Sweetie Belle, just after the inauguration of Spring, has caught a particularly nasty bug that keeps her in bed, forcing Rarity to take care of her. However, asking questions about the nature of the illness to Rarity has gone nowhere because she refused to explain Sweetie Belle what was wrong with her.

When taking care of her sister becomes a burden, Sweetie Belle suggests to hire a nurse to replace Rarity as caretaker during her illness. Little does Sweetie Belle know, that nurse is going to be the key to her recovery...
