Derpy's Last Adventure
A Normal Day
Load Full StoryNext ChapterThe sun was shining brightly and the birds were chirping. The Doctor and Derpy were walking through the soft, lush grass of an open field. The TARDIS was sitting under the shade of a great, big apple tree. It had been brought here for some strange, unknown reason, but The Doctor didn't mind. He and Derpy enjoyed the beautiful grass.
"It's beautiful out here." Derpy said as her derped eyes looked around.
The Doctor nodded as he searched the grass and sky. He was searching for any reason why the TARDIS had brought them here. He couldn't find anything. All he found were bugs, a few flowers, birds flying, and grass.
"Hmmmmmm... Strange. I wonder why the TARDIS brought us here. I don't see any reason why." The Doctor said, in his British accident.
Derpy blushed as she figured out something to say in a reply. She figured out how to make this romantic and she was going to make this work.
"Maybe it brought us here so we could relax and enjoy this beautiful field. So, let's just enjoy this nice moment together." She said, trying to sound as sweet as possible.
She moved closer to The Doctor, trying to find out way to put her arm around him.
"Hmmmmmmm... Maybe... Or maybe there's somepony who needs our help. Somewhere in this field, there's something or somepony who needs our help. Come along now Derpy." He said as he started trotting faster into the field.
Derpy's eyes lowered, as she became a bit annoyed with The Doctor. She thought that ALL he cared about was helping other ponies and not her. She decided that she was going go her own way. Maybe she would find a stallion that actually cared about her. She started trotting the other way. Did The Doctor notice? Nope. Derpy sighed sadly.
"I wish that The Doctor would care about me and our relationship." She said as she walked the opposite way.
She kept trotting until at some unexpected moment, she tripped and fell on her derped face. She slowly got up, trying to keep herself balanced. She looked behind her, trying to find out what she had tripped over. Her jaw dropped as far as it could dropped. Lying on the grassy surface, was a big, strong, changeling. She gasped as called out to The Doctor.
"DOCTOR!!! DOCTOR COME OVER HERE!!!" She called out as loud as she could.
She got no response from him.
"THERE'S A CHANGELING OVER HERE!!!" She yelled out.
Still no response.
She stared at the changeling, noticing that there was something dripping from his lips. It was a green, liquid sliding down his chin. She bent down, getting close to his mouth. She slowly opened his jaw, curious to know what the green liquid was. She looked and noticed that the liquid was dripping from his fangs. It was sort of like water dripping from a stalactite in a cave. She saw no motion from the changeling. The Doctor was nowhere to be found, so she started talking to yourself.
"Hmmmmm... What is this stuff? What the hay?" She asked herself, trying to figure it out.
As her eyes derped around the mouth of the changeling, she hadn't noticed a slight twitch in it's hoof. Soon, the changelings hooves twitched around a lot more but Derpy hadn't noticed it. At that sudden moment, it's eyes quickly shot open, and his jaw snapped shut. Derpy quickly reacted, moving away from the changeling's from.
"AGGGHH!!!" She screamed as the rolled back onto the soft grass.
The changeling lunged at her, ready to bite her wherever his fangs stabbed into. He wasn't dead... He was alive, and ready to kill...
