Ticket to Loserville, Losertown
Rumble arrived in his new classroom, in a new state. He arrived in style since his brother let him use the motorcycle, a black Thunderbird, to get to school. The teacher, Cherry Bruce Lee stood up.
"Class, we have a new student today. His name is Rumble and please give him a warm welcome." Rumble confidently strolled in, flashung a smile that would charm every girl. Cherry Bruce Lee told him to introduce himself.
"Hi, I'm Rumble. I moved here a month ago an-" He stopped talking when he noticed an fushia and Orange blur, running quickly outside. He coughed.
"-d I live with my brother and his two Satan-Spawn roommates Flitter and Cloudchaser." Seemingly impressed with Rumble's speech, Cherry Bruce Lee smiled.
"Alright Rumble. Class, please ask Rumble one question each." Rumble did a head count. He would have to answer twenty questions. A girl with pink hair with a white streak and a diamond tiara stood up.
"I'm Diamond Tiara. My question is do you have parents?" Rumble started shuffling his feet.
"No." Rumble squeaked. Diamond Tiara laughed.
"We have orphan number two!" Diamond Tiara continued her bitchy laughter.
"SHEESH! Just because my parents got murdered and I live with foster parents DOESN'T MEAN YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO CALL ME AN ORPHAN!" A raspy voice yelled. Rumble turned around to see a girl with fushia hair and tanned skin storming in. Diamond Tiara stopped laughing.
"Whatever." Diamond Tiara sat down. This time, a kid with two-tone Orange hair and brown skin stood up.
"My name is Button Mash! My question is Are you a gamer?" Rumble smirked.
"You bet!" Rumble answered. Button Mash sat down. A girl with yellow skin and red hair with a pink bow stood up.
"Do ya have a girlfriend? Ah'd be happy ta be yers." She purred. Rumble backed up as the girl advanced on him. A light green lit the girl as she was frozen. The magic belonged to a girl with lavender and light rose hair with ridiculously pale skin. The girl ran up to her possible friend.
"Apple Bloom!" The girl scolded. "What is wrong with you?! Staring at him with bedroom eyes and backing him to a corner?! I honestly expect that from Scootaloo!" The girl with the fushia hair-which Rumble figured must've been Scootaloo- stood up.
"I'll never be that desprate, Sweetie Belle!" Scootaloo yelled. Sweetie Belle ignored her.
"Anyway, You just met him! He doesn't even know your name! And you expect him to snap and kiss you?!" Apple Bloom's facial expression changed from sexy to sad.
"Know your name Apple Bloom," Rumble said. Apple Bloom smiled. Sweetie Belle turned to him.
"Do you know my name?" Sweetie Belle asked.
"Sweetie Belle. And Scootaloo's your friend?" Rumble said. He saw in the corner of his eye Scootaloo's cheeks turn red. Sweetie Belle smiled then turned to a serious expression.
"How did you feel when Apple Bloom advanced on you?" She asked.
"I felt creeped out because I only knew her name. The bedroom eyes made me feel scared and when she advanced I was about to kick her." Rumble answered. Sweetie Belle turned to her frozen friend.
"I'm telling Applejack about your behavior today," Sweetie Belle unfroze Apple Bloom.
"Jeez Rumble. Ah'm so sorry. Friends?" Rumble smiled.
"Friends."
Rumble answered seventeen more questions until Cherry Bruce Lee asked one.
"What's your biggest fear?" She asked. I'll lose my dignity, but Thunderlane said to be trustful. Always.
"I'm scared of thunderstorms." Rumble said. Diamond Bitch must've heared because she stood up.
"RUMBLE'S SCARED OF THUNDERSTORMS!" She yelled before the class began laughing. Rumble heard a clap of thunder and hugged Scootaloo.
She would've protested, but she kinda liked it. She felt her cheeks rapidly grow red, and a weird fluttering feeling went throughout her body, not leaving. She had no choice but to return the hug and try not to faint on the spot. This was reaching toxic levels of mushiness, and Scootaloo hated that fact. She saw Pip, one of her loser friends stand up. He cupped his hands over his mouth.
