It was early Saturday morning, the early sun dawned over Sweet Apple Acres. The apple family were in the dining table. AJ was cooking breakfast, getting ready for the morning chores when there was a knock on the door.
"Ooh! Ah got it!" Apple Bloom giggled, getting down from her chair and running towards the door. She opened the door and smiled, seeing Moonlight Dancer at the door. The sun gave her a black skin a glow, dressed in her work clothes with a music cleft and rose mark over her chest.
"Morning Apple Bloom." Moonlight Dancer giggled, giving the little farm girl a hug.
"Ready for work today?" Apple Bloom asked, hugging her back. She enjoyed having Moonlight working at the farm. It was like having another big sister.
"Don't you know it." She smiled. Her nose filled with sweet scent of fresh pancakes. "Aj cooking?"
"Eeyup!" Apple Bloom smiled, grabbing her hand and leading her into the kitchen. "Oh Applejack! Moonlight's here!" She called.
Applejack turned from the stove and smiled at her presence. "Howdy Moonlight, care for some brunch?" She asked her, skillfully flipping a pancake, tossing it to the ever so growing stack on the table.
"Sure but not too much, no doubt Pinkie will make me taste most of the sweets." She chuckled, walking over to the table, right next to Big Mac. She gave him a flirtatious wink at the boy. He chuckled before sipping a glass of milk.
"Ah just don't know how ya eat that many sweets and still keep that figure of yer's." AJ said before putting the syrup on the table.
"Between kicking apples and athletic practice with Dash." Moonlight shrugs before grabbing a plate, using a fork she took several flapjacks and put them on her plate. She grabs the syrup and drizzle it on the stack before eating it.
"So Moonlight, ya nervous for ya first show tonight?" AJ asked, sitting down, she, her brother and sis began wolfing down their breakfast.
"Sort've." She replied, gulping the pancakes down with milk. "I'm used to performing Musicals and such, but I never got up on stage and performing my own songs."
"With your powerful voice, you got nothin' to worry 'bout." Applejack said encouraging her.
"Plus, you got the Rainbooms to back ya up." Apple Bloom beamed.
"Eeyup." Big Mac nods, already finishing up his meal. He got up and walked out.
The Apples finished and head out to the orchard. The sun, still early, was still cool enough for them to work before the heat of the day over takes them. Applejack, Apple Bloom and Moonlight were working at the southwest of the orchard. They either used sticks or use their legs to knock or kick the apples out of the trees and they fell into the baskets below.
"Hey girls," Moonlight called them.
"What is it?" AJ asked, taking off her hat to wipe the sweat off her brow.
"I've been working on a new soccer trick. I think it'll work for these apple trees also." Moonlight said, going over to a filled apple tree.
"Show us! Show us!" Apple Bloom cheered.
"Alright, show us this trick of yer's." AJ smiled.
Moonlight nodded, taking a few steps back. She walked back a few feet before making a running start. Moonlight's athletic legs pulsed as she ran towards the target. Only a few feet, she jumped, flipped in mid-air before both of her boots hit the middle of the tree with a powerful force. She fell on the ground, along with every single apple falling off of the tree. A couple of them hit her on top of her head. She didn't care.
"WHOO EY! You kick harder than a bucking horse down at rodeo. That was awesome!" Applejack hooted at her.
"Teach me! Teach me! Maybe ah can be good with soccer!" Apple Bloom beams, praising Moonlight like a goddess.
"It's called practice, Apple Bloom." She giggled at the little girl, patting her on top of her head. "Hard work and dedication, that is how you can be good at anything really." Moonlight stood up, brushing the dirt off of her black jean shorts.
Apple Bloom frowns before picking up the apples that didn't fall in the baskets.
AJ and Moonlight shared a laugh before going back to the apples.
Moonlight worked until it was near noon. She waved at AJ and Apple bloom before going to the farm house. After a few hours work, she deserved a well good shower, knowingly she would need another after baking with Pinkie Pie. Ever since coming to this town two years ago, the girls had been so kind to her. They took her in so easily, made them part of the group. She cherished that. It made her feel like they were family to her.
Speaking of family, as she was going to use their bathroom, the door opened and a bright red hand shot out, grabbing her wrist and pulling her in and shuts the door.
