Primal Instinct
Load Full Story"Mom." Little Dinky yelled from across the house. Derpy slid the tray she was holding into the oven, closed the door, and looked up. Through her kitchen window she could see other children running through the streets of Ponyville on their way to the school house. Most of them had large poster boards rolled up and protruding out of their backpacks. Derpy had a sense that she may have lost track of the time and thus her usually punctual daughter was now looking for her before she trotted off to Cheerilee's class herself.
"I'm in the kitchen, dear. Is it time to leave for school already?" Derpy set the oven timer for 55 minutes. She smiled when she saw Dinky run into the kitchen holding a folded poster board in her mouth.
"Almost, mommy. I still have a few minutes. But I wanted to show you my poster for the Ponyville Safety Committee contest." She eagerly unfolded the poster and pointed the picture side towards her mother. Derpy accepted the poster and took a look. Her face changed from that of a content smile to a very confused and concerned grimace. The picture was of a crudely drawn pony laying in the street with what appeared to be its internal organs strewn all over the ground in front of them.
"Oh... my... that is certainly an... interesting artistic choice you made, sweetheart..." Derpy felt worried about the nature of such a gruesome scene being expressed by her sweet and polite child, but didn't want to squelch any artistic desire in her either.
"Read the slogan, mommy. That's the most important part." Dinky exclaimed with much excitement. Derpy examined the words written at the top of the poster.
"Be careful or be roadkill." Derpy felt that her appetite may abandon her for the remainder of the day.
"Be careful or be roadkill." Dinky echoed with much more enthusiasm than her mother.
"With a catchy slogan like that, I'll win this competition for sure." Dinky jumped up in the air as she finished the last few words.
"I think there's some sort of weird smell coming off of this." Derpy held the poster closer to her face and sniffed.
"I used real spaghetti sauce to make the blood look thicker and more realistic."
Derpy quickly handed the questionable drawing back to her daughter; afraid that she might lose her breakfast and accidently make the poster look even more "realistic."
"Well I must say, Dinky, the poster is very... unforgettable."
Dinky grinned from ear to ear.
"Do you really mean it, mommy?"
Derpy smiled nervously, "Oh yes. I'm not sure I will ever forget what I just saw. Was that a blue box I saw in the upper right corner?" Derpy was desperate to change the subject.
"Yep, that's the doctor and his Tardis. He's sad because he couldn't save the poor pony who got killed. That's why safety is so important and we need signs like this one to remind us."
"Of course, dear, safety first." Derpy felt a flash of pain in her chest. She could vividly remember the look on the doctor's face when he had failed to save somepony in time. She would watch him torture himself with guilt; taking on all of the blame for the lives of those who were lost.
Derpy's train of thought was suddenly broken by Dinky.
"What are you making, mommy?"
"Some muffins for later. Blueberry, chocolate chip, and some English muffins in case you know who comes by today." Derpy gave Dinky a little wink. Almost on cue, a loud and familiar sound rang from the front foyer. Loose papers and articles were flung into the air by a windy vortex as a big blue box seemed to fade in and out of existence in the front room. Derpy and Dinky smiled as their manes blew in the gust from the vortex.
"Well what do you know? There he is." Derpy held her hoof to her face to make sure she could block any object that may have flown straight at her. Just as the box finished settling and the wind died down, a new enthusiastic young voice called from up the stairs.
"Is that the doctor? I think I hear the doctor." Dinky and Derpy could hear quickened footsteps racing down the stairs. The door of Tardis sprung open and a chipper looking brown stallion stepped into the front room next to the stairs.
"Hello-" He started to speak but was cut off when a purplish pink mare jumped from the stairs and into his arms with a fierce hugging assault.
"Doctor!" She exclaimed while hugging him around the neck rather tightly. The doctor had to take a step back to regain his balance.
"Well hello there, Sparkler. It's good to see you as well."
Dinky and Derpy entered the front room just as Sparkler released the doctor from her grip, but kept her hooves on his shoulders and leaned her weight into him.
"Where have you been? It's been so boring around here lately." Sparkler complained.
"Oh you know, here and there. There's a whole new universe out there for me to explore. I've only been able to see so much since I came to your world."
"Aw, take me with you next time. I want to see everything you see." Sparkler rested her head on the doctor's shoulder. He gave a quick glance to Derpy who had a slightly concerned look on her face.
