Chapter I: A vision from another world... A new threat to come!?
Last time on Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods...
A year has passed since Lord Beerus the God of Destruction had come to planet earth seeking out the one known as the Super Saiyan God. Son Goku and the rest of the Z Fighters were not able to fend against the god of destruction's godly power, and were taken down one by one with ease. However, thanks to the wish for the knowledge about the Super Saiyan God and Gohan's wife Videl being pregnant, Goku was able to reach the level of Super Saiyan God, and was able to convince Lord Beerus to not destroy earth.
However...
Though the majority of our story takes place in the world of Goku, the story dosen't start with him.
No, this is also a story about about a heroine, who has helped save her world countless times with the help of her friends.
This, is the story of Twilight Sparkle, and her adventures in the Universe of Dragon Ball.
We start our tale of the element of magic's quest with her and Twilight's quite tired assistant Spike the Dragon as it looks as if shes planning for something.
"Where is it, where is it?" said Twilight,"I know that I put it somewhere?". She had been planning a get together with friends, for tomorrow marked 5 years since she first came to ponyville.
"Come on Twilight, its *YYYYYAAAWWWN* getting really late" said Spike. They had been up since...
Spike couldn't remember. They had been up for so long planning the gathering, that his memory was starting to fail him. "I don't want to have to sleep the whole day tomorrow," said Spike "I what to hang out with you guys too."
"I know Spike, but I want this party to be special," said Twilight "We've been friends for so long, that I want there to be something that represents how important they are to me."
"What are you looking for again?" said Spike
"Like told you half an hour ago, it's a suprise," said Twilight.
"The least you could do is tell me what it is," said Spike.
"Like I also told you half an hour ago, I can't tell you either," said Twilight.
"Sorry Twilight," said Spike, "I guess I forgot that you told me that. it's just so late."
"Spike, then why don't you go to bed then?" said Twilight.
"I can't until I know you're in bed too," said Spike, "If I don't know that your in bed then I start to think that you'll stay up all night and never go to sleep."
"Twilight?" said Spike.
"Spike, I just... I just..." Twilight tried to reply.
"I just want this to be special," said Twilght "Me and the others heve been friends for so long, and have been through so much, that I want this day go great."
"Twilight..."said Spike. He then put his hand on her shoulder, "I'm sure whatever you have in store for them they'll enjoy it."
Twilight smiled. "You're right Spike, I don't even know why i'm so worried," said Twilight.
"That's probably your body telling you to go to *YYYAAWWWN* sleep." said Spike trying to stay awake.
"Alright, lets go to sleep. I'll look for it in the morning." said Twilight. Twilight and Spike had then made their way to the Bedroom, and within minutes, they were asleep.
In Twilight's dream, she had been dreaming of all of her adventures with her friends over the years. From the day they first met and used the elements to convert Nightmare Moon back to Princess Luna, to the time when Queen Chrysalis disguised herself as Princess Candace to try and take over equestria. To them defending the Crystal Empire from King Sombra, to the recent defeat of Lord Tirek. These would be memories that would last her til death and will keep telling her that her friends will always be there, even if shes in another world!
That is until she saw something... Strange you could say.
Twilight was seeing a vision of a creature that she was able to reconized as a human. Well... as far as she could tell. He had a blue shirt with another orange one over it, with matching orange pants and a pair of blue sweatbands around his wrists and blue boots with yellow lining and a red tie around each of them. There were also some strange symbols on his orange shirt that she didn't reconized. But the feature that stuck out the most was his hair. It wasn't hair she'd ever seen in the human world or her world. It was all spikey. It was black, but that Didn't matter. How is it staying up like that? she thought. But in the second that she looked away from him, nothing she thought before mattered. Because the next thing that she saw made her mouth drop in real life and in her mind.
She saw herself, standing right next the human.
Well... it was sorta her. It looked like her human self, except she was slightly more buff. She was also wearing an outfit just like the human right next to her. Except the symbol was instead replaced by her cutie mark.
In the vision the two of them were in a rocky plains, it was large and was probably about as large as the everfree forest was. It was dark, for dark rain clouds were all above the wasteland, about to unleash a heavy storm to those who stood under it. There were also dozens of rocky pillars all around this area. Each one looking quite rounded at the top.
On top of the largest and tallest of the stone pillar was a strange creature was not recognizable in anyway. it wasn't reason that she couldn't recognize what it was, but it was because it was too far away to get any good details. When she tried to get closer to the creature, the vision started to vanish into thin air. Twilight decided to run towards the being, but stopped midway. This power, it wasn't magic, but she could feel the energy stored inside it, almost as if it were about to explode into a giant ball of pure energy. Why did she stop? she thought. Was it because of the fact that it was too far away? Or was the fact that she knew she wouldn't make it to get a good glimpse at it? No. It was neither of those. It was because of the power she felt. It wasn't magic, she knew that much, but is was overwhelming. It was incredible. no amount of words could describe it. Not only was it far stronger than when Tirek had absorbed all of equestria's magic, but it felt as if Tirek was an ant compared to whatever this thing was. She also could fee it had an evil feel to its energy.
Twilight had then realized something. She was sensing its presence in energy. Since when could she do something like that? Not even the other Princesses could perform such a feat. Before she could figure out how or why she is able to do that, everything had suddenly faded into black. There was no one else. Absolutely nothing.
But she could still sense something's energy. Something familiar. Whatever it was, it had a small one. It wasn't that close to her's. but it felt as though it was sleeping. Wait... was she sensing Spike's energy? Suddenly she started seeing somepony had walked out of the darkness close to Twilight. It had no distinct features beside the fact that it was standing on two feet.