Big Mac brought Moonlight in for a deep and passionate kiss. Moonlight loved it how he does this to her. Mac locks the door behind her before picking her up and setting her on the sink. He leans forwards and buries his face in her neck. His masculine arms wrapped around her waist, holding her still.
"Mac, no..." Moonlight moans deeply, knowingly what he was doing. Her hand on his chest, weakly trying to push him off. Him kissing her neck always made her melt in his embrace. The fastest way to get her aroused.
Two months ago, Big mac was upset about something and Moonlight decided to help him cheer up. What she didn't expect later that evening having sex in one of the stalls in the barn. Applejack wasn't all too happy to find out one of her friends doing her older brother. But recently, she allows them to be together, just as long as they do their business somewhere else.
"Mac.. I have to get ready for Pinkie...I can't be...oh god." She moaned loudly. He nips her neck, trailing down to her collar bone. His hand trailing through and up Moonlight's blue tee. Gathering up some of her sanity, Moonlight pushes his hand down and managed to push him away. "No, down boy." she said. Her face clearly flustered.
He gives her a puppy dog look in his eyes. He wanted her to let him continue.
"Eenope. Sorry Mackie, but I have to get clean up. I don't want Pinkie to get mad again." She chuckled. She wanted to continue so bad but work was work. "This was just a rehearsal. The real deal will happen after my show." She smiled sadly.
"Promise?" He looks at her with that same look that sent chills down her spine.
"I swear." She said, leaning in, giving him a small kiss on the lips. "Now get out before Granny Smith thinks there are ghosts in here."
Big Mac chuckled, causing his red cheeks to glow of embarrassment. That did happen at least twice and he didn't think Granny can handle another round of ghosts haunting the farm.
"Get out cowboy." She said pointing at the door.
Mac walks towards the door, unlocking it before opening. Freezing when he saw Granny Smith there.
"Are there Ghosts here?" She asked, looking in the bathroom. "They've been causing a ruckus again."
Moonlight tried her best to keep herself from laughing. Mac face-palms before leaving.
After a hot shower, she changed to her normal clothes and marched over to Sugar-cubed Corners. Before she even got to the door, Pinkie Pie opens the door and drags her in.
"Oh I'm so glad you're here!" Pinkie giggled. "I need my number one tongue to taste the cookies for tonight's show." From head to toe, the pink curled girl was covered in flour and frosting.
That sounds so wrong in so many ways She thought before following Pinkie to the kitchen. It looked like a tornado whipped through there. The counters and stove was covered in batter and frosting. It even covered her pet alligator Gummy, who was staring blankly in space, licking the stuff off of him.
On one clean counter top was a batch of cookies with the Rainboom's faces frosted on all of them.
"They're for tonight!" She squealed before grabbing a cookie with Moonlight's face on it. "Here's you. Have a taste!" Before Moonlight could respond, Pinkie shoves the whole thing in her mouth.
Moonlight chews the cookies and moans in delight. "Pinkie, this is good...though lay off of the black licorice. Not many people like that stuff."
"Just trying a new recipe." She giggled. "I guess we can try chocolate buttercream. Thank goodness you're here, we need to bake cupcakes!"
"Oh no..." Moonlight uttered under her breath. Every time they were to bake cupcakes, Pinkie sings her cupcake song over, and over, and over again until the task was completed. Seriously, if she ever goes to the army, they won't need weapons, just sent the pink girl out on the front lines and the enemies will surrender if it would take for her to shut up. Moonlight rather listen Rainbow Dash's theme song than hearing Pinkie.
After two nonstop hours of baking and ignoring Pinkie's song, they were able bake two thousand cupcakes and cookies, ready for tonight's event.
"I can put them in their goodie bags, but first." As fast as pinkie could, she cleaned the counters, stoves, Gummy, herself and Moonlight.
Moonlight's jaw dropped. For two years and she has not understand that girl. She was about to ask what the hell just happened but shuts up, remembering that it's Pinkie Pie, don't question it.
"I'll fill them in the bag, you go to Rarity. She has a costume for you." She giggled before going to the sweets. "Hmmmm Frosting." She moans.
Moonlight shivered with that comment before leaving the bakery. She looked at her watch and grins. She only got an extra thirty minutes before she would go to Rarity. All she had to do is organize her fabrics and secretly tries on her stuff. Moonlight cracked her knuckles before walking through town.
