A Drastic Change in Course (Unedited)

The expression “Too good to be true” was something I never paid much mind to being a man that lived in constant excess. Women that were too eager, to beautiful, or too good by any normal man’s sense didn’t seem like an illusion to me. After all, my life seemed to be an adolescent boy’s fantasy: I had the women, the fame, the money, and the power with everything I’ve ever wanted being given to me on a plate It was this particular reason I had no cause to be suspicious after the invitation of my beyond-busty bar owner brought me up to the bedroom for good sex. I had no reason to be suspicious as we both disrobed and began to explore one another. And I had no reason to be suspicious as she locked her mouth onto mine, allowing me to taste her sweet tongue.

That lack of suspicion is what got me into the situation I swiftly found myself in.

Her kiss was laced with something, be it poison or a sleeping agent, I didn’t know at the time. Whatever it was knocked me clean out in a matter of moments, just in time to see a set of fangs emerge from the bar owner’s mouth. I awoke hours later in a dark cell, bound by my hands to the wall with iron clasps, still completely naked in a dank, dark dungeon. I was groggy as hell, barely able to focus my eyes on anything in the darkness. The bright colour of blue that was in the corner helped a little, my vision getting better and better as time went by before I recognised the blue shape.

“Karra?” I asked in confusion, my voice dry and hoarse.

“Hey, Boss,” she said in a depressed manner, lacking her usual energy. “Good to see your awake.”

“Where are we?” I asked her, looking around to see anything that might give me an idea. The cell we were in was rather small, being big enough to fit a single bed, a hole in the ground for a toilet, and myself being chained to the wall without much wiggle room. I noticed that Karra was naked too, but her body was much more injured than mine. Her shoulders, hips, and back were covered in fresh cuts that had just started to scab, much of her torso was covered in bruises. her right eyes was purple and swollen, and her lip was cut, with unwashed blood on it.

“What the hell happened to you?” I demanded in a worried tone.

“The Royal Guard,” she spat angrily. “They caught me while I was trying to get out of the city to go to Equestria. After roughing me up something fierce at their guard post, they gave me a choice: Go to prison and rot for the rest of my life, or let them all fuck me at a whorehouse and I’d go free as long as they didn’t see me again.”

“I… I’m so sorry,” I said in a horrified tone.

“Eh, it’s not your fault,” Karra shrugged, adjusting a collar that had a grounded chain attached to it. “The sex wouldn’t have been so bad if they didn’t insist on adding an extra cut to me for every one of the Royal Guard my crew and I had killed. They pumped me full and left me on the bed, then the owner did something to me and I woke up here.”

“I… I know this might be a bad time to ask but… you’re not worried about getting pregnant, are you?” I asked.

“Normally I would be after fucking that many guys, but… the owner cleaned me out while I was unconscious. She washed all the cum off my body, cleaned my injuries, and did something that washed all the cum out of my body. I’m not sure if she did something that might’ve prevented whatever had gotten into my womb from doing anything… but there’s always hope, right?” she said with a small, fake smile.

“How are you feeling?” I asked.

“The beating hurt like hell and the sex, the cutting, and the rest, that shit was painful as fuck,” she answered. “But it doesn’t hurt much anymore, my legs sting a bit and my pussy’s kinda sore, but I’m mostly fine.”

“I meant psychologically, Karra,” I said.

“I’m fine,” she said, looking up at the roof of the cell. “It’s gonna take more than semi-consensual gangbang to break my head.”

“I’m glad you’re okay,” I said, briefly trying to pull my arms free but to no avail. I stopped struggling after a few seconds and looked at the catgirl with a sorry expression. Her tail wasn’t swishing around at all, her eyes were downcast and bloodshot, and looking at the damage to her body just made me angry. Though as I was looking at her, I noticed something on her neck. An injury that wouldn’t and couldn’t have been caused by the guards that assaulted her, but something else. And thinking back to the bar owner and what I’d seen from her, the injury made more sense.

“Oh for fuck’s sakes,” I sighed, screwing my eyes shut and growling.

“What?” Karra asked.

“You’ve been bitten by a Vampire,” I answered, looking around and putting together where we were: a cattle jail. It was a place where high-class vampires kept the humans they hired or kidnapped to feed on without risking going out and getting caught. The Lonely Pooch was probably a front for the vampires, offering sex and rooms, most likely to homeless and worthless people, to be dragged in here, cleaned up like Karra was, and used as a feeding point for the vampires that lived in this castle.

