(Torian`s POV)

Enjoying the memories I`ve had in my F6F, I noticed I was low on fuel and began searching for a place to land until I found an open field not too far from Ponyville. I began my normal landing procedures such lowering speed, flaps, and the landing gear itself before touching the ground with a soft bump and applied the brakes and used my tail to swing my plane around before coming to a complete halt. Turning off the engine and opening the cockpit, I climbed out and began celebrating for the first time before scoring my first 5 kills as an Ace.

"Whooooohoooo, Alright, I still got it!" I cheered out before doing a maintenance check on the engine.

But just as I opened the hatch to the engine, I saw all my new friends come toward me with the 2 Princesses behind them. I honestly wasn`t expecting this, but hey "Expect the Unexpected." was something the Captain of the USS Morrison said.

"Greetings Princesses, I wasn`t really expected to see you two." I said humbly.

"We heard a strange noise from Canterlot and came to see what it was." Celestia explained before Luna asked.

"Its something we have never heard before in our 1,000 years as Princesses."

"Oh well then I believe you must be talking about the engine of my F6F Hellcat I retrieved back on my world." I showed them the mighty Gold tailed warbird.

"Such machinery, That looks so advanced, how does this work?" Celestia asked in curiosity.

I smirked. "Allow me to demonstrate the power of human technology." I said before climbing inside the cockpit of the aircraft.

Sitting down, closing the canopy and strapping in I began my take-off procedures of raising the flaps and starting the engine. The engine roared to life as the propeller began spinning. I pushed the throttle forward at 100% and began rolling down the grassy field and picked up speeds of over 100 mph before the plane began lifting up from the ground. I then raised my landing gear and put the guns on safety before I began to perform what the F6F can do.

After a 30 minute flight, I landed the aircraft, shut off the engine and climbed out to see the ponies amazed with what the Hellcat was capable of. I felt proud showing them the sheer human technological minds of humans who designed this aircraft and in the future of what my species will create next. Then everypony trotted toward me and the aircraft.

"So is there any place where I can put this at, because I need a workstation for maintenance or tweaking for the aircraft?" I asked.

"We can create you a hanger for your aircraft." Celestia said as she and Luna illuminated their horns and the ground rumbled as a hanger and runway were created out of the small field and not far away a house was formed fit for a human. As they concluded with the spell, I was in utter amazement.

"Thank you, for what you`ve done for me." was all I could say before rounding up everypony and giving them a warm embrace of gratitude.

"You are most welcome." Luna replied as the plane was moved inside the hanger.

"Now we must return to Canterlot to conclude the day and bring forth the night, We will see you all soon." Celestia said as they teleported to Canterlot.

After the Princesses left, My friends also had to go take care of other things while I closed up my hanger and headed into my 2 story house with a full stocked kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, a living room with nice furniture and carpeting, and 2 spare rooms Ill use as a blueprint room and to continue my grandfathers sword training. Sadly, my sword was lost in the sinking in the Morrison and my Grandfather`s sword was back where I lived with my parents, so if I were to keep my training alive, I was going to have to find a new one.

After settling in and exploring the house, I looked outside to see Ponyville after hours where the peaceful night breeze blew through my face as I sighed in relief. This was something I never experienced during my 3 years of service when the Navy tried to hold off Japanese attacks upon Guadalcanal, The Philippines, Leyte Gulf, and Okinawa. I savored the moment that the beginning of my new life and I could tell it would get better than it had been in the past.

(Minuette`s POV)

After my friends found out I have a crush on the new human in Ponyville, they just wanted me to do all this crazy nonsense of trying to make me more attractive like make-up or styling my mane differently than I was used to. Roseluck and Derpy were supportive, but maybe they are looking at this the wrong way.

"OK Minuette, are you ready to tell him how you feel?" Rose asked like if she were a drill sergeant.

"I guess, I mean I feel like this isn`t the way to do this." I said shyly kicking my hoof in the ground.

"Come on Minuette, this is the best way to grab the humans attention, it definitely works on stallions." Derpy said with a smile, but I still wasnt sure.

"But he`s not a stallion is he? So maybe I should be direct and probably ask him on a date." I suggested.

"Please, Minuette give this a try and I can garuntee that he`ll fall head over hooves for you." Roseluck pleaded until I finally gave in.

"Fine." I gave in as Derpy and Roseluck squealed and pulled me into a hug. "This had better work, I really hope he likes it." I thought as night fell.

"Well, see you tomorrow Minuette." Roseluck said as she and Derpy left my house and I trotted up into my room and looked out the window to see a house that wasn`t there before, thinking that must be where Torian was living and I began thinking about him.

"The way he wears that uniform, so formal and polite, and those eyes." I thought as I began to fantasize him and me together as the moon rose into the sky and bringing forth the beautiful night.

Author's Note

Hey guys, Golden here and I just want to point out that I want to stop trying to explain every detail when Torian takes-off or lands his F6F, because it feels as if it gets boring and I simply wish to not bore you guys with this.

And today has been the 1st day of school and the point in time when I cant upload as often as I want so I hope everyone understands and doesnt get upset If I don`t upload every 3 days. I also want to apologize if this chapter was pretty crappy, I was stressed out and I hope I can make better ones in the future.