As she walked, she sees Fluttershy sitting on a bench at the park, feeding many pigeons.
"Oh there you go guys, fresh baked bread made especially for you birdies." Fluttershy giggled.
Moonlight smiled and walked over to her. "Hey Fluttershy, feeding the birds again?" she asked. She knows she is, but couldn't help but ask.
"Yeah, I love feeding the birds, they're cutsie wootsie and fun to be around with." She smiled softly at her as a bird landed on her head and sat down. She giggled. "Oh Mr. Bird, my head is not a tree. Though I would love to be a tree."
"Oh Flutters," Moonlight giggled. "Been writing new songs?"
"Oh yes, and...I was wondering...if you could possible...maybe." She stuttered.
"Spit it out, Shy." Moonlight said.
"Oh." she blushed. "Well...I was wondering if you could...sing one of my songs after your performance?"
Moonlight chuckled, shaking her head. "Sure, just let me see those lyrics and I'll have them down when we perform."
Fluttershy smiled before reaching for her bag. Just as she took the notebook out, Rainbow Dash calls out.
"Yo Egghead!" She calls Moonlight. Moonlight sees Rainbow running towards them with a soccer ball.
"Sup Rainbow, what's up?" Moonlight greets, giving Rainbow a fist bump.
"Soarin and the others invited me to play soccer with them, but our team is short on goalie, care to fill that in?" She asked.
"I have to go to Rarity's boutique in a few minutes. " Moonlight said.
Rainbow wraps an arm around Moonlight's shoulders. Funny, Moonlight was 5'8, five inches taller than Rainbow Dash. "Ah come on Moon, if we win we can hang out with them, and possible me winning a date with Soarin."
"Maybe next time. I promise," Moonlight chuckled, refusing her offer.
"But you have the best kick at school, you have to play." She said. Rainbow sees a look on Moonlight, saying that she won't do it.
"I have to get to Rarity's place before she has a cow of me being late, and besides, last time I tracked mud in her home, she docked my pay."
"You have like two other jobs, you can just quit her sissy business and hang out with us."
Moonlight took Rainbow's arm off of her. "Next time, I promise." She smiled. "Flutters, text me those lyrics, I gotta fly. See ya'll at the concert." Moonlight ran off, waving at them.
"Yeah, but you owe me, Egghead!" Dash calls out from behind her.
Moonlight gave her a thumbs up before running toward Rarity's Boutique. She pushes Lyra and Bon Bon aside by accident as she ran. "SORRY!!!" She calls out to them as she ran. She ran across town to get to the boutique.
She knocked on the door before wiping the sweat off of her head. She should've ran, all sweating from the run. But she didn't care, she needed to run those extra calories off after eating and testing those sweets. She waited a few moments before realizing there was a sign on her door.
CLOSED FOR TONIGHT'S ENTOURAGE
"Is she not here?" Moonlight murmured, peering in the windows, she sees the lights on and Sweetie Belle in the middle of the floor drawing something. Moonlight tapped on the window, getting the little girl's attention.
Sweetie Belle looked up and saw Moonlight pressing her face on the glass. She giggled before going to the door and opening it up. "Hi there Moonlight." She smiled.
"Hey Sweetie, is your sister here?" Moonlight asked.
"Yeah, she's in her sewing room." She said. "Good luck on tonight's concert." She grins.
"Well, I had to thank you for helping me with my lyrics." Moonlight giggled, patting her head.
"No problem." Sweetie Belle responded, fixing her head band.
"Hey Sweetie Belle!" Scootaloo's voice called out from behind Moonlight. She was on her scooter, dragging a red wagon with Apple Bloom in it.. "Get on, we're going to the lake to try to fish again."
"Coming," Sweetie Belle called back. She looked at Moonlight, "See you tonight!" She squealed before going to her two friends, hopping on the wagon. Scootaloo amazingly sped off on her scooter, she was usually faster than the usual car in town.
"At least they aren't jumping over sharks like last time." Moonlight chuckled nervously uneasy before entering the boutique, closing the door behind her. "Rarity," She calls out. "It's me, Moonlight, I'm here, ready for work."
"I'm in here, darling," Rarity called from her sewing room, just like what Sweetie Belle said.
