Twilight Sparkle finds the challenge of ruling over Ponyville as Princess to be a difficult one, having lost a dear friend and her old home she begins to indulge in a darker life, without thinking of the consequences.

The residents of her beloved town look up to the powerful unicorn but soon grow to fear her.
