Prologue: The Witnessed Death
Amethyst was a human born with the brunette hair of her mother and the emerald green eyes of her father and tonight, she lost the very thing's that were dear to her.
I was running down the street, trying to get to the place of where the fire was taking place. My parents house.  "They should be fine, they must have escaped"  I told myself over and over to try and calm myself. I got to the house and bust open. I run upstairs hoping to find that no one left in the house but as soon as I opened the door to my room I was proven wrong. There was a man dressed in black that had a knife and stabbed my mother with it. She f