Moonlight walked down the hall and went through the first door on the right, entering the sewing room. She saw Rarity working on what appears to be her costume for tonight's event: a laced corset with a sweet heart neckline, a pair of tight pants that flare at the bottom with an attachable long and flowy skirt. All in the color of dark purple with her mark on the hip of both the pants and skirt, many beading on it to make it sparkle.
"Wowza, that's pretty, Rarity." She commented.
"Why tha...Oh my dear lord!" She gasped, turning around to see the mess Moonlight was in. "What in heavens happened to you?"
"kicking apples, baking sweets, had a nice run, it's a nice day for it too." Moonlight beamed, shrugging it like it was a daily thing...which it was.
"But your hair, it is a good thing you came in deary," She said, grabbing her hand and dragging her a chair. "Now hold still."
"Oh crap." She said, closing her eyes. She was expecting her hair being pulled and tugged hard. But instead, she heard music of a keytar. She opened her eyes and saw that Rarity had her CD player of her playing the music. The music caused her pony ears and tail coming out.
"Ah, now I can get to business." She smiled, taking her glasses off.
Moonlight was surprised at first when she first learned that the Rainbooms have pony magic. She almost called the government on them but she soon got used to them having ears and tails....and wings with Dash and Fluttershy. They usually played with instruments to activate them, but this was the first time she saw the transformation without an instrument in Rarity's hands.
"What's going on?" she asked her confused.
"Oh," Rarity giggled. "Well, I learned that I can change with just hearing myself play my instrument. And something interesting, watch this!" She raised her right hand, a light blue aura radiate off of her hand. Moonlight sat back and witness red fabric, scissors, thread, needle and a lot of other stuff, covered in the light blue aura and being lifted in the air. They raced to an empty mannequin. This bright light illuminate off of dummy. After a split second later, this amazingly beautiful halter top dress with a revealing back just appeared.
Moonlight's jaw dropped, amazed what Rarity had created in a split second.
"I know! It's amazing darling. Ever since I learned I could do that, my creative genius heightens. Learning how to move objects was hard, but it all paid off. And for some reason, I tried it out in the park, my hands lead me to some beautiful gems deep underneath the ground."
"That's amazing, Rarity." Moonlight admit. Making her a bit jealous that she didn't sprout wings or magic. "You said it heightens your mind?" she asked.
"Of course." Rarity said.
"Have you told the others? Does Sunset Shimmer know?" Moonlight asked.
"I was about to when I first found out, but I had so much fun making new designs that I kept pushing it aside." Rarity blushed before smiling at her. "Now, lets fix that hair of yours. You're split ends have split ends." She said, raising her hand at Moonlight. "Warning,...you're my first test on a living being."
"What!?" Moonlight shouted before being engulfed by the blue aura. A bright light shone off of the purple and black haired maiden before disappearing, leaving Moonlight's hair perfectly cut at an attractive length, her hair in layers and soft as silk.
"Aw, perfect!" Rarity giggled, walking over to the CD player and turning it off. Her ears and tail disappeared.
"That feels too weird." Moonlight moaned, a weird feeling in the pit of her stomach commence and she did not like it.
“You look amazing darling, now, we can try on your new costume.” Rarity giggled. “And I won’t be using magic for this part.”
“Never use it on me again.” She mumbled before going over to the costume mannequin. She began to take each piece out one by one before they fell on her arm.
She was about to go to the curtain when she was stopped by Rarity. “Sweetie, you can change out here. You do need someone to help lace the corset.”
Moonlight blushed red. “Um…” She was used to being naked around Big Mac. But he was her boyfriend. To show off her body to other people, even if they were in the same gender, she felt uncomfortable showing off.
“Just go on, no one else is watching.” Rarity smiled.
“Can you at least turn around?” Moonlight asked her, still turning red.
“Alright.” Rarity sighed, turning around, her back facing Moonlight.
She sighed in relief before unlacing her boots and taking them off, unbuttoning her jeans and pulling them off, reviling a pair of lacy blue panties. She took her shirt off, showing off a black strapless Double D cupped bra. Moonlight had a toned, athletic body with all the right curves on on the right places. Not too many girls have that hour glass figure.
She took the dark purple pants and slid them on. They were tight and hard to get on. She made a few grunting sound as she slipped them on. Luckily, it didn’t have any buttons or zippers to fasten it.