"Well... that will be up to your mother."
Sparkler rolled her eyes.
"Oh great, now I'll never be able to go."
"I never said never, young lady. I'm just a little worried about what could happen out there that's all." Derpy approached the doctor.
"But it's not fair. You get to go with the doctor all the time. I want to see the wonders of time and space too."
"I believe we brought you up for a look, did we not?" The doctor offered, trying to defuse the situation. Teenagers could be very persistent.
"But that was just that, a peak. We only went up in the Tardis for like a minute. I want to really go up there with you. Maybe just the two of us, doctor." She gently grabbed his arm with her hoof. The doctor glanced over to Derpy who was clearing her throat.
"I think it's time you walked your sister to school." Derpy offered yet another gentle subject change. Sparkler rolled her eyes again.
"Oh alright, mom. I get it. Come on Dinky. Mom wants the doctor all to herself." Dinky jumped over to her sister and the two fillies giggled together.
"Girls." Derpy narrowed her gaze at Sparkler which only caused them to giggle harder.
"Oops, did I say that out loud again?" Sparkler held her hoof over her mouth as if to indicate that she misspoke. The doctor blushed and rubbed the back of his head. Suddenly a deep and rich ringing hummed through the walls of their Ponyville cottage.
"That's the school bell. You naughty girls better get on your way before you're late."
Sparkler gave the doctor a peck on the check before trotting around the Tardis to the front door. The doctor's cheeks flushed even more red than before. Dinky followed her sister's path out.
"Bye Mom, bye doctor. I hope I see you later today too." Sparkler called as she walked outside.
"Bye Mommy. Wish me luck in the competition today." Dinky grabbed her backpack off of the wall as she left and slid her rolled up poster into it just like the other kids had.
"Good luck Dinky. I'm sure you'll really... leave an impression on the judges"
And end up getting me called in for a parent teacher conference, Derpy thought.
"Bye Daddy." Dinky called out just before the front door closed. Derpy and the doctor looked at each other in surprise as they realized what Dinky just said. They both blushed a little and then averted their gazes.
"Bit of an eventful morning, I'd say.” The doctor straightened his tie which Sparkler had loosened with her aggressive hugging.
“We have you to thank for that. I wasn’t sure Sparkler was ever going to come out of her room this morning.” She helped the doctor straighten out his tie. He grabbed her hoof and held it is his as she finished.
“I had a wonderful thought; which is why I popped in. Why don’t we go see the lovely beaches of Planet Zanzibar 300 years in the future from now. They have all sorts of modern conveniences and a spa program that is simply marvelous. I figure we can spend a few days there and then maybe go see the rings around the third moon of Prometheus. I happen to be privy to a specific time when a solar flare will cause the light to refract off of them in a way that will take your breath away.” The doctor waved his hoof over his head to help illustrate the visual he was describing.
“That sounds wonderful, doctor. But I have so much to get done today. I’m not sure I have time to get away.”
“Derpy, we can come back at anytime, even five minutes from now.”
Derpy looked back towards her kitchen.
“So you say. But the Tardis has been tardy before.”
The doctor dismissed her comment with a hoof wave.
"And I don't want the muffins to burn again. I've been much better about that lately."
"Que Sera Sera, my dear mare. Sparkler did have a point, didn't she? What are a few muffins compared to the infinite wonders of the universe?" He wrapped his hoof around her and pointed to the Tardis. Derpy smiled and held his hoof that was draped over her.
"Oh doctor, you and your tempting offers."
The doctor smiled at her and lowered his usually boisterous and booming voice to nearly a whisper.
"Did I mention that the spa has special beauty and relaxation program for gorgeous mares like yourself? Though I'm not sure if it's scientifically possible to draw more beauty out of you."
"Doctor, you scoundrel." Derpy blushed and moved away from his arms. She turned her head, trying to hide her enormous smile.
"Well, I suppose if you're not interested, I'll just have to go by myself." The doctor walked through the open Tardis door facing away from Derpy.
"Alas, I will just have to order all of those exotic muffins for myself. It's a shame I won't have anypony to share them with."
Before he could close the Tardis door, he felt a something brush by him in a great hurry. He looked and saw that Derpy had run past him and was standing next to the Tardis control panel.
"Okay doctor, you've convinced me. Just please promise me we'll be back 55 minutes from now so that I don't burn the house down."
