You sit in front of a young cyan woman who has just finished telling you the most detailed story you could have gone without hearing. Just an hour ago you received a patient who was too close to being choked to death. Currently your patient was in a hospital bed getting treatment for her injuries. Her name was Twilight Sparkle and when she came in she was already passed out and half alive. Luckily, you and the nurses were able to restore her breathing. Then all you had to do was ask how she had gotten injured. You went and asked the girl who brought your patient in.
~15 Minutes Earlier~
You sighed a breath of relief as you step out of the hospital room you were just working in. The young girl named Twilight was inches away from death, she had been choked and was already passed out by the time she got to you. Even though you saved her, you needed to know how she ended up like that in the first place. Instead of immediately calling the police to investigate, you instead went to the young woman who brought Twilight to you.
You make your way down the hall and into the waiting room where a handful of people sat and did anything they could to pass the time. You look towards the left of the room and you see a nervous looking cyan girl who couldn’t be no older than 20.
“Excuse me.” You call out to the cyan girl. Her head snaps towards you, her eyes are wide and slightly bloodshot.
“What’s going on doc? Is she OK?” The girl asked nervously.
“She’ll be fine, we managed to stabilize her breathing. But I have a few questions for you miss…” You stopped so she could introduce herself.
“Dash, Rainbow Dash…”
“Miss Dash, how did she get these injuries in the first place? It seems to be she’s been strangled.” You say. Not wanting to get attention from the other people waiting in the same room, you pull Rainbow through the doors and into the hallway.
“It was an accident! I swear!” She exclaimed.
“An accident? What happened Miss Dash?” You ask again.
“It was just a game… See, Twi and I are, in a relationship and she and I were… Uh…” The girl was getting nervous. You decided to guess the story.
“Did you two get into a fight?”
“What? No! Of course not, it’s just… Well…” She stranded off.
“Look, Miss Dash, I must know the details. Or else I will call the police to have this under investigation.” You say in a serious tone. And you were dead serious, you took your job as a doctor seriously, and if anybody tried to keep you from doing your job, then God help them.
“Okay, okay! We were… Experimenting…” She mumbled.
“Experimenting? What do you mean by experimenting miss?” You ask.
“Well… Do you have time to listen to the story? I promise, I’ll tell everything! Even how it all started!” Rainbow promised. Seeing no other way to get the answer from this girl, you take a seat on a near by chair. You invite Rainbow to sit next to you. As she sits down, she proceeds with her story.
“Okay, so here’s how it went…”

Ever since we’ve gotten together, Twi and I would almost always hang out. For lack of a better word, it was awesome! Instead of having to drag Fluttershy to the fields so she could watch me practice my skills, Twilight would come with me, voluntarily.