"S.S WUMBWOO!" Pip yelled, drawing even more attention to the hugging pair. Scootaloo started to feel dizzy, and Rumble must've felt dizzy too, because they both threw up at the same time, and promptly passed out.
Rumble blinked. A lady with lilac, golden yellow, and pink hair was all up in his face. Rumble punched the poor lady. She fell to the ground, clutching her nose. Rumble remembered another peice of his brother's advice.
"If you cause someone's nose to get broken by one of your incredibly strong punches, apologise. Expecially if you hit a girl."
The lady stood up, now with paper towels over her nose. Rumble froze and looked at his hand. A bit of blood was on it, and he tried to open his mouth. Nothing came out. The lady smiled.
"If the girl smiles after you hit her, run Rumble. Run to the hills." Another peice of his brother's advice. The lady took a step forward...... And Rumble ran.
He had no idea on where he was going, or why he was running. He kept running, passing some people from his class. He kept running for ten minutes straight, not even stopping. Perks of being an athlete. Rumble thought. The lady wasn't far from him.
"Stop running from fears of girls Rumble. That was kinda rebutted my previous statement." Thunderlane's relevant advice.
Rumble stopped running. The lady looked surprised. She slowly walked over to Rumble. The lady smiled.
"Hi!" The lady said. Rumble gulped.
"Hello..........." Rumble replied. The lady took a step closer.
"My name is nurse Mi Amore Cadenza. Call me Nurse Cadance." Cadance stuck out her hand. Rumble shook it.
"Rumble. Sorry about punching you and running. Kinda did that before I knew what I was doing." Rumble shuffled his feet.
"Oh, no need to apologize. It's as much as my fault as yours. I knew you would wake up at any second and I still stayed a little to close to comfort." Cadance explained. "You run very fast. Possibly faster than a girl named Scootaloo." There is was. Scootaloo's name.
"If you like a feisty girl, wait until she feels comfortable around you. Then confess your feelings." Thunderlane's shockingly relevant advice.
Rumble rubbed his neck. "Why was I in your office anyway?"
"You threw up and fainted when a thunderstorm started." Cadance answered. Rumble paled. He chuckled.
"Anything else?" Rumble asked.
"Scootaloo threw up and fainted too." Cadance replied. Rumble chuckled.
"What time is it?" Rumble asked. Cadance took a peek outside.
"Twelve-ish," Cadance replied with a hand notion. Rumble started to leave but stopped.
"How do I get to Cherry Bruce Lee's class from here?" Rumble asked. Cadance made a mental note to tell Cherrilee that. Cadance giggled.
"Turn right then when you reach the vending machine turn left, three doors down," Cadance said.
"Thanks Cadance!" Rumble yelled, running off.
"Cute kid," Cadance muttered, turning around. She stopped. "How do I get to my office from here?"
Rumble arrived in no time at all, so as he was about to open the door, he heard screaming. He identified the people as Apple Bloom and Scootaloo.
"RUMBLE'S MAH WAIFU AN' YER NOT HAVIN' 'IM!" Apple Bloom screamed. Scootaloo scoffed.
"FOR THE LAST TIME, I. DON'T'. LIKE. RUMBLE! HE CAN BE YOUR WIFE'S FOOD OR SOMETHIN' LIKE THAT!" Scootaloo yelled.
"LIAR!" Apple Bloom yelled. She wound up to punch Scootaloo in the face...... And Rumble took the hit.
In the face.
Before he went unconscious he remembered more of Thunderlane's advice.
"If some chick likes you and confronts the girl you like and tries to punch her, take the hit."
"Fuck your advice Thunderlane," Rumble muttered.
Rumble blinked once, slowly. He heard a hazy "He's awake!" somewhere, but paid no mind. The first thing he saw was a girl with blond hair and golden eyes, staring at him. Her hand was lit with golden magic, different that Sweetie Belle's magic. His vision improved slowly.