The doctor smiled and approached the control panel.
"Nothing to worry about, my dear. With all of time and space at my hooves, baking is a matter of child's play." He slammed a lever down, typed in a few button commands, and spun a little wheel near a side panel.
"Onward to planet Zanzibar." The Tardis shook and swayed as the panel lit up and the large gears over their heads spun and glowed a royal blue. Derpy held onto the side rails and slowly made her way over to the doctor.
"I know this may not be the best time to ask this, but I was just curious. Doctor..." Derpy let her word hang in the air, unsure how to broach the difficult topic on her mind.
"Yes Derpy, what is it? Ask me anything you want. My knowledge is at your disposal." The doctor threw another switch and the Tardis leaned the other direction.
"How long do you plan on... staying with us?" Derpy looked straight into the doctor's eyes. Although her irises didn't quite agree with where to look, he still had trouble holding her convicting gaze.
"I... well... what do you mean?" The doctor trailed off.
"I mean, how long will you keep coming back to see me and Dinky and Sparkler. We all adore you so much but they don't know what I know. I know that sometimes you... well your previous traveling companions... one day may not..." As Derpy struggled to find the right words, the Tardis shook fiercely and nearly sent her to the floor.
"Doctor, what was that?"
He threw a switch back to the upward position.
"We've arrived. Sorry about the landing, must have been a bit distracted." The doctor rushed to the door and flung it open. The sunlight bled into the Tardis and made the doctor appear as a silhouette.
"Planet Zanzibar, home of the greatest beach paradise this side of the universe." He stepped outside. Derpy followed him into the light. She looked around and saw that they were standing in a great jungle. The humidity was very high and she could already feel her mane starting to frizz. They were in a rather large clearing with the sight of a smoking volcano off in the distance.
"Doctor, this doesn't look like a beach to me." Derpy looked around at the various plant life. She heard something rustle in the foliage.
"Well this doesn't make any sense at all. I swear we were suppose to be in Zanzibar. But this does look familiar." Just then, several ponies wearing large masks and carrying spears jumped from the bushes. The masks were more than twice the size of their faces and were painted to match the colors of the jungle. The doctor pulled out his sonic screwdriver and grabbed Derpy's hoof.
"Stay close to me." He pointed his screwdriver at one of the mysterious jungle ponies who waited and watched the doctor's movements carefully. As the doctor looked at the reading on his screwdriver, his face dropped from concern to relief. One of the jungle ponies had their spear pointed directly at Derpy. She squeezed the doctor's hoof a little tighter.
"I thought this might be where I was." He turned and pointed to one of the jungle ponies. This one had the most elaborately painted mask.
"Warlord Tanuk, is that you?"
The pony he was addressing removed his mask to reveal his messy mane and slightly painted cheeks. The would be warlord was smiling at the doctor.
"It is you, doctor! The great explorer." The other warriors stood straight up and lowered their spears to their side. They let out a unison grunt that made Derpy jump a little.
"Good to see you again, old chum. Allow me to introduce my traveling companion. This is Derpy Hooves."
The leader walked up to Derpy and kneeled in front of her.
"Any friend of the great doctor is a friend to our tribe." He took her hoof in his and kissed it gently.
"Oh why thank you, Tanuk. You're so kind."
Tanuk stood up with excitement.
"Come, we must take you to see Ka-li at once. A feast will be prepared."
Derpy and the doctor followed their gracious hosts back towards their settlement.
"Sorry about the mix up, Derpy. I'm not sure why the Tardis brought us here."
"Don't be doctor. I think this is better than a beach vacation."
"That's the spirit. I knew there was a reason I keep you around."
Derpy gave the doctor a little push for his banter. They walked into the village and we're taken to the center hub where a zebra striped mare was surrounded by a few servants on either side of her. They were standing on a slightly raised platform that Tanuk guided the visitors onto. A small crowd was already gathering the center of town.
"Doctor, you honor us with your return." The elegant zebra was seated on a throne made of gold plated platinum encrusted with priceless gems stones. She sat with her legs crossed and held a bronze staff with a cobra for a head and two sparkling rubies for eyes. Her ears were pierced with golden hoops that reach down to her shoulders. On her head she wore a tiara with six points, each ending in a diamond. Draped around her shoulders and falling down to the ground was a semi transparent silk sash glistening in the midday light. She was flanked by two servants who fanned her with six foot long banana leaves. Even the servants wore the same elegant silk that clothed their beloved ruler.
