Elements Of Destiny (Beta)

The bright sun overhead beat down on Void's head, making her put her hand over her eyes as a sort of shield so she can see past the sun's rays. Her soft black hair that swayed like flames was tied back in a ponytail, as she knew it was going to be warm outside as she traveled to the academy. She put her hand down, fluffing her ponytail up a bit. As she looked around, she saw humans and ponies alike walking past her. Some were going towards the school, while others seemed to be leaving the grounds.She always wondered about others, walking by as if she never existed at all. She then felt a tug at her leg, more specifically her pants.

" Um....Void, we haff toh go nohw...." The small dull blue dragon looked up at her, tugging at her pants and pointing towards the building. He was holding a clipboard and pencil in one hand, with the paper having some scribbles notes on it.

Void looked down at him, and nodded. "Yeah, you're right Stone. We better get in there before one of the teachers yell at us!"

Stone let go of her pants, then nodded back at her with a smile. He then jogged in font of her a bit as she slowly followed behind him. She decided to take it slow, taking in her surroundings a bit. There were near-bloom zap-apple and Cheery Blossom trees, some of the petals and leaves dancing in the wind before falling to the ground. Void stretched out her hand to catch one, and saw a blossom petal land softly on her palm. She looked at it a brief moment, then a glowing dark orb covered the petal. At this moment, her eyes turned into a flashing purple with flames almost flowing out.

This was her magic, and she used it to put the petal into a jar that she had in her bag. She was hoping to collect some during her time at the school, a petal for each day she was there. She examined the petal, the sunlight magnified through the glass of the jar. Just then, she heard a loud voice in the distance.

" COME ON! HURREH UHP! WEH'RE GOHNNA BEH LAHTE!" It was Stone at the entrance, waving at her.

'Oh, that's right....' she thought as she put the jar in her bag and ran towards him. "C-Coming Stone! Wait for me!"
