Please Don't Love Me
Chapter One: Lovey Dovey
"Twilight Sparkle, you've arrived." Princess Celestia happily announced." And I see you've brought your friends."
Twilight and her companions smiled brightly, as they entered the castle of the Crystal Empire. The girls had been called earlier that day for what seemed to be urgent matters. Unfortunately, just in the middle of their party, too. Upsetting Pinkie Pie deeply.
"Princess Celestia, We got your letter" Twilight told her mentor," Is it true?"
The princess nodded, speaking regally," I'm afraid so, my faithful student, Princess Cadence is stuck in an ice cube. To make matters worse, the prime suspect of the case has escaped her containment, and is running around the Crystal Empire freely."
Twilight shook her head in disagreement, her sister-in-law couldn't have been this easily defeated, could she? Before responding however, Rainbow Dash rudely interrupted.
"But what's so bad about this suspect anyway?" Rainbow Dash questioned the princess," If she's supposed to be identical to Princess Cadence, couldn't you just beat her single-handed?"
"Rainbow Dash." Rarity scolded," How dare you ever speak to a princess this way!"
The princess smiled at the white mare," No, No Rarity, it's alright. I suppose I should've beaten her with a title as great as my own."
"Princess Celestia, you did what you could've to help the situation." said Fluttershy," I'm sure it wasn't your fault."
"Fluttershy's right." Applejack intruded," Ah' now we can defeat this varmint."
Fluttershy blushed at Applejack for a slight minute, as Princess Celestia spoke.
"My Little Ponies, thank you for your help." said the Princess," But this suspect may be more powerful then any villain you have ever come upon. For this villain has the power's of a princess."
"Please explain Princess." Rarity asked.
"Gladly. You see, this villain is the error of Princess Cadence's spell. This spell was used to amplify Cadence's ability in matchmaking. This however created an evil copy of Cadence, with her alicorn magic and her power to bring love to those around her."
"What does that mean?," Pinkie Pie intruded, the others giving her blood-curdling looks. The princess grinned.
"It means Pinkie Pie, that she could have already turned half of the Crystal Empire into her love thirsty minions." Celestia answered. The 6 mares gasped in shock at the news.
"Princess Celestia, I see you know your stuff."
*A voice echoed thorough out the throne room of the Crystal Empire castle. The voice sounded cold and terrifying, probably having enough force to give a filly nightmare's.*
*"Show yourself!" Princess Celestia shouted at the voice. The voice cackled in reply.*
***"I might as well entertain myself why I am here."***
*Shadows filled the room. It danced around the 7 mares inside as each of them reacted in shock. It stopped at Pinkie Pie, plummeting to the floor as it finished it's routine. The dark blob took the form of a mare, resembling an appearance close to Cadence. It laughed wickedly.*
*Pinkie backed up from the mare, falling over carelessly as she missed a step on the floor. This caught the shadow mare's attention towards the pink party planner.*
***"Hello Pinkamena Diane Pie."***
*None of her friends had seen Pinkie Pie so frightened before, it almost made them feel as if their friend was a completely different mare.*
*"How do you know my full name.." Pinkie replied, fear cracking through her voice. It made the shadow mare smile, bringing fear to Pinkie's heart.*
***"I know many things."***
*Pinkie looked as if she going to burst out into tears as the shadow mare pointed her long horn at her. Rainbow Dash burst out in anger.*
*"Leave Pinkie Pie, alone!" Rainbow charged at the shadow mare, unfortunately, going right through her. The Cadence imposter only laughed at the pegusas' unsuccessful attempts.*
***"Oh 'Pinkie Pie' will be safe with me..As my love thirsty minion."***
*Pointing her horn at Pinkie, the shadow mare's aura suddenly lit in Pinkie's eyes. Pinkie's friends trying to get the pink mare to look away.*
*"Pinkie, Look over here!." Fluttershy screamed as loud as she could.*
*"Pinkie Pie, We have some mighty good treats!" Applejack added.*
*There outbursts had failed though, as Pinkie Pie was still staring at the shadow mare's horn. Pinkie smiled slightly, almost as if she had not been paying attention to her friends' comments.*
*"Guys...I'm fine!" Pinkie Pie said. She swayed back and forth as she continued the gaze at the mare's horn.*
*"Leave Pinkie alone at once!" Princess Celestia shouted, her horn glowed, ready to attack at any moment.*
***"Well, I guess I'm done."***
*The shadow mare gave one last fierce cackle as it disappeared into thin air. Only leaving a tranced Pinkie Pie in the room.*
*"Pinkie!" Rainbow yelled, she flew to the pink mare's side. Cuddling her strongly. Very unusual for the cyan mare.*
*"Rainbow Dash, Let go, please!" Pinkie replied. Rainbow Dash stared at shock at the mare, this was something that Pinkie would kill for, and she was telling her to let go?*
*"Pinkie?" Twilight asked.*
*"What it is, Twilight?" Pinkie replied, a bit too coldly for her usual self.*
*"Anything wrong?"*
*"No.."*
*"You sure?"*
*"Yes..."*
*"Pinkie Promise?"*
*"Do I need to go through that silly thing again?"*
*Pinkie motioned though the promise, looking happy to be finished with it when she was done.*
*"One more question?" Pinkie Pie asked her companions, each nodding with curiosity.*
*"How much will you like to get paid to surrender?"*
