "A pleasure to meet you..." Said Hurricane, a bit confused on how could possibly someone shake another person's hand so fast. Soon enough, Hurricane saw some confetti all around herself, and the pink girl with happily hugging her. "My name is Pinkie Pie!! I'm so happy to have someone new around!!" Pinkie happily continued her "hug-torture". "I agree... It's always good to met someone..." Hurricane managed to say. As Pinkie let go, the red/yellow hair girl gets closer to Hurricane. "My name's Sunset Shimmer!" Sunset said happily. "Oh, I'm Hurricane Twist, but I suppose you alredy knew that..." Hurricane offered a hand to Sunset, who shaked happily, but not in an energetic way, like Pinkie or Applejack. "So, darlin'... Would you take out that hood?" Rarity kindly asked. "Uhhh... Why...?" Hurricane asked. "It's just that I want to have a look at you. After all, I'm thinking about making you some new clothing." Rarity awsnered. "Oh? No, no, Rarity, no need for this... I am... Fine, i guess..." Hurricane nervously awsnered. Pinkie, as for herself, went behind Hurricane and pulled her hood down, revealing a very injuried face. Hurricane had an half-smile cutten on herself, a big scratch, coming from her forehead, passing through her eye and ending on mid-way of her cheek, and the most remarking thing. One of her eyes was blue, as the other one was red. Her hair was long and spiky, and purple, with some violet strokes here and there, as for her skin, black as midnight. Everyone stood at shock, looking straigh at her. "Oh, poor dear, what happened to you, darlin'?!" Rarity asked shocked, while examining from closer Hurricane's face. "Aaah... I-i-i-i-it's nothing..." Hurricane replied. Sunset's eyes widened in wonder as she saw Hurricane's eyes. "What happened to your eyes?" Sunset asked, getting closer to Hurricane, that curled up. T-they were always like this... I swear...!" Hurricane awsered.  Pinkie's hair ran flat, seeing the girl's mouth smile-like scar. "What kind of sick joke is that...?" The party girl asked. "Um... I-It's... Noth-"

"DON'T YOU DARE SAY 'IT'S NOTHING!" Rainbow Dash stood up and walked to Hurricane's direction. Pinkie was on the edge of crying for the girl, until she saw a balloon and tried to catch it. Hurricane curled up on her lap, affraid that Rainbow Dash would hurt her or worse. "I-I-I-I-I-I'm sorry..." Hurricane said. Rarity glared at Rainbow Dash, seeing how brute her friend could be some times. "Rainbow Dash!" Rarity stared at Dash's soul. "What?!" The rainbow girl tried to understand what she did wrong. Rarity rolled her eyes and turned her attention back to Hurricane's, who she alredy had the trust. "Ah, Rainbow Dash, I think you could be a bit less agressive." Sunset said, crossing her arms. "I agree with Shimmy here! Yer bein' tok agressive with a hurt girl! And I'm pretty sure that's no make-up, or anythin'!" Applejack pointed out. Rarity was now messing around with Hurricane's spiky hair, which the girl wouldn't let just anyone touch it, but for some unknown reason, Hurricane Twist and Rarity had an affinity with each other. Pinkie went back from her balloon hunt and started bouncing up and down. "IHAVEAGUESS! IHAVEAGUESS!" The energetic girl waved her hand with non-stop moves. "Whaaaat iiiif....She was adopted by her parents, and actually, her step-mother and her drunk father team up to beat her, so dhe escaped, and went to the bridge testerday, to throw herself down, but Fluttershy stopped her before it???" Pinkie giggled. Hurricane went shocked, as Rainbow Dash rolled her eyes. "I'm pretty sure that's not the reason." Rainbow said. "Nope. She took a lucky guess." Hurricane said. "WHAT?!" All girls but Pinkie shouted in unison.