He was in the Nurse's office. Again.
"Godammit," Rumble muttered. The girl frowned.
"My mommy says whenever you swear someone dies," Rumble felt bitter, so he replied bitter.
"Whenever you blink someone dies and someone has a baby, leading to overpopulation, leading to the death of our planet,"
"Ouch," Sweetie Belle said. The blond girl stared at Rumble.
"My mommy says that if somebody punches you, you get kinda crabby. She also says everyone deserves to be happy and receive hugs." The girl hugged Rumble. He pushed her away.
"I don't know you or your mother. Please explain who you are." Rumble said. The girl smiled.
"My name is Dinky!" Dinky said happily. Rumble grimaced.
"Hi Dinky, I'm Rumble." Dinky's smiled turned into a frown.
"I'm so sorry about Pip. He doesn't think before he talks most of the time. He also has a speech impediment. I think it's cute." Dinky smiled again.
"You really took a nasty hit. Be lucky you went unconscious."
"Where's AB?" Rumble asked.
"She's with Cadance discussing 'Anger Issues' or something like that." Dinky repiled. Scootaloo chose that moment to walk in.
"Hey Rumble. Thanks for letting you get punched instead of me. I owe you one." Scootaloo stared at at Rumble face. "You need to get that checked out. It's turning green, blue and purple and I heard a growling noise from it." Rumble got worried quick.
"You totally fell for it!" Scootaloo laughed. Rumble frowned.
"What happened when I was running from Cadance?" Rumble asked.
"That? Well uh, Apple Bloom likes you. A lot.
"When you hugged me, and after you were taken to Cadance, I admitted to her that I liked it. She began yelling at me about how 'Rumble's never gonna love you' an' 'Rumble's mah waifu'. I began protesting about how I've only gotten hugs from girls. Pip made a crack about me being a lesbian. I punched him.
"AB kept on yelling at me and punched me a few times. When Sweetie got involved, Apple Bloom threw her against the wall. Sweetie stayed out of it then. She began yelling at me louder, and louder meant angrier. Dinky's calming techniques didn't work. She was foaming at the mouth.
"She knocked me down a fair share of times. I never did anything to her. She slapped me, but I restrained from hitting her because I'm her friend. I knew she was gonna do some real damage soon, so I prepared for it. You came in and took the hit for me. I'm glad. That would've caused some damage to me. Bad." Rumble nodded.
"Well, I punched Cadance in the nose. And then I ran in the halls." Scootaloo laughed at Rumble's tale. A bell rung somewhere.
"It's time for lunch an' I'm starvin'! Let's go!" Scootaloo yelled, grabbing Rumble's hand and making a mad dash for the cafeteria.
Apple Bloom trudged to Cadance's office. She had her lunch with her this time. She was supposed to meet her friends and waifu outside of the office.
"Hold up Lara Croft!" Rumble yelled, running after Scootaloo. Scootaloo smirked while running.
"Oh yeah, says the guy who's been knocked out twice!" Scootaloo laughed.
"Wait up!" Pip yelled. "I can't wun as fast as you aww!"
"Stop running!" Dinky yelled.
"Everybody! I'm slightly outta shape. Stop running for my heart's sake!" Sweetie Belle yelled. Button Mash stumbled down the hallway, somehow managing to carry his lunch and play Street Fighter. Scootaloo slid to a halt, Rumble, Pip, Dinky, and Sweetie Belle doing so too.
Poor Button faceplanted.
Rumble helped him up. "Pay more attention Button," Rumble said.
"Are you phycic of something?" Button asked. He gasped. "Maybe you're a changeling who goes by the name Rumble! Maybe you're collection love from Scootaloo! Maybe y-" Rumble put a hand over his mouth.
"I am not a changeling!" Rumble said.
"You nevew denied the Scootawoo pawt!" Pip said. That statement met Pip with a fist to the face.
"Now my hand has ever more blood on it!" Rumble complained. Everyone took a few steps back from Rumble.