“Mistress Ka-li, how good to see you again.” The doctor approached the royal zebra and gave her a big hug. Her face looked surprised and possibly even offended for a moment, but then subsided into a warm smile as she returned the doctor’s embrace. The servants exchanged hesitant looks with each other. It was clear that no one else in the village could normally get away with behaving so familiar with their great ruler.
“Doctor, you are as impertinent as always I see.” Ka-li went to stand and the doctor stepped back to give her some space to get up. She caressed his cheek with the back side of her hoof.
“No pony’s perfect. I try not to let business get in the way of pleasure.” The doctor bowed and prostrated himself in an overly emphatic manner. Ka-li laughed with a deep and richly resonant chuckle.
“You are as skilled a comedian as you are a savior of ponies.” She returned the doctor’s silly bow with an equally ridiculous and overly exaggerated bow of her own.
“Please, allow us to feast together. Such an occasion should not pass without festivity.” She clapped her hooves and servants seemed to appear out of the woodwork, scurrying about. Ka-li looked over to Derpy who was politely fixed in the same position since they had arrived on the raised platform where the royal ruler sat.
“Forgive my rudeness. You have brought your mate with you.” She gestured towards Derpy with her scepter. Derpy blushed.
“Oh no, no, no, no we’re not married. This is Derpy Whooves. She is my traveling companion. Just a friend.” The doctor walked back over to Derpy.
“You are most welcome here, companion of the great and wise doctor.” Ka-li gave a simple and humble bow to Derpy. The entire contingent of observers, which at this point numbered several hundred, mimicked Ka-li and bowed to Derpy.
“Oh my, thank you so much, everypony, for your kindness.” Derpy returned the bow. She wasn’t sure what the protocol was in this scenario, but it seemed only polite to bow back. The doctor leaned over to Derpy.
“Perhaps you were right. This may prove to be a more fun vacation after all.”
“I love their culture. For an ancient society, they are so refined and friendly.” Depry leaned into the doctor and whispered to him as well.
“Ancient? Derpy, I will have you know that we happen to be thousands of years in the future on a distant planet from Equestria.”
“So their civilization just evolved more slowly than Equestria?”
The doctor scoffed.
“My dear Derpy, do mistake simple for regression. This is a highly advanced society. They are peaceful and egalitarian in their social structure. Despite the obvious wealth of their ruler, Ka-li, everypony has a place and purpose in this society. There is no poverty or discrimination.”
Derpy simply remained awestruck in her observation. They waited together with Ka-li as dinner was prepared. A table was brought to the platform they were standing on and they were each given a seat and servants to fan them from the jungle heat.
“Oh please don’t fuss over me. The heat isn’t that bad.” Derpy tried to relieve her hard working fanning servant. The doctor interjected.
“Derpy, it is a great honor for a servant to greet and comfort a personal guest of Ka-li.”
“But, I…”
“Just let them do their job. I assure you, they are most content.”
Derpy decided to change the subject.
“So, miss or er… mistress Ka-li, how did you meet the doctor?”
Ka-li set down the chalice that she had been drinking from. She looked very eager to tell her story.
“The great volcano God Kabrakahn, who rules over our great mountain…” She gestured to the volcano off in the distance. The sun was just beginning to set over the horizon. “He grew angry with us and wanted to see us destroyed. But the doctor entered the chamber of Kabrakahn to beg on our behalf. He did not relent his destruction, but he did permit the doctor to spare us from his wrath. The doctor took us into his blue temple, where size and space bend to his every whim. There, we waited until Kabrakahn’s destruction was satisfied. And the doctor returned us to our land that was brimming with a prosperous harvest. We shall never forget his great work on our behalf, and owe him our very lives and prosperity.” Ka-li beamed with delight as she described the fantastical events that she remembered as fact. The doctor leaned over to Derpy again.
“The volcano was erupting and there was nothing I could do about it. So I gathered them into the Tardis and took them ten years into the future when the area had long since recovered. Since nopony had cultivated the land or hunted the local game for ten years, there was a naturally occurring abundance of resources at their very capable disposal.”
Derpy had no comment to add, but simply nodded in admiration of the doctor’s quick thinking and ingenuity.
“Now doctor, as we feast together in this great celebration, I have a proposal for you.”
