All over Equestria, reports of foalnappings are pouring in. Sunflower Seed, a lonely young filly, is one of them. She and five other foals have been taken from their homes, their lives, and find themselves prisoners, pawns in an complicated plot, and must cope with the horror of their new situation. The captured colts and fillies are subjected to terrible experiments in cybernetics, and the ponies running the project have sinister plans for them–and all of Equestria.
