Carnival of Dreams
The Carnival of Dreams
Load Full StoryNext ChapterIt appears in the dead of night. Without announcement or warning, the circus appears on the outskirts of town, ready to show the inhabitants what entertainment really is.
Ponies of all ages flock to the circus in the morning, curious where it came from and excited for what it has to offer. All day they play at the circus, enchanted by the lights, captivated by the sights.
Then one night, as the ponies leave the circus to go home and sleep, they feel an awful sense of finality, as though something wonderful is ending. Come morning they understand what the feeling is when they find a barren field where the circus stood. Every trace of the circus gone but the memory, as though it were all but a dream.
The circus never returns to the same place twice, but if you're very lucky, the circus may come for you.