But the strange thing was that neither of us had been turned into Thralls. I still had my mental capacity, was able to actively curse all vampires both aloud and mentally, testing this and getting a strange look from Karra in the meantime, and not just a specific clan of vampires. I looked at Karra and decided to do the same thing to her. I asked her to try and slander or curse a list of vampire families I knew, being able to do so for all of them except one singular clan: Vinterhunt.

“Of course,” I growled angrily. “It just had to be them, didn’t it?”

“What?” Karra asked in a panicked voice. “What’s wrong with me? Why can’t I say bad things about them.”

“Because they’ve messed with your head and taken slight control,” I answered. “At this point, they haven’t turned you into a Thrall, where your eyes haze over completely, you have no opinions or thoughts of your own, and do whatever they tell you. But they’ve definitely taking a liking enough to you to make you respectful to their family. Which means you’ll most likely be a maid, rather than cattle to them. And from the bite mark, somebody here’s tested your taste.”

“Am… am I gonna become a vampire?” Karra asked, running her tongue over her incisors in a distraught manner.

“Show me your wrists,” I responded. She did so, my careful eyes scanning them for any slashes, slits, cuts, or marks at all. I found none and managed to breathe a sigh of relief.

“No, you’re fine,” I answered. “You haven’t been blooded yet. I’d check myself, but I can’t see my wrists or my neck. Can you see anything?”

“Y-Yeah,” Karra nodded. “You’ve got a bite mark on your neck.”

“And what colour are my veins?” I asked. “If you can see them?”

“Uhh… the one on your arms look kinda purple-ish, if that means anything?” she suggested.

“Awesome,” I said, nodding once.

“Is that bad?” she asked.

“Oh yeah, it’s bad,” I nodded. “They blooded me while I was unconscious, and since my veins are purple, that means I’m just starting the vampiric transformation where their blood is polluting my own. Fucking brilliant.”

“W-What?” she exclaimed in horror. “How long have you got until you change?”

“It’s usually about a week, but I’m not sure for me,” I shrugged. “I don’t know if there’s ever been an alicorn vampire before. I don’t know if our blood will reject the transformation process due to its inability to become impure, or if Vampirism is like demonic corruption. I guess we’ll find out. I hope it’s the former and I don’t become a vampire. I like using my dick.”

“Why wouldn’t you be able to?” Karra asked.

“A vampire’s heart doesn’t beat, remember?” I said. “If I don’t have a heart beat, I can’t get an erection. There’s also the haemoglobin deficiency, the reason vampires need to drink blood is because they can’t produce it themselves and need to get it from other people.”

“I… I always thought vampires were magic,” Karra said. “You’re throwing around a lot of fancy terms.”

“It’s actually still debated whether Vampires are their own, separate monster species or whether they’re just humans with a rare genetic disorder,” I shrugged. “Arguments for the disorder are things like how does a species evolve to survive if its blood isn’t properly functioning, why can Vampires not blood other humans if they’re magic and not genetic, why do they transfer their conditions through blood transfusions and not bites if it’s magic. Arguments for them being a race are how does a disease grant immortality, super strength, and a unique magical skill tree if they’re just diseased humans, where do the retractable fangs fit into the haemoglobin theory, and loads of other cool things. There was a girl called Mikeller Van Dorstein who wrote several books on it after taking a neutral stance on it and being allowed to live with both vampires and scientists to get accurate accounts from both sides. You should give it a read sometime.”

“Richter, can we-” Karra began before being cut off by another voice.

“Ah!” a female voice announced. “I see our guests of honour are awake at last! Let’s see if we’ve got a brand new member of the Vinterhund clan in our presence!”

The woman, a blonde woman with paler skin, bright red eyes, and big tits dressed in tight, leather clothing walked over to us, opening the cell and coming over to check me.

“Good to see we’ve got a walking Vampire cliche in the room,” I said. “I know you’re fishing for it, so I’ll just say it outright: Your tits look fantastic.”

“Mhm, quite the charmer we have here,” she giggled, pushing her rack against my abdomen as she examined my wrists. “That’s odd… you’ve been unconscious for two days, you should at least be showing more signs of progression than just darkened veins…”

“Then I’m guessing I’m either immune or a late bloomer?” I asked.

“Indeed,” she nodded. “Though on the bright side, at least we get to play around with this thick dick of yours a while longer.”

Karra unleashed a catty hiss, bearing her sharper teeth at the vampire lady who turned around and raised an eyebrow.

“Karra, dear,” she said. “Don’t speak to me like that, please? I’m only entertaining our guest.”