One of Ka-li’s servants approached her with a scroll. She read from it briefly and nodded.
“I humbly acknowledge you, doctor, as a member of our tribe and will delight in beginning the traditional ceremony of tribal induction.”
The doctor gave a quick look to Derpy and stood up.
“Well I must say I am certainly honored to be welcomed as part of your tribe. However, I must decline.”
A general gasp went through the assembly.
“Oh don’t get all in a tissy, let me explain.” The doctor held up his hands apologetically. “You see, I’m a traveler. I must be free to go about my way and visit many other cultures and civilization who may only strive to be as gracious and prosperous as your own. I’m afraid I cannot remain here and do my proper duty as a member of your tribe. That is why, and the only reason why, I must respectfully decline your generous offer.”
Ka-li gently smiled.
“Doctor, you misunderstand. We do not intend to keep you bound here as we do not intend to lure the birds from the sky and bind the to the trees. We know that you will travel many places, see many ponies, and help them the same way you helped us. We only ask that you do us the honor of calling yourself a member of our great tribe as you do so.” Ka-li spread her arms and held her scepter out in her right hoof. The doctor scratched his chin.
“Ah I see.” He gave a quick glance down at Derpy. She shrugged and held her hooves up, offering no definitive advice.
“Well in that case. I suppose I accept your offer.” The doctor threw up his hooves in resignation. A cheer echoed throughout the grounds. Every pony in the entire village was now in attendance of the great feast. A servant handed Ka-li a small golden chalice encrusted with peridots and emeralds. She reached across the table and handed it to the doctor. He reached over and accepted it into his hooves.
“As we begin our ceremony, please drink of the elixir of the proud warrior.” Ka-li bowed her head and lifted her own chalice. Without hesitation, the doctor drank from the chalice and Ka-li mimicked him by drinking from her own. The doctor downed the entire drink and then reeled back in his seat.
“Bleck! It certainly has a very strong and musky taste.” The doctor smacked his lips a few times. Ka-li grinned with a devious smile. The doctor began to convulse, but not from the taste of the drink.
“Ack! What’s wrong with me. Ka-li, what was in that drink?” The doctor demanded. He pointed his screwdriver at the chalice.
“Oh my, that... this is… ah I see so that’s why… your custom is… very… well then…” The doctor’s cheeks flushed and he fell from his seat to the floor. Derpy rushed to his side.
“Doctor! Are you okay? Say something.” Derpy cradled the doctor’s head in her hooves. She looked towards Ka-li with a fierce anger in her eyes. “You poisoned him! Why? He was your guest. He saved you!”
Ka-li raised her hooves.
“Please do not misunderstand miss Hooves. The doctor is not harmed or poisoned. He is undergoing the tribal initiation. All males have within them an intense and insatiable desire for mating. The elixir we gave him is merely a potion that draws out this male desire. For three days, the doctor will not be himself. He will be a servant of his dormant desires and will crave and hunger for only the body of a mare for his pleasure.”
Derpy gave a panicked look down at the doctor. He reached up and grabbed her by the shoulder.
“Derpy, what she says in true I… I will lose the ability to properly cognate or reason. I won’t be able to control myself or my intentions. I beg you… please. Stay away from me for these three days. Let them deal with this in the manner that they normally do. Ack!...” The doctor fell back to the ground and began convulsing.
“He’s in pain! You’re causing the doctor pain.” Derpy looked back to Ka-li with tears in her eyes. Ka-li dismissed Derpy’s cries with a wave of her scepter.
“He is resisting the potion. If he would just submit his mind, the pain would subside. Please, miss Derpy, do not fear for your doctor. We have been through this ceremony with each stallion as he ascends into adulthood. We have dozens of mares who have willfully volunteered to help quench the doctor’s thirst for the female figure.” Ka-li pointed to her left where, a few meters away, rows and rows of mares were standing at attention. They were wearing the finest tribal silk and were made up in seductive cosmetic make up.
“In fact…” Ka-li blushed before she could continue. “I have also decided to offer myself as tribute to his initiation.”
“But… this is wrong. You can’t just do this. I won’t let you!” Derpy threw herself over the still twitching body of the doctor. Ka-li sighed deeply.
“I see. I have made a grave error. I did not realize that you were his betrothed after all. We would have done a different ceremony if I had known, but you said that you were merely his ‘traveling companion.’”