You sit wide eyed in front of this cyan girl. At first, the story got a little kinky, but then it turned into this heaping mess. You shake your head clear of all your perverted thoughts and you begin to speak.
“Well, this seems like a case of foul play if anything. That is, if Twilight wishes to press charges.”
“I really hope she doesn’t” Rainbow muttered.
“Something tells me she won’t Miss Dash.” You comment.
“What do you mean Doc? She trusted me and I hurt her. I wouldn’t be surprised if she would want to break up when I see her.” Rainbow sulked.
“Well, yes you did take it pretty far. But so did she. It is partially her fault for putting herself in that situation. Even though that’s very uncharacteristic of her, she’s usually a more clever girl.”
Rainbow gives you a confused look.
“You know Twilight?”
“Well, kind of. I know her brother, who won’t shut up about her. And if I were you, I’d be shitting myself because if her brother hears about this your ass is grass.” You warn.
“No, no Shining wouldn’t do anything to hurt me… Right?” Dash gives you an unsure look. To which you can only reply with a shrug. She gulps and shivers. You can hear a door opening and footsteps approach you from behind.
“Doctor. The patient is conscious, but she can’t seem to remember how she got here.” The nurse mutters to you. You nod and your attention turns to Rainbow.
“Looks like you’ll be coming with me Miss Dash.” You say to yourself as you rise from your seat. You go and enter Twilight’s room, Rainbow Dash following suit.
Twilight sat idle in her bed. Looking as if she could fall asleep there and then.
“Twilight!” Rainbow exclaimed as she instantly hugged and comforted her partner.
“Rainbow, what happened? Why am I here?” Twilight asked, you step Rainbow aside so you can explain.
“Miss Dash here brought you here because an accident occurred when you two were… Uh, engaging in coitus.” You say, feeling warm in the face.
“What? Rainbow what did we do?” Twilight’s head turned to the nervous looking Rainbow.
“Well… You told me you were into, strangulation and stuff… So I helped out with that by closing my legs over your neck while you… Ate me out.” Rainbow confessed.
“And you put your neck between Rainbow’s thigh. However that’s all I’ve heard. Can you remember if that really happened?” You ask.
“Kind of. I remember getting shot with some sort of liquid. But then I blacked out, I do remember putting myself in that position, but it’s all fuzzy.” Twilight commented as she rubbed her head.
“Well Twilight I must ask, but I think I know your answer. Are you willing to press charges on Rainbow Dash?” You ask. You knew it wasn’t really your job to get that answer from patients who’ve been attacked or hurt by other people, but you wanted to make sure you had a good reason to call the police.
“No, of course not. I knew that I could get hurt doing what I did and it was stupid of me for going through with it. Rainbow, I’m sorry for putting you through that kind of trauma. Can you forgive me?”
“Twi, if anything I should be asking you for forgiveness. I was the one who didn’t stop you from doing that to yourself. I should have known better. Can you forgive me?” Rainbow asked. Knowing exactly where this was going, and knowng that in five minutes you got off work, you wanted this to move along.
“Okay, you two forgive each other. We all know you will. Twilight, you’re able to go home but you’ll be sore in the neck for a few hours. If it last longer than a day, come back ASAP.” You inform, to which Twilight responds with a nod.
“Rainbow… Don’t do that again. That goes to both of you actually. With a nod from both girls, you give a quick thumbs up before leaving the room to grab your stuff from your office so you can leave.
“Jeez, just wait ‘till the wife hears this one…” You mutter as you make your way to your office.

I really wish the doc didn’t leave as quickly as he did. Because it got really awkward with him not present.
“So, Rainbow… What now?” I hear Twilight ask.
“Well, I guess we just go now.”
“No I mean, what about our… Sex life? I know I wasn’t good before, and tonight was probably the best I could ever do. So what now? I can’t just have you pleasure me in the best way possible, and I can’t do the same to you.” Twilight pouted. I felt bad for my girl. She didn’t know how to properly do a girl, and now that I think about it, she didn’t feel all that experienced earlier tonight. It was even more sloppier than usual even. But I guess it was in the heat of the moment.
“Well… Practice makes perfect as they always say.”
“Yeah…”
“And there are such things as toys you know.” I say with my best sexy voice. Which unfortunately doesn’t sound as good as Twilight’s.
“True” Twilight smiled.
“C’mon Twi. Let’s get outta here and sleep this off when we get home. Then we can begin practice!” I say as enthusiastically as possible.
Twilight must have been very excited when she heard me say that on account of her shooting out of her bed.
“Woah woah, hold on Twi. I still need to tell the nurses we’ll be leaving.” I tell her.
“Right, forgot.” She sheepishly smiled. But I couldn’t blame her for being excited, I was just as excited for practice as she was.

See, I was just having an adventure on DeviantArt when I found the cover art for this story. I found it quite interesting. Then the imagination machine began to work in my head. Then, something clicked.
People make torture and strangulation fics and everything seems to go as planned. But what if things got more, realistic. Or, as realistic as I want it in this fic. Now those who are hating and say,
"WHY DIDN'T TWILIGHT LET RAINBOW KNOW THAT SHE WAS CLOSING IN TOO HARD!!?? THAT'S A HUGE PLOT HOLE AND YOU SUCK AS A WRITER!"
I would kindly reply with,
"Come at me scrublord, I'm ripped! Also, it's my story, and dammit if somebody can make a fic about dick inflation, I can make a fic about a fetish going horribly wrong."
