"Ngh... where am I?"
Twilight raised her head and scanned the area. She was in an endless void in the middle of nowhere. Rising to her hooves, she walked around searching for anything that might have a clue to what-in-the-world-is-going-on. She also called out to see if anyone is there, but no response came at all. After some while (a lot of while), Twilight started to worry. Started to freak out.
"Alright, Twilight, just calm down, take a deep breath," Twilight assured herself, following her own instructions. "Just remember what happened yesterday, or last time, and maybe you can learn a bit more about what-in-the-world is happening right now, just remember..."
"Twilight, are ya okay?" Applejack asked, concerned about Twilight's current condition. Her hoofsteps sure show that she is very tired, or hurt, and she is really showing signs of a certain sickness.
"I-I guess so," she replied, trotting clumsily. "I'm just feeling a bit... woozy."
"You sure, Twilight?" Rainbow doubted, worried. "I'm still recommend you go to a hospital immediately."
"Nononono, I'm fine, really." Twilight reassured her. "Just a little dizzy."
"I don't think your 'dizziness' is little, Twilight." Rarity said. "You look extremely exhausted."
"I'm pretty sure I'm fine," Twilight spat, raising her head up high.
"But, you should at least get some rest," Fluttershy advised. "You know what could happe- *gasp*"
She was interrupted by a collapse from a certain friend who collapsed by that moment. "Twilight!" Everyone gasped.
"Twilight!"
"Oh great, now what are we gonna do?"
"Let's get her to the hospital, immediately! She has a very hot fever!"
"Twilight! Please hang on!"
"Twilight..."
"..."
Twilight stared blankly to space.
"Okaaaay....."
