Luna barley made it to the crippled six, and gathered them up and healed them.

It was the only thing she could do now.

Celestia was conscious again, but just stared at her now destroyed castle, sorrow and grief fell over her.

Luna finished healing the six, asked if they we're alright, then headed to Celestia.

"What happened?" Celestia asked Luna, not looking at her, and spoke in a soft voice.

"I don't know, but it wasn't magic that did this." Luna gestured to the ruin of the former castle.

Suddenly, Celestia semmed panicked.

"Were is Venom!?" Celestia asked Luna.

Luna thought for a moment, then felt her stomach ache.

She flew twords the castle, Celestia and the six tailing behind her.

As she flew, she past pools of some kind of orange liquid...

...and blood.....

...and metal....

....and cloth....

She stopped, Celestia did the same.

Followed by the six.

They all saw Akrid X, a huge hole in his chest. Lifeless.

Luna noticed a blood trail.

She followed it....

Venom was there, on his back.

She ran to him.

"V-Venom?" She could barley keep her stomach down.

Venom had burns all over his body, well, what's left of it.

He had his left arm missing, his right leg was three feet away from him, and he was almost torn in half.

"Venom...." Luna was beginning to sob.

Venom brought up his one hand, and stroked Luna's hair.

"I-its, OK Luna. When I came to this world, it was by accident. But, I would have never meet you if it didn't happen. You are the most beautiful mare anybody or pony could ask for. But as long I die seeing your blue eyes, I'm happy."

Venom coughed blood, and placed his hand on Luna's hoof.

And gave something to her.

She looked down.

His necklace.

It was almost destroyed, pieces chipped off, burnt, and almost all the lining was missing.

Venom touched Luna's hoof.

He was cold.

"That is to remember me, my time is done, I will watch you in another life, guiding you through.

"OK, Venom." Luna let herself cry in Venoms dying arms, drenching his chest even further.

Venom smiled, and slowly, fell into a sleep he will be in forever.

Luna cried, asking why to the sky.

Celestia could only watch, there magic has no affect on him, nature took over.

Luna wrapped Venom in her wings and hooves to hug him close one final time.

So cold.

-----1 year later-----

Luna was walking the streets of Cantorlot, not going anywhere in particular. She just let her mind do the walking.

She felt tugs of emotion guiding her some were, but just walked.

She came into a building with a high ceiling to shiny marble floors, she could even see her reflection.

She walked into a set of chained doors, she pulled out a key.

She unlocked it, and went inside.

The room was dedicated for Venom, for his sacrifice and bravery.

She came to a part she knew all to well.

A plaque with a inscription on it, and a podeum with Venoms necklace placed there.

She read the inscription.

"Tee who sacrifice thyselves in sake for another shall be gifted thy wish of protection, on land, by sea, in air, in heart."

Luna let a tear fall from her cheek and on to the podeum.

"Thank you Venom..." Luna whispered.

I KNOW, IT WAS AN ABRUPT ENDING! Or was it? I dunno.

Anyway I hoped you liked the story and since this story was an experiment, I will see the results soon enough.