Derpy’s face turned almost completely red.
“Betrothed? Oh my goodness, no. We are just friends. But I still don’t want him to just… so many mares… I can’t…. I...”
“If you wish to join the ranks of tributes for your doctor, I invite you to do so. Every mare will get her turn to appreciate his unquenchable thirst in these three days.”
Derpy looked down at her poor defenseless doctor.
“Derpy…” He was barely able to speak. “Please don’t do it. I couldn’t… I… please…” Derpy pulled the doctor’s head into her chest.
“Shhh… don’t worry doctor, I’ll take care of everything. Just leave it to me.” She whispered to him. The doctor’s eyes were twitching under his half closed eyelids. Derpy looked over to Ka-li again. She wiped her drying tear tracks from her face.
“I will be one of the tributes. But I also have a two conditions.” She narrowed her gaze at Ka-li. Ka-li laughed deeply.
“Please, name them.”
“I’m his companion so I claim the right to have him first.” Derpy blushed as she finished that statement. She wasn’t sure if that was even a thing she could demand, but it seemed worth a try.
“Granted. How could I deny such a simple offer to the doctor’s friend and companion?” Ka-li looked amused.
“And the second thing…” Derpy looked at the suffering doctor again. “He’s still in pain, we need to take him to his blue box. He has medicine in there that will relieve his pain.” Derpy caressed the doctor’s face with her hoof. Ka-li considered her words for a moment and looked over at the doctor.
“Hmmm, he does seem to be putting up far too much resistance. We wouldn’t want to risk him injuring himself unnecessarily.” Ka-li clapped her hooves.
“Come, we go to the blue box again.”
Ka-li and the caravan of willing mares followed Derpy back through the jungle where they came from. Derpy carried the doctor over her back as she walked.
“Derpy… what are you doing…” The doctor would occasionally blurt out along the journey. He seemed unable to form any other coherent sentences. They arrived at the Tardis and Derpy brought the sickly looking doctor inside as the rest of the caravan politely waited. She slammed the door shut and made sure it was locked. She started crying profusely and a few drops of her tears dripped onto the doctor’s face. A few seconds later, she heard a loud banging on the door of the Tardis.
“Miss Hooves, what are you doing?” Ka-li’s voice rang from outside.
“I’m canceling the ceremony!”
The entire caravan could be heard gasping from outside.
“Miss Hooves, you must not. If he does not take part in his desires, the potion will take his life.”
Derpy’s anger flared up as she turned towards the door, holding the doctor in her hooves.
“Then you will have killed him!”
There was a few seconds of silence that followed.
“Please, Miss Hooves, there is no need for this. We can heal him easily. It will only be three days and he will be himself again.”
Derpy’s tears flooded from her eyes.
“So, he just needs a body, any mare body, for three days?”
There were a few more seconds of silence.
“Miss Hooves…” Ka-li began but Derpy cut her off.
“I’ll do it! Just me and me alone. No other pony may have him.” The doctor was beginning to stir.
“You musn’t do this alone. You need our help. His desire will be violent and unending, day and night. If you try to take him by yourself…” Ka-li trailed off for a moment.
“You will die.”
Derpy let go of the doctor and walked over to the door of the Tardis. She placed her hoof on the white wooden door.
“You really think the doctor, my doctor, would hurt me just because you gave him some wild sex potion?” Derpy grinned. “You don’t know the doctor.”
Derpy ignored the banging and pleading that came from the other side of the wall. None of it mattered anymore. She moved her hoof near her nether regions. If she was going to do this, she figured she had best prepare herself for what was to come. Suddenly she felt a hoof grab her by the shoulder and spin her around.
“Doctor?” Derpy said meekly. The doctor stood over her breathing heavily. He somehow seemed taller than usual. He got up on his hind legs and rested his front hooves on the Tardis door, trapping Derpy between himself and the only exit. His eyes glowed and his gaze narrowed down at her. None of the tenderness or intelligence that usually filled his expression was present on his face. The only thing she could decipher from his hungry look was anger and desire. She looked down at his midsection and saw his fully erect penis staring at her eye level. It was pulsing with veins and looked as solid as a metal shaft, yet flexed and contorted like a toned muscle. All she had to do was unhook the latch and she would be free. She could let the tribal mares do what they were trained to do and let her remain safely to the side. She closed her eyes and pointed her head towards the ground.