She grabbed the skirt part and wrapped it around her lower half. There were two clips on the side of her pants, just near her mark. She snapped the skirt on and grabbed her corset. She pressed it against her chest, the back would need to be laced.
“Okay Rarity, you can turn around now.” Moonlight murmured. Rarity turned and gasped, eyeing at her friend’s costume on her.
“It looks beautiful darling!” Rarity giggled, walking over to her. “Now stand still, this will hurt a bit...and the bra has to go. The corset has a built in support cups.”
Moonlight blushed, she didn’t want to take it off in front of her.
“I’ll take care of it. Seriously, you have to be come more confident in your own skin, darling.” Rarity said, turning Moonlight around. Moonlight shivered when she felt Rarity’s cold hands going up her back. Rarity tugged the clasps a few times before undoing the bindings, letting the big girls free. Rarity tugged the bra off, tossing it to the floor before grabbing the lips of the corset. “Now darling, let’s get you to a wall, I need you to brace yourself when I lace you up.”
Moonlight moaned, leading Rarity to the closest wall there was before putting her hands on the wall.
Rarity grabbed the black string and began lacing it. It took a few moments before Rarity sharply pulled the corset together. Moonlight screamed a bit. The corset was becoming to tight, and Rarity was making it more tight.
“R-rarity!” Moonlight gasped. “W-w-why is it….this tight!?” she hollers.
“We have to show off those beautiful curves of yours,” Rarity grunts, pulling more of the string back, making Moonlight moan loudly.
Oh fuck, oh fuck! It fucking hurts! Moonlight thought painfully.
Rarity kept pulling the string back, Moonlight felt her sides contracting, making it painful to breathe.
“I-i can’t breathe!” She gasped, removing one hand from the wall and held her stomach.
“That is the price of having a traditional corset.” Rarity grunts, pulling more. “They show off your curves perfectly, I’m just bring it out more!”
Moonlight pants, trying to collect air into her ever so crushing lungs. The tighter Rarity pulled, the more she moans and groans loudly.
A few people who innocently passed by the boutique heard Moonlight’s moans and screaming. A few ran quickly away, some stood there, guessing that it was Rarity with her special boyfriend she has every other week. None thought too quickly that it was Moonlight being assaulted by a corset.
“And….” Rarity quickly tied the corset, finishing off. “Done!”
Moonlight collapses to the ground, obviously out of breath. Her breathing became shallow, her sides basically screaming in pain.
“Now, now, it’s not all that bad.” Rarity giggled, getting a glass of water for Moonlight. She kneel down, lifting her head up with one and and brought the glass between Moon’s lips. She drained the water quickly.
It took more than five minutes for her to began breathing normally, her breathing pattern adjusted slightly with the corset on. But still, it was very uncomfortable.
“Now, If you don’t want to go through that, I suggest wear it for the rest of the day.” Rarity suggests.
Moonlight nodded in response as she sat up.
“This outfit fits you so perfectly, it’ll draw everyone away from that love bite you have on your neck, darling.” Rarity smirked.
Moonlight blushed and covered her neck. Damn it, Mac! she thought embarrassment.
“Well, after the show, you can have a certain farm boy help you out.” Rarity teased.
“You and the others...can fuck off.” Moonlight chuckled, shaking her head before slowly standing up. She looked up at the clock on the wall. It was nearly five in the afternoon. She had to get going and hurry if she would get to Sunset Shimmer’s place.
Rarity hands Moonlight her paycheck for this week before heading out of the store.
A ten minute walk later and Moonlight came to Sunset’s home. It was a two story home with five bedroom and two bathroom. She came up to the door and say that there was a note on it for her.
Moonlight,
Please come to the cellar.
sign,
Sunset Shimmer
Moonlight shrugged before heading over to the side of the house. She walked up to the wooden cellar door with Sunset’s mark painted in the middle. She grabbed the knob, attempting to pull.
"HIYA!" Pinkie's voice made Moonlight jump. She turns around and saw the five girls from earlier.
"Jesus! Why are you girls here?" Moonlight asked them, trying to breathe again. She took a look at their outfits, they were in their Rainboom Costumes.
"Sunset Shimmer texted us ta come down 'ere for last moment band practice." Applejack chuckled. "Nice outfit by the way...right Big Mac?"