"I'm sorry Princess Twilight Sparkle," said the being although its mouth had never made a single movement. It was quite clearly male, but it also was somewhat familiar. "But this was the only way I could give you this info and teach you this technique without making any physical contact with you," continued the being, "It is also time for you to wake up."
"Wait! Who are you?! How do you know my name?! Why are you here showing me this?! What do you mean teach a technique me?!" said Twilight
The being then waved his finger and the pulled a very strangely shaped staff out of thin air."Worry not Princess Twilight Sparkle, you will know in time," The being said, "But for now, know this. The next time we meet, you won't be in your world."
The being than taped it's staff on the floor, and the next thing that Twilight knew, was that she had been woken up to the sound of rooster. She had then sat herself up on her bed. Looking around, she could see that Spike had already gotten up. What just happened?
"One things for sure, something big is coming, and i'm in the middle of it," said Twilight
Who was that strange figure? What was the technique he was referring too? What does he mean Twilight won't meet him again in "her world"?
All this and more, will be explained in later chapters of My Little Pony Power of Z.

Chapter II: A sixth sense... What's wrong with Twilight?
Twilight had then gotten out of bed with a headache that wasn't the worst one she's ever had, but one that was pretty up there. She didn't know what to react to this new, well... she didn't really know what or how to describe it, not very well to say the least. She felt a strange mass of... energy? That was the only word that came to mind when she tried to call the thing she felt. It was a some what small energy and came from the only other one than herself that lived in the castle, Spike. That wasn't the part she was feeling confused about. The part that she was confused about wasn't this strange new sense.
It was that dream.
Why was it so strange? It was just like any other dream that shes had. It seemed out normal, but later on it would stranger, just like any other dream. But, at the same time, it felt there was something more to it... Something deeper. But she knew that she couldn't just stand there and ponder what was in that dream. She had a party to today! But until the party was over, she was going to need to figure out the dream's cryptic message later. With that out of the way she then decided to go eat breakfast and check on Spike.
Spike was preparing breakfast for him and Twilight for a little less than a half hour. There was a small tower of mixing bowls, wooden spoons, and tons of other cooking utensils in the pile. He was almost done with the waffles he was making.
"Almost done!" said the young dragon "all I need is the powdered sugar."
Though Spike and Twilight had been living there for quite a while, they were still not able to find everything within seconds. Sometimes it takes them twenty minutes to just find the simplest things. After looking around for a few seconds he finally laid his eyes on the bag of powdered sugar on top of the refrigerator in the back of it. Seeing how it was high up there, he then went and got a step ladder.
"Al... most... there..." said Spike as he was stretching as far as he could. The step ladder started wobbling. The next thing that he knew, he was falling towards the ground along with the sugar. But before his face could meet the floor a violet aura was stopping him from having a smashed face.
"You really need careful Spike," said a familiar voice, "If your not careful, you can really get yourself hurt."
Looking up was the purple alicorn that hes known ever since he was born.
"Sorry Twilight, i'm just... trying to do something nice," said Spike.
Twilight gave a smiled at Spike and put the sugar that she managed to catch with her magic and put it back into the bag, and on top of the fridge. They then proceeded to eat the waffles that Spike had made...
...Or Twilight at least tried to...
For every time she tried to enjoy herself, she felt like she was being watched by something or someone. The whole time she felt a sinister energy coming somewhere from inside the castle. It was so overwhelming that it made her so disoriented that Spike started noticing that she was now just frozen. no eye movement, no twitching, absolutely nothing.
"Twilight?" said Spike as walked to her, "Twilight?"
He waved his hand in front of her face... nothing. He shook her... nothing. he even grabbed a cymbal given to him by Pinkie Pie... nothing. there was then only one thing left that he could try. He grabbed a bucket of water and had then splashed it on Twilight. This finally got her attention. However what he got was an angered look from the soaked alicorn. "Spike, what was that for?!" said a now angered Twilight. Spike nervously said, "Sorry Twilight! You just zoned out all of a sudden, are... are you alright?".
"I'm... I'm fine." the lavender pony said trying to keep her cool.
"Ar-are you sure? Because I-"
"I said i'm fine."
"But you-"
"I said i'm fine!"
"But-"
"I'M FINE!" Said the annoyed alicorn. Her yelling was enough to knock Spike on to the ground and quake in fear. Before she would do something regretful, she managed to calm herself down. "Sorry Spike, i'm just thinking." said Twilight. While he was trying to pick himself backup, Spike said "You've been making that a habit ever since yesterday."
"I know, I just... feel really stressed out all of a sudden," said Twilight. Spike continued with, "Stressed out? From what? The party is going to go great!". "The party isn't what i'm worried about..." said Twilight, "...Spike... I feel something".
"Feel... something? like touching something?" said Spike. "No its... well..." said Twilight trying to find words to describe this sixth sense, "I think I've got another sense of some sort". Spike then asked "Another sense... Like Pinkie's Pinkie Sense?". "No, at least I don't think so..." said Twilight, "But whatever it is, I can feel some sort of energy from everypony, even you!". "Wow, that sounds awesome!" said the young dragon. "Yeah but the thing is, I don't where I got it," said Twilight. "Really? But... then how did you get it?" said Spike. "I don't know, but I think it had something to do with my dream last night," said Twilight. Spike raised an eyebrow at his friend with confusion. But before they could continue questioning his companion's logic, the clock in the room went off signifying that it was now nine o'clock.
Twilight's jaw dropped as she said "GAH! The party will start in an hour!". She then left the room to go gather the things for the party. Spike then followed her as they disappeared into the hallway.