“Doctor…” she muttered softly. He seemed to react for a split second to the sound of his title. “Whatever you are about to do, whatever may happen over the next three days… I just want you to know that I forgive you. I know it’s not really you doing this. It’s the potion. And I know that you would never do anything to hurt me.”
The doctor bared his teeth and growled. He brought his face right up to Derpy’s neck and began sniffing her.
“I… I submit to you… oh doctor, take me. Take me and do whatever you will with me!” Derpy shouted into the doctor’s face.
The doctor took that as his cue and grabbed Derpy by the neck and flung her to the floor. She cried out in pain as he threw himself on top of her. He let out an incoherent shout as he held her to the floor and presented his throbbing member to her threshold. Without warning or preparation, he forced himself inside of her. Derpy arched her back and cried out in pain. As her body enveloped him, she adjusted the movement of her hips to meet his incessant thrusting. Their bodies moved in time together. The doctor pushed his weight onto her as he greedily and selfishly took advantage of her submissive and willing body.
“I love you… I love you doctor…” She moaned weakly. Tears were still flowing down her cheeks and she could taste the salty texture of her own despair in her mouth. She looked up at her doctor. His expression and determination was unchanged save for a few tears that were dripping down his face as well. Derpy gently raised her hoof to his cheeks and began to wipe his tears away.
The doctor wouldn’t stop, he continued his relentless assault on her body for 18 hours straight, barely needing any time to recover between ejaculations. Derpy’s slender frame was drenched in his bodily fluid. Her pussy was sore and her lower back ached from the constant sexual abuse she had endured. When the doctor finally paused, she noticed that he was breathing heavily and was sprawled out on the floor. That’s when it hit her. She knew that the doctor must be dehydrated from the all of the fluid loss. She quickly went to the kitchen in the Tardis and drew up a glass of water. She returned to him and turned him over on his back. She held his head in one hoof and brought the water to his mouth with the other. The doctor quietly sipped the drink like a baby nursing on a bottle.
“That’s right, doctor. You have to take better care of yourself.” Derpy leaned over and kissed his forehead.
Once the doctor had recovered enough strength, he rose to his feet suddenly and caused Derpy to drop the glass which shattered on the ground. She yelped as he pushed her face down to the floor and held her hindquarters to to his waist. He entered her weak and ravished pussy with his unending erection yet again. Derpy felt her breath quicken as she struggled to prepare herself for the intense onslaught. Her muscles were weak and she could feel exhaustion begin to set in for her.
The doctor fucked her over and over until she could no longer move on her own. She was completely at the mercy of his perverted touch and desire. At long last the doctor fell asleep from his own exhaustion, leaving her barely alive and barely breathing on the floor. She lost consciousness for a while. Exactly how long, she couldn’t be sure. But the doctor was still resting so she took the opportunity to get some food for them. She rolled over and tried to stand up. Her muscles were screaming with pain and resisted her at every attempt. She finally managed to drag herself to the kitchen and access the food stores. With her strength all but depleted, she cooked some eggs and vegetables while heating up some English muffins. She was almost done cooking when the doctor came up behind her and reached over her. He grabbed the stove pan and threw the still cooking eggs into his mouth. He stuffed several muffins down his throat and ignored the vegetables. He took the juice she had poured for him and drank it in a few quick gulps leaving much of it to fall on the floor. Once he was done eating, he grabbed Derpy and began to have his way with her yet again.
“No wait, I…” Derpy helplessly looked to the scraps of food that the doctor had neglected. She lamented the fact that she wasn’t able to get any food for herself before the intercourse started up again. The doctor did everything imaginable to her to satisfy his dick. Every orifice, every position, every aspect of her body was his. Nothing was sacred or left alone. He violated her at every turn, leaving her weak, broken, and helpless.
She lost track of how much time had passed. The inside of the Tardis always looked the same and offered no clue as to how many days had gone by. Everything was cold and metallic. Derpy’s sore and bruised body banged against the harsh floor for hours on end. Her mind started to wander as she faded in and out of consciousness. Endorphin rushed to her head as her body tried to help her deal with the intense and constant pain. She thought of Dinky and Sparkler and her home back in Ponyville. Sparkler was just coming of age and wanted to experience all of the wonders that the universe had to offer. But she had no idea of the horrors that were out there, waiting to consume her body and soul. Little Dinky was so young and so smart for her age. Derpy was so proud that she was raising two strong and vibrant fillies. But they needed more guidance. Derpy couldn’t be sure that she had the strength or wisdom to guide them into adult marehood. At last, she thought of the doctor. Her doctor. The smiling, lovable doctor who protected her and her loved ones from all harm. He reminded her of her husband who had disappeared so many years ago. What would she do without him? How long would he even stay?