Peaking from behind the girls was a head for of orange messy hair. Mac was covering his nose, most likely having a nose bleed from seeing Moonlight in her sexy costume. Moonlight's guess, he came to watch them play before heading for the school. Or maybe trying to get some last minute alone time with his girlfriend.
"Well, let's get going," Rainbow Dash grins.
Moonlight chuckled sightly, grabbing the knob one more time and pulled the cellar door's opened. The group walked downstairs. Sunset's cellar was much larger than Apple's cellar, there were machine, equipment, chemicals, test tubes, just about everything you can think of for a scientist's lab.
"Oh good, you girls are here." Sunset comes in, wearing her Rainboom costume and with a white lab coat over it. "Hey Big Mac."
"So, what's up?" Rainbow Dash asked. "I was about to win when we got your text."
"Well,I want to get to the bottom on how magic works in the world." Sunset chuckled, brushing a red strain of hair out of her eyes. "And I think I got to the bottom of it and how we can use our powers when we want, not just when we play music."
"Rarity actually figured that out." Moonlight chuckled. The other girls looked straight at the blushing white girl
"Oh, guilty as charge." She chuckled. Sunset Shimmer leaped over to Rarity, grabbing her hands.
"You have!?" Sunset's eyes were saucers, shocked that Rarity did something before her.
"Might as well show us, sugarcube." AJ chuckled as the girls and Mac walked to the sitting area. Big Mac sat in a chair, grabbing Moonlight by the waist and pulling her on his lap.
"Well, howdy." Moonlight chuckled before they shared a sweet kiss.
"Get a room, love birds." Rainbow laughed, throwing a small pillow at them.
Big Mac grunted annoyance at the cyan girl.
"Well, you may start, Rarity." Sunset Shimmer said, grabbing her clipboard and looked at Rarity with anticipation.
"Alright, prepare for a show of a life time." Rarity smiled, grabbing her purse and taking out her phone. She went to her music list and pressed play. Gentle music of her keytar blared out of the tiny speakers. Just like from earlier, her pony ears appeared on top of her head and her curled purple hair extended into a pony tail. "Ta-da!"
"Whoa!" the other five girls awed, seeing her transformation.
"And this was just from hearing yourself play?" Rainbow Dash asked, gawking at her.
Sunset Shimmer nearly dropped her clipboard. "How did you figure this out?" She asked, taking notes.
"Well, it was a few weeks ago, I was just playing around with my instrument when I got this idea, what if I could hear myself play and still transform. I recorded myself and voila!" She chuckled. "And I also discovered I can use actual magic!" She giggled.
"As in...unicorn magic?" Sunset asked, looking up at her with saucer eyes.
"I believe so...is that what I am?" Rarity asked confused. "Anyway yes, I can do magic, though it's more of moving stuff around, making dresses and finding precious gems!"
"It's true, I saw and experience it." Moonlight said, flipping her hair to show them what she meant. "Never again, I may add."
"Oh it wasn't that bad," Rarity scuffed.
"That is awesome!" Pinkie giggled. "Me next, me next!" She bounced.
"If all of us could do that, we can use our powers whenever we want!" Rainbow Dash hooted. "Aw yeah! I want to fly again, that Fall Formal gave me such a rush! I could fly whenever I want!"
"T-this is incredible!" Sunset Shimmer shouted, writing what she heard on her clip board and running towards her equipment and adding the data into the computer.
The group watch the red and yellow hair scientist work her machine. When she was done, she stepped back with a smile bigger than Pinkie's. "I did it!"
"What did ya do?" AJ asked, concerning and confused with that science and mathematics.
"Rarity, because of your big beautiful brain, I just uncover how magic works in this world!" Sunset laughed.
"How does it work?" Fluttershy asked, fixing her hair clip.
"When I was living in Equestria, each pony was born with some type of magic, earth ponies, which I believe Pinkie and AJ here have, have something to do of the earth, AJ, clearly with her amazing farming skills and Pinkie's....partying I think. Fluttershy and Dash are clearly pegasi, since they have wings. Their job is controlling and managing weather." She instructs.
"Oh sweet! Controlling weather is like awesome!" Rainbow jumps up, pumped up and ready.