"Who's blood was on it first?" Apple Bloom asked.
"Cadance's" Rumble replied.
"Why did you punch her?" Sweetie Belle asked.
"I got scared, punched her, and ran." Rumble replied. Cadance walked up to the group.
"Are we starting lunch or what?" She asked.
"WAHOOO! Lunch!" Everyone cried. Well Pip said "WAHOO! Wunch!"
Lunch went well. Rumble learned more about his 'friends' if you dared. They were more like his good aquatinces. He learned Dinky's eyes where slowly drifting apart each year, something that her mother had. He learned Button Mash won every single video game tournament in every state, and the only person who could give him a challenge was Sweetie Belle. He learned Sweetie Belle was Twilight Sparkle's apprentice, Twilight Sparkle being the most powerful magic user in the world.
Scootaloo was learning from Rainbow Dash, the fastest person in the whole world. Apple Bloom lived in Sweet Apple Acres, and was a really big help around there. Rumble told them he was orginally from Applewood and moved because his brother wanted to.
"And then Flitter said, 'Why can't you just buy one banana?' And then like, ten minutes, Flitter was ready to kill the manager!" Rumble finished. Everybody laughed. It was a funny story.
"Did you know when you break the sound barrier you can do a Sonic Rainboom?" Scootaloo said. "I'll do one one day!" She gushed.
"Mhm. What if I told you that you would explode?" Dinky said. Scootaloo frowned.
"What?!" Scootaloo screamed. Dinky smiled.
"Gotcha!" Dinky said. Everyone was surprised. Dinky never pulled a prank, making her the butt of most of them.
"Dinky did a pwank!" Pip exclaimed. It truly was an accomplishment.
"What can I say? You guys always nagged me to do one!" Dinky said. Apple Bloom paused.
"Rumble, do ya lahke Scootaloo?" Apple Bloom said suddenly. Rumble broke into a sweat and stopped walking.
"When a girl than likes you asks if you like another specific girl, tell the truth. Even if you get killed."
I'm trusting you with my life, Thunder. Rumble thought. We took a deep breath.
"Imma tell the truth, I know enough about both of you to have a crush. Apple Bloom, the answer is yes." Rumble flinched. Scootaloo had a deep blush on her cheeks. Oh My Gosh!!!! He likes me! Stay calm Scootaloo. Act cool.
He likes Scootaloo?! AH'LL teach that girl a peice o' mah mind!
Rumble. You asked for a death wish. Stay calm, Sweetie. How can I be calm?! Scootaloo's gonna be dead tomorrow!
Oh Godammit! Rumble's dead! Apple Bloom, please don't kill him! Or Scootaloo! What will you do Dinky?![/color
Moooommm! I'll need to go to the hospital later! Button honey, you're fine. No! Scootaloo's in the hospital!
Rip: Scootaloo; Loving little sister and friend. Died by Apple Bloom.
Rumble saw Apple Bloom foaming at the mouth. He opened his mouth.
"RUN!!! RUN FOR THE HILLLLLLLLLS!" Rumble yelled. His friends didn't need to be told twice to understand.
Apple Bloom was right on Button and Sweetie Belle's trail. Rumble lagged a little bit, and when he was close enough, grabbed them.
"Hold on!" Rumble commanded. The group was running like rockets, trying to escape Apple Bloom.
"Dammit me! If I'd never gotten to know Scootaloo, this would've happened!" Rumble yelled. Apple Bloom was still chasing the group.
RIINNNNNNNNNNNNNNGGGGG!
Apple Bloom stopped chasing her "friends".
"See ya'll tomorrow!" Apple Bloom said happily as she skipped out of school.
Dinky dropped to her knees, panting. "That just happened,"
Rumble wiped sweat from his brow. "That just happened." The intercom buzzed to life.
Can Pipsqueak, Sweetie Belle, Button Mash, Dinky Hooves, Scootaloo, and Rumble report to the principal's office *immediately?*
Trudging sadly down the hall, the group said a collective word that summed up their day.
"Fuck!"