When Derpy finally woke up from her unconscious state, she saw that the doctor was sitting next to her, crying.
“Doctor.” She called out to him but he didn’t stir. She looked down and saw that her body was bandaged and her bruises were tended to.
“Doctor.” She said again. The doctor looked up but he was unable to meet her gaze.
“Don’t call me that.” The doctor choked out his words. “I’m not a doctor anymore. I’m a destroyer. I’m a barbarian. I’m a…”
Before the doctor could finish, Derpy put her hoof against his lips and silenced him.
“Don’t you dare. Don’t you dare say it.”
"But it's true. Look what I've done to you."
"It's not your fault, doctor. You couldn't help what the potion did to you."
The doctor held Derpy's hoof with both of his and sobbed.
"It could have fought harder. I should have. I'm a Time Lord. I should have found a way to..."
"Now that's enough of that Doctor. I won't have you blame yourself again. You always blame yourself for the things you can't control. You can't save everypony every time."
The doctor shook his head.
"I'm going to go away, very far away where I can't hurt you anymore."
The doctor moved to get up, but Derpy pulled on his arm. He could have easily broken away from her feeble grip, but he stayed put.
"Don't go." Derpy pleaded to the doctor. He finally looked her in the eye. Neither could think of anything to say so they just laid together for a while. Finally Derpy broke the silence.
"Please stay with me."
"Don't worry, I'm not going anywhere. I'll stay right here."
Derpy shook her head.
"That's not what I mean. I mean stay with me in Equestria. Stay with me and my girls. I... love you doctor. I don't know if you heard me, but I've been saying that to you ever since... it started. I need you. Dinky needs a father figure. Sparkler needs more guidance and I don't know if I can relate to her anymore."
The doctor squeezed her hoof.
"I remember every word you said to me. Every syllable, every scream, every plea for me to stop..."
"If you remember everything, then you remember that I forgave you. I accepted the pain for you. Call me selfish, but I couldn't leave you to all of those mares out there. I couldn't bear it not to have you all for myself."
Derpy closed her eyes and smiled. She felt as if she may lose consciousness again.
"Will you stay with us doctor."
The doctor looked down at the floor.
"Derpy, I'm a Time Lord. I've lived for so long and I will probably live much longer than you or your children. I can't just stay somewhere. I have to keep moving. I must travel on my own and I don't like getting too attached or else..."
"Too late." Derpy grinned at him.
"Why you little scoundrel. I suppose you've got me there. I got too close this time."
"Mmhmm. I can't say that I'm sad you did."
The doctor frowned and looked at Derpy very concerned.
"Derpy, there will come a time when I must..."
"I know doctor. I know that you'll leave one day. Just promise me... you'll stay at least a little while."
The doctor held her hoof to his face and kissed it.
"All right. If you insist. I promise I will stay a little while."
"I wouldn't have it any other way." Derpy closed her eyes again and let her head rest to her left. The doctor assumed she had fallen asleep until she spoke again
"Doctor."
"Yes, Derpy?"
"One more time?"
The doctor looked confused.
"One more time, what? What do you mean..." The doctor's eyes flew wide open as he realized what she meant.
"Derpy! I couldn't. I mustn't. You're in no condition to..."
"Please doctor. I want it to be with you, the real you, at least once."
"But you're body is so damaged, it's a terrible idea to..."
Derpy leaned forward with all of the strength in her wings and kissed the doctor. She held him to her for several seconds as she passionately pressed her mouth to his.
"I'll manage." She said as they finally broke away.
"I'm not sure if I can." The doctor complained. Derpy looked down at his midsection.
"Looks like you'll manage too." She grinned. The doctor blushed.
"I just have one small request."
"Anything, Derpy, please name it."
Derpy gingerly tapped her hooves together.
"Please be gentle this time..."
Neither of them could take it. They both burst out laughing for nearly a minute. And for the first time in perhaps a very, very long time, the doctor felt like he was at home.