"Well most do." Sunset chuckled. "And lastly, when I was in Equestria, I was a unicorn. Since witnessing Rarity and what I've heard, she is too. Anyway, my point is that even in this world, humans have magic. In studies, we do not know all the functions of the human body, including the missing piece of our brain. I believe that piece is magic and it can only be awaken by magic. When Princess Twilight came, she brought magic here."
"So we need a princess to unlock everyone else's magic?" AJ asked.
"In theory, yes. But since Rarity demonstrate it, if we can combine all of our powers, we can give anyone magic...when I mean everyone, I mean Moonlight."
"Crazy mad scientist said what now?" Moonlight looked dumbfounded. "Did you just say that you can give me magic?"
Sunset Shimmer nodded in respond. "I think I made it possible."
All but Moonlight cheered to have another ponyfied friend.
"Um...say I do want to be a whatever you girls are...how do we do that?" Moonlight asked.
"Why did I even ask that stupid question?" Moonlight whimpered. She was sitting on a chair, a strange helmet on her head, the other girls had their instruments hooked up to the machine that was connected to Moonlight's helmet and chair.
"Are you sure this is safe?" Big Mac asked, concerning of his girlfriend strapped to a chair.
"She'll be fine, Big Mac," Dash grinned before looking at Sunset. "Right?"
"It should." Sunset said, adjusting her mic and rhythmic guitar. "Okay Moonlight, this is easy, all you have to do is relax. The girls and I are going to play one of our songs. It'll generate our magic. Now, as we play, our magic should travel through these special tubes, they'll travel to the helmet. I believe it'll unlock that one missing piece in your brain and revile your magic."
"Why do I have a feeling it's going to shock me?' Moonlight mumbled.
"You won't be." Sunset reassuring. "I think."
"Eenope!" Big mac cuts in, going towards Moonlight had her unhooked from the machine. "This thing is just too dangerous for Moonlight." He said.
"Aw c'mon now, Big Mac," AJ said. "If Sunset Shimmer said that it's not dangerous, then it ain't dangerous."
"Yeah, Mac, Moonlight doesn't need a parent to tell her what's dangerous." Dash chuckled.
Moonlight glared at her. "Dash, you need to shut up. Listen guys, lets just get through tonight, without turning me into a pony and tomorrow or something, we can try this. I wanna live." She said, grabbing Mac's hand.
"Well...she does have a point...this thing looks...dangerous," Fluttershy spoke softly. "Even I'm afraid of it."
"Well," Rarity looks at her phone and screams. "We got 5 minutes before the show starts!"
"Oh no! When making this machine, I totally lost track of time," Sunset said, unplugging her instrument, so did the other girls.
"My car is faster, we'll ride in there." Rainbow Dash said, she was the first person out of the car.
"But it's meant for two people!" Rarity was next.
"Let's go ya two," AJ said to Moonlight and Big Mac.
"EEyup," Mac said, leading Moonlight out. As they were walking out, Moonlight trips on Sunset Shimmer's backpack. Now when she fell, she crashed into Sunset's control panel. When she did, the entire house began to shake.
"What's going on?!" Fluttershy cried.
"It's an earthquake!" Aj said, Sunset and the others hunkered under tables and such. "Hang on everyone!"
"What did you do!?!" Sunset Shimmer snapped at Moonlight.
"I tripped and hit your control thingie!" Moonlight snapped back.
The machine where Moonlight once sat upon it began to break apart, this black hole appeared out of nowhere. It began to suck everything in.
"You made a Black Hole!!!" Sunset screamed as the group was beginning to drag towards the hole out of space.
"M-mac! Your rope!!" AJ shouted, trying to stop herself from being dragged forward.
Big mac held onto Moonlight with one arm and dug into his back pocket to grab a rope he had. He threw it to AJ who was able to catch it and tie it around a bolted down shelf.
"Grab the rope and hold on tight!" AJ shouted, holding on tightly before tossing it out to the others. Sunset Shimmer grabbed it and so did Big Mac and Moonlight.
"HELP!!!" Fluttershy screamed, she was too close to the black hole and the rope didn't go further.
"Fluttershy!!" The girls screamed.
Moonlight looked at Big Mac. "Let me go. I can grab Fluttershy!"
"I'm not losing you!" Big Mac replied.
"She's taller than us, she can hold onto the rope and grab her!," Sunset gritted her teeth, holding on.
