My Favourite Position is Exposition
Previous ChapterNext ChapterSvea was not all too happy that I’d brought “guests” home with me. She spent the entire time the little group, the fox girl named Elena, the Jinko named Jiang, and the catgirl named Larra, explained how they’d found out about the treasure glaring furiously at me. The girls explained that they’d heard about the treasure from, as I’d guessed, one of Svea’s informants who had sold the information to anyone looking to buy it for a high price, leading this small team and what was essentially a small troop of hired thugs lead by two demons: the succubus, named Lilly, and another demon by the name of Edinzal, also known as Eddie to the group. The explanation was satisfactory by my standards, but one thing that bugged me was how they were able to use both their magical candies, why Lilly was able to use her magic, and why the men we’d killed had actually died.
“The curse on this place stops any and all magic from anyone that isn’t a Highmoore, right?” I asked. “So how is yours working?”
“I’m not positive, but I think we found a loophole in the statement that the curse was built on,” Elena answered. “We looked at the most popular curses, hoping to find some kind of common trait in those that had been foiled or removed by clever thinking, and we determined that a lot of them started with something like ‘All ye who enter through here’ or ‘For whoever steps through this door’, or something similar to that. And by taking a guess that the point where the curse starts affecting you is the main entrance, we decided not to go through that way, and instead tunnel through a hole in the mountain.”
“It… it was that easy?” I asked with a surprised expression, looking over at Svea. “Why didn’t you think of that?”
“If I’d known that was the wording of the curse,” she growled. “I would’ve done exactly that.”
“Right… okay then,” I sighed, shaking my head. “So, if we wanted to, we could go out and come in the way you guys did… and Svea would get her magic back?”
“Yes, exactly,” Elena nodded. “And with how this has turned out, I mean with us now having to deal with two demons on the strength of the spawn of an archdemon, I think we’d need all the help we can get. We got lucky against Lilly today, but when she and her partner come back prepared… I don’t think we can handle them.”
“I’m sure we can manage,” Jiang snarled. “I can handle anything.”
“Jiang, please,” Elena said, placing her hand on Jiang’s paw and looking into her eyes. “I don’t want to see you get hurt. We need Svea’s help.”
“Swishy’s right, dudes,” Larra said, resting her hands behind her head as she leaned back in her chair. “We need Scale-Momma over here to be at her full strength, else we’re fucked.”
“Right, this has been bugging me for a while,” I said, cutting into the conversation before it got serious again. “You wouldn’t happen to be related to another Neko named Karra would you?”
“Karra?” she asked with a smirk. “Of course I would, she’s my pride and joy.”
“Is she your sister?” I asked with a cocked eyebrow.
“Nope, she’s my daughter,” Larra answered with a chuckle. “I know I don’t look a day over thirty, but we Neko’s age as gracefully as fine wine. How d’you know her?”
“I hired her for a job,” I shrugged “Among other things.”
“You two are fucking, aren’t you?” she asked with a chuckle.
“Kind of,” I nodded. “Well… yeah.”
“Don’t worry, I’m not gonna kill you for it,” she chuckled. “She’s a grown woman and can do what she wants now.”
“Good to hear,” I smirked. “Just so you know, I did actually get her an office job in Equestria. She’s not a bandit anymore. I hope.”
“She never was one for the straight and narrow,” she shrugged. “Who knows, maybe your dick’s straightened her all the way out. I’ve heard it’s more than long enough.”
“Anyway,” Svea said in a jealous manner. “The curse’s wording doesn’t affect any other entrances besides the front door?”
“It’s what we believe,” Elena nodded. “They need to either specify a specific entrance or all of them if there was more than one of them, but since there’s no other entrances to the city they would’ve only bound it to one, as they most likely didn’t think of people coming in through another way back when it was cast.”
“And we’re positive the quote was along the lines of “All ye who enter through here’ and not just ‘Enter here’?” Svea asked.
“From the evidence we’ve seen, that’s what we believe,” Elena nodded. “It’s a glaring loophole in the magical contract, but it’s one we can exploit the hell out of. And if it means anything to you, I’m really excited to be working with you.”
“Seconded,” Larra chuckled, clearly undressing Svea with her eyes. “I can’t wait to see Scale-Momma in full glory.”
“Are you coming onto me?” Svea asked with a cocked eyebrow.
“Indeed,” she giggled. “But not in the way the boy has.”
“And what exactly do you mean by that?” Svea asked.
“Cum” Larra stated with a catty smirk and a swish of her tail. “I can smell it all over you. He painted you with it and you haven’t had a chance to shower yet, have you?”
Svea crossed her arms under her jugs before chuckling quietly.
“Does that make you think less of me?” she asked with a grin.
“No, I love a woman who can get that dirty in the bedroom and still be as regal out of it. It shows that you’re in control of yourself,” she said, moving closer to the taller woman. “It’s hot.”
“Hmmm… well, maybe once we’re done here I can let you tongue-bathe me?” Svea offered, placing her lips inches from Larra’s, the room filled to the brim with sexual tension as Elena looked away with a burning blush while Jiang barely managed to keep her hands down by her sides and not start rubbing herself. “After all, it’s been far too long since I’ve lain down with a woman. I miss the experience.”
“I’ll hold you to that,” Larra chuckled, pecking Svea on the mouth before darting back to her chair. “Now, both of you get going, you’ve got power to restore.”
“Indeed,” she smirked, before turning to me. “Come along, Richter.” I shrugged, following after her as we headed out of the door and back through the city, the undead missing from their usual spots, possibly drawn to the location the fight took place in quite a ways away.
“So,” I asked her after a few minutes of walking. “Are you gonna wear something nice for your date?”
“You’re not jealous, are you?” she asked with a smirk.
“Why would I be?” I asked with a raised eyebrow. “I’m here to help you get some treasure, fuck you, and then leave. I didn’t expect you to swear your undying love to me or anything like that. If you’re in the mood for sex with somebody else, it’s not my place to stop you. I’ve kept that attitude with every girl I’ve slept with.”
“That’s a good attitude to have,” she said with a smirk before going quiet all of a sudden. Her gorgeous eyes were cast to the ground and a strange look on her face as we walked.
Svea?” I asked, looking at her in the face. “Is there something wrong?”
“I… maybe,” she said turning back to look at me. “It’s like you said, I can have flings with people, with Larra, with you. But it’s also like you said: You leave. You go away the next morning because you’ve got other things to do, other places to be. I don’t really have anyone special to keep me company. I did once… long ago, but…”
“Are you saying that you want a mate again?” I asked.
“In a way,” she said, coming to a complete stop, turning to me and putting her hands on my shoulder, looking me dead in the eyes. I wanted to question her on why we were stopping, but the look in her eyes told me I should remain quiet, to wait for her to say what she wanted. She opened her mouth several times, seemingly struggling with the sentence she wanted to say, as if not sure of how to word it, or afraid that she may say something that wasn’t what she meant.
She screwed her eyes shut, dug her fingernails into my shoulder for a short moment before taking a deep breath and blurting it out in one, complete, ineloquent sentence that told me everything she wanted me to know:
“I want you to get me pregnant.” she said in a strained manner. “I want your baby.”