“Yes, Mistress,” Karra said, her aggression melting away into complacency, inclining her head in a respectful manner before falling silent.

“You keep her free will around unless she’s being ordered by her Commander?” I asked. “Isn’t that a little risky if she gets out and starts telling everyone where you are?”

“Of course not, dear boy,” she chuckled, unclasping my wrists and allowing me to drop to the floor. “She won’t get a chance to get out of the castle, and if she does, she’ll find herself quite stuck.”

“Good to know,” I said, cocking my fist back and slamming it into her sharp cheeks, only to nearly break my hand as a response. “Would you believe me if I said I knew that was gonna happen but decided to try it anyway?”

“At least you’re the first that hasn’t gone for my tits,” she shrugged. “Now, I’m not in the mood to read you the riot act, so I’ll just give you the cliffnotes, okay? You can’t escape, resistance is futile, you could never hope to challenge my power, submit willingly and I’ll show you mercy, yada, yada, yada… are you going to be difficult?”

“Well… an uneducated man would probably do so,” I shrugged, rubbing my sore hand. “But besides the method of getting me here, you’ve been rather civil, and vampires are possibly the most civil of dangerous monsters, so yeah. I’m not in the mood to get myself killed when all you wanna do is talk. Lead the way, my big-titted blood-sucker.”

“Such a smart young man,” she said, pecking me on the cheek. She unfastened Karra’s colour, giving her a gentle peck on the cheek as a thank you for behaving, and lead us both out of the dungeon and into the castle’s hallways.

“So, what’s Clan Vinterhund been up to since the Insurrection?” I asked.

“Laying low, mostly,” she answered. “The Council of dark never reformed, those that survived the event never took up the torch, and the entire Thirteen Houses fell apart within twenty years. It left a lot of strong families weakened, a lot of weak families stronger, and it essentially turned the rush for power into an all-out war, all Houses involved except for the Vinterhund Clan. We took a step back, built up out strength, and essentially took control of the Vampire world away from the dying fools that slaughtered each other for it.”

“Smart move,” I shrugged. “What benefits did that bring to the House?”

“The top priority was of course food resources,” she answered, gesturing for us to take the stairs on our left, myself ignoring the fact both Karr and I were naked as the other mindless thralls dressed in working outfits ignored us and went about our duties. “The Cattle Barns were heavily damaged in the Council’s homestead, so we scavenged what little we could from the remaining Cattle, and focussed on using Thralls as cattle until we were in the green zone again.”

“A sacrilegious practice, if I remember correctly?” I asked. “‘Thou shalt not treat the gifts as food and grant the food a gift.”

“You’re correct, but that law fell with all the others as the Council burned at the hands of the Hunters all those years ago,” she chuckled. “We aren’t granted Thralls by other clans, and as such they are no longer considered sacred, so we drink from them whenever we can.”

“So was it that took a chomp out of my neck?” I asked, spotting the vampiric guards eyeing up Karra with a hungry expression and moving the mindless catgirl closer to myself.

“That would’ve been the ruling mistress of the house, Queen Verella,” she answered.

“I’m honoured,” I said in a faux-flattered tone. “She must think me of quite a high grade of beef to grace my neck with her luscious lips.”

“You jest, but Her Majesty was rather impressed with a man of your… stature,” she continued.

“Women only want me for my cock,” I sighed. “Sometimes I just feel like a piece of meat.”

“Such wit from the young man,” the vampiress smirked. “But no, she knows who you are, Richter. And she was very eager to see if she could turn the world’s last male alicorn into her ruling partner.”

“I’m afraid I’ll have to refuse,” I said, seeing the doors to the throne room up ahead. We were allowed entry by the guards, and the doors swung open after a mighty push, my eyes moving into the throne room and spotting the Queen of the Vampires atop her throne. She was above human beauty, with thick, ass-length, red hair, glowing green, emerald eyes, and a pair of tits clad in a black dress that would make my mother’s succubus form red with envy. She wore a crown of black fangs on her head, the crown set with a Blood Ruby.

“Greetings, My Dear,” she said in a deep, sultry tone, her voice laced with more sex than an orgy. Just hearing the purring tone in her voice as she spoke to me made me want her more than I wanted life. Which, funnily enough, she seemed to be willing to trade herself for.

“I trust your rest was peaceful?” she asked, cocking a red eyebrow and giving a smirk that set her in stone as my number five favourite woman in the world.

“Y’know what?” I asked, crossing my arms over my chest and smirking. “That marriage idea doesn’t seem all that bad.”