Big Mac gulps, closing his eyes before letting her go.
Moonlight quickly held on to the rope and attempts to make her way to Fluttershy. She inched her way towards her until she was at the end of the rope. She looks at Fluttershy who was screaming and was so close to being sucked into the black hole. She was still too far for Moonlight to reach. She looks around the room the figure out what to do. With all the ideas she has in her mind, all end up in the same ending: She'll be sucked in.
Moonlight turned to the guys, tears rolled down her cheeks. "I'm so sorry..." she said.
"Don't!" Sunset shouted but it was too late, Moonlight lets go of the rope and was dragged down towards the hole. As she was being dragged, she grabbed the nearest chair and throws it at Flutters, knocking her away as Moonlight was sucked into the black hole and it instantly closes.
Meanwhile in another dimension
In a very familiar settings, the Rainbooms were gathering in Sunset Glare's laboratory.
"So, man, lemme get this straight...you want me to sit on that death trap and be your experimental Guinea Pig??" Shadow Star asked his friend in the lab coat.
"Oh don't be such a chicken shit, Star," Rainbow Blitz laughed. "We all know you want magic, this is your big chance. You'll be like really part of the band."
"Not if it cost my life. Right Care?" He looks up at his girlfriend who was sitting on his lap.
Big Macareia nods. "Eeyup, It's just too dangerous for Shadow to go in that machine."
"And besides, I already been a Guinea Pig for Elusive earlier." he glares at the male fashionista.
"Oh don't give me that look, dear boy," Elusive grunts, folding his arms across his chest. "You weren't complaining earlier when your mate was stroking your hair."
"Now listen here partners," Applejack said, fixing his base guitar. He was clearly the biggest and broader than the rest of the boys in the room. "If my older sister doesn't want Shadow to be in that chair, then he's not gonna be in the chair there. Now we got five minutes before the show starts."
As soon as he said that, Bubble Berry began to shake up and down violently.
"Whoa Double B, you skitzin' or something?" Blitz asked, backing away from his strange friend.
"I-i-i- d-d-don't k-n-n-now." Bubble said as he shook. Cupcakes and his extra pair of drum sticks fell out of his ears he shook so hard. Ww-w-w-w-w-h-h-h-e-e-e-v-v-v-e-e-er-r-re-e-e i-i-i-t is-" He stops all of the sudden. "It's a doozy, that was fun, i'm gonna do that again!"
"Uh..." Sunset Glare looks at Bubble before his machines started setting off his alarm. Flashing red light lit up the cellar. A metal door blocked the entrance way and the door that leads upstairs to Glare's home. They were trapped.
"What in hay's going on around 'ere?" Macareia asked, looking around.
"I don't know but it's scary and loud, please turn it off," Butterscotch whimpered, hiding behind the couch.
Glare was at his computer trying to shut it off. "I have no clue what's happening, something's not right."
"Well whatever it is, I hope it doesn't make us late." Blitz said. He was more concern about the concert than their situation.
"Uh....guys!" Shadow shouts, pointing at the corner of the room, a black was opening.
"Glare, shut it off!" Aj shouted. Instead of the black hole sucking in everything, it was blowing everything away. Shadow held into his girlfriend while the others tried to stay balance.
"I-i can't!" Sunset Glare shouted back. "I don't know what's going on!"
Random junk began to shoot out of the hole. Blitz and Elusive jumped away from the stuff. Bubble Berry begins dodging the stuff like it was dodge ball and was having fun.
"WWWWWHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!" Moonlight shot through the black hole, she slid and tumble across the tile floor and crashes into Bubble Berry's drum set. A nasty cracking sound heard from her arm and a couple of her ribs. "OW!" she shouted in pain. The hole closes.
"What...the hell...?" Blitz looked at Glare. "Was that...?" he then spots Moonlight and his eyes widened. All the boys and Macareia looked at the intruder.
"Oh...I'm going to kill Sunset." She grumbled, slowly sitting up, holding her what appears to be a broken arm. She looked up and froze. She realized that she was surrounded by boys instead of her friends...in fact, they all looked like them.
"You okay?" Butterscotch whimpered, poking his head up from his hiding spot.
Moonlight's eyes rolled in the back of her head and she falls backwards, passing out.
"Oh shit," Shadow said, looking at her.
